It's a shame what happened to the subway in Euskirchen. Visited yesterday, March 27th, 2025 at around 2:00 p.m. The young female waitress had men visiting and had little time for guests. Apparently she cares more about her appearance than she does about preparing the subs. I love going to Subway Restsurants but I've never had such a bad BBQ rib anywhere. Lukewarm, BBQ sauce with a consistency that I have never had before. Shockingly, there wasn't any cola, soda or water in the fridge. I've never experienced... When paying, the lady wasn't even able to accept the €20 note and hand over the remaining money. Although it tasted like it did, no one will go there again. Please urgently correct what kind of conditions there are. I don't think the franchisee really knows what's going on.

Since the ordering machines, you wait forever for your food. The touchscreens work poorly. Very uncomfortable to sit in and the ambience leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody understands that it's closed on Sundays...

1 star An absolute failure – never again! I don't even know where to start. The order was a disaster from start to finish. First of all: the cookies you're most looking forward to - completely forgotten. No notice, no apology, just not delivered. The salad? What a disgrace! Thrown together carelessly, with no dressing at all, and the “meat” consisted of exactly three tiny, sad pieces. One of the subs even came with no sauce at all - as if they had simply stopped trying. According to the taste: dry, bland, inedible. But the best thing: the delivery time was exceeded by worlds. There can be no question of “planned” here – it was more of a guess and then completely missed. And the price? For what arrived (much too late), it was downright absurd. Utopian high for this miserable quality and this subterranean service. To be honest: I have rarely received so much money for so little. This was my last attempt with this store. It’s a shame about your money – and your nerves.

I stood in line with other people I didn't know at lunchtime during the holiday season to order, but unfortunately none of the employees felt compelled to do their job or actually serve us. After a minute, an employee came out with a cell phone and coffee in his hand and saw that people were queuing, but without comment went back to the back room to talk to his colleague. Since I didn't see any chance of getting another sandwich prepared, I bought something to eat somewhere else. It's a shame that Subway has become so rotten in so many locations.

Regarding the service there is nothing to comment. But I do have to mention that the prices are breathtakingly delusional. 6,20 euros for 2 pastries it's breaking the bank!!!

As a long-time Subway customer, I was truly disappointed with my visit to the branch today. The employees were extremely unfriendly, which left a very unpleasant feeling. While the food was being prepared, another person—apparently not an employee—entered the kitchen and preparation area. They were wearing street clothes, didn't wash their hands, and yet moved freely near the food. I don't know the exact hygiene guidelines, but this kind of behavior definitely doesn't leave a good feeling. Instead of being customer-oriented, the focus of those present was on private conversations and exchanging content on their phones. This is not what I imagine professional customer service to be. I'm truly disappointed and will think twice about visiting this branch again.
