I'll never order again, waiting 3 hours for a pizza like that (see picture) that's still cold

I would never order from this pizzeria again. I waited more than 2 hours and I don't recommend anyone to order. Please consider this review.

Food was actually quite ok. Came a little later than usual and unfortunately the pizza was incorrectly topped. The pizza driver was a bit pushy towards my daughter, which I found a bit strange. She still gets messages from the pizzeria to this day. Never again !

I ordered food at 12:30 a.m. and it's currently 2 a.m. and after asking several times the driver still didn't come. I don't know what the drivers are doing at this time that it takes them almost 2 hours to drive 10 minutes

Food arrived after 2:30 hours, the food was really cold, the pizza was like cardboard and just limp, the fries were cold, no spices and also limp!!! Very disappointed!!!! A very big cheek

This is the biggest garbage store, the (nice) Mr. Fasullah tells me after 3 hours and 4 calls to the store that there is simply no more rice and in Lieferando it also says that it has been delivered So I paid €50 Waited 3 hours called there 4 times And a fake it was delivered read Only because there was apparently no rice and because the driver apparently finished work 20 minutes before my last call So I can't recommend anyone to load the biggest rubbish, never sorry. But honestly I really don't recommend anyone who I could do more from this review then I would do it but unfortunately not

Incredibly poor quality. Dough is very bad, like baked in the micro! All reviews on Lieferando are fake. Called after 1.5 hours. Yes brother checked order. Sorry brother. In 15 minutes and I'll give you something with brother. After another 30 minutes the bad pizza was there without anything extra.

It doesn't work at all! The pizza is made from a strange, soft dough, as are the pizza rolls. Every frozen pizza is better!! After an hour we called and they explained in broken German that the order had not been seen and was now being prepared. The reviews on Lieferando are fake (10 reviews on the same day from one person). We were also told on the phone that because of the delay something would be included for free, and that wasn't even done!

Waited over 2 hours for food, then was told on the phone that the driver had been on the road for over an hour and the car was only 20 minutes away. Where the food came after 2 hours it was still lukewarm to cold, which made the food inedible. The pizza crust wasn't crispy (they said on the phone it was freshly made)

Hello, the pizza was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes, but at the end they changed it to another 40 minutes and in the end the pizza did not reach me. I am embarrassed by the situation where the pizzeria is located 200 meters from my house... I don't recommend it

Very bad with the worker, called for 10 minutes to have the order changed by Lieferando or the address (I accidentally ordered to the wrong address) but still no call back and the pizza never arrived Thanks for nothing

Really rude on the phone, I thought I ended up in the Indian scam call center. Waited 3 hours to then get bad food, which was cold and not tasty (burgers/schnitzel), the only thing that was halfway OK were the fries. Not recommended

So I've never had anything as ungodly as today when ordering. I had to wait easily for 2.5 hours for 2 dishes, had to call 3 times and was then asked to wait in unfriendly and broken German. As a result, I gambled away an easy 5er in an online casino in a bad mood. If it hadn't happened, I would have played with a full stomach. Then the driver finally arrived and the food was received. It was luke warm and the meat tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave. The only good thing was the fries! I first had to tear a huge dowel to deal with the culinary flop.

Absolutely awesome!!!1.50 ordered 4.08 the food finally arrived no excuses no coke or pizza rolls or anything pizza like rubber schnitzel bought readymade you can make at least as good yourself at home and in 7 minutes I even ruined the fries I'm not stingy, but I would have preferred to give the 30 euros to a homeless person instead of paying you the 30 euros. PEOPLE DON'T ORDER, RATHER GO STARVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had the following saw: 2 shnitsel Pisa rolls Pomes cola The fries were cold and soggy, the shnitsel tasted like foot. The best part of the meal was the cola.

Ordered Jägerschnitzel, got everything else but that. Sauce is thick and smells strange, fries taste and smell strange. That was the first and last order there.

On the page it said 20-30 minutes but it only came after 1.30 hours.. never order again..

So actually I have to say that everything is quite good. I'm on night shift and have now ordered there for the first time. After reading the reviews I was like oh no where did you order. After 90 minutes the food arrived and was very tasty and hot.

Ordered pizza at 4:19 a.m., called at 5:08 a.m. because food was still not there, man on the phone was rude, just said “do you still want the food”??! Food arrived after another 50 minutes, order instructions were not followed and the pizza toppings were wrong. Still tasty in itself, but the service was catastrophic.

