Burgstraße 1-3, Wiesbaden, Hesse, Germany Today, I'm actually standing in front of a closed shop. At the entrance, I'm confronted with a sign saying "Closed for renovations." Great, I think! Google shows me – highlighted in green – open today. I call the shop's number and get an answering machine, where a woman's voice tells me a lot, but nothing about the shop closing. One would certainly hope that the shop manager, Ms. Kreuter, would be more communicative with customers. She seems to have lost that. What a shame! The customer is no longer king here.
