super lecker mit Bruschetta vorweg (aufs Haus) und Suppe/Salat + Nudeln 9€. Die Kellner unglaublich nett, haben uns am Ende sogar Panettone geschenkt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Good value for money. I went for lunch and ordered a pizza, a glass of Primitivo, and a soup. All for €13.90. The pizza wasn't anything special. The soup was a bit watered down, but at that price with a glass of wine, it was perfectly acceptable.

Delicious food, small restaurant, usually full, so you sit very close together.

We came here spontaneously, craving Italian food. The pizza was okay—not very impressive, both visually and in terms of taste. The small shop was also very crowded, and we sat very close to the table next to us. The prices were very expensive.

Classic Italian with delicious tiramisu and a matching espresso. The service is appropriate, but unfortunately they don't split the bill when paying by card: "...not worth it for that amount...", aha?!?

It is a wonderful restaurant with fantastic service and food. The servers are very personable and friendly. The portion sizes are big and they offer a to go bag if you cannot finish your meal. The lunch deal is great value, offering bruschetta, a bread basket and a salad or soup along with your main. Carbonara is a must have here.

Small family Italian restaurant with authentic Italian food. You immediately feel at home here - a very cozy atmosphere due to the few tables. You are greeted very friendly and just have a great time. The food is also very good!! Little tip: reserve! :)

We were guests in Hamburg and wanted to take a pizza back to the hotel. All I can say is that the pizza here is delicious!!! The best pizza I've ever had! We received a very friendly welcome and were served promptly!!! The price is totally okay!

The restaurant is used for food.

My recommendation is: We didn't have much fun there, although you can certainly get that holiday feeling at Grindelhof. Right next door is the "Etruscan", run by Luisa and her daughter with love that goes through their stomachs for 45 years. This is where your money belongs and your taste buds won't regret it...

Always happy, only recently it bothered me that a dog was sitting on a lap at one of the neighboring tables and was sniffing the tablecloth with its nose. If dogs are allowed in the restaurant (?), they should be under the table.

Would give this store a wide berth! Incredibly unfriendly and rude service. Food actually has ZERO stars. Far too greasy convenience pizza that any Italian would immediately run away from. Then it's better to have the Ristorante from your own oven. The other reviews here are really surprising!

Delicious food, friendly and cheerful service, rustic ambience - pure relaxation straight away. The gummy bears in the jar were the burner. 😍 Greetings from the Baltic Sea coast, we'll come by again soon.

I have been a super satisfied guest for years! The service is always attentive, friendly and courteous. The food is always fantastic, especially the changing offerings on the weekly menu. I can only recommend the restaurant!

Overall, unfortunately disappointing - loveless starter, very expensive and below average pasta, unfortunately one of the worst pizzas I've ever had: dry, rubbery consistency, bland in taste, only hunger drove it in. It's a shame, unfortunately not recommended.

Very friendly service. Nice bread basket with little things. Perfect carbonara. Tuna salad was average. But the service makes up for it, plus attention for the littlest guests ;) A recommendation. Update: The minestrone is incredibly delicious!

I wanted to visit this restaurant during the week with my child who was sleeping in a collapsible pram. The restaurant was empty. A man walked in and was seated at a table and I followed before a waiter quickly came to the door to tell me they weren’t open yet. It was 11:58am and the advertised opening was 12. I asked when they would be open, and he said “it will take some time”, and then I said ok I will wait and come back, and then he said something to the effect of “actually, there’s not much space here, go to another restaurant”. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome just because of having a quiet sleeping child and I would have promptly eaten and left and not taken up one of the precious tables for too long in an empty restaurant. I then went to Ertrusker which was open and welcomed me and my child and served us delicious food and which I highly recommend.

A very nice Italian with a pleasant atmosphere. The service is also very courteous and convincing. The food was okay and tasted good, but it wasn't a highlight.

What can I say! We have loved L'espresso Bar for more than 10 years! Valentino, Danielle & Rado are so incredibly friendly & Valentino's wife is probably the best cook you can imagine. It's like eating with family & I can recommend it so much. My favorite dishes: • Spaghetti Vongole • Vegetable risotto • Lasagna • Truffle tagliatelle And of course tiramisu for dessert 🥰

Small, cozy Italian restaurant - when the weather is good there are also tables in front of the door - with good homemade pasta and delicious pizza. Changing, interesting daily specials, good price-performance ratio, especially at lunch, and nice service.

It's really cheap for lunch. It's always a bit crowded at lunchtime. That's why you get your order (main course) 15 minutes at the earliest. Before that you get bruschetta etc. I usually get pizza margarita or lasagne with salmon. I think it's good. recommend.

Sehr leckerer Mittagstisch mit sehr nettem Service. Das Huftsteak war extrem schmackhaft - lecker! Sehr gut zubereitet.

Klassischer, familiärer Italiener. Sehr gutes Essen und sympathischer Service, bei sehr fairen Preise - Spaghetti Scampi (Foto) 16,90 Euro. Große Aussenterrasse. Mittagstisch wechselnde Gerichte mit Vorspeise+ Hauptgericht, zB Pasta ab 8,50 Euro.

