When making a complaint, instead of helping someone, we discussed it. I pointed out to her that the part was defective. She then told me that I should just buy a new one. I told her why I should buy a new one when I already had one I bought it here, why should I pay for one? Only when I asked for the cehf was a new part brought to me. I don't buy anything there anymore.

Well, as usual the prices are way too expensive, what you get is often ready-made food from A to Z of mediocre quality. I recommend taking the good old packed lunch with you from home.

Bin mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen dort gewesen und bin positiv überrascht worden. Zwei leckere und reichhaltige Vorspeisenplatten (1× vegan), im Anschluss hatten wir Pizzen, Fisch, Nudeln und Salate am Tisch und alle waren mit ihrem Essen sehr zufrieden. Dass die Pizzen an diesem Abend allesamt nur je 7,- gekostet haben, war eine weitere positive Überraschung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fix, Wartezeiten hatten wir nicht. Werde das Lokal wieder besuchen.

Actually they have the best baguette here...unfortunately the last delivery has lost a lot of quality and the sauce was even inedible. It's a shame actually

We are served quickly and the food arrives after a short wait. My kale is tasty and seems homemade. However the potatoes are bland, probably convenience food. The savory pancake is not convincing. “As if prepared by someone who didn’t understand what he was supposed to do,” commented my companion. The terrace in front of the house and the toilets are a bit unkempt. Unfortunately, the rating of this restaurant doesn't go beyond 'okay'.

We had something to eat there when we were in the Autostadt. For me personally it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life!

Leider war das essen für die Qualität viel zu teuer. Und man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt oder nur die hälfte. Kann das Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen.

Der man der den Döner macht ist einfach nur unfreundlich. Nie wieder gehen wir nochmals hin. Der soll lernen wie man in der Gastronomie die Kunden behandelt.
