Beautiful view over the Elbe, on the terrace when the weather is nice! Unfortunately a bit out of the way, but very nice and friendly!

Quaint little town with cozy streets worth seeing. Spontaneous stop in the restaurant. Food was delicious and the service was friendly. The ambience is not that eye-catching, but ok for a short visit. The windows to the terrace urgently needed water and rags.

Very good food. The prices are right given the great quality. You can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view of the Elbe. Can highly recommend the plaice. But the schnitzels are also recommended.

Eat well with a view of the Elbe

Very nice restaurant with a great view. My companion and I really enjoyed it here. The food was quite good. I would have the schnitzel hollandaise and fried potatoes. My partner had the herring. The schnitzel was freshly prepared, as were the fried potatoes. Not the hollandaise sauce, but that's usually very difficult these days. The service was very friendly and also very attentive. But what we liked best was the ambience. Here you can sit outside on the Elbe with a great view. It is comfortably furnished and the interior design is simply beautiful. Feel free to come by here. It's definitely worth it.

A really nice place to eat. The “Italian Style” fish plate was excellent. So delicious... I reserved a table for today and tomorrow evening. You can't eat better.👍👍👍 In the evening then the salad plate with shrimp skewer. Also excellent. The salad dressing was amazing.....🙂 The next evening the matjes with apple and onion sauce with fried potatoes was simply delicious...👍 I can really only recommend this restaurant!

Food = incredibly tasty and good portions to fill you up, the service is very friendly and accommodating. The ambience is a little different than the name suggests, but very harmonious, nobody looks at each other's plates here👍

We were in Lauenburg by bike and stopped there spontaneously. The small outside terrace has a great view, the service is good, the drinks and food came very quickly and very tasty. I can recommend fried herring with fried potatoes... we'll definitely stop there again.

We were thrilled, good restaurant down in the old town, with a beautifully located terrace on the Elbe. Very good quality of food and friendly service make the stay perfect. There is a paid parking lot nearby or you can park upstairs and walk down to the old town.

Due to the many good reviews, we reserved a table for 3 people 8 days in advance, including 1 with a wheelchair. We were really looking forward to the food. My wife had to walk on the cobblestones from the nearest disabled parking space. Nobody can do anything about that. But then in front of the entrance it was impossible to overcome the curb and the door threshold. Unfortunately there are no ramps there. When making the reservation we could have been told that the restaurant is not barrier-free. There are stupid answers from the landlord. The fish stinks at the head first!

The food was just great. The prices are on the higher side, but that's absolutely ok. Because the quality and service justify the prices.

Das Personal war etwas unfreundlich. Der Pannfisch zu kross gebraten und zu wenig Soße. Das Schnitzel ist in der Soße ertrunken und war deshalb nicht mehr krosch, die Bratkartoffeln waren etwas flau. Draußen konnte man nur auf harten einfachen Holzstühlen ohne Kissen sitzen.

A nice restaurant right on the Elbe in Lauenburg. You have to park up near the church. Then walk down to the Elbe. Nice walk through the old town. As always, the food was very tasty 😋.

Hier haben wir auf unserer Radtour nach Berlin Station gemacht. Essen, Service und die Lage/Ausblick haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder einkehren.

Wir haben ein fantastischen Abend bei super Service und leckere Essen genossen. Ganz klare weiter Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

Das Essen-ein absoluter Gaumenschmaus! 👌🏻 Alles ganz frisch und lecker 😋 Die Gerichte sind mit sehr viel Liebe 🫶 zubereitet und ansprechend auf den Tellern angerichtet 🤩 Dickes Lob an den Koch 👍🏼 Für jeden ist auf der Speisekarte etwas dabei-ob Fisch- oder Fleischliebhaber oder für Vegetarier-jeder wird fündig werden ☺️ Die Avocado-Quinoa-Röstis mit Kräuterdip und Salat-mal was anderes und lecker. Wassermelonen-Spritz Cocktail 🍹 erfrischend und für gut befunden. Falls man mit dem Auto kommt-man muss ein wenig laufen-direktes Parken in der Altstadt schwierig, aber möglich-sogar kostenfrei.

