Total disaster. The employees are having fun with each other and are inattentive. Instead of fajita they wanted to serve teriyaki. When I pointed out the mistake, he scraped the teriyaki off the bread and put it back. (Certainly not compatible with hygiene standards) In addition, there is no seating and you are cheated out of rewards points. Coupons are generally not accepted. One star is still too many. Conclusion: Never again!

I recently had one of the worst experiences at a Subway restaurant, which I feel compelled to share. On the morning of August 16th, I visited the branch at main train station in Berlin, and unfortunately, it did not meet the usual standards I’ve come to expect from Subway. First and foremost, the staff members seemed unfriendly and appeared to be exhausted, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere of the place. Customer service is an essential part of any dining experience, and I felt that this location was lacking in that regard. Additionally, the quality of my sandwich was far from satisfactory. The bread and salami were nearly burnt, giving my meal an unappealing flavor. As a result, the sandwich turned out to be excessively dry, making it almost inedible by the end. I found it quite disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy my meals at Subway.

Don't ever go into this subway. when choosing the bread it seemd like the poor guy didn't understand a single word i sayed. i tried eng and ger, so we resorted to pointing and nodding.I was asked to pay for my meal while my sandwich went into to toaster and another customer was standing between me and the till (the shop is really narrow and we both had backpacks on). the sandwich came out of the oven untoasted. salt and pepper not available even after asking twice. when i returned to the hotel right next to HBF (intercity) i realized my sub was untoasted after biting into it once. when i got back to the subway i demanded a fresh sub or my money back, i didn't recieve either. i stormed and back in after i fetched food from mecces to demand a receipt so i could properly complain about this shop to subway, the staff told me it was not possible to print it out again since i paid with EC card. they have been incredibly rude up to this point but here i lost it. i demanded they call the manager of the establishment. when she arrived she tried to talk me down but i was having non of it. they searched the trash for like 10 min for the receipt and then resorted to printing me some wrong receipt from the system (i can see that since i paid with card...), gave me my money back and offerd me "a free warm meal". but not before i was screaming and one of the "staff" onsite threatend me (coming really close to my face and demanding i lower my voice) yeah don't go there, it's probably a bunch of criminal scum, manager included.

We had to wait in front of the store because the two workers couldn't make the preparations. We were told we had to wait 20 minutes and again after 15 minutes. The workers had no plan at all and worked so slowly that you almost fell asleep. Of course, waiting half an hour for food is no problem if you have to catch your train at the main train station in Berlin!!!!!! Just a juice shop!!

Do not recommend. Don't go there. Rude staff, not considerate at all. Seem to be stressed. Listen to aggressive music dring service. There were a few guests, so staff tried to hurry everyone. They even told me to move on to the next station, even though there was no space. In addition they pulled the sandwich out of the oven after a view seconds. -> sandwich was cold and cheese not melted. (Unfortunately I only realised after I already left). Standardized subway food helps keep a minimum quality.

After I ate about 1/3 of my sub, I simply bit on a rice pin (see photo). I then wrote an email and received a half-hearted apology and then nothing. ATTENTION very dangerous. Serious injury can occur if the rice tack is swallowed. I strongly advise against the store. This incident is one of the worst things that can happen to a customer while eating. To receive such a superficial answer via email is an outrage. Unfortunately I was already on the train and couldn't complain about it.

Today I ate Subway in Berlin at the main station for the first time and it was a complete disaster. Employees would rather dance and sing and chat among themselves than process orders quickly and efficiently. Afterwards I had some trouble because the colleague, after confirming several times, said that my app coupons were accepted by the system when I scanned my QR code, but this was not the case. So I paid over €16 instead of almost €6. But I didn't notice this straight away because I had to be at my train within 4 minutes. Because of the slow processing of orders. And it wasn't that crowded at that time (about 4 people in front of me (I stood for almost 20 minutes) I'm usually a regular at Subway, but you'll never see me at this Subway again. I'd rather starve. And to clarify my problem, I now had to call another subway in Berlin who helped me. So that I can send an email address to the headquarters in Cologne so that in the best case scenario I can get the money back.

Extremely bad service. Can't communicate with one. Don't know their own products. Wanted to serve with Chicken Teriaky instead of plant based Chicken Teriaky. The health department must definitely be involved here! In addition, the employees are extremely slow and make a sub for themselves even though the line is already very long. You had to communicate tooth and nail to get roughly the sub you wanted. Additionally, the taste of the mayo on the sub was suspicious...

