Attentive nice service. Delicious food in the picturesque garden. The old house is in the background. Splendid! Even after years, we still visit the Röperhof with the same enthusiasm. Original, good cuisine.

Hello I was there with my wife and was guided by previous reviews. I searched in the immediate vicinity of the Leonardo Hotel Altona. Because my wife wanted to eat either pasta or fish, I looked at various places online and read several of the reviews as well as the menu. We then booked a table online and received an email confirming it a short time later. I wasn't very impressed with the ambience. But from the service. We were greeted as soon as we entered and asked what we wanted. Whether we want to eat here or prefer something to take away. After talking about our booking, we were shown straight to the table. We were also enthusiastic about the bruschetta that was praised in several previous posts. In hindsight, I should have left out the appetizer. 🫣 My wife ate pasta with smoked salmon (the dish was advertised as one of the daily specials) and was completely satisfied. I took a pizzolo with mozzarella, bruschetta, egg and mushrooms. On the one hand, this is a very large pizza, which is common in this restaurant, with what feels like double toppings, then covered with a second pizza base and then baked. In the end, two pizzas folded together or in other words 2x calzones in terms of quantity. I didn't make it, perhaps because of the starter. As he was clearing away the waiter asked directly whether he should pack up the rest. The prices were also very reasonable considering the large portions. In conclusion, we were more than satisfied with our visit to Osteria La Botte.

It's been a while since I remember going from Australia to California. I had the California combo. This is the taste that makes me remember. But the staff are really friendly😭 A person who left Korea in 2002 works here. It was so nice to meet you! I hope you keep it up until next time!

The very good food was marred by the poor service. We had to wait a very long time for our food as the orders and tables were mixed up. The nice ambience doesn't really help either. Overall, unfortunately a bit disappointing.

I found this place by walking around Altona where my airbnb is. OMG I got the Lamm Frikadellen which are lamb meatballs on a bed of mashed potatoes with a spinach and pea sauce. I have nothing but it was my first meal in Hamburg and I LOVED IT!

We just picked up the food there. The service was nice.

The appetizer already made our stomachs turn. We didn't even touch the main course and still had to pay in full. My husband only had problems with the starter a day later. The food was terrible! NEVER AGAIN.

Real Albanian place felt like a home

Unfortunately I only had a 5er in my pocket and asked for a small kebab. Got the biggest kebab of my life and everyone was very nice! Veal tasted delicious!

Ein etwas einfacheres aber sehr gemütliches Lokal mit netten Leuten. Wir hatten das Schnitzel mit Pommes und die Currywurst mit Pommes. Beides war wirklich richtig lecker! Das Alster war auch klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren 11 Tage auf einer Reise Hamburg, mit dem Fahrrad Husum, Föhr und Amrum. Das Essen im Restaurant Central und die Bedienung war bei weitem das Beste. Alles frisch zubereitet, außergewöhnliche Speisekarte, vielseitig und interessant. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Hamburg sind. Danke!

This is one of the best places in Hamburg for authentic Thai food. Yes it's rustic imbiss ambiance, but the food is legit and the prices are affordable.
