Eat white as usual at Subway. Service very careless and sometimes unfriendly. Ambiance, a bit unclean…

Lavishly topped and very friendly staff

Broken floor, dirty tables and chairs, smelly toilets, broken drinks machine, 4G is blocked/doesn't get through, and the most important thing: the sandwich is miserably smashed together, falls apart and the contents onto the packaging, which you have to use as a replacement tray . It would be a blessing if this store closed and made room for something better.

Code from the Subway app is rejected, therefore very poor price-performance ratio.

I was there this afternoon with my wife. We both ate a sandwich, one with beef and one with chicken. The lady from the staff was friendly and made an effort, hence two stars, so far everything was good. Unfortunately, we regretted the visit afterwards. We didn't feel well on the way home and when we got home it didn't take long until we were lying on the couch because we felt really sick. Only after the "food" came out upstairs did we feel better again. There must definitely have been something wrong with the two sandwiches, if two people were feeling so bad it can't be a coincidence! Meat spoiled or not cooled correctly, who knows. That was definitely the last visit!

I'm totally shocked. I'm coming to you with my wife to have something to eat and not to be bullied by others. At Subway you can't have your sandwich topped the way you want. If I want a little more salad, don't tell me that it's not possible and that it's too much. I don't use any other ingredients for this. Just because I ask you to put lettuce and a slice of tomato on the edges of the sandwich, a whole lot of drama is put on. I'm still asked if I have a problem and if I don't like it, I can leave. That is a bottomless impudence. and my wife's order afterwards wasn't right either. Instead of panini bread there was crushed sandwich bread. My wife wasn't asked about the sauce or other ingredients either. It really can't be what you're doing there. I guess I can't use subway anymore. Kassel is too far for me. But I'll probably have to let the central office know too

This is by far the worst subway! * Staff totally listless, * no card payment possible * The subs were super “floppy” I've eaten in much better Subway branches where you can also pay by card! But the one in Korbach is a real disappointment.

The last few times the app and vouchers were not accepted because there was no scanner. Sub of the day doesn't exist for me. Prices are outrageously exorbitant. After many visits over the years, that was it for me, never Subway again.

There were 3 of us and we arrived at the subway 5 minutes before the end. A young guy served us. Unfortunately I didn't see his name. But he was really extremely friendly and gave us mega subs! Thanks for the service.

Dismal and listless staff as always

Food was ok, the ambience was too small and I had to be careful with the drinks because they were past their expiry date and no longer had carbon dioxide and they couldn't be exchanged because the employee blamed the manufacturer because of the carbon dioxide and didn't take any liability herself because she did has expired.
