A bit rustic but very nice restaurant with very friendly service. The food was very tasty and at a good price. We can recommend the Pizza Norvegese and the Tagliatelle Al Salmone. We'll come back here next time we visit Hamburg.

Delicious pizza, very authentic

We are not from Hamburg and were looking for a nice restaurant with good food. Osteria La botte totally surprised us. At first it was very inconspicuous, but the food was outstanding. The pizzas are the best we've had so far and the classic spaghetti Bolognese was also immediately convincing!!!! The staff made our entire day sweeter. We were treated politely, kindly and courteously and the crowning glory at the end was that an employee of Osteria la botte drove us to a towing company while there were ongoing customers after our car was towed during our visit 🙃 After the shock there was also a schnapps on the house. You will always be remembered with such an empathetic and helpful attitude!! Thanks alot !

Hello I was there with my wife and was guided by previous reviews. I searched in the immediate vicinity of the Leonardo Hotel Altona. Because my wife wanted to eat either pasta or fish, I looked at various places online and read several of the reviews as well as the menu. We then booked a table online and received an email confirming it a short time later. I wasn't very impressed with the ambience. But from the service. We were greeted as soon as we entered and asked what we wanted. Whether we want to eat here or prefer something to take away. After talking about our booking, we were shown straight to the table. We were also enthusiastic about the bruschetta that was praised in several previous posts. In hindsight, I should have left out the appetizer. 🫣 My wife ate pasta with smoked salmon (the dish was advertised as one of the daily specials) and was completely satisfied. I took a pizzolo with mozzarella, bruschetta, egg and mushrooms. On the one hand, this is a very large pizza, which is common in this restaurant, with what feels like double toppings, then covered with a second pizza base and then baked. In the end, two pizzas folded together or in other words 2x calzones in terms of quantity. I didn't make it, perhaps because of the starter. As he was clearing away the waiter asked directly whether he should pack up the rest. The prices were also very reasonable considering the large portions. In conclusion, we were more than satisfied with our visit to Osteria La Botte.

Some of the best pizza I've ever eaten. But even better than the pizza was the cheerful greeting in Italian. You feel like you're on vacation. We'll be back 👍👍👍

I'll start with the ambience. Simple, completely calm, and just right the way it is. Mom does the service herself. She is fantastic. I ate penne arrabiata. Very tasty, pleasant spiciness. Good portion at a very fair price. If you're back in HH, you'll be happy to have dinner with Mom again. 😊

Exceptionally good food and very friendly and attentive service. The acoustics could be better and the ambience is reminiscent of a fast food restaurant, but the food and service make up for the minor criticism. The prices are reasonable. We'd love to go there again.

The store is unique. The service - la mama? - to kiss. The food was absolutely fine - the rump steak with Gorgonzola sauce could have had a few less gristle, but the tagliatelle and the sauce were perfetto 👌 and inside the empty drinks crates and a little Krusch in the back area are a little annoying - but everything is somehow endearing. So absolute recommendation

Their pizzas are also exceptional, and they offer take-away to pick up yourself or you can order through a delivery service. Cashless payment available. This is a place where you can easily spend hours talking to friends, relaxing and enjoying the great food and wine. You should consider trying their own, family-branded olive oil from Sicily and their wines, which are delicious and can also be purchased.

Was in Hamburg on business. Insanely good noodles and very inexpensive too! It's very nice to sit outside. I will definitely order the noodles again next time

There is delicious traditional Italian food here, there is no emphasis on fancy, but on what is most important, namely the taste. Unfortunately, we come from the Ruhr area, otherwise we would be regular guests here. Kind regards to Mama Rosa 🙋🏼‍♂️

We were there in the evening, the food was delicious and everyone was very nice and friendly. The homemade vanilla ice cream was a dream and the friendly waitress brought a second 🥄 to try.

A fantastic restaurant, the service was very friendly and the food was fantastic. Very authentic cuisine and the Pizolos are highly recommended (although they also fill very well). I have never heard of them personally, but they should be tried by anyone who wants to try something new!

Worst service EVER! We wait for over an hour for 3 portions of pasta, and when we asked the waitress where our food was, she replied semi-aggressively that we had received the soup and that we could wait now. When the food finally came after an hour and a half, she brought us pizza instead of pasta. Go around in a wide arc.

Horror in every way. We waited over 3 hours for food and in the end we didn't get it. With the fact that behind us they gave out 100 take-out pizzas and served 30 dishes in the restaurant. Disaster!!!!

