Too many flies in the restaurant and on the food. Covers should be closed when no one is ordering. It will probably still taste good, but it's unappetizing when you see the flies on your ingredients have left.

In general, I'm a big fan of Subway. Unfortunately, my joy comes to a halt every time I go to the subway in Bad Kreuznach. Unclean, smeared tables are always encountered. But unfortunately the biggest negative factor is the work ethic and speed of the employees. For 2 customers you can expect approximately 10 minutes. Waiting times between 20 and 40 minutes are not uncommon. One is occupied, the other twists into the back area. After 2 minutes there is an exchange. Even 1-2 hours before the store closes, a visit is not recommended; the product range is very thin, if it still exists at all.

The restaurant is not participating in Subway's promotions. The sandwich is often topped and cut in such a way that it is difficult to eat without getting completely dirty.

There are 5 people standing here and 1 behind the counter, still busy with 1 customer, the woman is just walking around in the background instead of serving...

No discount via the Lidl app even though this Subway branch is listed in the list of participants.

Due to the lack of subway alternatives in the area, there is always something to annoy in Bad Kreuznach: the bread runs out two hours before closing time, you are sometimes allowed to wipe the table yourself, the subs are often sparsely occupied, the staff (especially the male one) is always incredibly slow, sometimes unfriendly and also talks to each other calmly, waiting times between 15 and sometimes even 45 minutes, or or or... A classic case of "Actually, I would like to do it again, but I want to Am I doing this to myself today?!"

Today I entered the store around 12:45 p.m. An unfriendly waitress shouted - "Get out of here. Only 6 customers are allowed in." - By the way, in the shop there were 5 people sitting at the table and 6 customers were standing in front of the counter and one person went around the corner and everyone who knows this shop knows how small he is. When I replied that I saw more than 6 people, this person got really upset. I then left and will never buy anything from this store again. If an employee of mine behaved like that, I would have to have a serious conversation with them in my office!! There can be a line of people at MC Donald, Burger King etc.......Wake up Subway Bad Kreuznach!! The sound plays the music! Train your employees better about who pays your salary or part ways with them! But please don't be surprised why sales are decreasing. But I wish you good luck with this staff in Bad Kreuznach. This is what you will need...

Although business hours are listed until 8 p.m., you can no longer order all subs after 7 p.m. There are always missing ingredients. No promotional coupons are accepted, and promotional subs can only be ordered as a salad. The waiting time every time is ultra long, very poorly coordinated. Then there are far too few ingredients on the sub and, according to Subway, the Sandwich Artists regulations are not adhered to. After 7:00 p.m. there aren't even all types of bread available. I had really bad experiences again. The tables when you sit there are sometimes very dirty and are not cleaned regularly. Other branches accept vouchers and sell promotional subs. It's much quicker there and the subs taste much better.

The food in Subway is always good. Only thing that bother us a little bit was how slow the servise was. It seemed like they were all on a break and the customers are disturbing them.

Only Subway branch I know where you can't pre-order online to pick it up during your lunch break. Therefore uninteresting.

Don't take part in a single Subway campaign! Not even sub of the day anymore!

5 Personen vor uns, insgesamt waren wir 30 Minuten für zwei Sandwiches da. Den Mitarbeitern kann man im Laufen die Schuhe bestohlen, so langsam bewegen sie sich... Rumstehen und den anderen beim langsam arbeiten zuschauen scheint auch ein beliebtes Hobby zu sein. Fazit: Essen kalt und mich sehen sie nie wieder.

