A very nice hotel in a great location with super motivated staff, all in all very nice days to look back on.

We chose the Neos because of the good reviews (rare in Cochem) and were really very satisfied. The food was on point and the price was definitely reasonable considering the quality. We were served very attentively and friendly. Unfortunately it was a bit too warm inside, but there is also an outdoor area. All in all, we can only recommend a visit to this reputable and high-quality restaurant to everyone!

Onprofessioneel.

Unfortunately our experience with Little Italy Cochem was very disappointing. We ordered on 12/19/24 and called immediately afterwards to cancel the order. The employee who spoke to us on the phone didn't speak German, so communication was very difficult. He told us he would cancel the order, but the food was still delivered to us. In addition, the food was not tasty and did not meet our expectations at all. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.

Unfortunately, the elderly lady spoke to us in a very unfriendly, rude tone, even though she doesn't understand German well and repeatedly takes our order incorrectly. She then gets annoyed with us; even though we even mention the numbers of the dishes on the menu, she assumes the dishes aren't available in that form. The end result: We were told to wait outside because of our child, even though only two tables in the entire restaurant were occupied. We then canceled the order, which was intended for takeout, and demanded our money back. The atmosphere, and especially the service, were so unfriendly and cold that when it finally became apparent that our child was a nuisance, we were fed up with being treated like that. Other reviews confirm our experience. Having someone serve there who doesn't understand the customers' language correctly and then uses such a rude tone is an absolute disgrace! Never, never again!

Looks really exciting, but unfortunately it was already closed in the evening when we visited.

Chic from the outside and magnificent view but clearly a tourist trap. Ready-made Aperol Spritz, poor quality whipped cream, Fanta 0.4cl at €4.90 but served at 0.30-0.35cl. The waiter didn't even say thank you or goodbye after collecting the bill (really to say, you didn't leave a tip, get out).

1 Star – An Experience You'd Rather Forget Sometimes you wonder if you were just unlucky or if a restaurant has made it its mission to systematically alienate its guests. After my visit to the Cochemer Weinstube, I'm leaning toward the latter. The service was – to put it mildly – an absolute disgrace. Unfriendly, disinterested, and apparently only very loosely connected to the restaurant industry in terms of competence. The feeling of being welcome as a guest? Unfortunately, none of it. You were treated more like an inconvenience that needed to be dealt with as quickly as possible. The food? Well, yes. First, the order was taken incorrectly – it can happen. Unfortunately, the whole thing was "served" not with an apology, but with a remarkable amount of ignorance and an extra portion of coldness on the plate. It seems as if the concept here is: "Wrong and cold – but expensive." The prices, by the way, are an experience in themselves: Almost €12 for half a tarte flambée with shrimp – which was not only poorly prepared, but also outrageously bland. And over €16 for a standard schnitzel? In Cochem? Brave. Or brazen. Decide for yourself. My conclusion: I'd rather go to bed hungry than even think about eating there again. And that's saying something. So if you want to treat yourself to an evening of bad mood, poor service, and overpriced cafeteria food – go ahead. For everyone else: stay away.

Everything was a little grubby, my salad was very clear and the sheep's cheese was a slice about 5 mm thick and then cut into 6 pieces. Simply too expensive for 10.90 and too much iceberg lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber, 1/2 tomato and half an egg 😂My husband had Wiener Schnitzel with 30 fries and pre-fried meat. Mineral water in a glass, filter coffee bad. We chose it because there were shaded areas outside. We were the only guests at midday anyway. Wouldn't happen to me again
