Great restaurant with good and fast service. Nice ambience and can be easily combined with a walk along the Elbe. Relatively expensive but also decent portions and quality ingredients. Absolute recommendation!
Service and food were top-notch; the only slight drawback was the incredibly loud acoustics. And the table we were assigned was in the middle of all the walkways.
We wanted to try some authentic German food so we came here since it was close to where we were staying. The people were kind and friendly and the food was delicious!
A great meal - Thank you Juan
Because I was on my way to vacation to Italy! :-) and was taking the train from Harburg, I wanted to grab a bite to eat beforehand. A holiday feeling, so to speak. Now it's a Spanish restaurant - fantastic. The food is truly authentic Spanish, and Juan is a loving and charming host.
Thank you so much for that - I will definitely be back. ❣
The food was really, really good. Perhaps that's good to know, because it's not your typical "Spanish tapas" - I just had three appetizers. The restaurant has been around for 33 years and has five other restaurants in Hamburg. The parents are now enjoying their well-deserved retirement, and their son, Juan, continues to run this wonderful restaurant in Harburg.
Whether you're in the south, north, east, or west, or traveling or leaving, Meson Galicia is always worth a visit. ❣ Thank you and have just arrived.
Nice, small Bavarian-Austrian restaurant. Unfortunately closed at this location after the 4th Advent 2024. We are eagerly awaiting the reopening in a new location
A very nice facility, but unsuitable and disappointing for what we wanted, a cozy Sunday brunch.
Crowd at the entrance. We had to look for a contact person at the counter. We were given a table for two at the passage to the toilet and the large hall. There were several larger events of 20 people or more at the same time. It was correspondingly busy at (next to) our table; The path was also suitable as a race track for children.
No information at reception: what is included? what can be ordered?
The buffet itself: located in/next to the entrance area. When we arrived - it was 11.40 a.m. - there was only one kind of rolls, croissants: all of them; Butter: all; Jam; all, honey: not present, but plenty of Nutella. There were mainly various cold cuts, cold meatballs and a quiche that had come from the fridge.
At the table there was only a hurried inquiry from the waiter as to whether scrambled eggs were wanted; that came and was well done. Otherwise, overall a buffet with no special features, no esprit and no support (refills only on request). And ultimately the kicker: the whole thing for a price of €48 per person
The Linde is an institution in Blankenese.
The food is excellent. I had kale on my last visit and I have to admit, only my mother cooked it better.
The selection of draft beer is plentiful.
The Linde is our local restaurant.
Highly recommended
Yes, definitely a lot of innovative citizens like the salmon citizen with wasabi dressing, which then tastes extremely good and original African cuisine, the citizens are extremely tasty. The only thing that annoyed me were the fries, which could have been a little juicier, but otherwise extremely good for having a local or something African food in the evening or afternoon.
The appetizer already made our stomachs turn. We didn't even touch the main course and still had to pay in full. My husband only had problems with the starter a day later. The food was terrible! NEVER AGAIN.
A small, family-run Italian restaurant with authentic Italian food.
You'll immediately feel at home here – a very cozy atmosphere thanks to the small number of tables. You'll receive a very friendly welcome and simply have a great time.
The food is also very good!
A little tip: make a reservation! :)