Solides Essen, geschmacklich gut, wenn auch nicht besonders. Service und Freundlichkeit ( je nach Servicekraft) verbesserungswürdig.

Unser Lieblingsitaliener in Hamburg! Die beste Vorspeise ist das Antipasto de la Casa. Gern esse ich die Spaghetti Scampi oder ein Gericht von der Tageskarte. Super netter Inhaber und freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Wir sind noch nie enttäuscht worden! Reservierung ist angeraten.

Die Bedienung im Restaurant war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings muss ich anmerken, dass der Service etwas länger gedauert hat als erwartet. Trotzdem war die Atmosphäre angenehm, und ich konnte die Umgebung genießen. Was die Speisen und Getränke betrifft, so waren sie in Ordnung. Nicht außergewöhnlich, aber auch nicht enttäuschend. Das Restaurant bietet eine solide Auswahl, die den meisten Geschmäckern gerecht werden sollte.

Super Location, Viel zu sehen, dauernd tappt jemand vorbei. Speisen appetilich angerichtet und super schmackhaft! Service freundlich, flott und sehr höflich. Man hat den Eindruck, bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein.

Gutes Essen mit netten Service. Die Mittagskarte hat die übliche Auswahl, als Gruß gibt es Bruschetta vorweg. Natürlich ist der Aussenbereich an der Straße suboptimal, aber es ist halt Hamburg. Nachteilig wirkt sich auch das beschädigte Geschirr aus, dafür den Stern Abzug - das muss nun wirklich nicht sein.

Nicht zu empfehlen: Aufgewärmtes Essen und ein sehr unfreundlicher Kellner. Wir wurden zunächst nicht freundlich empfangen, geschweige denn respektvoll behandelt. Der Kellner (mit einer Zigarette hinterm Ohr, schien mehr zu sagen zu haben als die anderen) hat uns 30 Minuten lang nicht bezüglich Getränken oder Essen bedient. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass die anderen beiden Kellner später sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung. Am schlimmsten war das Essen. Als ich endlich die „Lasagne Bolognese“ bestellen konnte, war das Essen innerhalb von 3 Minuten da. Optisch sieht es zunächst gut aus (s. Bild), dieser Schein trügt. Die Soße war sehr heiß, aber die Lasagne innen war leider kalt. Es wurde wohl nicht richtig aufgewärmt… Auch geschmacklich war es nicht wirklich gut. Sehr enttäuschend, ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen. Lieber ein paar Meter weiter gehen und dort die Lokalitäten ausprobieren.

Einer der besten Italiener in Eimsbüttel. Basta!

war gestern das erste mal da. Das Essen war köstlich, der Service super freundlich. Ich hatte meine Kopfhörer irgendwo verloren. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat sie mit nach Hause genommen. Als ich anrief und danach fragte, waren sie sehr ehrlich und kooperativ. Selten, dass ich sowas liebes erlebt habe- darf meine Kopfhörer heute Abend abholen. Mega lieb! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Einfach ein schönes Erlebnis da zu essen-auch im Nachhinein. Grazie Mille🥰

Willkommen bei Freunden! Bei jedem Besuch in HH ist die Gastfreundschaft so bezaubernd. Selbst mit unserem rebellischen Hund.☺️🐩 Das Essen, diesmal Tintenfisch und als Dessert Mascarpone mit Erdbeeren. Leeeckkkerr.... Bravo!

Nettes kleines Lokal im Grindelviertel. Auswahl der Speisen gut und Service bei und ebenfalls gut. Meine Lasagne bestand leider nur aus einem „Lasagneblatt“ auf dem Boden, bedeckt mit reichlich gutschmeckender Bolognese und überbackenen Käse. Ist für mich keine Lasagne. Zudem ein recht lauter Lärmpegel plus Musik im Hintergrund.

Unschlagbarer Mittagstisch, immer gerne.

Lecke ehrliche italienische Küche. Guter Service einfach spitze

Heute Mittagstisch ausprobiert. Für 6,90€ eine Pizza, einen kleinen Salat und ein Bruschetta - da kann man wenig gegen sagen! Die Pizza war hauchdünn und lecker, das schöne Wetter und die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen, haben die Mittagspause nochmals vergoldet. War nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier essen werden, zumal der Service sehr schnell war.

Die L‘Espresso Bar war immer mein Liebling, als ich in den 90ern in Hamburg studiert und gleich im Nachbarhaus gewohnt habe. Schon aus Erinnerung gibts 5 Sterne ❤️ Ihr habt damals schon super gekocht!!

Seit vielen Jahren mein Lieblingsitaliener in Hamburg. Bestes Essen, freundliche Bedienungen, gemütliche und entspannte Atmosphäre. Im Sommer ist es herrlich, draußen im Grindelhof zu sitzen. Prädikat: wertvoll!
