Very pleasant atmosphere, fast, friendly service. The sour meat is highly recommended. It's been a long time since I've had such good sour meat.

Cozy restaurant, delicious tarte flambée, nice staff. Without prior reservation (even on weekdays) it is difficult to get a table. The tables are reserved as early as 5 p.m., even if the guests arrive much later.

We were spontaneously lucky and got a table. It was also our first time here and we will visit there often. A great selection of tarte flambée and other dishes. The service is exceptionally good and very nice and friendly. Unfortunately we had a small problem with the dessert, which was sorted out immediately and without complications. This is rare to find today. Big praise and the next visit is coming!

No chance without a reservation We wanted to eat here at 6 p.m. on a beautiful Thursday. 90% of the places were free, unfortunately they were all reserved and there was therefore nothing left for the 4 of us. Maybe it would be a good idea to keep a few places free for spontaneous guests and not reserve everything.

Nach Jahren wieder mal in Lübeck gewesen und wieder hier hin zum Abendessen. Wieder sehr gut. Die Flammkuchen sind alle Klasse. Gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus am Rande der Altstadt im Grünen. Schöner Biergarten. Nette Bedienung. Preis/Leistung passt. Reservierung sinnvoll. Unsere 10 köpfige Gruppe war sehr zufrieden. Bis zum nächsten mal.

Wie treffen uns regelmäßig in der Alten Mühle um unseren Mädelsabend dort zu verbringen. Im Sommer kann man auf der wunderschönen und gemütlichen Terrasse sitzen, im restlichen Jahr bietet das Restaurant Sitzplätze im Innenraum mit tollem Ambiente. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Restaurants kann man sich prima dort unterhalten und muss sich nicht anschreien. Getränke und Speisen sind wirklich gut und preislich angemessen. Der Service ist fantastisch. Das gesamte Team ist stets aufmerksam und fröhlich. Es ist immer ein bisschen, als würde man zu Freunden kommen. Ich kann die Alte Mühle uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Flammkuchen - the Provezale - sounded good. However, the tarte flambée was far too crispy and broke apart when cut. Partly black at the edges. Eating very difficult. Not warm. Criticism wasn't of interest and I let more than half of it go back. Had to pay full price. My companion's tarte flambée was garnished with a piece of wire. Once and not again.

Hostile environment towards foreigners. Much better at any of the restaurants on the next bridge in front of the pool.

When the weather is good, you can sit in the garden and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is also nicely decorated inside. All the dishes tasted very good and there was a lot to choose from when it came to tarte flambée.

We went there twice for dinner. The spareribs are highly recommended. The potato gratin and fried potatoes are also very tasty. The large version of the chili con carne is really a decent portion. The tarte flambée is very generously topped. The outside area is really wonderful to sit in - unfortunately it's a bit dark inside.

I had dinner here with friends. It is beautifully decorated both inside and outside. The tarte flambées were delicious, good size and also well topped. I really liked the fact that you could top your tarte flambée with half of different types. The only deduction for me is the service. Even though the place wasn't full (we sat inside), we were only asked once if we wanted something more to drink in the entire 2.5 hours we were there. And that despite our glasses being empty and the waitress coming past us more often. Yes, I could have called the waitress to us specifically, but good service would actually have to keep that in mind. Nevertheless, I would like to come back and can recommend it to others with a clear conscience.

We visited Lubeck for the first time and wanted to have a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere away from the tourist bustle. We were very pleased! The location is very pleasant, the waiters are friendly, and the steaks were excellent! The prices are also very reasonable. I definitely recommend it. Next time we visit, we will definitely return to this restaurant again !

Great atmosphere and the food was okay. It's just a shame that there is no rough gram information next to the meat. And the service is underground. Super unfriendly. We went out to eat with a child for the first time after a 2-year break. It was to break the habit. Never again for us.

We came here by chance and Google research. The coque au vin was really a poem, everything was homemade, incredibly tasty sauce and the potato gratin was also excellent, at a reasonable price! When we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop by for dinner.

Eigentlich hätte es ein schöner Abend sein sollen. Tolles Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen. Aber der sehr schlechte Service machte das alles zunichte. Es kann auch mal was schief gehen. Aber nicht mehrfach und die Frage ist, wie geht man damit um. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Tolles rustikales Restaurant! Der Kellner war super aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten keinen Tisch reserviert, waren jedoch außerhalb der Saison. Der Garten ist super schön - bestimmt toll im Sommer dort zu sitzen - Bei uns war es doch noch zu kalt am Abend. Wir hatten zwei Salate, die Portion war mehr als ausreichend. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und kommen beim nächsten Besuch gerne wieder :) Wir empfehlen das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter!

My visit to the Alte Mühle restaurant in Lübeck was simply fantastic! From the moment you walked in to the moment you left the restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was simply delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy and inviting, which makes the stay very pleasant. The furnishings are stylish and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The service was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Our orders were taken quickly and the food was served quickly. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, all freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. I chose the beef fillet with fried potatoes and vegetables and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, the fried potatoes were crispy and the vegetables were fresh and aromatic. The drink selection was also great. The wine list offers a wide selection of excellent wines that go perfectly with the food. We sought advice from the attentive service and were not disappointed. All in all, my visit to the Alte Mühle restaurant was a real highlight and I can only warmly recommend it. The quality of the food, the first-class service and the cozy atmosphere make this restaurant an absolute must when you are in Lübeck. I will definitely come again!

Every now and then we visit the Old Mill privately, occasionally with the club. Nice atmosphere, attentive, friendly staff and good food characterize this location. We are looking forward to the next time.

