The only truly nice thing about it is the cozy atmosphere. The food was cold, not very tasty, and not worth the price. The service was friendly but overwhelmed due to staff shortages.

A lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and efficient. The price-performance ratio is good. The seating is very cozy and rustic. Ample parking is available. We were there for our Christmas party and had a wonderful fondue evening.

We traveled from Switzerland to visit this mountain hut and wanted to give our grandmother a taste of Switzerland with a cheese fondue. The hut is decorated without any care, and there are two huge TVs showing sports on a continuous loop, completely ruining the rustic atmosphere. Our seat was right behind the DJ booth, not a pleasant spot, and especially cold due to the constantly open window, which also served as a kiosk. The waiters were friendly but completely overwhelmed and disorganized. We waited an hour for our cheese fondue. When it finally arrived, we were incredibly disappointed. It was lukewarm and more like a soup that didn't even come close to the consistency of cheese. The gas-powered fondue pot ran out of steam three times, so the cheese was always cold. Side dishes and even plates arrived only gradually. It was simply embarrassing, uncomfortable, and inedible. The Kaiserschmarrn for dessert was supposed to salvage the situation, but it too was cold, hard, and stale. The whole evening was an absolute and expensive disappointment. We strongly advise anyone hoping for an unforgettable experience with good food to avoid this place. We hope this criticism encourages the operator to make improvements, as the great location and the underlying concept offer a lot of potential. Unfortunately, we are completely disappointed!

The location with its stunning view is promising – unfortunately, the evening was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere inside was cold and unwelcoming, with poor decor, two televisions playing, and a high noise level. The service seemed overwhelmed: tables weren't cleared promptly, and the gas for the cheese fondue ran out three times. It took a long time for a replacement to arrive – the fondue was then cold and more like soup than creamy. The Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) also arrived cold and was disappointing in taste. A promised schnapps as compensation never came. Overall, a very expensive evening with poor service. To be honest, we were embarrassed to have invited our family here. Not recommended.

We came here for cheese fondue on the fourth Sunday of Advent after curling. The atmosphere in the cabin is fantastic – really cozy and very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the service that evening was quite overwhelmed. Although we had pre-booked, we waited over an hour for the cheese fondue and side dishes to arrive. Different tables kept receiving different fondue components, which were then placed on different trays. The service team seemed rather disorganized. However, they did provide a complimentary appetizer platter to tide us over – a very thoughtful touch! 😀 Besides bread cubes, there were pearl onions, pear pieces, and new potatoes for everyone, which unfortunately weren't cooked through. The bread was eaten up pretty quickly – unfortunately, a second order didn't arrive at our table for more than 20 minutes – and by then the fondue was no longer warm – the gas canister had run out… If the service and side dishes had been as good as the atmosphere in the cabin, I would have given it 5 stars.

What a great view over Wiesbaden, a real insider tip!

Not recommended. It's so loud you practically have to shout to have a conversation. The food arrived lukewarm and was average/bland. The glasses, dishes, and cutlery were dirty. We definitely won't be going back.

Great location with a fantastic view…

The Martha bread is delicious. The beer benches are uncomfortable without backrests after two hours. The service is friendly, the disco lights are annoying, and the wild boar burger is a bit too dry.

Title: A perfect evening at Hütte Marta – simply fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Hütte Marta in Wiesbaden Neroberg today and were absolutely thrilled! The ambiance is superb – cozy, stylish, and with a wonderful atmosphere that invites you to linger. The service was first-class: many young, dedicated staff members who worked with genuine passion and energy. We would especially like to commend Benjamin – top-notch service, attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was also a delight: we had perfectly prepared Spätzle, accompanied by a Pinot Gris, which was an excellent choice and perfectly complemented the meal. In short: If you value great food, excellent service, and a unique atmosphere, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!

We had imagined our Christmas party a bit differently. We had to wait almost two hours for our pre-ordered food, and after asking several times, we were told that smaller groups were being given priority. The food was only lukewarm, and the price-performance ratio was completely off. Everyone at our table complained. Not to mention our empty glasses. We were all incredibly disappointed. This is not what motivated staff should be. We will never go there again. It's a shame that the owner doesn't even take all the bad reviews here to heart.

Great atmosphere, a ski lodge feel with a magnificent view of Wiesbaden. The service was friendly, always cheerful and attentive. The food was meager; my dish was bland and presented without any care. Unfortunately, the price and quality were completely out of sync. But no matter, it was a lovely get-together with colleagues, and we enjoyed the lodge atmosphere.

