We had the apartment directly under the roof, the spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a dining room and a living area, bathroom with bathtub, it even has its own washing machine, as well as a kitchen. The entire apartment is flooded with light and is therefore nice and bright, but it probably gets very hot in the summer, but there are some fans available. All in all, the apartment is comfortable, unfortunately the large Velux windows are getting old and should be replaced. The wooden floor creaks and you have to climb a few steps but it's worth it. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. The restaurant also impressed with its asparagus offer in the evening. All in all, we liked it and will definitely come back again. Many thanks to the team.
We stayed at the hotel over Easter. We really liked the location and the rooms. Dinner at the Hotel Felix, however, was not at all good: We were seated at a table near the kitchen. The welcome from the kitchen arrived along with the appetizer and bread (the table was full). We had to wait almost an hour for the main course (although it was very tasty). While we were eating, the table was already being set up for breakfast with a loud clatter. When we expressed our displeasure to the restaurant manager, he quickly tried to "fobber" us off with a free coffee. We declined, and then he replied with a sneer, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." We weren't even asked for new drinks during the hour-long wait. That's definitely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. When we checked out, we were assured that the hotel manager would get back to us. To date, there has been no response. At breakfast, we also found it a bit strange that we had to pay €8 for a fresh egg dish (omelet). I've never experienced this in a hotel in this price range. Conclusion: Location and rooms are top-notch, service (except for breakfast, which was very warm and accommodating) in the evenings in the restaurant and the way they handle criticism could be improved considerably.
It was super good there. I had a Jägerschnitzel with fried potatoes and it was incredibly good! The staff was also super nice. All in all I can say: this is a big fat click on I like it! It's definitely worth eating there!
The reservation concept is completely incomprehensible... and neither is the 90-minute limit! Especially when the restaurant is only about 20% full. We felt rushed and watched!
Hence only 4 stars.
Apart from that, the dishes we ordered were truly delicious!
