The atmosphere was a bit outdated, but we received very friendly and courteous service. The food was appetizingly prepared and very tasty. We'll definitely come back.

I can't say anything about the food as I personally haven't eaten there yet. What I can say, however, is that the coffee tasted like water a few weeks ago. Luckily I wasn't alone with that opinion. However, I find the service much worse! You wait forever and the service management is completely rude and stressed. Rarely experienced in this form. After you've waited a while, you're asked in a completely toxic manner what you would like. If you talk to the lady about it, the reaction is absolutely stroppy with the following wording: “After all, I still have 4 more tables to serve here!” Well, if you're already stressed out, then I would say - job missed! I then told her that I didn't want anything else and that I would leave the restaurant, to which she responded: "That's probably better that way." What can I say, the lady is just completely out of place. The one on the subject of customer is king 👏

Great, very caring, family service! Extremely customer oriented. The hotel can't do anything about the noise from the road (located directly on the B8, with an additional diversion route to Düsseldorf as the A59 is closed for renovations).

I really enjoyed my visit here because the service was attentive and friendly, I liked the food and it was somehow cozy. On the house there was a toasted baguette with three different dips. My fish was a bit dry, but the sauce saved everything. A glass on the house to say goodbye. Thank you for that!

Very cozy Italian restaurant. I've eaten here several times with friends and family. The steaks are cooked absolutely perfectly. The pizza is also highly recommended. We were always more than satisfied.
