The restaurant's beer garden was well attended but not overly crowded. Nevertheless, we had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes for the main course (my dish was really tasty; my husband's was okay). A similar picture at the neighboring tables. Some even left because they couldn't even get drinks. Despite arriving late, spontaneous regular guests received their food before others. The waitresses were nice but overwhelmed. Empty glasses and thirsty people at almost every table.

Unfortunately it's just not right. We were there for the second time because we wanted to give it another chance and liked the view. The first visit was busy and we thought that waiting more than 70 minutes was just an exception. Unfortunately we were taught otherwise. We reserved a table and ordered quickly when we arrived. The soup (which by the way didn't taste like asparagus at all but like flour) came after about 50 minutes of waiting. Our food came (after repeated requests, even though we had a small child with us) after almost 2 hours!!!! The service was completely overwhelmed. There were 3 service staff responsible for the entire outside and inside area. That simply doesn't work. Many people left when they heard how long the wait was. As a restaurant you have to increase the staff, especially on weekends. (I'm assuming that savings are being made here) Especially if you look at the previous reviews, it seems to be a permanent problem. The food tasted good but the portions were relatively small for the price. Unfortunately for us, we won't be coming back.

We were at Café del Sol in Wiesbaden on Mother's Day (Sunday). The restaurant was completely full, which is completely understandable on such a special day. Of course, we had to wait a little longer than usual at the buffet and in general, but that was completely fine. We'd especially like to mention the waitress/shift manager/boss Laura (we're not sure what her title is): super friendly, attentive, and very warm. Thanks to her, we felt completely at home. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Ordered schnitzel with croquettes and burger with fries. After more than an hour - the restaurant is a 10-minute walk away - the delivery arrived: Wrong side dishes for the schnitzel and fries were missing for the burger. Call to the restaurant: yes, we will deliver a replacement - in another hour. And “please don’t touch anything, the driver will take everything back.” Seriously. Needless to say: that was the last time. Oh, not insignificant for people who don't care about bad service: the food is also bad. Frozen fryer schnitzel partially burnt black and dark brown fried croquettes. No thanks, inedible!!!

We didn't eat anything here, just went to the toilet.

The food is quite good for the price and a lot of this only applies to the main course. All other dishes are usually not good or inedible.

Today I'm actually standing in front of a closed shop. At the entrance door I am confronted with the note "due to... "closed due to pending renovation work". Great, I think! Goggle shows me - highlighted in green - open today. I call the business number and am met by the answering machine, where a woman's voice says a lot, but nothing about the store closing. One would hope that the store manager, Ms. Kreuter, would interact with customers in a communicative manner. Apparently she lost it. Too bad! In any case, the customer is no longer king here.

Stop blocking the road every time. I want to sleep in peace.

I got food again from to good to Go and I'm thrilled. Portion is large and very tasty and digestible. I'll be back.

The undercooked pork/chicken gave me and a couple of people I know pretty horrible food poisoning.
