I've been here 2-3 times and everything has always worked out. Everything was quick and clean.

The food is ok but the service is so slow that I can start a birth. They take their time and are slow and rude. There is a hole in the wall in the toilet

Firstly, the employees are completely overwhelmed with light orders. The employees understand extremely little German. For the most part they are unfriendly. Employees actually don't even have a plan as to what they're selling. It has become a shame to go to Kolbermoor. The one at Aicherpark is way better! It's just sad!

Collaboration work extremely slowly. Had to wait about 30 minutes. Collaboration collects the cash with the same gloves that he then uses to serve subs to the next customer.

Ambiance is rather very old-fashioned. The employee was there the first day but did everything right. Unfortunately there were no Macadamia Vookies left.

Very unmotivated employee, looks extremely annoyed. Maybe she should change her job, but letting his mood get the best of him like that isn't possible. How about a note for customers at the door before you order your food and then stand there like an idiot and can't pay. Thank you for letting something like that ruin my good mood.

Can't really understand the comments, I like the subway. Bread sometimes takes a bit too long in the oven but otherwise everything is good.

Small note shows that no card payment works. It's been like this for months...why can't you get it done? The motivation and mood of the employees is not good and you have to wait forever when the number of customers is low. I'd rather go to another restaurant in the future.

Four of us were there a few days ago. Also wanted to eat on site. The employee must have had a bad day and was in such a bad mood that she threw our food into the baskets so that the entire contents of the sub ended up in the basket. Ordered here 3 minutes ago or canceled. Wanted to get a big round of subs for the family. I've never seen such an unmotivated service person in any restaurant or restaurant. It was less than 5 minutes before closing time or something. In the end we left the store with 2x churros (approx. 15 minutes waiting time). We were the only ones in there.

Very unfriendly and unmotivated service staff. It's lunchtime and not everything on offer was prepared. Next time it's better to go to the mci opposite and you'll get more out of it.

So the subways in the area are now bottomless. Not only have the prices increased, but the customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. When asked - no twitching, nothing. I liked using Subway as an alternative, but there are plenty of other stores there.

I don't think I've ever wanted a bigmac mcchicken or something similar as much as I did right now... at least I get the same one every time.....!!!! Just because it's just after 8 p.m. (they're open until 9 p.m.) there's hardly any sauces left, hardly any choice of bread, let alone bacon??? This is a FAST FOOD chain??? For that money I get two bad kebabs at this time of day that taste even better!!! And then there is someone behind the counter who clearly gives you the feeling that I am unwanted (he tore my friend's bread halfway apart while putting it together...) Dad was clearly the last time I ordered here...absolutely not recommended!!!

If I could give minus stars, I would. My friend & I didn't even get close to what we ordered and what's more, we weren't even allowed to finish our order because the employee interrupted us several times and didn't listen. As if that wasn't bad enough, you can also expect comments about your own appearance. Anyone who likes rudeness and unhygiene can come here.

The store itself and the food are okay, but I have never ordered food from such an unfriendly, superficial and listless employee. Me and my girlfriend were looked at extremely stupidly because we look a little different (tattoos, etc.). Secondly, not a word was spoken to us. My sub only had half of what I wanted on it. Clapped, half falling apart, being pressed into the hand... ridiculous. The cherry on the cake was the statement “please pay”… I wasn't even close to finishing my order. I then simply said “no” and continued to order, which resulted in the great employee becoming even more unfriendly. No goodbyes, no nothing. Advise this subway. Better go to McDonalds or find an alternative! LG and never see you again.

Everyone knows Subway, the food is acceptable, the employees are mostly pretty monotonous, but I still like to go there again and again because the sandwiches are super nice. You could change a lot of the ambience so that customers feel comfortable. What bothers me personally is that when you eat you can be watched outside.

The location itself is quite nice and I've actually had good experiences so far, but I've now had the same experience twice in a row with two different employees, which is pretty cool. On Thursday May 9th, me and my girlfriend were there about 25 minutes before closing time and they said there was no bread left except for a measly half. Okay, I thought it might happen and then we went to McDonald's. Now we were there again on Sunday May 12th, more than half an hour before closing time (around 8:30 p.m.) and the employee who was standing at the counter (and was already cleaning) said again in a brisk tone that he had nothing left there. How can it be that something like this is said twice in the same week before the store closes and you are simply sent away... Anywhere else you would get a warning for this. So if you want Subway you can adjust your casino success rates here whether you get something or not...