Stay away! Horrible service. Ordered our food and waited 2 hours, kept telling us 15 minutes. Finally said there was a big pizza order and that’s why. Never explained that there was a wait. After 2 hours they still didn’t start our order and they threatened to call police. We felt it was because they are racist as we were speaking another language. All other patrons were served, even though they came later. We paid for our drinks( which we pulled teeth to get). Place should be closed

We went to Osteria La Botte for dinner today and the food was simply delicious. The lady who served us was very friendly and accommodating, we felt really comfortable. The prices are absolutely reasonable and justified. (Paid just under €50 for two of us with starter, main course and dessert) If we weren't just visiting Hamburg, we would eat here more often! :)

Thank you! I was pleasantly surprised. As a guest at a hotel opposite and after a long day at work, I wanted good food and a cold beer, the hotel restaurant was limited and not an option in terms of price. That's when I discovered Osteris, a cozy shop, probably family-run. Absolutely friendly and really good food! It was so delicious, I had to order a second portion of tagliatelle with fresh tuna and tomatoes. Thanks see you next time! Last week we had dinner here with around 10 people after a company event. As a starter, bruschetta (the absolute highlight - really tasty!!!) everything that came after, pizza and scaloppina were served extremely carelessly and not very tasty. I had a “spicy” pizza myself. (spicy salami, pepperoni & hot oil) unfortunately I waited until the last bite for the spiciness. Nothing about this pizza was remotely spicy. The pepperoni was mild and was slapped onto the pizza whole and whole. It's such a shame... We all found the atmosphere in the restaurant to be cold and uncomfortable. The boss herself served and presented herself as a real Italian. The prices for the food are okay, although I have never had to pay €6.20 for a Hefeweizen anywhere in my life. This is even cheaper for large events.

The two of us just had dinner there. I felt like I was at "Nonna" or a small osteria in the middle of Italy. Absolutely authentic - from the food to the decor to the service and the dolce vita feeling. Rarely have we eaten such excellent Italian food! An absolute must for anyone who loves Bella Italia. Tasty food and real Italian spirit:)

There were two of us in the restaurant. My husband had a Quattro Stagioni pizza, I had an Osteria la Botte pizza (with bruschetta, fresh parmesan, anchovies and black olives). Both were super tasty. Afterwards I treated myself to a tiramisu, which also tasted great. Our impression was crowned by the friendly and very personable service. If we are in Hamburg again, we will definitely come here again. :-)

Looking for something tasty near the hotel today. And ate the best pizza I've ever tasted. 5 stars 🌟 are still far too few. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere in the restaurant. If we didn't live so far away. This would become our regular place. Kind regards from the Franconians

There were two of us. , my sister and I We ordered two different pasta dishes. Neither of us have eaten anything so delicious! Everyone tasted each other and was thrilled. The service was super nice. An all-round successful evening. As a drink we treated ourselves to Limoncello Spritz. Simply delicious!

Restaurant with super delicious food and lovely service that we only discovered by chance. It smelled incredibly delicious when we walked in. We both took a pizza from the special menu (spinach, gorgonzola and piante salami, provolone) and had a very chocolaty composition for dessert. Overall very nice service and very tasty food. If we lived in Hamburg, we would be guests here more often.

Unfortunately, I just put a €16 pizza in the trash. Why ? I don't like mozzarella. Luckily, Lieferando has the button “without mozzarella”. I pressed it, of course hoping that some conventional cheese like Gouda, Edam or Emmental would end up on the pizza. Wrong thought. No mozzarella means no cheese at all. Why don't you write that so clearly? Then they probably meant well and covered my pizza with this "tomato sauce" because after all I had paid the FULL PRICE. Unfortunately, this combination of far too much seasoning sauce and the salty ham somehow just tasted like a Maggi experiment. Any frozen pizza would have done better. Very friendly and authentic atmosphere. No chi chi, but very warm. The food is very tasty and the wine selection is appropriate. Great for a relaxing evening for two or with friends.

Good to come for lunch, but not for a long stay in the evening as not cozy or romantic. Carbonara was delicious

Gutes Essen, super nette Bedienung, faire Preise.

Das essen war ok, aber das olivenöl für 16,50 eur 0,7l ist von schlechter qualität. Ich habe einen test durchgeführt und dieses olivenöl ist nicht mal eingefroren, gutes olivenöl friert bei kälte ein aber dieses olivenöl ist so schlecht das ich es nicht mal testen konnte. Fotos habe ich beigefügt links soler romero aus spanien, mitte kristal aus der türkei und rechts ihr olivenöl aus italien .