We were here for our Christmas party. We had two tables, were about 10 people, and had pre-ordered the entire meal in writing. We had reserved for 7:10 pm and wanted to eat promptly. We had been sitting at our tables for 35 minutes when we were informed that one of the appetizers was already sold out. How can it happen that food that was pre-ordered goes out? We had been curling for an hour in front of the cabin beforehand. So we had already been there for over 100 minutes and then this happens? The food has to be carried into the cabin through the cold, and they were trying to deliver the food to everyone within a short timeframe. My soup was barely lukewarm. On top of my main course (which needed warming, but wasn't really hot anymore) were two small tomatoes that had clearly been warmed at some point. In my experience, tomatoes retain heat for quite a while. Mine were ice cold. It was probably heated in a pan or oven more than 15 minutes ago and then set aside. The portions were small. The food was too cold, but tasted good. It was clear that both the service and the kitchen were overwhelmed, and that evening the restaurant was only about 70% full! After 2 hours and 15 minutes, dessert still hadn't arrived, so I left. We were unlucky with a table right by the bar, and the music was quite loud, making conversation difficult. The music wasn't to my taste either: GJ Ötzi style. The drink service was also partly lacking. We ordered two drinks. After 20 minutes, we were asked if we wanted anything else. We pointed out the two drinks we still needed. The server went to the bar and grabbed them. So they had been sitting there for the last 20 minutes and just hadn't been brought to the table. All in all, the cabin is overrated. Bring plenty of time and patience, and expect cold food and having to ask for drinks several times. Thanks to the company that invited us. I personally wouldn't eat here again.

Food too expensive, small portions and lukewarm...really disappointing.

I don't know if it's worth writing a review here. The food was good, but like many others have mentioned, it wasn't hot. They're trying to create a mountain atmosphere here, but they don't seem to read what the guests are saying. It's not a place you just happen to be passing by. You make a special trip, but unfortunately, only once. They could serve the soups from a warm pot in the hut, and they could provide food warmers. So it's nothing difficult and could be implemented quickly. I would have eaten more if the quality had been better, but just putting it in the microwave isn't enough; I can do that at home. It's a real shame. The view must be amazing when it's light out, but it lacks the ambiance that makes me want to go back because the food was so delicious.

We are extremely disappointed with how our reservation was handled. Over four weeks ago, we received verbal AND written confirmation for our Christmas party at the Martha Hut – for 17 people, including separately booked curling lanes. We were assured that we could keep our spot in the hut for the entire evening. Then yesterday, we received a call: an alleged "system error." Suddenly, we were supposed to eat at the significantly more expensive and less suitable Opelbad. Afterward, we received a booking confirmation for the restaurant at the Opelbad, even though we had given no consent whatsoever. That such an "error" only came to light after five weeks – and so close to Christmas – seems highly questionable. There was absolutely no empathy or effort on the phone to find a solution. For a venue that advertises for group bookings, especially during the Christmas season, this is a disgrace to organization and customer service. In addition, the Opelbad is considerably further away from the curling lanes, which unnecessarily complicates the entire planning of our party.

The best part is the view of Wiesbaden... The hut is really cozy but very warm and noisy when it's full, especially on weekends. It has a spacious outdoor area with a bar.

A nice place, only open seasonally. The seating inside is very comfortable, and the noise level is okay. I have to say the food was okay; I had an Alpine cheese plate for just under €14. It wasn't lavish: four slices of bread, butter, grapes, a honey/mustard dip, and three types of cheese, including blue cheese. It's not everyone's cup of tea, so ask if you can swap it. The staff are courteous. Parking is no problem in the evenings, of course. Dogs are allowed.

Unfortunately, the fondue was very runny and the pieces of bread were cut very small. Price mmn. too high for the quality.

...what can I say, 12 months later and every constructive contribution to improving quality has come to nothing. Tried to get in touch several times, but nothing comes of it other than arrogance. If you pay this chef, I wonder what management can do? It's like the service person says, there's no communication at Wagners, they probably think they're "horny". Sorry that's not the case, today we had to: - eat two soups where the base came out of the bag - the baguette was bad baked goods or from a discounter - On the snack plate, the liver sausage was "two-colored" green on the outside and pink on the inside, as it should be ...simply an impudence what you have to accept as a customer, but as the service staff at Wagner said, they don't talk and that's true, you can tell and taste it! SHAME ON YOU!!!

