I used to enjoy coming here. Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. From customer service to customer requests. Nothing is really implemented. :(Will have a very difficult time next to the good Smashburger. :(

First of all: I have been a customer of this branch for many years and have enjoyed eating there regularly. That's probably over now... Ordered two subs on March 10th (evening) (Italian BMT & Philly Beef). Recently, there is no longer any communication with the (previously always friendly) employees in this branch - orders are now placed via touchscreen kiosks (known from Mcdonald's & Co). In addition, a new wooden plate has been installed between the customer and the operator, with the result that you can no longer see what and how much is being used. Anyway, I took the packed subs home (2 minute walk) and to my surprise I discovered when I unpacked them: the previously well-filled subs are both an absolute joke. Unfortunately not a good one - the ingredients were more than sparse and the taste was far from what we were used to. Well, it was enough and I didn't worry about it any further... ...until the following morning, despite getting enough sleep, I not only woke up extremely exhausted, but also with a headache, a slight fever and nausea. When I had to throw up around 4:30 p.m. after a day of suffering and feeling bad, it was completely clear: this restaurant will never see me again! It should be said that I haven't had to vomit in >10 years and I really have anything but a sensitive stomach! I enjoyed being a customer in this branch for many years, but not only has the quantity apparently changed, but also the quality. Buy food there? Never again.

The staff (middle-aged man with glasses) served us in an incredibly condescending manner. The sub for €9.5 is definitely not worth the money in this store.

One star less, a little paint and renovation needed. Very good food, like at SUBWAY.

Great sandwich shop! Was just there for the first time and will definitely come back. It tasted great and the prices are fair. The service was professional and very friendly.

I've rarely eaten such a delicious sandwich. I had the Philadelphia Cheeseburger Sandwich, which was incredibly delicious. Top quality, professional.

Unfortunately, the size of the portions and the quality have decreased significantly with the change in ownership

Mega tasty and super fresh, we had 2x 15cm subs per person. There's no hamburger or kebab from whoever comes with it, we'll be ordering here more often...

I ordered a Fajita sandwich and they put toooo much Mayonaise.. it was literally loaded with mayo and avocado sauce.. I told the guy it has too much mayo and I cannot eat it like this, he tried to dismiss my claim by fixing its horrible shape and giving it back to me instead of making a new one with much less mayo and sause.. 2 days later I am throwing up alot and got real poisoned.. Irresponsible and disrespectful