It started when I couldn't decide on the right sauce within a second and the moment I decided, the employee said: "too slow" I then asked: “Whatever,” but received no answer. At first I thought he was joking, but when I finally got to dinner on the train I realized he really didn't put any sauce on it. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention in the "restaurant". When paying, the SUB cost €2 more than described on the board. After I complained he said "Tough luck, the cashier is right." Since I had to leave urgently, I only invited myself to a short discussion, during which he became increasingly impudent. Also not clean. If you look at the other reviews, strongly advise the owner to check his staff, replace them or simply close the shop.

I don't know who owns it but it's a really bad place. I go there every now and then because there is no other subway at the main station, but ingredients are always missing, there are no more seats and card payments are sometimes not possible. You also get the feeling that the employees are trying to work as slowly as possible in the hope that people who are in a hurry will leave or something.

Look, you can't expect much nowadays when you walk into a Subway, except for ridiculous prices for a small sandwich of course. In addition to that, with this being pushed into some small nook in a train station, you already know it's going to be bad, even for a Subway. No atmosphere, no entousiasm at all from the employees, no seating. To top this all off, when I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich I just got a "no." Confused, I asked again, and got another no. Then I asked another employee if I could get salt and pepper, got no again. Tried to ask why not, the answer: "no." All of this happened without ever even receiving the common courtesy of eye contact. I try to be nice and had a 2 star rating for this place in my head, thinking that some of the negativity could be from corporate pressure, but after this negative experience simmered in my head for a while, I could only go for the logical conclusion and award the very rare (for me) one star. PS I've been to many places and this gave me bad vibes from the start, normally I wouldn't have gone in, but I was with a friend who'll go for Burger King three times a day if unchecked, so we compromised on Subway this time. Maybe I shouldn't have.

My sub was cut incorrectly so the top of the bread fell apart a lot. The employee noticed this while packing. It was clear to him that I couldn't eat the sub as it was and asked him to remake it for me without asking. Very attentive :) Gave a cookie for free for the waiting time.

I can only recommend anyone who is hungry to give this extraordinarily CUSTOMER-unfriendly anti-Germany shop a wide berth. All employees have no place in the store. Because you don't speak German and probably don't want to. To understand this at all. Every order becomes an emotional martyrdom in every respect. But the kicker is that I have never experienced this at any other subway. The fact that there isn't even a single seat - bad! I asked the snotty cashier to calculate my points. When I pointed this out to him, he became gesturally disrespectful and rejected me. "Because I wouldn't have said anything before" It's like in the Turkish bazaar because they don't have any price information on the drinks. Good morning, as a trained salesman I know my way around too well. I wanted water for a rip-off price of €3.50. Not with me... I will hand in my regular customer card and have this sorted out centrally. All of this happened under witnesses and in the presence of my Venezuelan companion. Even she was horrified... Predicate; Not like it, way too expensive and I was on 380.

No sesame There are three people in front of me in line, I wonder if I can still get it today. Too many people in the small room but a sesame salami sandwich is my dream. Unfortunately we don't have sesame buns, the employee replies to me simply. The ham and salami are already gone, But that's what I like the most, such rubbish. With lots of Caesar sauce it would be nice, He puts me onion mustat instead. The coffee is only lukewarm and too expensive, The open oven for the rolls also lacks fire. Absolutely underground on every level. At this branch you can take Subway=underground literally. This branch should be closed. We ordered the new Submelt and were looking forward to it. Instead of telling us that this new sandwich wasn't available at all, the staff just started making a regular sandwich. Before I could turn around, these rude employees frantically and carelessly slapped on some side dishes, even though there was no one in line anyway. If there were minus stars, it would be at this branch. No tables, absolutely friendly with the customers and you just feel like you're being taken for a ride with a smile on the staff's face.