It was our first time eating at Wagner’s Martha Hütte. Quaint hut, nice map, service could be improved greatly. There wasn't much going on, but the lady was totally unfocused. The young man was very friendly and tried to limit the damage. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The view over Wiesbaden and the Opelbad is second to none. There is still room for improvement in the hut. We were satisfied.😀

Ambience and service really great in the hut! However, we were very disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, the cheese fondue was far too runny, but the taste was okay and there were enough side dishes. Unfortunately, the sauerbraten arrived cold and the schnitzel wasn't great either. Everything fine ! I can only recommend it

It is what it is A hut with an Alpine feeling, rustic and cozy. The service was quick and very friendly. Tip top! Basis for a sociable evening with friends. If you're expecting a high-end kitchen, you're in the wrong place here due to the concept, but you won't starve. The food is simple and fits the ambience. However, even with the best of goodwill, the prices no longer correspond to what is offered. Extra thin schnitzels with extra few fries and a really tiny salad for €25 are simply not acceptable and are reminiscent of a rip-off. But we would probably still go again because overall it was a nice experience! However, somehow a bad feeling remains.

Very bad service, the first time it took a long time until the staff was at the "outside counter" and we were finally able to enjoy a mulled wine. It's also very tasty, but also very expensive! The second time, our trip was unfortunately in vain, we weren't allowed to enjoy anything more than the beautiful view! The staff behind the window were not willing to sell anything! The window wasn't even opened so we could have a conversation. Very sad, we can only advise against a visit.

Was für eine tolle Aussicht mit wunderschönem Ambiente. Aber das bringt alles nichts, wenn das Personal nicht will … wir wollten 2 Glühweine, aber der griesgrämige Servicemitarbeiter hat es bevorzugt uns zu ignorieren und geräumt bzw. sich mit der Kollegin über die lästigen Gäste auszutauschen und ob da auch genug Trinkgeld rüber kommt. Nach 2 Mal nachfragen sind wir nach 20 Minuten gegangen…. andere Gäste bestätigten, dass das Personal schon sehr speziell sei. Schade!

Essen war lecker, das Ambiente und Personal wirklich sehr gut! Allerdings (zumindest in der Weihnachtskarte) keinerlei Möglichkeiten, ein wenig vom Essen in der Karte abzuweichen.

Auf Convenience-Produkte spezialisiert. Da kann man schon mal reinfallen. Ambiente ist recht nett. Vorsicht vor den Bierkrügen, da ist das Verhältnis Schaum zu Flüssigkeit schnell mal bei 50:50.

Steak war katastrophal,nicht allein meine Aussage 4 mal am Tisch bestellt alle gleicher Meinung . Kaiserschmarren hat mich gesättigt war aber auch gut . Ambiente war toll , wirklich gut gemacht . Davor Eisstock werfen lustig war es . Im großen und ganzen ok .

Wunderschönes Hüttenflair auf dem Wiesbadener Hausberg - draußen steht sogar eine Seilbahnkabine, in der man essen kann. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen und uns ausgesprochen wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Dankeschön an das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Team!

Sehr schönes Ambiente und leckeres Essen

Mittlere Qualität der Speisen, hohe Preise: das passt leider nicht zusammen.

Die Hütte als solche ist schön gestaltet - es ist sogar ein Ofen hinten vorhanden. Auch der Service war angesichts des Stresses freundlich. Wer zusammen mit Freunden oder Kollegen etwas trinken möchte, kann dies dort bestens tun. Allerdings kann der Lautstärkepegel ziemlich hoch sein, das muss einem bewusst sein. Durchgefallen ist leider das Essen: die Spätzle waren extrem fettig und nicht schmackhaft - nichts für Foodies! Der Kaiserschmarren konnte es ein bisschen aufwerten, aber auch hier … wieder sehr viel Fett.

waren heute mit fünf Person dort. Es war ein rundum gelungener Abend. Schönes Ambiente, die Stimmung passte und der Service war klasse. Immer wieder gerne 😀😀

Urige Hütte, rustikale Speisen. Leider ist es so laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten kann und die Karnevalsmusik im Hintergrund war etwas nervig. Trotzdem ein schöner Abend.