Es gab eine leckere Pizza mit dünnem Boden, dazu einen Rotwein aus einem Dorf von Sizilien, von dort kommt die Chefin, die sehr freundlich war und der Wein sehr zu empfehlen, kleine Abzüge für das Ambiente, sehr einfach.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich, wie man es selten erlebt. Das Dessert, welches uns empfohlen wurde (Cannolo) war unschlagbar lecker 😋. Bei unserem nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt kommen wir wieder. Und das ist ein Versprechen 😊

Hervorragendes Essen, super Service

Spartanisch und leicht kitschig eingerichtete Pizzaria mit netter "Wirtin". Der Eingangsbereich gleicht einem Supermarkt, weil hier scheinbar alles mögliche verkauft wird. Wir hatten 2 Pizzen wobei die Pizza "Norvegia mit Lachs" leider mit Käse überladen war und daurch recht schnell sättigend ist. Weinpreise extrem teuer und nur in kleines Gläschen. Ansonsten alles OK ohne Ausreißer nach oben oder unten

Dieses Lokal sah erstmal nicht so einladend aus , eben eine Osteria ! Das Essen und Getränke und die Stimmung waren so, das wir am nächsten Tag nochmal da waren . Durch die Wirtin hatte man das Gefühl in einem Landgasthof zu speisen , also nicht vom äußeren abhalten lassen !

Es war echt der Hammer zum Essen,sehr unscheinbar und ein echter Geheimtip, Preis Leistung Top, und die Bedienung echt toll...Kommen bestimmt wieder...

Das Essen war wirklich top und hat mich zurück in meine Erinnerung nach Sizilien zu meiner Nonna gebracht. Wirklich sehr authentisch Italienische Küche mit sehr sehr nettem Personal. Das Ambiente ist eher schlicht gehalten und läd von aussen nicht wirklich ein, trotzdem ein sehr sehr schöner Besuch.

Salami Pizza war normal gross und gut gebacken aber nicht gewürzt, kein Salz, kein Oregano zu wenig Käse und der Salamibelag bestand aus 6x eine halbe Scheibe. Das geht deutlich besser. Die schlechteste Pizza in Hamburg. Der Laden ist unordentlich und könnte mal renoviert werden. Bedienung war unfreundlich und gestresst obwohl nix los war.

So wie man sich eine authentische sizilianische Osteria vorstellt. Herzlich, einladend, lecker ! 😘

Zufällig gefunden in dem wunderschönen Hamburg .Essen sehr sehr gut , Service freundlich zuvorkommend höflich und sehr familiäre zu sehr korrekten Preisen gerne wieder bei nächsten Hamburg Besuch ,geniesst euren wohlverdienten Urlaub.

We were surprised to eat at Domino's, but were referred to this place across them. The food was great and not too expensive. But there were 2 steps and no ramp for a wheelchair. We had to carry it in. Fortunately, they had menus with English translations. Pizza was very good along ŵith, soup, carbonara, rump steak. We also tried Kaba for the first time and it was good. They ran out of Tiramisu so ended up with the panacota 👍. We seldom give 5 stars but this is actually 4.5 only because they didn't have a ramp. Are we willing to go back, Yes 😊.

Seeeehr gutes Essen aus Sizilien! Ich esse fast immer von der Tageskarte, auf der sich kleine Schätze verbergen. Aber auch die Pizza ist total lecker, der Teig dafür ist selber gemacht und geht 48 Stunden, bevor er gebacken wird. Das Team um Rosaria, ihren Mann Felice und ihren Sohn Rocco mag ich sehr 🤩, sie sind richtig lieb und betreiben ihr Lokal mit Herz ♥️. Kann das Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen, bin sehr froh in der Nähe zu wohnen und komme oft her… 🤤

Wir hatten sehr gute Tagliatelle Prosciutto e Funghi, Tagliatelle Verdure und Spaghetti Carbonara. Auch das Tiramisu war klasse.

Haben die 1kg Scampi für zwei Personen bestellt. Hammer, Scampi frisch und super lecker. Bedienung sehr nett und engagiert. Dort stehen echte sizilianer in der Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Unser "Stamm-Italiener" um die Ecke :) Einfach authentisch, italienische Küche mit wechselnden TAFEL-Spezialitäten. Sehr faire Preise und der Service ist wunderbar. Hier verweilt man zwar nicht über Stunden, die Bequemlichkeit und Gemütlichkeit würden hier auch fehlen, aber am Ende zählt das Essen und der Service. Grazie mille e a presto!

While staying in Superbude, we looked for a restaurant within walking distance and settled for Osteria la Botte. Typical Italian family restaurant with the usual fare you can expect from this kind of place. Seeing we were French, our table was attended by someone speaking our language. We shared the bruschetta for starter. Then we had the penne with eggplant in tomato sauce and the tagliatelle with fresh vegetables. The three items were served very quickly and were tasty. Friendly staff and fair prices.

Niet heel bijzonder. Teveel op de kaart. Weinig sfeer binnen, teveel TL licht.

Immer wieder gerne! Frisches, leckeres Essen und eine kleine Tageskarte mit wechselnden Spezialitäten . Immer aufmerksam und freundlich.

Mega leckere Pizza 🍕. Man schmeckt die Frische. Die Herzlichkeit der italienischen Familie war zauberhaft!