At first I thought that the meat or the sauce was bad, because 2 hours after eating it I found the entire Subway in the bowl - at the doctor's office it turned out that I had gotten it from food contaminated by the staff (open wounds, other body bacteria, etc.) had spoiled the stomach. It was a very bad experience. We gave our order, exactly, correctly and above all vegetarian. Shortly afterwards we were asked, we guess (we couldn't identify the language), whether we wanted it vegetarian or with meat. Awesome shop. Friends are visiting us and they spontaneously want a delicious Foot Long. The guys at the counter do their best for the result... So much for the positive first star. Why 4 deduction? After the denier in this establishment there was gastropower emptying all night long. That really sweetened our vacation! So to be on the safe side, fins away from the Tuna, it may take revenge on you postmortem with some godless gastritis! Guys, that's not cool, the girl is super mad and I can play nurse there now, so I'm fine. I'll go to the Frankfurt train station toilet and leave the soap behind (oh boys, you know what I mean, nothing will knock me over so easily) to everyone else Gentle washing program takes care of yourself when you come here to dine.... Ich hoffe, dass die Belegschaft, die mich nun schon 2x bewirtet hat, das auch liest aber ich bezweifle dies! Wo fängt man bei diesen Erlebnissen an? Einfach alles totale Katastrophe. Ich war jahrelang und bin ein sehr loyaler Fan dieser Subs, das wird sich auch nicht ändern aber Sie sollten schleunigst das Team schulen bzw. eine kompetente Führungskraft einstellen, die deutsch sprechen kann! An Ihrer Stelle würde ich die Herren vor Ort fristlos kündigen. 1.: Kein Scheibenkäse 2.: keine Zwiebeln 3.: persönlicher Angriff auf meine Fankleidung aufgrund eines anstehenden Fussballspiels mit den Worten wir Deutschen hätten keine Mannschaft und verlieren heute 6:1..Ich habe die kleinen Kinder hinterm Tresen nicht ernst genommen aber was schlimmer ist, ich habe sie überhaupt nicht nach deren Meinung gefragt. 4: kein Wechselgeld rausgegeben, erst auf Nachfrage und dann abschätzend einfach neben den Tresen auf den Boden fallen lassen und Bitte schön gesagt! 12€ für ein Sub bezahle ich gerne aber nicht mehr am Hauptbahnhof Berlin! Ich gehe übrigens jeden Tag diese Strecke, weil ich in der Nähe arbeite! Ich empfehle keiner Person dort Essen zu holen, weil Qualität und Quantität nicht vorhanden sind.

Wow diese Filiale auf einem Großstadt Hauptbahnhof mit so langsamen Personal zu besetzen ist echt dumm. Ich war extra rechtzeitig vor Ort( Montag Früh um 9.00)um mir für meine Reise einen Sub zu kaufen.es waren mindesten 3 Mitarbeiter vor Ort von denen nur einer am Tresen beschäftigt war. Er hatte ungelogen 20 Minuten benötigt, um 3 Sub‘s fertig zu stellen. Dann war ich dran und musste jedoch gehen, da ich keine Zeit mehr hatte evtl.auch 10 Minuten auf mein Brot zu warten! Schlechtester Service ever!!!!!! Und es lag nicht an den Kunden!!!!

Noch nie so eklige bedienung gehabt. Einfach erbärmlich. Die quatschen miteinander diese zwei typen antworten frech auf fragen und gehen nicht auf den kunden ein. Ich hoffe einfach dass die Mitarbeiter alle raus geworfen werden. Schämt euch einfach wie eklig ihr seid! Am liebsten null sterne

Super slow service with 4 people!!! We waited for 10 minutes and when it was finally our turn, we asked for salads and they said that they don’t serve it. Yeah, in every other Subway they do, but not here. Eventually, we didn’t have any time for other alternatives and went to our train hungry.

Dreist ins Gesicht gelogen! Ich bestell das plantbased theriaki - bekomme irgendwas aus dem Topf mit der grünen Kelle. Noch jemand fragt nach dem plant-based und ein zweiter Mitarbeiter mischt sich ein und sagt sie haben kein plant-based mehr. Selbstredend frag ich nach, ob es das nun ist oder nicht. Die beiden Mitarbeiter schauen sich kurz an, schauen auf den Topf und sagen dann „ach nee das ist plant-based. Ist ja die grüne Kelle drin“ Ich habe mehrfach gefragt ob sie sich sicher sein. - Ja sind sie Tja danke für nichts! Es war natürlich tierisch und nicht pflanzlich… Ekelhafter Schuppen!

Toto nemá bohužiaľ so Subway nič spoločné, iba značku… do bagety nemali ani žiaden syr ani paradajky a to čo mali nevypadalo moc čerstvo. Za 12€ je to výsmech… Vyhnite sa tomuto miestu!!! Na HBF je xx lepších podnikov kde za 12€ máte luxus. 2* dávam za jedlo iba za to, že mi z toho nebolo špatne ale obava tam bola.

After work today at 7:15 pm I went to eat a vegan sandwich. I talked with the Subway crew and told them I work down the corner. I don't know their names. I told them I am from Honduras. I am not sure where are they from but they were the friendliest and warmest people I have met since a long time. I left the subway shop positively surprised by the great hospitality. 21st of November 2023 at 7:20pm(19:20). Thanks guys!!

