Was here for the first time today. Super friendly (young) staff, quick subs, and absolutely clean. They really take care of everything here.

Friendly staff who take their time to conscientiously process orders. The wait time was perfectly acceptable at no more than 5 minutes.

Best subway ever ❤️! The staff here are just so nice and you always meet friendly faces and feel welcome, even just before the end of the day. The food is always great, the cleanliness is great and the music is the icing on the cake 🥰. Hopefully they won't let the new mass processing next door get them down.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and the location was very nice. Can only recommend!

The last time I ordered I waited 2/5 hours for the food

The service was terrible. The "Sandwich Artist" behind the counter was taking and preparing orders for delivery before the ones in the in the restaurant. She took 2 orders after another customer and I were already waiting there. I would have left, but it was Sunday. After it was finally my turn to order, she put my 2 subs and 1 for another client together in the oven, although there is only space for 2. After she took them out, the cheese from 1 of the subs was stuck on the paper of the other. She took the melted cheese from the paper and put it in the sub. After that, she refused to change the paper with the stuck cheese with a clean one until I insisted she changed it, or I would not take it. All in all, it was a terrible experience. I hope that after this review, the staff will take note and change these behaviors.

Tip Top, great food and friendly staff

The staff (middle-aged man with glasses) served us in an incredibly condescending manner. The sub for €9.5 is definitely not worth the money in this store.

One star less, a little paint and renovation needed. Very good food, like at SUBWAY.

The best grilled sandwiches I‘ve found in Germany, if not Europe. The team here goes above and beyond to customize the meal to individual tastes. Don’t forget to bring coins for the machine if you want cold drinks. Limited seating, but never seems full. Have eaten here twice in a day before, and would be tempted to try three if they were open for breakfast. Exceeds this expat American‘s sandwich expectations in nearly all respects - highly recommended!
