Nettes Lokal für ein Bier in Altona, Hamburg. Die niedrigere Bewertung der Atmosphäre dürfte wahrscheinlich an der Uhrzeit meines Besuchs gelegen haben, Dienstag um 18 Uhr.

Essen war mega lecker und das Personal super nett. Witzige Location. Die Stühle erinnern ein wenig an die Schulzeit und sind bei längerem Sitzen etwas unbequem. Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen. Einzig parken nur gegen Gebühr oder mit etwas Glück in den umliegenden Straßen.

Wenn man Hamburg durchstreift und sbendd ko ist und in der Superbude super untergekommen ist, kann man hier suuuuper lecker gemütlich und in einem wunderbar schönem Ambiente speisen… ein mal anderes besonderes saisonales Angebot sehr lecker zubereitet… man muss nicht suchen man findet hier einfach!!! Und es ist ein fröhlich herzlicher Ort, das ist Gastfreundschaft in bestem Sinne! Danke🙂 vegetarisch vegan mal anders und lecker!!!!!

Bambule" ist ein Restaurant in der Superbude Hamburg Altona, in der Paul-Dessau-Straße 2. Es wird oft als das kulinarische Herzstück der Superbude beschrieben. Das Konzept ist eine Mischung aus Service und Selbstbedienung.

An absolute gem! The pumpkin soup was extraordinary but the bread ... absolutely amazing! Staff was friendly and the menu convincing. Really, an 11/10! Go and try!

A unique experience. Great ambiance, a mix of relaxed yet stylish. The lovely waitress and her colleague completed the picture perfectly. Super attentive and friendly service right from the start, incredibly personable. From the bread with homemade tomato and onion butter, to the ravioli with porcini mushrooms and tacos with salsa, to the dreamy combination of coconut, marajuca, and crème brûlée, everything was perfect. The delicious and varied cocktails round out the experience. Whether it's the classic "Pornstar Martini" with Prosecco or the many "Sour" variations: there's something for everyone here! (Tip: there's a €2 discount here from 6 p.m. on Fridays ;)) An absolute must for us. Especially suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We'll gladly come back and tell our friends about it :) Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Once again, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. Homemade spreads and jams. They pay attention to regional quality. The vegan selection is truly fantastic. The staff is very attentive and incredibly friendly. 10 stars with glitter for you.

A truly fantastic restaurant. I stayed in the adjacent hotel for a few nights in Hamburg. The food is simply insanely delicious. The ambiance is also very nice. The trust concept is also great. You can help yourself to drinks from the fridges, then simply state the quantity and pay. Thank you, I hope all guests can handle this well.

We were absolutely thrilled at Bamboole! The vegan options aren't just "thought-out," they're truly creative, lovingly prepared, and taste perfect. From the vibrant soup to bowls with exciting textures to the subtly spiced eggplant on creamy purée – every dish was a highlight. There's also an impressive selection of non-alcoholic drinks: homemade lemonades, special iced teas, and even non-alcoholic beers like the Funky Falcon – finally, a restaurant that takes it seriously! The team was super friendly, attentive, and cheerful – you can tell everyone here enjoys what they do. Our child was also warmly welcomed and clearly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is cozy and stylishly decorated without feeling forced. Perfect for a relaxing evening – whether alone, as a couple, or with the family. We'll definitely be back!

Daily specials at lunchtime are definitely an option for lunch. I wouldn't recommend the normal menu for the price of around €20 per main course, as you would still need side dishes. Otherwise very tasty and super friendly :)

What can I say - unbeatable price-performance ratio. Not only is sustainability on the menu, everything is furnished and equipped with so much attention to detail that I would like to give it 6 stars - the buffet costs €16.50 including some drinks. Really large selection of vegan spreads and toppings. The grill and waffle station was absolutely outstanding - following the hotel's recommendation, there was a fresh waffle with soft ice cream from the in-house soft ice cream machine (I don't know the last time I had such good soft ice cream) with various toppings such as sprinkles, brittle and sauces. Tea was included in the price - a huge plus point! The best sourdough bread I've ever eaten (and that's saying something - Alman 2.0) And lastly, the staff is so super friendly and helpful that I felt very welcome!

