Mal wieder sehr lecker dort gegessen. Was mir wirklich gefällt ist die relativ große Auswahl an Vegan/Vegetarischen Speisen. In anderen Restaurants esse ich Jahrelang das gleiche weil es nur ein Essen zur Auswahl bist. Hier sind es definitiv mehrere. die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, nicht so laut. Netter und aufmerksamer Service, ohne zu aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen war großartig, wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Abend!

Wir waren in einer kleinen Runde zum Abendessen dort. Es war Alles wirklich gut, Qualität des Essens, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Preise. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Lediglich die Akustik war etwas schwierig, aber das ist wohl dem schönen, alten Gebäude geschuldet.

Das Loks hebt sich kulinarisch von vielen anderen Restaurants ab. Die Gerichte sind außergewöhnlich köstlich. Die Ausstattung kommt langsam in die Jahre, was aber zum restlichen Ambiente passt. Man sollte den Zeitpunkt jedoch nicht verpassen hier nachzusteuern. Die Preise haben angezogen, was bzgl. des Ambientes berücksichtigt werden muss. Daher, eins geht nur. Preise hoch=Ausstattung aufwerten. Wir sind gern hier, nehmen aber wahr, dass es nicht mehr so gut ausgelastet ist, wie früher. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr netter Service, immer mit einem Lächeln. Hatte Sauerfleisch mit Bratkartoffeln, sehr lecker, nur etwas zuviel Salat (nahm die Hälfte des Tellers ein)

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Das Ambiente ist toll. Es gibt einiges zu kucken in diesem Bahnhofstil. Wirklich toll. Wir hatten Wokgemüse mit Steinbeißer. Der Fisch war auf den Punkt. Außen knusprig und innen saftig. Man hat jedes Gemüse rausgeschmeckt und es waren viele verschiedene drin. Der Service freundlich, nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen wieder.

Ich hatte zum Abendessen das Thunfischsteak mit Kokos-Maniok-Püree und einer Knoblauch-Limetten-Sauce. Beim Bestellen war ich eher skeptisch gegenüber dieser ausgefallenen Kombination, wollte aber offen gegenüber Neuem sein - und es hat sich allemal gelohnt. Es war eine ausgewogene und stimmige Geschmackskombi, die auf voller Linie überzeugt hat. Schon lange hab ich nicht mehr so gut in einem Restaurant gegessen. Auch der Fisch war saftig und von hoher Qualität. Als Abschluss gab es die Dessertvariation, die mich ebenfalls überzeugt hat. Insbesondere das Tiramisu schmeckte genauso, wie ein Tiramisu sein sollte, was inzwischen aber leider selten der Fall ist. Auch der Service war hervorragend. Wer ausgezeichnet Essen gehen möchte, sollte dem L.O.K.S. einen Besuch abstatten - sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolles Restaurant mit wirklich leckeren Speisen,oft aus der Region. Der Veggieburger war Mega! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben es schon öfter hier genossen: zu Zweit, eine Hochzeitsfeier, zu Viert - und nun wegen Corona außer Haus Service zum Abholen: Qualität des Essen wie immer sehr gut, pünktlich fertig, sehr freundlicher Service und das Essen war perfekt heiß und in super Thermotransportbox. Besser gehts nicht.

Es hat lange gedauert bis wir unsere Bestellungen aufgeben konnten, dadurch erst sehr spät gegessen.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort zum ersten Male und wirklich total angetan. Das Essen war super, der Service zügig und kompetent. Das Ambiente ziemlich einzigartig als ehemalige Bahnhofshalle.

Das Essen ist hervorragend und der Service ist erste Sahne! Wir wollten uns die Vorspeise (Burratta) teilen und baten bei der Bestellung um einen zweiten Teller. Als die Bestellung kam, war der Burratta schon geteilt und auf der Tellern angerichtet, mit so einem tollen Service haben wir nicht gerechnet. Wir waren mehr als begeistert.

Wer nicht nur 0815 Essen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Tolle ruhige Atmosphäre. Sehr guter Service. Schöne Dekoration.

Sehr hohe Qualität der Gerichte, toller Service, auch offen für extra Wünsche. Variable Speisekarte für saisonale und internationale Gerichte. Gut geeignet für private Feier bis ca 70 Personen.

