**Cozy atmosphere & excellent food!** We had a wonderful evening in the Marta hut. The cheese fondue was excellent and the Kaiserschmarrn at the end was simply perfect – fluffy, golden brown and delicious. The service was attentive, warm and made the evening particularly pleasant. If you are looking for cozy cottage cuisine with first-class preparation, you should definitely stop by here! We'd love to come back.

We wanted to eat and drink there together (4 girls and 4 men) one evening. We didn't get a seat because those below us were wearing sporty pants. When we said what nonsense this was, we were shouted at and thrown out. Disrespectful behavior is not acceptable!!!! We have never felt so diminished!

Sorry but such a rubbish shop.. 1. It says open on the internet..then you go there and it's closed..2. You call and the answering machine goes straight to the answering machine. I keep asking myself why you open a store... if you are not capable of running the store.. why do you fool customers with false information on the Internet? Don't you have any staff? Then you're not allowed to open a shop.. it's best to stay closed forever because you don't deserve anything else.. Dirty shop, be glad you can't give 0 stars... everyone should know that this dirty shop.. can't be recommended !

Breakfast shortly after 10 a.m. in Wiesbaden: Service: older southern waiter (with a pigtail) The cup of coffee was literally floating in the coffee bath along with the sugar, the spoon and the milk on the saucer... well! Breakfast was gradually brought to the table… The bacon was missing from the fried eggs. But the waiter didn't say a word about it while serving. After I noticed it a little later and spoke to him about it, he dismissed it unkindly - across two tables - and replied that he didn't know that the bacon would run out today. For him, that seemed to be the end of the matter. When it comes to a service, I expect that I will get what I ordered - after all, that's what I'm paying for! And if something is not available because it has run out in the meantime, I expect the waiter to tell me this when serving and not to simply hand me the plate without saying a word. When I asked him again calmly and matter-of-factly when I was paying, he repeated that he didn't know there wouldn't be enough bacon today. I replied that something like that could definitely happen, but that he hadn't told me about it while serving it, so I had to talk to him about it first. He excused himself by saying that there was so much stress going on (which is always the case there)... When I asked him whether he was breaking a tooth out of his head and whether it was asking too much for him to tell the customer that something had run out in the meantime, he finally apologized in such a diva-like, bizarrely exaggerated manner, appearing more and more dishonest and getting louder and almost screaming hysterically - whereby he was almost bursting with anger and aggressively grabbed the receipt plucked from the printer, so that other customers were already very interested in his acting performance. I felt extremely ripped off, ripped off, taken seriously in the slightest way and left. You had to be ashamed of the waiter! The poor man is completely overwhelmed, can't take any constructive criticism and is simply out of place. Probably not the right job for him... just too stressful and then there's the customer contact. Others can really do that better and are more professional! Given the impossible behavior and behavior, I would have parted ways with such a business-damaging employee long ago. After reading the reviews here, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case for this person, but rather just another negative incident. By the way, I still had to pay the full price.

Update. 16 May 2025. The food looks good, but the flavour is not there. I had breakfast, and at $4.40, it's a sweet deal. But the Bacon was paper thin and tasted really off. What really got me was that the eggs were cold, not room temperature, like cold. /////The staff takes the food up 20-25 minutes before closing. Don't come late because they may be out of food. For such an important base, with many important people, the food quality is seriously lacking.

It's the healthiest option in the food court and the food is pretty good. The rice bowls are a little pricey, but they they are very filling.

I would give zero stars if I could – one star is the lowest it allows. I witnessed shocking racist behavior from both the owner and staff toward my friend and his family, including their children. They were treated with disrespect, ignored, and spoken to in a rude, dismissive manner, while other guests were served kindly and attentively. Racism—especially toward families and children—is disgusting and unacceptable. We will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away.