I've introduced a kale tour, and we chose the superb restaurant, the Bamboole. We received a warm welcome, great kale, lovely staff. And the location was fantastic. We'd be happy to come back anytime.

Very friendly staff. Nicely away from everything, enough parking. We drank non-alcoholic cocktails and they were really very unusual and delicious. The food was also good, but the portion wasn't really filling. Small but sufficient selection of food.

Es war mega gut - und weit weg von dem Üblichen. Wer es besonders und außergewöhnlich mag: komm hier hin. Das Team ist freundlich, umsichtig und hilfsbereit, das Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Kreativität, Individualität und Nachhaltigkeit wird hier groß geschrieben.

We had a great evening! The food was great, and there was delicious, crazy, homemade lemonade. The lovingly decorated and uncomplicated atmosphere but above all the team are magical! We felt totally comfortable and welcome, like we were visiting good friends.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Bamboole restaurant regularly from Monday to Friday during a seminar - and I am absolutely thrilled! As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by the modern, stylish and at the same time cozy atmosphere. The furnishings combine urbanity with a touch of exoticism, perfectly tailored to the culinary experience that awaits you. Creativity and taste at the highest level What impressed me most is the extraordinary creativity in the kitchen. No matter whether it was lunch or dinner – every meal was a small work of art. The dishes were not only a visual delight, but also a taste experience. A balanced combination of fresh, high-quality ingredients and exciting flavors thrilled me every day. I found the variability particularly positive: from spicy curries to sophisticated salads to irresistible desserts - there is something for everyone here, and at a first-class level. Excellent service – no matter what time of day What I also noticed: The quality remains consistently high regardless of the time of day. Both the lunch and evening shifts, each with different staff, cooked fantastically. It was noticeable that people work here with passion and skill. Compliments to the entire kitchen team – you conjure up real taste explosions with every meal! The service staff also deserve high praise. No matter whether it was lunchtime or evening, the employees were consistently friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately felt at home, which made your stay even more pleasant. Perfect location for a break The location of the restaurant completes the experience perfectly. It's a place to be, whether for a relaxed lunch or an elegant dinner. Even for longer stays, like in my case over several days, it always remains a highlight. Conclusion: The Bamboole restaurant convinced me across the board. Creative cuisine, excellent taste, friendly staff and a wonderful location – what more could you want? Whether for a quick lunch or a special dinner in the evening, everything is just right here. I will definitely come back and recommend Bamboole to everyone!

Very friendly restaurant. We ended up there by chance and were amazed by the delicious and special breakfast selection. Lots of vegan food. Very tasty plum jam, my favorite is the curry date spread.

Super entspannte Atmosphäre mit mindestens genauso lässigen, aufmerksamen und vor allem professionellen Service. Die Speisenauswahl ist klein aber fein. Geschmacklich ne glatte 1 genauso wie die Drinks. Mein Favorit ist der Stawberry Spritz. ;) Wir waren mit 4 Personen im Bamboole und hatten einen tollen Abend.

I come here regularly to work and drink my cappuccino or tea and am always impressed by the relaxed, relaxed atmosphere. The service is super friendly and helpful and when I asked, they even printed out some documents that were important to me. Absolutely recommended! P.S. Next week we'll try out the table tennis round - great idea, thanks for that!

We celebrated our wedding at Superbude + Bamboole. It was an unforgettable day & evening. The crew is great and supported us with everything. There was delicious food, drinks, everything went well and we and our guests were more than HAPPY. We can only recommend the location!

This is a super place for breakfast and lunch. Perfect cappuccino from a coffee machine, this is the first time I've encountered this. Breakfast you pay a certain amount and choose any food “like in all inclusive hotels”

Super relaxed, chilled, pleasant!

