We were guests at your restaurant with friends on Saturday. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. We were seated at a table that wasn't clean. When we asked for it to be wiped down, it was wiped, but unfortunately, it wasn't dried. This just spreads the dirt around. Furthermore, the dining room wasn't warm enough. Unfortunately, neither of the two waitresses came to our table to ask if we needed anything. They seemed more interested in small talk than in attending to the guests. The table is apparently being repaired by a carpenter, which naturally makes me wonder why we weren't given a different table. The food was good, and the kitchen deserves praise, but there's a lot of room for improvement in the rest of the service. Addendum: I didn't say all the tables were dirty, only ours. Furthermore, I don't think it's right to ask an 82-year-old man to come to the counter to pay just because we had a voucher, and according to you, my friend should have mentioned that he had a voucher beforehand. Unfortunately, we can't see into the future because it's not written down anywhere.

I can fully relate to Jana's review. Very satisfied with everything. Except for the service management. Unfortunately, she is rude and rude to guests when they encounter even the smallest problems. They don't need to come back. When paying, she pushed the friendly employee away and wanted to collect the money herself, which completely overwhelmed her. It's good that there are other nice restaurants, but I'm still sorry that this person is spreading some negative things. Highly recommended. Great staff, great clients, and a charming atmosphere. Good selection of drinks and not overpriced. Wonderful for dining, playing darts, or simply enjoying a good evening with a few delicious beers and friendly people. Football is also broadcast here, and there are also slot machines. All in a quiet area with good transport links. Everything is there. Check it out! 🤙