Das Restaurant sieht von außen nett aus, auch innen ist es nett eingerichtet. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Kunstlederbezüge der Stühle sind stark abgenutzt und weisen Risse auf. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten unsere 17 Monate alte Tochter dabei. Bestellt haben wir eine Antipastiplatte, eine Tomatensuppe für unsere Tochter, das Rumsteak und den Lachs mit Safransoße. Die Getränke kamen zügig, allerdings wurden die Getränke nicht in die Gläser gegossen, dass mussten wir selber machen. Die Antipastiplatte war bestückt mit marinierter Paprika, Champignons, unmariniertem Rucola und Salat, Brot, Hirtenkäsecreme, marinierter Zucchini, grünen Oliven, Kartoffeln auf einer Salsa und Käse. Die Auswahl war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Leider war alles auf der Platte Kühlschrank kalt. Die Tomatensuppe für unsere Tochter war lecker. Leider kam dazu kein Brot, dafür brachte uns die wirklich freundliche Kellnerin drei verschiedene Löffel zur Auswahl, das war aufmerksam. Wir bestellten noch eine Flasche Wasser, die in einem Kühler kam, erneut weder geöffnet noch eingeschenkt wurde. Die Flaschen der Getränke zuvor wurden erst sehr spät abgeräumt. Der Lachs in Safransoße war optisch ansprechend und laut meinem Mann, lecker. Das Rumsteack hingegen war leider ungenießbar. Es wurde Medium bestellt mit dem Hinweis, dass es etwas rosiger sein darf. Es war rare, die Champignons und Zwiebeln darauf, sowie das Fleisch waren völlig ungewürzt, es gab weder Butter, noch irgendein anderes Fett, welches etwas Geschmack hätte bringen können. Der Salat war zusammen gefallen, das Dressing Geschmacklos und die Pommes dazu zu wenig frittiert. Ich habe mein Essen daher bis auf zwei Probierbissen nicht angerührt, es kam leider kein Kellner vorbei um zu fragen ob bei uns alles in Ordnung sei. Auch als wir nach der Rechnung fragten und das Essen kaum angerührt noch vor mir stand wurde nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Wir wurden gefragt ob etwas eingepackt werden soll, nachdem die Rechnung (etwa 108€) bereits bezahlt war. Nachdem wir dann äußerten, wie schlecht das Rumpsteak leider war, wurde uns zwar ein Kaffee angeboten, was eine nette Geste war, den Unmut über die misslungene Hauptspeise aber nicht aufheben konnte. Positiv lässt sich berichten, dass die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich waren, leider nicht besonders aufmerksam aber bemüht. Zudem waren sie sehr tolerant gegenüber unserer Tochter, die nach der Vorspeise durchs Restaurant spazieren wollte. Alles in allem recht enttäuschend, aber vielleicht wird sich die Kritik ja zu Herzen genommen.

Essen war sehr gut. Nur die Bohnen waren einfach zu bissfest.

Sehr schmackhaft, besonders die lukullischen Themen, die einfach exzellent umgesetzt werden. Und ich habe das Aperol-Weizenbier entdeckt: erst war ich skeptisch, dann musste noch ein zweites her. Wir kommen aus den Raum Göttingen und waren zum ersten Mal da. Online gebucht. Vom ersten Moment an fühle ich mich willkommen, das essen die Bedienung und das Ambiente waren alles top. Wäre es nur nicht so weit 😉 auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank

Es war lecker und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind ziemlich hoch, aber die Portionen sind groß. Ich vermute, sie verwenden Glutamat, was nicht so gut ist.

Ich mag sehr gerne hier essen, denn es ist gemütlich und schön, der Service sehr nett! Das Ambiente des alten Bahnhofs ist heimelig und schön. Das Essen ist bodenständig und gut! Nicht außergewöhnlich, aber gut! Die Vorspeisenplatten ganz besonders gut! Die Drinks sind sehr gut!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service war aufmerksam und verbindlich. Und das Essen war einfach köstlich. Wir hatten uns nach einer Möhren-Ingwersuppe für das Wok- Gemüse mit Ente bzw. Rind entschieden. Würde es für uns nicht ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt bedeuten, wären wir sicher öfter hier.