Nettes Lokal mit einem super Ausblick auf die Elbe. Das Personal ist flink und super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war frisch und sehr lecker. Großer Pluspunkt für uns: auch unser großer Hund war willkommen.

Wir besuchten die Schifferbörse am 23. August 2023 gegen 15:00 Uhr. Wir konnten uns an einem Tisch, auf der gut besuchten Außenterasse, mit Blick auf die Elbe setzen. Schnell erhielten wir die Speisekarte. Bei der Aufgabe der Bestellung wurden wir kompetent und nett beraten. Die Speisen - Hecht und Zander mit Bratkartoffeln / Schnitzel mit Kroketten - waren schmackhaft und reichlich. Interessante, nicht alltägliche Bierauswahl. Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Leckers Essen in schöner Location. Preise in Ordnung, Service perfekt! Empfehlenswert!

Auf der schönen Sonnenterrasse gleich oberhalb des Elbuferweges (toller Blick auf Elbe und Raddampfer von 1900!) bestellten wir bei der freundlichen Bedienung das hausgemachte Sauerfleisch mit Bratkartoffeln und eine Waffel mit Kirschen. Beides sehr gut! Besonders das Sauerfleisch zu äußerst moderaten 13.90 Euro war sein Geld wert: Wirklich selbst gemacht, herzhaft-sauer und mit leckeren, gar nicht fettigen Bratkartoffeln. Eine Empfehlung"

Essen war gut, Flammkuchen für 15,90€ ist nicht günstig, dafür schönes Ambiente und nette höfliche Bedienung.

Ein Restaurant zum Wohlfühlen. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir noch vor Ort erneut reserviert haben, um vor unserer Heimreise aus dem Urlaub an der Elbe noch einmal in den Genuss der Küche zu kommen. Das alles bei sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Bedienung, gutem Service und zu einem unschlagbaren Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr netter Service, mäßig einfallsreiche Karte, Essen war gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Preis-Leistung okay. Schöne Terasse mit Blick auf die Elbe.

Es hat mir und meiner Frau sehr gut hier gefallen, gute Speisen und Getränke, tolle Sonnenterrasse,mit Blick auf die Elbe. Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Lokalität zum Runterkommen, Service war sehr freundlich zu uns, uns hat es hier sehr gut geschmeckt.

Kommt man durch die malerische Altstadt in dieses Lokal so blickt man beim Durchgehen direkt auf die Elbe. Bei gutem Wetter bietet sich die Terrasse an. Eine freundliche Bedienung brachte zügig das bestellte Getränk und auch das Hauptgericht kam wenige Minuten danach. Die Scholle war perfekt gebraten und schmeckte hervorragend, begleitet von einer großen Portion Bratkartoffeln mit Speck und Zwiebeln. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder, denn es war einfach lecker, dazu eine supernette Bedienung sowie ein sehr schöner Blick auf die Elbe. Besser geht es nicht.

Das Schnitzel ist sehr lecker. Alles selbst gekocht.

Leckeres Essen , recht große Portionen - kleiner Mini Abzug, weil mir das Schnitzel einfach zu fettig war. Preisverhältnis ist ok. Die Aussicht und die Bedienungen waren mega nett. Sehr gut gefüllt - also rechtzeitig reserieren. ( Und wahrscheinlich eher Fisch bestellen ;-) )

Schicke Außenterrasse, kaltes Bier und frisches Essen zu moderaten Preisen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Schifferbörse, weil ich schon viel gutes über dieses Lokal gehört hatte. Zu Essen gab es Schnitzel, dieses fand ich jetzt geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich. Dies ist meine persönliche Meinung, da Geschmäcker ja bekanntlich verschieden sind. Ambiente toll, direkt an der Elbe. Das Servicepersonal war mega freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Melonen Sprizz war mega!