After an hour they simply canceled my order. Just very bad

Definitely the last time!!! a totally wobbly "jäger" schnitzel that was covered in some kind of sauce with a small portion of fries for €12. The only thing you could eat was the chicken wrap

After ordering, we initially waited about 95 minutes for delivery, but an employee of the pizzeria called and asked us to come ourselves. After pickup and arrival home, it turned out that many things were missing and we received completely different products than we ordered.

The pizza is really good...if you want to have stomach cramps the next day and a high probability of salmonella. I have no idea how you got a 4.6 rating on Lieferando.

Absolutely not recommended. We ordered a pizza at around 2 a.m. It was supposed to arrive at around 3 a.m. We called at 3:30 a.m. and said it would take another 20 minutes. Then we didn't arrive until after 38 minutes, so 1 hour late for 3 pizzas. The pizzas tasted absolutely disgusting and were wobbly and I thought I was eating slime. Then brazenly asking for a tip is an impertinence. It would be best if I gave this place zero stars. It's the next day and I probably have a stomach bug because of the pizza. I don't understand how you can still have 2.8 stars. The store is impossible!!!

I don't know where to start, the pizza arrived completely wobbly and 40 minutes late. We ordered a BIG fries... there were so few fries that you could have saved yourself that. Especially impossible for this price... then the delivery person was so cheeky and asked where his tip was... we didn't even bother with it. So such an outrage and an insult to every Italian!! Please don't order there!!

Ordered at 11:10 p.m. Order received at 1:30am. Pizza was cold, wobbly tasted disgusting. The pizza rolls that were supposed to be filled were empty. They simply delivered us dough. Incomprehensible. You really deserve to go broke!

So dann habe ich angerufen weil ich fragen wollte ob die mir mit dem essen noch Zigaretten liefern können , ich konnte noch nicht mal reden weil der typ am telefon mir ganzezeit ins wort gefallen ist . Respektlos hoch 10 . Irgendwann wurde ich laut weil ich es hasse wenn ein Mensch nicht zuhört und die ganzezeit redet Sollte angeblich der Chef gewesen sein . Gottseidank habe ich hier die negativen Bewertungen gelesen und hab sofort mein Essen storniert! Danke nein . Unfreundliches Personal hoch 10 . Dann habe ich bei Moe's Pizza bestellt , ich sags euch , mega laden !!!!!! Mega lecker !!!!!! Mega freundlich !!!!

Leider habe es bei ubereats bestellt und länger als 2,5 Stunden gewartet am Ende kam das Essen kalt an. Musste stornieren. Deswegen nie wieder.

Also 2,5 Stunden für 2 mittlere Pizzen ist echt beschämend nie wieder dort bestellen

Super netter Service, wurde schnell geliefert und schmeckt sehr sehr lecker

Ich hatte ebend die Pizza Mexiko city bestellt&pizzabrötchen mit hähnchengyros,zwiebel und souce hollondaise,es war extrem lecker.Ich hatte anfangs Bedenken als ich bestellt hatte und die negative Bewertung gelesen habe.Aber es war genau das Gegenteil.Immer wieder gerne wenn es so lecker ankommt.

Warte seid 2 Stunden auf eine Mini Pizza mit einem Getränk nur um einen Anruf zu bekommen das sie die falsche Bestellung eingepackt haben Pizza ist komplett kalt angekommen war überhaupt nicht mehr genießbar nicht zu empfehlen.

Nachdem gestern ein Gericht absolut nicht nach Vorstellung war , haben die netten Jungs von Amore heute ohne Knurren und Murren ein neues leckeres und einwandfreies Gericht geliefert . Echt TOP Service... Gerne wieder!!!👍👍👍👍

Als erstes, sooo schlimm wie viele schreiben empfand ich es nicht. Aber es gibt trotzdem viel Luft nach oben. Hatte via Lieferando zum abholen bestellt, sei demnach in 1,5 Stunden abholbereit. Es ging um 1 Pizza keine Großbestellung. Bin dann vorbeigefahren, der Mitarbeiter sprach nahezu kein Deutsch. Reichte mir dann irgendwann sein Handy mit dem Worten "Chef". Dann wurde meine Pizza zubereitet. Die Pizza war okay, ob wie angegeben wirklich Parmesan drauf war, keine Ahnung. Der Ruccula war jedenfalls sehr gering dosiert.... Bei der Barzahlung gab es dann kein Wechselgeld.

Das Essen ist heiß und gut und die Liefergeschwindigkeit hat sich auch sehr verbessert. Weiter so.

Erste und leider letzte mal da bestellt 😔 Pizzabrötchen total verbrannt, nur Pommes hat mir geschmeckt. Der Rest ungenießbar. Schade.
