I can't agree with the good reviews. We stayed at Heemann some time ago and I have to say that we were disappointed. The “sharing” concept is currently very modern, and it works well in restaurants like the Klinker or Neni. The dishes in Heemann somehow didn't fit together and the portions were really small, so that the two of us needed four portions, which of course was reflected in the price (€40 per person for the main course!!). The taste of the dishes was ok...the regional/seasonal aspect was positive. The bread was also properly priced, but unfortunately the dips that went with it were bland. But I think it's criminal that you pay €7 for a carafe of tap water (I didn't see that anything was filtered). The waitress was nice, if not super attentive (we had to say several times that we wanted to pay). The location is very nice and you sit comfortably. Conclusion: I like to eat out and spend a little more money, but then I'm happy about a beautifully set table (e.g. with a tablecloth), good food that I couldn't make myself, great service and, if necessary, some bread on the house . You won't find any of that in the Heemann. Overall, I wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend the restaurant as it currently is.

The lady who works there, who I assume is the owner, is so incredibly rude. The place is empty and devoid of customers and the food is very strange- not authentic at all, overly “healthy” tasting with a weird mix of fruity flavors. Overall just a place to avoid