Es war das schlechteste Erlebnis, das ich in der Gastronomie je erlebt habe. Wir hatten für unsere Familie essen online vorbestellt. Wir waren auch pünktlich da. Der Mitarbeiter sagte mir allerdings in gebrochenem Deutsch, dass Online-Bestellungen in diesem Restaurant nicht möglich sind. Ich sollte mich an der Schlange anstellen und sagen was ich haben wollte. Leider war das Essen schon bezahlt, sonst hätte ich den Laden sofort wieder verlassen. Nachdem bei der der Bestellung dann rund ein Drittel der Zutaten nicht verfügbar waren, musste ich mich bei dem Mitarbeiter dafür entschuldigen, dass ich laut loslachen musste. Auf mich wirkte der Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert und extrem unfreundlich. Nach einer halben Stunde warten mit drei Kindern haben wir dann endlich etwas zu essen in der Hand gehabt. Um dieses "Restaurant" werden ich beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch definitiv einen großen Bogen machen.

Die am schlechtesten betriebene Subway-Filiale die ich kenne. Ich komme selten, alle ~3 Monate, vorbei, immer zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten. Jedes der letzten 3 mal war irgendetwas von dem was ich bestellen wollte nicht da, oder ich sollte ~20min warten weil gerade irgendein Mitarbeiter für irgendeine Aufgabe fehlte. Das kann mal passieren, besonders zu bestimmten Zeiten. Aber doch nicht über ein Jahr hinweg konsistent? Ich werde diese Filiale jetzt jedenfalls aus meiner mentalen Karte löschen.

Ich kann mich den Rezensionen hier leider nur anschließen. Das Personal war langsam, unaufmerksam, unfreundlich und wenig bei der Sache. Sandwich wurde lieblos zubereitet, die Gurken waren angefroren. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt und es war eine komplette Zumutung. Den Magen verdorben hat es mir obendrein.

Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und haben einfach gesagt man solle 20 Minuten warten. Der Mitarbeiter saß da währenddessen an seinem Handy. Gab kein Käse und viele andere Zutaten. Es wurde einem nicht mal Bescheid gegeben, sondern man wurde direkt dumm angemacht.

Unhöflicher Mitarbeiter, vermutlich Antisemiten. So eine Filiale habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ich frage warum soll diese Filiale genau am Hauptbahnhof in Hauptstadt Deutschland sein? Die Touristen die als erstes in Berlin ankommen sollen sowas erleben? Schande für Subway .

Schlechtester Subway ever. Personal unfreundlich und extrem unmotiviert. Kommenden Kunden werden absichtlich falsche Wartezeiten angesagt. Der Mitarbeiter war zu faul sich einen zweiten Handschuh anzuziehen und machte das Sub mit einer Hand. Mein Footlong viel schon vorher auseinander. Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Ich esse regelmäßig bei Subway aber hier definitiv nie wieder. An alle anderen lasst lieber die Finger von dieser Filiale.

Ein gelungenes Ereignis meinerseits. Ich stand in der Schlange und bemerkte das der Arbeiter hinterm Tresen ekelhaft mit den Kunden redete .. So nach dem Motto "Bruda was kann ich für dich tun vallah billah" Naja als ich dann dran war bestellte ich 3 Subs .. Was für ihn anscheinend zu viel war .. Er war mega angepisst und belegte sie Sandwiches sehr schlecht und lustlos .. Er fragte mich was ich denn für Salat wolle und ich sagte mal schauen was können sie mir empfehlen ? Er rastet schon beinahe aus .. Belag die 3 Sandwiches aber weiter .. Am Ende sagt er "na endlich fertig" Dann reichte es mir .. Ich lächelte ihn an und sagte "Ich wünsche ihn noch ein restlichen Arbeitstag Tschüss :)" Er rastete nun richtig aus und drohte mir jetzt das ich die Sandwiches kaufen müsse. Bin dann einfach gegangen währenddessen er mir nach brüllte

Die Filiale sollte man lieber schließen. Unfreundlich, Brot ist nicht richtig ausgebacken, Gurken sind eingefroren, Überall Krümel, Kekse Stein hart, die Mitarbeiter sprechen miteinander aber nicht mit den Kunden. War sehr unangenehm alles !

Aufgepasst, achtet darauf, was Euch berechnet wird. Sub des Tages wird hier z. B. ohne Ankündigung 50 Cent teurer als in der App beworben verkauft. Mit VORHERIGER Ansage ok, ohne hat es ein Gschmäckle.

Habe innerhalb von zwei Monaten zweimal versucht dort etwas zu bestellen, jedoch war beide Male der Ofen kaputt. Trotzdem waren 4 Angestellte im Laden! Die haben wohl einfach keine Lust. Hier sollte wohl dringend mal etwas unternommen werden.