Disappointment! Rolls were already out at 8:30 (open until 9 (!)). The meat products are also often sold out hours before the store closes. Have also been urged to “run away (!)” before the store actually closes. Overall, there is a need for improvement. The only plus point is the employees with the quick sayings who also work with heart and love. Edit: After more than a year, I thought I'd stop by again and give the store a chance. I was repeatedly more than disappointed because the sandwich rolls were already out 2 hours (!) before the store was supposed to close! From an organizational point of view, this is by far the worst subway around. If you want a sub, you should stand in front of it right after the store opens and even then I would have my doubts as to whether everything is there. I somehow feel sorry for the staff when they have to apologize a thousand times when the operator doesn't manage to keep enough stock!

The sub was ok, hygiene was rather questionable. After the subs were filled, the hand was run over the entire surface and the remains were wiped back into the boxes. The fact that there might still be meat on the surface, which then ended up in the salad, was not taken into account. Also that you don't just use a damp cloth...

Really a cozy little shop. The staff is very friendly, quick and tries to fulfill all your wishes. I really enjoy coming here.

Essen frisch zubereitet, war warm und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Na ja, Ambiente kann man auf so kleinen Raum nicht mehr erwarten. Der Service war aber freundlich und fix.

Fiod quality used to be better it is still a decent choice for food while being around, and not wanting to go to McDonalds. The prices havent really changed which I think is awesome and the female worker who is there almost everyday is always in a good mood and very qualified. Would always come back from time to time.

Sehr enttäuscht von der Servicekraft. Zum einen war sie richtig unhöflich und zum anderen wirkte sie eher so als habe sie gar keine Lust auf Ihren Job. Als weitere Kunden den Laden betreten haben, hat sie mit den Augen gerollt, das geht gar nicht ! Noch dazu ist es sehr unhygienisch, dass man sich den BH-Träger mit den Einweghandschuhen zurecht zupft. Wenn diese Person wieder im Subway bedient werde ich nichts kaufen.

Esse nur den Veggi Delite, leider wird mit Salatauflage immer sehr gespart !! Wenn ich darauf hinweise wird genervt reagiert. Die Pommes sind leider ungenießbar, lapprig und schmecken nach nichts. Leider sind die Angestellten jedes mal unfreundlich und wirken genervt! Kein Lächeln, keine netten Begrüßungen oder Verabschiedungen... Letztes Mal bei Karten Zahlung wurde mir ebenfalls mit sehr unfreundlichen Ton begegnet, „hätte ich doch gleich sagen sollen“.

Fastfood eben aber immer noch besser als MC oder Burgerking...dort essen würde ich allerdings nicht außer es muss wirklich schnell gehen ...zum Mitnehmen allerdings ab und an ganz gerne und die Preise sind noch bezahlbar 👍🏻

Neue Lokation zwar gut zum Parken, aber nicht besonders gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch wenig attraktiv zum Verweilen. Wenn die Westtangente steht, wird's vielleicht ein wenig attraktiver 🤔? Essen, Service und Ambiente ist halt original Subway franchise

Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, es war sauber, die Subs waren schnell fertig und sehr lecker.

Waren am 1. April gegen 19:00 auf ein schnelles Essen da. Von der Qualität und der Hygiene war ja alles super; aber wie die ältere Kollegin mit der jüngeren umgegangen ist war unter aller Sau. Natürlich muss auf Fehler hingewiesen werden, doch vor allen Kunden in einem solch harschen Ton ist für jeden sehr unangenehm. Besagte ältere Kollegin auch im Service sehr unfreundlich, hat uns zum Schluss drei Servietten zusammengeknüllt entgegen gehalten. Die jüngere Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht, tat mir sehr sehr leid. Mussten uns alle zusammen reissen nicht vor Ort was zu sagen. War sehr sehr schade.

War richtig lecker. Heute mal den Wrap probiert. Macht mächtig satt. Sonstigen Subs sind auch sehr reichlich belegt. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Einrichtung gefällt mir besser als in einer anderen Filiale, aber ich war etwas enttäuscht, dass es hier keinen veganen Käse gab.

Potato bites waren aus, und Mais gibt es auch keinen mehr für die Subs. Sehr schade, dass das Angebot immer weiter schrumpft
