Absolute incompetence. 3 orders, 6 subs, wrong 6 times. First of all - the new order terminals are a disaster. Ingredients are preselected, some of which cannot be deselected. If you're not careful, you'll suddenly have guacamole on your sandwich 🤮 First of three orders, date no longer known. Sub ordered as usual, but received with wrong toppings and wrong sauce - food was messed up. Order two, mid-December. Order three subs in the app for pickup. I was there 10 minutes before I could pick it up. My order didn't appear on the new awesome screen. After 10 minutes I asked the staff and lo and behold - the food was already in a bag next to the cash register before I arrived, so of course it had been cold for a long time. Unpacked at home to get the food warm again and lo and behold - there were only two of the three subs I ordered in the bag. And the two were also incorrectly topped, one with the wrong bread and one with the wrong sauce. I wanted to call there to clarify this and lo and behold - no connection at this number. The next day I contacted Subway's official customer service and lo and behold - even after weeks there wasn't even a response. They don't seem to care too much about the customers. Today I ordered two subs at the terminal. Unpacked at home and lo and behold - wrong again, both of them. One sub simply had olives on it, which ruined the taste of the entire sandwich. Salt and pepper were missing. The other sub had onions on it even though it wasn't ordered. Paprika, corn, salt and pepper were missing. If the franchisee reads this, please feel free to get in touch.

The terminals are a bad innovation. I don't like them at all anymore; you can't see how the food is prepared. It's a shame...

Nice ambience for a subway. Food didn't look so appetizing at the counter (I remembered it being more visually appealing) The gentleman behind the counter obviously had no interest in his job, which is really unpleasant given the subway concept. (communication is simply necessary) Cleanliness was top. We drove down here from the highway, which was definitely not worth it.

Very disappointing experience - zero customer friendliness Yesterday at 7:55 p.m. I was in the Subway branch in Freiburg (Bismarckallee 7D) and wanted to redeem an official Subway coupon that was actively advertised. According to the Subway website and restaurant locator, this location is participating in the promotion. However, my coupon was rejected again - for the fifth time in this branch! The employee on site refused to accept it on the grounds that the boss had instructed it that way. When I showed that this branch was participating according to the official Subway website, it continued to refer to an internal decision. This lack of transparency and false advertising are unacceptable! I used to enjoy being a customer at Subway, but experiences like this make me feel like I'm not being taken seriously as a customer. It cannot be the case that offers are advertised that cannot then be redeemed on site. This is simply misleading and annoying. Instead of my planned order, I only bought three cookies - but those were definitely my last ones at Subway. It's a shame how customer friendliness has developed here. ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star)

Regarding the service there is nothing to comment. But I do have to mention that the prices are breathtakingly delusional. 6,20 euros for 2 pastries it's breaking the bank!!!

After we entered the shop, starving, we were greeted warmly. Then we went to order bread, where we unfortunately found out that there were only 3 loaves left. This absurdity was celebrated by an employee with the words "quit work, brother". If you can give them credit for one thing, it's that they didn't skimp on the toppings. Unfortunately, Hassan and his boys had a lot of trouble when it came to using the discount codes on the Subway app. For a family meal that was supposed to cost €17.99, we paid an unbelievable €24.30. The gentleman said there was no other way and so we had to pay €6.99 for the second order instead of €5 as stated in the app. When it came to the food, we unfortunately discovered that our subs had been poorly or not cut at all and were also half falling apart.
