Everything in itself was great, what was very unpleasant for us was that no EC or other card payment was possible and that was not communicated from the start.

Super nice shop! It's very quiet inside and the music is at a pleasant volume! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty! Came immediately and hot. And the prices are totally fair! Thank you! Gladly again.

Nicely furnished. Service polite. The pizzas taste good. The noodles I ate were also delicious.

Spaghetti Aglio oilo was very tasty 😋 Penne Arrabiata was nicely spicy but not much flavor. Homemade bread with aioli very good. Price-performance ratio very good.

The food was so great and there was so much, I can still remember it, served with so much charm and friendliness with a portion of small talk, which made the evening really good for me.

Actually a very nice shop I only give 3 stars because the dart corner (which is why I was there) is much too small and there are gaming machines right next to the dart machine, I didn't eat anything

I've been there twice with my husband, each time a little later, around 9 or 10 p.m. Of course it wasn't very busy. But that didn't bother us. So we had more peace and quiet for ourselves. Sat outside every time. In and of itself it's nice because it's on the main street. The boss himself took the order and even advised us on what was good and what wasn't. And that was the case every time I visited. We have never eaten meat as good as we did there. It was good quality meat and cooked perfectly and was just so delicious. It's already our favorite Italian. The boss is very nice, and the waiter brought us the drinks and food. The boss himself came by again and asked if everything was okay. So we can only recommend it. We are very satisfied. At the end he always asked if we would like a short on the house. But we always had to refuse because my husband had to drive and I wasn't allowed to drink for health reasons. We are definitely super satisfied.

Great dining opportunity. Super friendly waiter and excellent food. There is nothing to complain about. I've been there twice and it wasn't disappointing. The first time I ate a pizza with Parma ham and the second time I ate a delicious Rib-Eye from the grill. All full of flavor and well prepared.

The pizza was great, the prices are rather cheap.

Unfortunately the website is no longer up to date (according to the waiter on the phone it hasn't been updated for 6! years) - the prices are much higher. We also wanted to have the pizzas delivered (as offered on the website) - but that didn't work either. No card payment was possible on site. My pizza scampi was poorly topped (you could count the scampi on one hand). Conclusion: We won't order here again.

This is how I imagine an Italian restaurant: interesting decoration, here Pavarotti, somewhat old-fashioned furnishings and a polite waiter with southern charm. No matter where he ultimately comes from. A well-made pizza and a cold drink.Thats Amore.

I love it Friendly staff Good service And eat delicious food. I like going here with the family And 65 euros for 4 people is more than fair. The only thing that needs to be taken into account. -No card payment possible- But there is a savings bank a little further away. Just go in, highly recommended

Top Italian restaurant in Hamburg Neugraben

Good and solid Italian food with a nice and motivated team. Were there twice and would go again if we were in the area again.

We went there spontaneously for dinner. From the outside it didn't look entirely convincing, right on the main street. However, there is a nice atmosphere inside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu offers a wide selection. We had pizza, a pasta dish and a soup. It tasted delicious. Good value for money.

Slightly smaller restaurant with attentive staff. Good selection of dishes. The brushetta was very tasty and nicely presented. With the bread (tasted) there was ailoi and black olives, which tasted good. I had lasagna as my main course and my girlfriend had a salad. Both were tasty and plentiful. I didn't finish my lasagna. The prices are such that you can easily get a main course (pasta and pizza) plus a drink for under 20 euros. There are also daily specials on a blackboard, everything sounded good. Recommended the atoll.

Super great, delicious food, the best bruscetta I've ever had. Everything else was also very good. My husband loves the pizza and the garlic oil that comes with it. Thanks for the great atmosphere. I can happily recommend the pizzeria. The price is also totally reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

Never again! We have visited this restaurant several times and this was the last time. We understand that everything is becoming more expensive and you have to dig deeper into your pockets. But we have no understanding of a wine that you can get net for around 2.60 euros is sold for 22 euros. I even find the fact that such a wine is even offered in a restaurant to be borderline! Shame on you!

A spontaneous decision made us visit this restaurant today. A little unsettled by the location and the external appearance, we now regret having never been there before. A warm waiter greeted us and quickly accommodated our requests. And just as quickly we received our food. First the house bread with alioli, then there was pizza! Thin, airy, crispy and super delicious! Definitely worth a visit. The only thing that could be improved is the ambience, the walk to the toilets isn't very attractive and smells a bit. But that's complaining at a high level.

We were here again last night after a long time. The waiter and the service in general, including the food, were really great. But what is absolutely not working is the sanitary facilities. There are two toilet cubicles. So far they haven't always been, actually never really clean, but if you "have to" what should you do. But today it was underground and I don't know whether you have to report it somewhere or can, for example, to the health department. One toilet was heavily smeared with feces and in the other, the hygiene bucket next to the toilet bowl was full from top to bottom with vomit (which was also already dried, so it was older). This is neither made up nor exaggerated! Maybe, in addition to communicating at the table, I should have passed this on to the service. But I didn't because the sight was enough for me. So I don't know if we'll ever come back here, because clean sanitary facilities are just super important!!!!!!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir haben wie gewünscht auch einen sehr ruhigen Tisch bekommen. Dies meldeten wir online an. Das Essen war sehr gut. Einen kleinen Sternabzug gibt es für meine Pizza Parma. Es war leider viel zu wenig Schinken und Parmesan drauf. Ein Sternabzug fürs Ambiente, es war sehr kalt drinnen. Ende Oktober darf es ein wenig kuscheliger sein.

