Sommermarkt Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

For the state capital of Hesse, the range of food and drink "stalls" in the middle of the city is simply lacking in quality. Dirty (tables, floor, trash). I was appalled. The people who came up with the idea for the ambiance and are responsible for its implementation urgently need some coaching: "How do I make my state capital attractive?"

I think it's a really great idea to offer something like this. The events are free. There's a very good selection of food and drinks. You can sit together comfortably, listen to music, and enjoy the summer. The children's program is also great for families.

Firstly, it's too expensive; anyone wanting a wine spritzer or wine has to think twice. And today we were there at 7:30 pm with friends and bought some drinks. They sent us out at 9:00 pm because it wasn't busy and we poor souls wanted to go home too, was their excuse... Normally, it has to be open until 10:00 pm if there's even one customer. Outrageous!

Wiesbaden hasn't had a "standard" for a long time. I don't think the summer market is a bad idea, but it could be better designed.

It's great that there's an entertainment venue in Wiesbaden. A pleasant and atmospheric place. I wish there were more like it 🥰🥰🥰

Wiesbaden finally has a place where you can relax and enjoy the summer with a nice drink. Great long drinks, an extensive wine list, accompanying food, and a stage where regular events take place. Let's hope the next three months are pleasant and accompanied by summery weather.

Unfortunately, it's not up to the standard that suits Wiesbaden. The square could be used so beautifully... instead, we have rather tasteless decorations and fairground food stalls selling sausages and the like in this beautiful square. The music doesn't even need to be mentioned; it fits in with the rest of the scene, just like at Ballermann.

Very nice atmosphere. A real effort has been made here. The staffing situation seems a bit undercalculated, but the employees are friendly. Overall, nicely done

Bratwurst and beef sausage lukewarm and rather the cheapest variety in terms of quality! Rolls seem to have been from the day before, so putting them on the grill didn't help! The empty tubes of mustard were very bad and not hygienic! Compared to last year, very much worse!

The Music played at the Summer Market is an absolute embarrassment to the city. Do the organisers not vet the performers? The organisers should be ashamed of allowing such terrible music to spoil this wonderful city. It is exactly the same for the Wintermarkt as well.

Top. Very nice market. You can spend a lovely Saturday morning here, especially in summer.

Nice location centrally located with great food and quality wine from the vineyard. There are different stands of food which features German fast food and traditional dishes.

Guests were dusted with leaf blowers by staff. Fat dry pork bun with cola 11 euros. There are fresh vegetables and salad at the train station.

The live music is totally unpleasant, way too loud and too much bass.

Very good grilled food of very good quality

All well and good, residents should be entitled to a free bratwurst per week for the music/noise. Greetings

We were at the summer market again on Saturday, July 29th, 2023 and were thrilled by the “redesign”. It was a real summer feeling. The team was friendly, quick and always approachable. Mr. Gobs as team leader was present, super friendly!!!! and was also available to answer questions at any time. A person you could only wish for in the catering industry. Thank you for the very nice afternoon, which unexpectedly lasted until the evening due to the location and the good service. Please visit everyone this summer market to make it come again. Ein schöner Fleck mitten in der Fußgängerzone Wiesbadens, wo man den Alltag vergessen kann. Top Service, gute Musik und sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen.

Fantastischer Ort. Sehr netter und netter Service. ein Ort, der einen Besuch wert ist und einen Besuch wert ist. Jeden Samstag Live-Musik. Ich würde es wärmstens empfehlen. sehr gute Nutella-Snacks.

Nice place to rest and drink something ice-cold. It feels like Mediterranean, thanks to artificial water and music (sometimes).

Schönes Ambiente, mehr leider nicht! Das Personal am Getränke-Stand wirkt lustlos und mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Selbst wenn ich allein am Tresen stand habe eigentlich noch nie eine Bestellung aufgeben können, ohne vorher ein "Moment mal" oder "komme gleich" zu hören.

Ein netter Platz zum Verweilen in der Innenstadt

Das Ambiente ist echt toll! Dafür gäbe es auch 5 Sterne. Was wirklich stört ist das bei den Essensbuden nie ein Mitarbeiter ist oder am Süßwaren/Crepes Stand um 19 Uhr gesagt wird wir haben schon alles sauber gemacht und keiner mehr gemacht wird. Ein Durchmischen und nicht nur die Betreibung durch eine Hand wäre hier vielleicht sinnvoller. Konkurrenz belebt ja bekanntlich das Geschäft.

Sehr schön zum ausruhen, man kann was trinken und essen. Auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet.

Belebt den Platz, Augustiner Weizen kalt. Die Winterstubb mit den Holzhäusern ist schöner.

Mir zu laut und zu teuer. Apothekenpreise.