Wir hatten am 17.11.2023 hier unsere Weihnachtsfeier. Es war für uns ein hervorragender Abend. Von der Planung bis zum Schluss wurden wir herzlich aufgenommen und sehr gut betreut. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, der Service sehr freundlich und auf zack. Das Ambiente einfach nur traumhaft schön. Hier feiern wir sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Abend.

Wenn mal nur ein paar Stunden Zeit hat, um Alpen-Atmosphäre zu erleben, ist Martha - Die Hütte - die Adresse in Wiesbaden. Ambiente, Service und Küche sind sehr gut, um bei Apreski-Musik den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Leider ist die Saison vorbei. Wir hoffen auf die nächste Saison.

Super schöne Aussicht über Wiesbaden, ansonsten Apre-Ski-Hütten Ambiente mit teilweise sehr lauter Schlagermusik, die an "Ballermann" erinnert. Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Die Preise sind ordentlich, das Essen mittelmäßig und der Service unaufmerksam. Sitzen auf Bänken ist auch nicht für jeden optimal und bei geöffneter Tür zieht es, wenn Essen an die Tische im Außenbereich gebracht wird. Die Toiletten sind im Außenbereich und gehören zum Schwimmbad. Sie sind sauber, jedoch veraltet. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Hütte sowie die Griechische Kapelle sind zwischen Nerotal und Sonnenberg auch per Bus oder durch einen schönen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen: Bus 8 Haltestelle Händelstraße ca 1,5 km, Bus 1 Haltestelle Neroberg ca. 800 m, Bus 16 Haltestelle Dietenmühle 2,5 km.

Ein gelungenes Abendessen in gemütlicher Hütten-Atmospäre. Das Essen war lecker. Die vegetarischen und veganen Wünsche wurden ebenfalls auf das Leckerste erfüllt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Alles top.

Die Hütte ist sehr gemütlich. Das Essen war leider eher durchwachsen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier nicht ganz.

Essen war nicht sehr lecker und saute, die Preise waren allerdings sehr gesalzen. Mitarbeitende waren größtenteils nicht an einer kundenorientierten Bewirtung interessiert. Bin nicht zufrieden, komme nicht wieder. Zwei Sterne dennoch wegen Ambiente.

Our first time here and we will definitely be back, and bring along friends as well! Can’t beat this cozy lodge and it’s beautiful view of Wiesbaden from the hills! Our drinks and apps were delicious and the service/staff was THE absolute best, super friendly and accommodating, even with/despite our large group and a few small kids. Looking forward to visiting again!

Eine tolle gemütliche Hütte mit einem sehr aufmerksamen und tollen Service. Essen ist sehr lecker. Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und urig, wie auf einer Berghütte. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Bergbahngondel. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und sind ganz begeistert. Erinnert an Urlaub in den Bergen, hier auf dem Neroberg.

Essen: Preisleistung = Katastrophe 20€ für einen lieblosen Burger und 10 Euro für einen Streifen Apfelstrudel der von jedem Discounter Apfelstrudel übertroffen wird.. Die Hütte an sich ist gemütlich und der Service freundlich aber zum Essen leider die falsche Adresse..

Tolle Idee auch für den Außenbeleuchtung. Der Glühwein hat Qualität.

Aufmerksam geworden durch einen Fernsehbeitrag haben wir das Restaurant mal ausprobiert. Das Ambiente und der Blick sind aber nicht alles - also auch mal was gegessen und getrunken. Das Bier war lecker, leider kann man das nicht 100%-ig vom Essen sagen. Meine mit Wild gefüllten Maultaschen waren OK, aber mit 18,80 Euro super hochpreisig - da passt Preis/Leistung nicht. Die Käsespätzle meiner Frau waren Durchschnitt und preislich noch im Rahmen. Die Schweinshaxe war laut Rückmeldung unserer Begleitung sehr lecker. Was komplett durchgefallen ist, ist das Wiener Backhändl - drei, noch nicht mal gut schmeckende Hühnerschenkel und ein wenig Kartoffelsalat für 19,90 Euro ist Wucher - und wer mal in der Region ein Wiener Backhändl gegessen hat, weiß wie es anders geht. Fazit: Überteuert, Essen nur in Teilen gut - da muss noch dran gearbeitet werden.

Sehr schön. Wir haben die Gondel im Außenbereich reserviert und ein romantischen Pärchen Abend zu zweit bei Käsefondue genossen.. Daniel hat uns sehr nett bedient und kam immer mal zur richtigen Zeit raus zur Gondel um nach unseren Wünschen zu fragen..