Das Essen (1x Hühnchen, 1x Wok Gemüse) wie immer top, frisch, heiß, schmackhaft und ausreichend. Die wechselnde Karte spricht für sich. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, adrett und angemessen gekleidet. Das Ambiente ist stimmig, die Tische sind hier und da nah beieinander, weswegen wir gerne früh zum Abendessen gehen. Der Anspruch des Inhabers und des Teams sind einfach überdurchschnittlich. Dies findet sich in allen Bereichen des Restaurants wieder. Klare Empfehlung für Freunde des gepflegten Essens.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service, excelente Speise im stimmigen Ambiente im alten Bahnhofsgebäude

Wir haben sowohl vor Ort schon gegessen als auch unsere Hochzeit von Oliver und seinem Team kulinarisch begleiten lassen. Wir waren so begeistert. Es wird auf Allergene und Sonderwünsche super freundlich und gewissenhaft eingegangen. Dazu ist das Essen super lecker. Ich habe selbst Zöliakie und konnte meine Hochzeit komplett glutenfrei genießen. Die Gäste waren auch begeistert und das Personal der Location hat das Buffet ebenfalls gelobt. Wir werden sicher nochmal dort ein Catering bestellen und öfter Essengehen. Große Empfehlung! Und großes Dankeschön an das Küchenteam, dass ich mich nicht nur sicher beim Essen fühlen konnte, sondern es eben auch hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Leider hab ich noch keine Fotos des Hochzeitsbuffets. Ggf. kann ich die nachreichen.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal hier gegessen. Es war mal wieder richtig gut, keine 08/15 Küche. Waren einmal innen und einmal außen. Service war klasse und der gruss der Küche ist auch gut. Hier geht ich bestimmt nochmal hin. Die Auswahl ist eher klein aber alles ist Klasse. Immer ausgefallene Saisonkarte, prima! Mein Thunfisch war bestimmt an die 300g, das für ca. 27€? völlig guter Preis.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von acht Personen da. Das Essen war durchweg fantastisch und der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Es war nicht besonders voll, aber wir hatten trotzdem eine tolle Zeit.

Great atmosphere and beautiful decor. All the seats outside were taken. The inside seating was also fantastic. Attentive service. The spinach ravioli was fantastic, and the salmon fillet was a decent piece. Very tasty. I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the restaurant.

Right by the station; some stop, many rush through, but it's exciting and not in the least annoying. Food and service very good: as always! Large selection of delicious wok dishes, as well as sauerfleisch (sauerfleisch) and roast beef: all very good, generous portions, and anything you can't finish is kindly packed away. This was our first time at this lovely restaurant and we'll definitely be back. Beautiful ambiance, very attentive service, and delicious food. Booking a table here was the perfect way to round off a special day for us! It was really busy for a Monday evening, but the weather was so bad that no one could have sat outside!

We had a lovely summer evening in the garden, relaxing under the trees and large umbrellas; there were also beach chairs. The food was delicious, the prices fair, and the staff attentive and very friendly. A special thank you again to the (very) young woman who served us—you did a wonderful job! We will be back.

Very tasty & fresh food in a cozy location.

As an "old Einfeld native," I celebrated my 60th birthday at L.O.K.S. We had 55 guests. The location is ideal. Ample parking. The reception was held outside in good weather, with a fantastic Holstein buffet, attentive but discreet service, and professional communication with the owner. Highly recommended, even for a casual meal.

A lovely ambiance. The staff were all very young, which made it all the more relaxed and pleasant to interact on an equal level. There is a small vegan selection, but more than enough to warrant a second visit. We were surprised that they even serve vegan mayonnaise. Vegan alternatives are rare in rural eastern Germany. So even a small detail like vegan mayonnaise with the delicious fries was a great addition. The kitchen was also quite open, but you couldn't smell it on yourself afterwards. The only thing we could have done without making a reservation on Saturday at 7:30 p.m., as there were still plenty of seats available. With the service, food selection, and ambiance, I hope this place lasts a long time. The only negative thing I can say is that we weren't really noticed with our empty drinks and weren't asked for new ones.

