You can't get a sandwich at 5 p.m. and you're kicked out. I don't recommend this place.

Now, someone who knows a lot about subs is speaking. When the shop first opened, it was, of course, a highlight here in Kronach. The subs were something new and finally tasted different from doner kebabs, spring rolls, and the like. But now, after a few years, you have to ask yourself if anything has improved. And that's exactly the crux of the matter. Except for one time, there was only one new variation with meatballs in all these years. The toppings are also nothing more than standard. Generally, a sandwich needs to be toasted to melt the cheese properly! This isn't common practice here. Furthermore, special requests aren't accommodated. You order without pickles, and what do you get? That's right! With pickles. They'd rather use less mayo than have you go back to the back to get more, and every extra request costs extra here. This isn't the case with the sub at the train station, by the way! Time management for pre-orders could also be improved. If you come in as a small group and want five subs, you're just told they can't handle it right now because of another order, even though there's no sign of the person who ordered it! All in all, there's so much potential in this place. New variations Toasted Maybe whole-wheat bread More sauces More vegetables!! (Peppers, cucumber, carrots, corn) The entire sub shouldn't be overloaded with mayo, cheese, vinegar, and oil. I much prefer a balanced sub with fresh, delicious, and above all, healthy foods to the current one. I'd even pay more for it, even though the regular sub currently costs €4. Sincerely, The TiTan.

So sorry, I've tried to get something for the fourth time since Christmas. After being closed three times during the week, I was very pleased to finally find a shop open today. Full of anticipation, I was informed inside that there was nothing left. Mind you, at 5:30 p.m. and the store should be open until 7:00 p.m. It can happen, but I've heard this happen several times. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. If it wasn't the only sub in Kronach now, they could close it.

Sehr leckere Subs! Was man leider sagen muss,dass die Inhaberin sehr unfreundlich ist und überfordert wirkt. Obwohl man ausdrücklich sagt welche Zutaten man nicht auf dem Sandwich haben möchte, wird dies kaum beachtet. Auch muss man leider sagen,dass die Preise steigen aber der Belag der Sandwiches weniger wird. Preis-Leistung passt leider nicht mehr.

The food was really delicious, unfortunately the employee was EXTREMELY unfriendly, the male employee, on the contrary, was always very friendly. Opening hours according to the internet until 7 p.m. but have always been rather closed because they are sold out. Pre-ordering subs in the evening is rather difficult. A little tip: change opening times if these cannot be adhered to and a little more friendliness would be nice.

Essen super Personal auch nett man kann sich nicht beschweren

Besser sandwich laden überhaupt! Der mexikan ist ein absoluter Traum!! Aber es sind alle verdammt gut und die Verkäufer sind nett und erfüllen auch jeden extrawunsch ohne probleme. Immer frisches Brot und knackigen Salat. Finde es auch super, dass (wie ich denke) nicht sehr viel weggeschmissen wird. Wenn kein brot mehr da ist, gibt es halt nix mehr. Nur in letzter Zeit häuft es sich leider sehr stark, dass ab 17.30h schon zu ist. Für die arbeitenden Leute leider sehr schade. Ich befürworte es absolut, dass alles weg kommen soll und somit weniger weggeworfen wird. Aber wenn die letzten Woche die Nachfrage so extrem hoch ist, könnte man mit dem Angebot nachziehen. Würde mich freuen🤗