Toller Service, leckeres Essen - äußerst sympathisch. Gemütliche Plätze drinnen wie draußen - komme gern jedes Mal wieder!

Essen war ok. Pasta war sehr ölig und ich hätte mir mehr Knoblauch und Gewürz gewünscht. Bruschetta mit Balsamicocreme find ich auch eher unpassend. Leider waren in unserer Ecke des Restaurants (drinnen) sehr viele Stechmücken unterwegs die nervten. Ebenso gab es leider vor der Bestellung keinen Hinweis darauf, dass keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist. Zum Glück hatten wir gerade genug Bargeld dabei...

Das essen ist immerwieder fantastisch und das personal ist äußerst freundlich. Die Atmosphäre in Restaurant selber ist auch sehr gut.

Italian-style pizzeria. Cozy atmosphere, has a terrace, delicious and budget-friendly pizzas. However, what really stood out to me was the service, which was exceptionally courteous. Despite my lack of knowledge of the Deutsche language, they tried to initiate conversations and occasionally discreetly made sure everything was okay and if the pizza was enjoyable. I can confidently recommend the place; however, I suggest opting for indoor seating as the busy street outside can be a bit noisy.

Super leckeres Essen, alles wurde frisch zubereitet und der Service ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und mega zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist gerade bei warmen Wetter ideal und man bekommt leichte Itialen vibes. Die Preise sind angemessen und alles in allem kann ich diese Location wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Unser lieblings Hausitaliener, zu dem wir immer wieder gerne essen gehen. Sehr gut schmeckt uns die Pizza, sowie die Tomatensuppe, die immer super lecker gewürzt ist. Das Gemüse ist auch immer sehr frisch und lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren ohne Reservierung dort, haben aber problemlos einen Tisch bekommen und wurden von einem sehr netten Kellner begrüßt und auch bedient. Wir hatten Pizza, welche sehr lecker und nicht völlig verwürzt war. Auch bei den Getränken wurde auf das Wohl des Gastes geachtet. Nach dem Essen gab es einen wahnsinnig leckeren Grappa aufs Haus. Ein ABER gibt es leider...die Toilette ist eine absolute Katastrophe und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Nicht nur, dass dort lose und zerbrochen Teile von Lufterfrischern rumliegen. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier geschweige denn Papierhandtücher, die Klobrille war nur draufgelegt, aber nicht angebaut. Sehr schade, aber mit wenig Aufwand schnell zu beheben

Bestes Restaurant in Neugraben Wir hatten heute keine Lust zu kochen und wollten daher eigentlich nur schnell was auswärts essen, aber waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Bedienung durch den Chef ist super herzlichen und man freut sich schon jedes Mal auf seinen nächsten Besuch am Tisch. Der Pizzateig hier ist sehr schön locker luftig und die Pizzen sind gut belegt nicht so überladen. Wir hatten ein leckeres Pizzabrot vorab (der Aiolidip war eher mittelmäßig, aber es aß sich auch sehr gut ohne) und danach eine Italia und einmal Tortellini. Nudeln kann man hier auch gut essen. Preislich sogar günstiger als Pizza bestellen und leckerer. Zur Rechnung gibt's noch nen hausgemachten Grappa der laut meinem mitgenommenen Grappaexperten sehr sehr gut war. Insgesamt war das der beste Restaurantbesuch, den wir bisher in Neugraben hatten. Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsideen: - anstatt Aiolidip vielleicht eine selbstgemachte Knoblauchbutter mit grobem Salz anbieten - die karierten Tischdecken durch modernere ersetzen - auf der Karte die Beschreibungen optimieren. Ein Beispiel: Ich hatte extra nach einer Pizza mit nicht mitgebackenem Mozzarella gesucht, aber laut Karte stand da bei jeder 'Mozzarella' als letzte Zutat, was ich als Reibekäse interpretiert habe. Die Italia sollte man daher vielleicht anders beschreiben.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung, die nach dem Essen gerne einen Grappa oder Espresso aufs Haus anbietet. Sind bisher 2 mal dort gewesen. Pizzen sind super lecker. Ambiente ist jetzt nicht so doll daher nur 4 Sterne 🌟.

Toller Service und super Pizza in schönem Ambiente. Besser geht es kaum...

Mal in Hamburg preiswert und gut essen, macht es einfach. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich gehe jede zweite oder manchmal auch jede Woche hier essen. Es gibt sehr viele Gerichte wo für jeden etwas dabei ist. Das Essen ist einfach nur lecker, die Portionen schön groß das man auf jeden fall satt wird. Die stimmung und das Innendesign geben eine angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre was für mich wichtig ist. Die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und das essen kommt in einer kurzen Zeit auf euren Tisch. Kurzgesagt, Atoll ist enfach mein Fav Restaurant und wird es auch immer so bleiben.
