Very good food, but without dessert

The salad we ordered contained a major mistake. Instead of apologizing, the owner yelled at us and denied any responsibility. Worst experience with an online order.

The food is consistently good to very good, with the weekly specials particularly outstanding. The special burgers are often excellent and very generously portioned. The salad is particularly delicious, and the dressing is truly exceptional. The Philly cheesesteak is also of excellent quality, although a bit too spicy for my taste. Clearer labeling on the menu would be welcome. However, some dishes vary in quality: For example, if you choose prawns as a salad topping, they are sometimes cooked to a perfect crisp, but occasionally they are bland and watery, as if they were boiled rather than fried. Another problem is the service. While some employees are friendly, there is one server who is frequently present who repeatedly seems inattentive and unfriendly. Often, you are not greeted upon entering the restaurant and wait for a long time before someone even attends to you – even when only a few tables are occupied. Order-taking can also be unnecessarily lengthy. It's a shame, because the dishes always arrive quickly and the atmosphere is generally inviting.