Wow! A more than unusual burger. “Steamed Burger Bun” Sriracha Sesame Mayonnaise | Iceberg lettuce | cucumber | carrot | Kimchi | Sweet potato fries with pulled pork (optional jackfruit). In an Asian style, very tender, very harmonious, the fries are so on point and of high quality (and not overly sweet!), you should also be able to handle spicy and you should also like kimchi. It was time for a burger like this. Thanks for that.

It is more a place to hang out then a resturent- but if you choose to eat here the food is really good!

I had the vegetarian Pho. It was plain and without taste. I was quite disappointed by my dish.

Очень интересный стильный интерьер. Хорошая коктейльная карта, качественный алкоголь. Но(!) с обслуживанием напряг, возможно, потому что мало персонала. Бармен и 1 официант явно не справляются, чтобы сделать заказ я пару раз подходила к бару.

Durch den Besuch in der Superbude waren wir natürlich abends im Bamboole essen. Ein unglaublich gemütliches Flair, toller Service und Handhabung der Getränkewahl fand ich so beeindruckend. Du gehst an den Kühlschrank, kostest einen Wein und entscheidest dich dann, welcher dir zusagt. Geil. Die nicht zu üppige Speisenkarte macht dich neugierig. Was wir aßen war echt saulecker - simpel, aber mit viel Liebe und Kreativität. Ebenfalls das Frühstück. Waffeln kannst du dir backen, sogar ein Softeis kannst du dir genehmigen. Sehr sauberes und stylisches Ambiente. Sitzbänke mit Kissen, bunte Stühle, Lampen aus Strohhüten. Sogar die Toiletten waren toll. Jeder Toideckel unterschiedlich bunt. Du schwitzt, dann nutze das Deo, Haare liegen nicht, dann nutze das Spray, du brauchst Frauenhygieneartikel, dann nimm, was dir dort hingestellt wurde. Uns und den Kids gefiel es richtig richtig gut. Es ist eben anders - keine Kellner mit Weste und schwarzer Hose, sondern mit Jeans und Adidas Jacken. Ich komme selbst aus der Gastro und hier hab ich wahrgenommen, dass man nicht immer nur spießig sein muss. Tolles Lokal, tolles Essen, tolles Team.

Ein Ort, an dem man sich inspirieren und echt zuhause fühlen kann. Super angenehm und mega nettes Personal. Der secondhand-Shop muss auf jeden Fall durchgewühlt werden 😉

Die Bamboole paßt perfekt zur Superbude - alle sind super natürlich, nett und kompetent, nicht das Gestelze wie oft bei anderen Hotel-Restaurants. Die Abendkarte ist klein, aber oho. Die Speisen durchweg alle sehr frisch lecker und anders gut. Das Vertrauenskonzept, daß man sich Getränke und Snacks nimmt und dann ansagt was man hatte, kann ich mir nur hier glaubhaft vorstellen. Frühstück ist reichhaltig, bio, regional und frisch mit wirklich guten Produkten. Das ist, warum ich seit über einem halben Jahr (fast) jeden Abend hergehe, wenn ich in der Superbude (fast) jede Woche für ein paar Nächte schlafe. Weil beides (Bamboole und Superbude) ein klein wenig das Zuhause er ... gänzt (nicht ersetzt 😉)

Tolle Atmosphäre, supernette Belegschaft und leckeres Essen. Softdrinks, Bier und Wein nimmt man sich selbst aus der "Karma Bar" und wird am Schluss auf vertrauensbasis gezahlt. Auch Cocktails und Longdrinks bekommt man zu absolut fairen Preisen - wir kommen gerne wieder

Love the food and place, very good in sunny days

A falatkák finomak voltak. Mikor ott voltam zsúfolt volt és a személyzet hiába dolgozott keményen, kisebb káosz alakult ki. A desszertet ki sem hoztàk, 15 percig vártunk rà, aztán inkább fizettünk és elmentünk.

Service ist super. Die Flamingofarm im Hinterhof gefällt mir am besten. Ich mag den nachhaltigen Gedanken.

Super nice staff, beautiful place and deco, accepted food taset with nice design. Ordered taco, the white bread was the best choice for taco, the beef tasted like prepared food from supermarket than original taco fiiling. Overall okay.