What can I say, the employee doesn't feel like it, as if he doesn't care about anything. Tables aren't cleaned. 2 people who work but aren't really interested in this job had the Subway app and would have gotten a free 15 cm sub by collecting points, everything was nice and Well redeemed the voucher and held out the app when I noticed that it wasn't accepted, the man told me yes, you should have said that you have a voucher, so no, I don't have to because I press redeem in the app and a QR code comes up For the free sub, the man then said he couldn't explain the app to me, he didn't know how it worked, so he wasn't able to provide me with the free sub, let alone somehow cancel my order and scan the code again. Food was so mediocre. The white boards where the sub is placed definitely need to be replaced, they no longer look so hygienic. I won't eat there again, no regular cleaning of the tables, I cleaned it myself, no friendly customer service and eating was like that. There are better restaurants for the money

Unfortunately not like it used to be. Very dirty tables, dirty preparation area. Employees are unfriendly, unmotivated and wear dirty work clothes without aprons. Products didn't look good visually, so they didn't get much, and they were better the way they turned out at home.

Worst branch I've ever been to. Staff has lost their calm. Waiting time catastrophe. Vouchers are not accepted...

Food tasted as always. But it has become very expensive. The location is really not good.

You can't complain about the food, everything was great as always. In my opinion, the prices have never been really cheap, but until recently they were just about reasonable. But now €16-20 for a footlong sub with a side dish and a drink is simply cheeky. If you could save something, for example through the sub of the day or the coupons from the app, these promotions will not be accepted either. It's a shame that you can't even do anything to accommodate people like that.

The subway is by far the worst. The best things are no longer available. No bacon and no macadamia cookies. Then you always wait for ages. Almost 40 minutes each Msl. Then rolled the wraps so badly that everything opens right at the bottom and falls out. Always new staff, that's why it's never properly occupied or rolled. Of course the new employees have no idea. It also doesn't speak for the store that there are always new staff there and they are never able to fill or roll the wraps properly. The boss was extremely unfriendly and arrogant. Opening times are always different. Nobody needs this subway.

Lecker, wie immer und sehr freundlich und spontan.

Sehr lecker und frisch, das einzigste, was es auszusetzen gibt, sind die schmutzigen Tische und Toiletten, also besser zum Mitnehmen bestellen

Das Personal könnte schneller arbeiten. Ansonsten ein ganz normaler Subway mit entsprechendem Essen. Die Subs sind gewohnt lecker.

Top Angestellte Schnell und echt freundlich 😋

Die Idee Subway ist super, nur hier nicht gut umgesetzt. Wenn die Mitarbeiter noch langsamer sind, ist das Gemüse schlecht bis es auf dem Sandwich liegt. So geht es in einem Fastfood Restaurant nicht. Das Restaurant ist auch nicht das sauberste! Auch 2023 keine Verbesserung!

Schließt manchmal früher. Ich würde auch 20% mehr bezahlen wenn es dem Personal zugute kommt. Im Burgerking bekommt man für mehr Geld lange nicht so gutes Essen.

Die Bedienung war freundlich und die Subs frisch wie gewohnt. Leider bekommt man hier aber nicht die günstigeren "Sub des Tages".

Wer Zeit und viel positive Energie hat, kann es sich ja geben.

Zutaten sind alle sehr frisch, die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Im Ganzen gehen wir gerne dort hin. Leider sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt

Über das Essen möchte ich mich nicht beschweren es war ok, vielmehr ging es mir um den Service und die Hygiene. Service von heute Katastrophe gesichter gezogen die waren fast länger als das Brötchen ansich,kein hallo rein nichts man hatte das gefühl als Kunde das diese arbeit wohl keinen spaß machen würde . Hygiene ok Handschuhe wurden getragen , die Reste vom vorherigen Brötchen einfach kurz weg gekratzt Mücken am Essen in der Theke aber viel schlimmer fande ich auf dem Brötchen das grade belegt wurde einfach nicht schön und möchte man als Kunde so auch nicht sehen .

Essen ist hier immer gut. Es dauert relativ lang bis die Sandwiches fertig sind auch im Vergleich zu anderen Subways und bei der Bedienung kommt es darauf an wen man gerade erwischt - es gibt freundliche schnellere und dann gibt es welche denen man ansieht dass sie es nicht gerne machen und sich dementsprechend auch Zeit lassen. Alles in allem komme ich trotzdem hierher da die Sandwiches lecker sind und länger satt machen als Essen von anderen FastFood-Ketten.