Oliver catered the buffet for our wedding at the end of April at the Schleusen-Garten in Rathmannsdorf, and it was amazing! We had discussed the celebration at L.O.K.S. in advance with the owner of the Schleusen-Garten and were already impressed by the quality of the food fresh from the kitchen during the tasting. And on the evening of the wedding, it was even better! There was enough food for almost 60 people. The soups were very well received, as were all the salads, especially the cheese-topped fennel, the vegan potato gratin, the salmon in saffron sauce, and the pork fillet medallions in mushroom sauce. The food was consistently hot, even when we came back at 11:30 p.m. to use up leftovers with a cheese platter. Oliver and his team are truly great cooks, and the prices are more than fair for a wedding buffet. If you're planning a wedding, get Oliver on board! Of course, we'll be back at L.O.K.S., because a life without Oliver's food for too long is possible, but pointless.

Extremely good food and very nice staff

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately there were only very young staff on site who still have a lot to learn. It's a shame that it ruins a lot of things.

We made a reservation in advance and I wrote in the "note" that it was my mother's birthday. Unfortunately we discovered that no "place setting" or anything nice had been prepared. About the service: Both service staff were friendly and accommodating. About the food: I ordered the rump steak and I received a steak rump, I just noticed it too late, so I couldn't say anything more about it. A nice restaurant in itself, but nothing more for us.

The ambience is okay, the service is also sufficient. The wines and drinks are at normal prices. However, the food is mediocre to tasteless and not served in a particularly eye-catching manner. To make matters worse, there was a complaint, there were six of us, and the owner didn't even respond to the complaint. Everything is mediocre and something has to happen.

A nice, small restaurant with delicious food, friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. You can also watch the trains up close (which you really can't hear - almost unreal).

To make it short. We didn't feel welcome on Christmas Day. The boss hid behind the counter or behind his cell phone and didn't acknowledge most of the guests. Perhaps a “Merry Christmas” would have been appropriate. So the mood was quite clouded. The two waitresses tried hard and were friendly. The only ray of hope. The buffet was average at best. It was ok but nothing special. There was no feel-good atmosphere. The boss is busy with his cell phone.... The image stays in my head. Conclusion: Annoyed and inhospitable operator, high-priced, average. No repeat for us.

Food was good and the service was attentive and friendly. Still 1 star deducted because the parking options are underground. Allow more time and possibly a longer route from the car to the restaurant.

Too bad. Nice service. Went to the restaurant around 5 p.m. Unfortunately the burger (beef) didn't convince me. Frozen goods? The meat had no taste. Too much arugula. The cheese was just put on top and didn't melt. Too bad about the money.

The service changed inconspicuously, the bruschetta starter was impressive to look at, but unfortunately there was quite hard bread hidden underneath with a really great topping. The menu was very well organized. Nevertheless, I had the feeling that the delicious crispy salmon skin disappeared into the sauce. I would prefer if the skin could stay crispy and the sauce would be used differently. The salmon could also be more glassy, ​​but only marginally. Great drinks and friendly service. We went here for dinner with my parents, my brother and his family (two small children, 3 and 6 years old). The menu offers a wonderful selection that everyone, including the little ones, will find something to like. There is also a nice selection for vegetarians and vegans. The prices are a little higher, but the quality of the food is excellent and the portion size is great. The service was very friendly and attentive and the ambience is wonderful. We sat outside on the terrace. It was beautifully decorated and pleasantly lit. We will definitely go to Neumünster more often to the L.O.K.S. come!

We were looking for a restaurant and were intrigued by the good reviews. It was a very good decision. Very good food, top service. Cozy atmosphere. It's a shame we were just passing through, it could have been a favorite restaurant.

We were there spontaneously for the first time in June. We actually wanted to go somewhere else, but all the restaurants around Einfeld and the beginning of Neumünster were completely overcrowded. But: FORTUNELY! We got the last free table and I am more than grateful because we have found our new favorite restaurant here. We have now picked up there several times and even rewarded ourselves at home after a stressful day. Both the ambience and the service are simply great! The food is of an extremely high standard, which can be seen in every bite. The fact that the price range is no different here is crazy! What I would also like to rate as highly positive in the review is the pick-up service. In almost every restaurant, the to-go portions are usually much (!) smaller because the packaging is not enough. The L.O.K.S has its own (deposit) packs, which really contain the same portion/size as on site. I've really never experienced that before! That's why I can more than warmly recommend both on-site and to-go. Thank you for everything, dear L.O.K.S team
