We even ate at Neos twice over the weekend because the food is so delicious!!! The burgers are perfect, the pike-perch fillet cooked to perfection, and the pumpkin risotto is simply divine. The wild herb salad with crispy chicken was excellent and truly filling 😉. Regional cuisine lovingly and always freshly prepared!!!! Amazing! The service is always friendly and very attentive 😃!

Excellent restaurant! We walked in on our first evening without a reservation for a bottle of wine and some snacks and received outstanding service and advice. So we returned the next day for dinner, which was superb. We can also highly recommend their wine; we took several bottles home with us. We'll definitely be back.

We received a recommendation for Neos from the Hotel Villa Vie and had a wonderful evening there. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was impeccable. The service was quick and the staff very attentive! The prices were perfectly reasonable and we would definitely come back if we were ever in Cochem again.

The food is top-notch. My favorite is the beef fillet with vegetables. The vegetables are fantastically prepared and different and better than you'd expect.

We had this restaurant on our hotel's list of recommendations. The restaurant is accessed via stairs. It's not immediately recognizable from the outside. It wouldn't necessarily be immediately obvious to walk-in customers. The prices are quite high. Drinks, in particular, are considerably more expensive than other restaurants. The food is also rather expensive. The food was delicious, though.

We were there yesterday without a reservation and immediately got a table for two despite seemingly numerous reservations. The service, ambiance, and above all the fantastic food, the excellent wines, and the creative menu left nothing to be desired. We felt completely at home and spent a very pleasant and relaxed evening at Neos. Starter, main course, dessert, wines, espresso, digestive... The modern ambiance, in particular, stands out very pleasantly from the often somewhat old-fashioned charm of other Moselle restaurants. The same applies to the fantastic seasonal and regional "home cooking with heart," which interpreted traditional dishes in a modern way and left nothing to be desired. We'd gladly return! We give it a full five stars.

We went to Neos as a large group to round off our weekend and celebrate a birthday. The food was fantastic. We ordered a set menu and were enchanted by each course. The goat cheese and the dessert—wow!!! For our main course, we had either pork fillet or salmon. Both were incredibly beautifully presented and delicious. The overall ambiance is truly lovely. We felt very comfortable. Comfortable chairs, few tables. It made you feel very "at home." The waiters were attentive. Dessert was served to the birthday girl with a sparkler and a birthday song. We'll be back next time we visit Cochem. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is a welcome departure from the tourist traps on the Moselle promenade. We had the three-course menu (Hokkaido pumpkin soup, beef fillet with pumpkin, mashed potatoes, and a delicious jus, panna cotta). It was accompanied by a good Riesling Hochgewächs. We were delighted. Attentive and friendly service, as well as a modern, cozy ambiance. Reservations are recommended, as even on a Wednesday, we couldn't get a table. We'll be back.

The kitchen has potential. The service is excellent. More courage in the kitchen to use their own impressions and perceptions would help them take the next step. The burgers are great. But "thicker" gives the kitchen more options (medium, etc.). The fillet was too dry - sorry. You can do better. But as I said: truly excellent service. Hey kitchen, they deserve you to put in even more effort 😎😉

This restaurant is somewhat tucked away on the first floor. Once upstairs, you'll be surprised by a cozy-looking restaurant. There's also a terrace. We enjoyed a Pfifferling schnitzel and a Knuspers schnitzel. The best we've had on our trip so far. The wine and beer are good. However, we found this restaurant pricey compared to other restaurants in Germany, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

A hidden gem in Cochem, a real discovery! What a wonderful surprise! Restaurant Neos is truly a hidden gem, tucked away on the first floor. You reach it by a staircase, where a charming restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace opens up. We were lucky enough to snag a table in the sunshine, which made the experience complete. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable; you immediately felt welcome. We had a delicious meal; the Knusperschnitzel was perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Paired with a well-chilled beer, it made for a fantastic afternoon. The atmosphere is relaxed, the terrace offers a beautiful view, and the combination of good food, excellent service, and sunshine makes this a place you'll want to return to. Highly recommended if you're in Cochem!

Modern and stylish restaurant in the middle of the altstadt, if you blink you may miss it. There’s a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas to shade from the sun or protect from the rain. Very friendly service. We didn’t have a reservation and asked if we could sit outside for a drink and appetizer. We were seated right away. Our only regret is we didn’t eat dinner here. All the food that came out looked and smelled amazing. We look forward to the next time.

A little gem in the middle of touristy Cochem – here there was a quiet and calm atmosphere with a cozy feel. The food was really good and well-prepared. A perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Remember to book a table in advance – while we were sitting and eating, many guests were turned away because everything was taken.

I visited the restaurant with several women. The food varied greatly. Others' portions were huge, for example, two large schnitzels. Many didn't return their empty plates. My tagliatella portion, on the other hand, was delicious, but very, very small. I felt it was a two-thirds portion. I mentioned it to the waitress. She said that if I didn't, I'd get some back. And I paid 20 euros for that!!!

The restaurant itself is comfortably furnished and has a relaxed atmosphere. I particularly liked the cup my drink was served in – a lovely, personal touch. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. I would happily return.

The server was nice, but the food is insanely overpriced for what you get. Food was overall very bland and the portions not very big. Had a better tasting meal in the local snackbar(imbiss) than here for less than half the prize. Don't go here unless you want to spend a lot on mediocre food.

Neos has great food and a great ambiance. They played wonderful music, too. I had salmon tagliatelle, which was delicious. We got warm chocolates cake with ice cream for dessert, which was an excellent way to top off the day. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

We chose the Neos because of the good reviews (rare in Cochem) and were really very satisfied. The food was on point and the price was definitely reasonable considering the quality. We were served very attentively and friendly. Unfortunately it was a bit too warm inside, but there is also an outdoor area. All in all, we can only recommend a visit to this reputable and high-quality restaurant to everyone!

Here the discrepancy between expectations and reality is very large. The crispy schnitzel we ordered was far too dry and extremely flat. Half of it consisted of breading, which was already too hard. The fries were over-salted and probably not cooked in hot enough fat. Very strange aftertaste. More than half of the portion went back. My complaint was met with a moderate apology. The alleged master chef was not prepared to face the complaint. No further offer and no discount either. Conclusion: I haven't eaten so badly for expensive money in a long time.

Not recommended for vegetarians/vegans. Two dishes to choose from. A salad, and it's just an appetizer. Burger: You can get better vegetarian burger patties at Rewe. Broodplankje kwam na 45 min. 4 stukjes droog met minimale olie en saus Daarna nog eens ruim 1 uur moeten wachten op een simpele carpaccio en een stukje kip. Nadat we gevraagd hadden waar alles bleef. Bediening kon niet tegen kritiek en luisterde niet. Pas bij afrekenen kon ik mijn verhaal doen. Totaal geen compensatie prijs kwaliteit was niet oké.

On our motorhome tour through Germany we made a stop in Cochem and finally got real and freshly prepared dishes again. Very tasty and super nice service with wine knowledge! The bottle of Mosel wine Pinot Gris was delicious, the portions were very large and tasty. However, the plates were too full as a menu, so that you could hardly manage it on your own or with help... Furniture inside was very high quality. I wasn't outside on the terrace. We went in spontaneously in the evening - many restaurants in the immediate area also had terrible reviews and this one had good ones. To our great delight, the Neos ultimately lived up to its good reviews. A blessing! Keep it up! In short: Best meal we've had in the last 7 days!

From the roof terrace you have a beautiful overview of a part of Cochem. Very friendly atmosphere. Food is fine and delicious. You notice that you are in tourism, so the prices are a bit higher.
