Subway in Kolbermoor

So, hello, the young man with the name tag Robert. He tried to tell me I'm not allowed to put any vegetables on my sub, but only what's pre-made and would go with my meat topping. I think the owner is extremely rude. And the place is extremely run down.

The food was great, and the service was friendly and attentive. However, the display when ordering was very slow due to the poor connection.

Worst Subway visit we've ever had as a family. The employee tried hard, but didn't really know what he was doing. He contacted someone several times to get information. He didn't even know about the kids' menu – apparently, it's no longer available... He couldn't redeem vouchers activated in the app (he didn't know how). The entire branch was incredibly hot (air conditioning broken?). The wait was very long, as there was only one employee on site. Thankfully, there was seating outside where the temperature was bearable. Hygiene was poor both at the counter and in the restrooms. We were just passing through and wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone! We won't be back!!!

The sandwiches and cookies were delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, the store was quite dirty, especially outside – very poorly designed, truly unkempt, and unpleasant. The employee was unmotivated and slow; for the price, it's definitely not worth it.

Some of the staff speak no or only bad German, don't understand what you want, hygiene is poor because gloves are not changed after paying, subs are only available there completely toasted or not but then with some still frozen meat, which only the meat is made hot like the last 100 times and the sandwich bread is not toasted - that's the statement. It was definitely the last time there... Spend your money somewhere else. There are enough alternatives...

Tastes very good and nice staff

My friend worked at this place four months ago. It's just hell - workers work 10-12 hours without a break, which is against Germany's laws. I really regret that he didn't know that at the time. They exploit people, that's why the staff is so exhausted. Guys, understand this, but I will never go to this restaurant on principle - because of the exploitation of the workforce. You're lucky you haven't been sued yet.

Were there twice... The first time the lady behind the counter was very overwhelmed because we wanted 4 sandwiches. There was also a problem with the German language. We waited 15 minutes for the 4 sandwiches. Yesterday we wanted to eat. Due to a defect in the cash register, all customers were sent home... either you organize the store or you just leave it 🙄

We ordered a chicken teriyaki as a menu, but everything was charged individually, even though the promotion for a menu with an additional charge of 3.50 euros was advertised large on the screen above. When the employee pointed out this, she only responded with incomprehension and the excuse that you couldn't select it in her cash register. I had the feeling she had no idea about her job and what Subway had to offer. It could also be because there was only one employee on site who couldn't cope with the rush. The waffle fries were anything but crispy. In addition, at 6 p.m. there were almost no types of bread left in stock.

We've been coming by sporadically for years. The quality has deteriorated and they now manage to hire a single employee on a Thursday evening: We felt very sorry for her, but the service still took quite a long time with 4-5 customers in front of us in line.

Can't really understand the comments, I like the subway. Bread sometimes takes a bit too long in the oven but otherwise everything is good.

Small note shows that no card payment works. It's been like this for months...why can't you get it done? The motivation and mood of the employees is not good and you have to wait forever when the number of customers is low. I'd rather go to another restaurant in the future.

Four of us were there a few days ago. Also wanted to eat on site. The employee must have had a bad day and was in such a bad mood that she threw our food into the baskets so that the entire contents of the sub ended up in the basket. Ordered here 3 minutes ago or canceled. Wanted to get a big round of subs for the family. I've never seen such an unmotivated service person in any restaurant or restaurant. My friend & I didn't even get close to what we ordered and what's more, we weren't even allowed to finish our order because the employee interrupted us several times and didn't listen. As if that wasn't bad enough, you can also expect comments about your own appearance. Anyone who likes rudeness and unhygiene can come here.

The store itself and the food are okay, but I have never ordered food from such an unfriendly, superficial and listless employee. Me and my girlfriend were looked at extremely stupidly because we look a little different (tattoos, etc.). Secondly, not a word was spoken to us. My sub only had half of what I wanted on it. Clapped, half falling apart, being pressed into the hand... ridiculous. The cherry on the cake was the statement “please pay”… I wasn't even close to finishing my order. I then simply said “no” and continued to order, which resulted in the great employee becoming even more unfriendly. No goodbyes, no nothing. Advise this subway. Better go to McDonalds or find an alternative! LG and never see you again.

Everyone knows Subway, the food is acceptable, the employees are mostly pretty monotonous, but I still like to go there again and again because the sandwiches are super nice. You could change a lot of the ambience so that customers feel comfortable. What bothers me personally is that when you eat you can be watched outside.

The location itself is quite nice and I've actually had good experiences so far, but I've now had the same experience twice in a row with two different employees, which is pretty cool. On Thursday May 9th, me and my girlfriend were there about 25 minutes before closing time and they said there was no bread left except for a measly half. Okay, I thought it might happen and then we went to McDonald's. Now we were there again on Sunday May 12th, more than half an hour before closing time (around 8:30 p.m.) and the employee who was standing at the counter (and was already cleaning) said again in a brisk tone that he had nothing left there. How can it be that something like this is said twice in the same week before the store closes and you are simply sent away... Anywhere else you would get a warning for this. So if you want Subway you can adjust your casino success rates here whether you get something or not...

Disappointment! Rolls were already out at 8:30 (open until 9 (!)). The meat products are also often sold out hours before the store closes.