Über das Essen lässt sich nicht meckern. Typisch Subway eben. Das Problem ist vielmehr überhaupt in den Genuss des Essens zu kommen. Die Öffnungszeiten sind nämlich unterirdisch. Selbst wenn man noch innerhalb der angegebenen Öffnungszeiten dort vorbeischaut kann man trotzdem vor verschlossener Tür stehen. Sonn- u. Feiertags grundsätzlich zu. Mittlerweile fahre ich lieber etwas weiter zu einem anderen Subway. Da weiß ich wenigstens das man auch etwas bekommt.

Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Für mich persönlich war auf allen Baguettes, ausser der eigentlichen Sauce, beim letzten Mal deutlich zu viel Flüssigkeit, was die Baguettes in Mitleidenschaft gezogen hatte. Aber andere mögen ja vielleicht genau das? ;-) Leider ist wohl für geschäftliche Anlässe aktuell keine Bestellung von Platten möglich, da das Personal lt. eigener Aussage unterbestzt sei. Schade. :-(

Subway war einmal - schade. Irgendwann in den letzten Jahren, hat sich wohl das standardisierte Konzept verändert. Möchten Sie Soße drauf.....möchten Sie dies oder jenes drauf? Und wichtig: möchten Sie die EMPFOHLENE Soße drauf! Alles weg. Jetzt bestellt man z.B. ein Italien BMT mit dem gewünschtem Brot, Wurst, Schinken etc drauf - fertig: Ab nun muss ich jeden Schritt selbst weiter wählen. Ich bin überfordert und eigentlich auch nicht in der Stimmung im Selbstauswählen - denn ich bin ja zum FastFood gegangen. Ich sage das der Bedienung (auch die Inhaberin) und die doch recht desinteressiert und unhöflich: Machen wir immer so. Ich: Wo ist denn das ursprüngliche Konzeot hin? Ich weiß doch nicht was standardmäßig alles draufgehört. Sie: Ich weiß nicht was Sie meinen. Fazit: Beim ändern des Konzeptes (vom US-Konzern wohl), wurde wohl alles vorherige vergessen. Schade: Kein Subway mehr für mich

Good subs for any taste. Staff is competent and gets the job done quickly. Parking is available and prices are much better than other fast-food places. Highly recommend.

Manche der Servicekräfte haben nicht grad die Höflichkeit erfunden und sind eher lieblos. Andere hingegen sind gut. Essen schmeckt, wie bei Subway eben üblich. Der Laden ist eigentlich immer voll, liegt aber vll nur daran, dass ich zu stoßzeiten Vorort bin

Online Öffnungszeiten wurden nicht an die neuen angepasst, Bestellungen können so nicht mehr angenommen werden und vorbeifahren und sich an diesen Zeiten orientieren ist auch nicht mehr drin.

Sauber, aufgeräumt viele Beilagen Frisch wie auch die Brote. Von allen reichlich da. Das ist nicht in allen Sub's so. Service sehr freundlich und lecker + gut belegt. Da es ein Fastfood Restaurant ist gebe die 4 statt 5 Sterne. Bin ich in Kreuznach gehe ich auf jeden Fall wieder da hin.👍

Wartezeit unangemessen. Warten mindestens 15 Minuten und dass ist schon schnell. Willkommen fühlt man sich auch nicht unbedingt. Die Subs sind lecker.

Katastrophenladen Ewig lange Wartezeiten, von drei Personen hat nur Eine von den Dreien gearbeitet, die anderen beiden standen nur rum oder waren gar nicht da. Die, die gearbeitet hat scheint neu gewesen zu sein und durfte sich um alles alleine kümmern. Sobald mal einer zu viel im Laden war, wurde man unfreundlich von den anderen Beiden wieder vor die Tür zitiert. Eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben bei insgesamt 9 Leuten vor uns 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir bedient wurden.
