SUPER delicious, Holle didn't promise too much. If you want to eat comfortably there, then sit on the right at the entrance, on the left in the large area the light is simply too bright and uncomfortable. OTHERWISE GREAT! Super nice and friendly staff. Keep it up!

A neat little charcoal grill restaurant where you can enjoy very good Balkan cuisine (and many people from the region also eat there). The Cevapcici are an absolute recommendation for German conditions! But we also really enjoyed the bean soup and the lamb. The remaining meat was a bit dry and had probably been on the grill for too long. There is still room for improvement with the Yufka. The regular sesame bread was better. Despite everything, very tasty! And the service was also very good because we hardly had to wait. Two small downsides: you can't pay by card (you know why...) and you have to like the noisy ambience (live cooking, smells, etc.).

Were there and were sent back. Apparently there were no free tables... They didn't even bother to look for a table. No apology, nothing... The reception was very unfriendly, sometimes arrogant. You really felt uncomfortable. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Really unfriendly, we waited for 40 minutes and the whole time they took people from the back in front, letting them eat what had fallen on the floor and put it back on their plate. Would not recommend

A very bad experience, we were immediately sent back with unfriendly behavior from the waiter, hello, there is not even an apology, not even a wait, not even that he checked if there were any free tables! I felt really bad, even though we are regulars and the previous waiters were friendlier, terribly unfriendly behavior from the waiter at the bar at the moment. We are frustrated and disappointed, we won't be visiting you for a long time!

Until about a year ago the quality of the food was excellent, but we went there yesterday and were still in a bad mood until today. We won't go there again and we won't recommend it to anyone. But the behavior of the employees there is very excellent.

Delicious food! Single but simply super tasty. Unfortunately, the service is not that good, the communication doesn't work that well and as a result, things are forgotten or misunderstood. That's a shame. But you can live with it. Ambiance very simply furnished. What also bothered me is that I ordered a portion of cevapcici and a portion of fries, but the fries came before the cevapcicis and were already cold by then!

Meat super tasty. There was only one thing I didn't like, I ordered a plate for four people and the packaging wasn't that nice. You should improve this. For 70€ this is supposed to look better, don't pack it in a pizza box and just put everything on aluminum foil, it's just not packaged nicely. Best regards

We were there for two days with my husband. The shop is really clean my 10 out of 10 the food took a while, the table next to us arrived 15 minutes later but we got the food at the same time. The service is nice, short, concise and unobtrusive. Cevapcici really tasty served with good caymak and ayvar. Unfortunately there was no real cai. The audience was really pleasant, even though it was only men. It was our first time there but not our last

Cevapcici are okay for Germany. Never like in Sarajevo but taste good. It's clean. Service very friendly. The one cake with coconut flakes inside wasn't for me. For which two points are deducted. NO CARD PAYMENT. It is not advertised anywhere. I was in a hurry and had to go to the ATM in Billstedt to get money. It is a restaurant and not a snack bar where you understand that you can pay by card from 10 euros. But demanding only CASH for more than 50 euros is cheeky and not writing it down anywhere.

Everything was ok..., I can give the stars with a clear conscience...👌🏻

I LOVED IT THERE!!! Most people speak Bosnian there, so the atmosphere was so different there, but in a good way. I ordered the same thing 5 times, and it was equally as delicious as the 1st time I had ordered it. Also, the food comes very fast, and it's easy to order because you don't have to wait half an hour, like in those fancy restaurants. In fact, this place needs to be bigger because it's always full of people, and a lot of people are always coming in. 100/ 10!!!! I recommend going there to eat.

Essen ist hier super zu empfehlen. Die Cevapcici sind mega lecker, zusätzlich zwei eingelegte Brote, die auch echt gut schmecken. Eigentlich bekommt man hier die besten Cevapcici in Hamburg. Die Pleskavica(Hacksteak mit Gouda gefüllt) sind auch sehr lecker und groß. Egal, was man bestellt, man wird hier sehr gut versorgt und satt wird mal allemal. Der Laden hier hat mal klein angefangen und hat damit schon Erfolg gehabt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Leider jedoch schwer eine Parkmöglichkeit zu bekommen.

Das Essen schmeckte unglaublich, allerdings mit einem leichtem Gas nebengeschmack welcher dem Essen sein bestimmten kick gab. Der Führer brachte mir mein Cevapcici höchtpersönlich ging anschließend allerdings in eine kammer mit auffälliger Dusche.

Kleiner, unauffälliger Laden, aber ich war sehr positiv überrascht! Ich kann einer vorherigen Bewertung zustimmen, dass dort fast nur Männer sitzen, aber drinnen waren zwei weibliche Gäste und ich selbst habe mir zum mitnehmen etwas raus geholt. Das Cevapcici mit dem Brot war sehr lecker. Die Sauce und Zwiebeln könnten tatsächlich etwas mehr sein. Dazu hab ich mir einen Salat mit Käse bestellt, den ich nur empfehlen kann. Für 13€ ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
