Had breakfast again on Easter 25. Whether you're slightly hungry or more, there's plenty of delicious selection at reasonable prices. Service great. What more could you want?

Food was quite good, unfortunately the atmosphere was totally stupid, no smiles, totally strange staff who seemed disinterested and dissatisfied. Too bad

Easter brunch 2025 Beautifully decorated tables with very attentive service 4 stars for that But the food including the drinks offered was unfortunately only worth 2 stars. The sirloin was really tough and watery. Unfortunately, the risotto was far too soft and stirred to death. The rest of the dishes presented were average at best and not appropriate for one of the best hotels in Bremen. As a tip for next time: It's better to have 3 really high-quality dishes as a main course, wine and beer included and then happily pay 20 euros more, but then at a higher level. Highlight and very sweet - The Lindt bunnies on the table and the fresh waffle from the waffle station 👍

Extremely unfriendly owner. I was yelled at because I unintentionally tried to use the wrong toilet (the one from the restaurant instead of the museum). When I complain about the tone, he just says “the train station is here”. I will never come back here again.

Very nice restaurant, with good cuisine. Only the waiting time for food is a bit long.

It's nice here. Cake, ice cream and coffee tastes good. The employees are all super nice and helpful. There is also something to eat, such as lobster soup, salads, risotto and much more. You can also eat the awesome waffles with red jelly here. It's a bit bourgeois in terms of furnishings and ambience.

Goud and Gouda. That's good and cheap for recipients of citizen's benefit. The focus, action is just around the corner. The measure is free and afterwards there is good food here. Jouu and Jouu. We were here with a group. We pre-ordered the food in advance by email for 7 p.m. The food came about 1.5 hours late. Instead of fettucini there was spaghetti, one of the dishes was cold. The food itself was "solid", but far from worth the expensive price. The only good thing was the tomato butter that came with the bread - which was also brought way too late. Unfortunately the service wasn't good either. After the first drinks were brought, no one asked if anyone else wanted anything. Even a friendly smile won't help to make up for this failure. Too bad.

The overpriced food never arrived. The colleague who served me didn't apologize after I brought it up after 45 minutes. As I was leaving the restaurant I saw the pancake and was glad that I hadn't bought it for that money. (April 2023)