Great, cozy and authentic restaurant. The menu mainly revolves around tarte flambée. But there are also great salads and meat dishes. The wine list is also remarkable. The service is attentive and friendly. In summer you can also sit nicely in the garden. I can only recommend the Alte Mühle, I always enjoy going there!

The staff is very friendly and responds to the guests' wishes. The beer garden and the restaurant invite you to linger. The menu is small, but the food is delicious. The prices are absolutely OK. We enjoyed it so much that we went there on the second day. It's definitely worth a visit.

We celebrated our class reunion in the Old Mill with 15 people. The service and food were excellent and we felt like we were in good hands at this restaurant.

Price/performance was top. Paid €35 ​​for starter, main course and dessert. I find that very humane. We'd love to come back.

Gemütliches Lokal im Süden der Lübecker Altstadt mit rustikaler Einrichtung, netter und fixer Bedienung, leckerem Essen, von dem man(n) (und frau) auch satt wird und einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren froh, dass es trotz größerer Gesellschaft am Samstag Abend noch kurzfristig mit einem Tisch für 2 geklappt hat, haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Besuch in Lübeck gerne wiederkommen. 👍😋

Netter Laden, guter Service und leckeres Bier. Das Wildschweingulasch kann ich allerdings nicht empfehlen. Sowohl das Gulasch selbst als auch die Spätzle waren sehr enttäuschend.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und was mich aufgefallen ist, da wurde gefragt ob wir kaltes Wasser oder Wasser auf normalen Temperatur haben wollen. Das ist das erste Mal in den Jahren dass dies gefragt würde. Wir waren zu Acht. Perfektes Essen und perfekte und freundliche Bedienung. Sie, die Bedienung, war einfach klasse. Preisleistung völlig in Ordnung.

Although we had only called 30 minutes before the reservation to see if there was still a place available, the service was very nice and explained that unfortunately there would only be 2 high tables left. When we arrived, we were then allowed to choose one of them directly. The waiter was extremely nice and courteous. The food itself was very tasty and can only be recommended. Obwohl wir erst 30 Minuten vor der Reservierung angerufen hatten, ob noch ein Plätzchen frei ist, war der Service sehr nett und erklärte, dass es leider nur noch 2 Hochtische geben würde. Als wir ankamen, durften wir uns direkt einen der beiden dann aussuchen. Der Kellner war außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen selbst war sehr lecker und kann nur empfohlen werden.

Auch abseits der touristischen Pfade hat Lübeck viele reizvolle Ecken. So entdeckten wir bei einem Spaziergang die Alte Mühle und sind spontan eingekehrt. Der lauschige Gastgarten gefiel uns gut und wir hatten Glück, den letzten nicht reservierten Tisch zu ergattern. Die Speisekarte bietet neben einer guten Auswahl an herzhaften und süßen Flammkuchen auch kleine Snacks, Salate, deftige Hausmannkost, diverse Fleischgerichte und den im Norden allseits beliebten Pannfisch. Wir wählten das Rumpsteak mit gebratenen Zwiebeln (18,20 €) und die Lammfilets mit Knoblauchbutter (20,50 €). Beilagen (gratinierte Kartoffeln, Bratkartoffeln und/oder Salat) können separat bestellt werden. Beide Fleischgerichte tadellos, sehr gut meine rosa gebratenen Lammfilets mit schönen Röstaromen und auch die würzige Knoblauchbutter hat gut gefallen. Die Bratkartoffeln (4,10 €) machten ihrem Namen leider keine Ehre. Frische Ware, aber größtenteils nicht gebraten und so gar nicht kross. Schade, wir hätten gerne etwas länger gewartet, das Essen wurde relativ fix serviert. Gute Bratkartoffeln brauchen neben einem ordentlichen Produkt halt auch etwas Zeit. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Bei Gelegenheit würden wir vielleicht einmal die Flammkuchen probieren, auch „halb und halb“ bestellbar.

Sehr schöne Gaststätte etwas abseits von der Altstadt, aber vom Zentrum in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbarer. Sehr schöner, ruhiger Außenbereich und sehr gutes Essen.

Bodenständiges Restaurant mit leckeren Speisen in schöner rustikaler Atmosphäre. Der Service dürfte etwas herzlicher sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier könnte man eine schöne Zeit mit Freunden verbringen ...weil es einen schönen Aussenbereich und Ambiente hat. Leider Waren wir sehr enttäuscht! - die Bedienung war äusserst unfreundlich - die Preise waren mehr als beachtlich - die angebotene "gesunde Ernährung" wurde ergänzt durch Sosse Hollandaise aus der Pappschachtel und Sprühsahne Wir werden dort nicht mehr speisen!

Wir haben im Außenbereich gesessen und den sehr leckeren hausgemachten Flammkuchen genossen. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und sehr nett. Den Tisch hatten wir vorher reserviert, es wurde gegen 18.00 Uhr auch ziemlich voll.

Der Apfelstrudel ist zu empfehlen, wenn auch mit 7 Euro nicht direkt preisgünstig. Ansonsten schöne Lage und ein Außenbereich der im Sommer sehr viel wert ist

Volle Empfehlung von uns. Wir saßen im Garten bei lauschigem Wetter und es gab Flammkuchen. Diese kann man auch halb/halb wählen, was uns die Entscheidung etwas leichter machte. The atmosphere and service are good. My steak however was average, served without any sauce. My husband ordered lamb and liked it.

18 Uhr. Wir hatten nicht reserviert. Eigentlich war alles reserviert. Man bot uns an einen schönen Tisch zu nehmen, wenn wir bis 19 Uhr fertig seien. Es war sehr lecker!! Und es wurde auch nicht gedrängelt, als wir erst um 19.01 Uhr zum Zahlen bereit waren. Traumhaftes Ambiente. Einfach nur gut.
