Were they there first, With pre-order and had the voucher book with you. We were able to choose the main course. (Three to choose from) Fish with beetroot mashed potatoes First there was soup and dessert Food was very nicely prepared (kudos to the kitchen) Class. 🫶

It's really worth visiting the restaurant.

Dear overseas team. We are with you regularly for lunch and also in the evening. The food is simply great and the price-performance ratio is great. There is no restaurant near the train station in Bremen city center that can keep up with you. We have just booked your Christmas party with 120 people and are already looking forward to a culinary explosion. Mr. Krause gave us very good advice and gave us a reasonable price. Thank you very much for that and see you on December 12th.

The service was really nice, BUT it is an unbelievable RUDE to charge 10.40 for two waters for our children!!! So €5.20 for water is definitely an UNDING!!!

Had lunch here as part of a training course. Food delicious, service very good and accommodating. Atmosphere was a bit restless because there was a lot going on, but overall it was okay. Recommended!

Today there was an additional ice cream menu. Waffle with ice cream scoop of your choice €7.20. I got 2 ice cream scoops and a small round waffle that was guaranteed to be out of the package. Cold, crazy sweet and with huge lumps of sugar in it. Completely disgusting😝. Value probably under 50ct.

Were from Bavaria for a funeral in town. In the evening we went to the funeral feast with my sisters and brother-in-law. The atmosphere is very cozy and clean. A table was cleared for the four of us, who sat in pairs at a table for four. The beer that is brewed for overseas is very good. The food came quickly and was always very good and warm. We had different dishes and were all very satisfied. The restaurant is highly recommended. We would be happy to come to you on your next visit. Unfortunately, the fourth food photo was blurry. That's why only 3😉

Mixed. Nice service, nothing to complain about. The food is always so-so, for the price there is nothing that blows you away, we were rather angry, but sometimes it was also tasty. Just mixed. When it comes to asparagus with schnitzel, for example, there is no lemon and no homemade hollandaise. Incredibly expensive. It was tasty, but like Ikea. Appetizer plate, everything just placed on the plate while it was refrigerator cold, very unpleasant. Hot chocolate is just lukewarm, just like tea is not brewed...but it is an infused drink. Beer inexplicably expensive. Pasta delicious. Pizza delicious. Dessert with cheap cherries from a jar instead of frozen or fresh. We have also been chased away from our tables, despite reservations, because not everyone came and the tables were supposedly needed. But remained empty. So they weren't needed at all. Instead we were allowed to sit at the entrance to the stairs/toilet. Horrible. In summer it is far too warm in the guest room. It's simply not art what they do, but you'll definitely get full.

Unfriendly staff. I asked for a table for 4 because my mother really wanted to come. Was sent out until we discussed whether we could open a table outside. When I wanted to sit down inside to wait, I was told to please go outside to wait - but I couldn't sit down because the tables at the front were occupied. When the next table was kindly opened, the lady didn't take the order and wanted to go back in. There was relaxed music on the station square and the guests opposite me and I sat back to relax. Sunglasses, summer - actually wonderful. Another waitress came to my table and told me that I shouldn't sleep at my table outside on the terrace. It's a restaurant. A little stunned, I asked her how she came to dictate how I should behave at my table. If you lean back you will be informed that you should not sleep on the terrace. Absurd. I'm sitting here right now with my eyes wide awake and writing this review. Waiting for my family, who - like me - won't come here again. What was particularly unpleasant was that two of the waitresses stood at another table and talked about the incident, gossiping and grinning.

I was there for lunch today and I have to say it was just great!!! The service person was very friendly and attentive to us. The starter was bruschetta and tomatoes with goat cheese. The main course was the GegrollZanferfilet and the rum steak with rosemary potatoes. Both were served nice and hot. The steak was medium juicy and tender as I ordered it. The fish was very tasty and fresh. I can only recommend. Would love to come back. Great service great atmosphere.

Not too bad food but not worth the price, nothing special

Delicious food, served with lightning speed. We were a family with children on a Sunday evening during the summer holidays and there were few available tables. Located extremely well in relation to the railway station.

A nice restaurant that is directly attached to the Übersee Museum. The restaurant is open even after the museum closes. The menu is very extensive and has something for everyone. There were four of us, everyone had something different. From pizza to schnitzel or vegetarian. The food is very tastefully prepared and we all enjoyed it very much. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A big compliment 👌

The lady who served us was very friendly, she served our large group alone. Your colleague was very unfriendly and disrespectful towards us. When we asked him politely whether there was an alternative at brunch for those who don't eat pork, he behaved in a derogatory and unfriendly manner and we were given a small antipasti platter for five people. He brought them to us and couldn't resist showing his derogatory attitude towards us. Of course, as is usual, we didn't get another plate at brunch. It would take too long to prepare 🤷🏻‍♀️ So it's disappointing and sad that you are treated like this in a country where you are open to all religions and diversity. He then indicated that the group should sit down together. This will be the last time we go there and we won't be the only ones. pure disappointment

We were there 2 days ago. It was very loud. About 30 people were placed in the middle of the room. Service was okay. Pizza was delicious! So we wanted to go in there again yesterday for coffee and cake! Now it's coming! We would be sent away at around 5 p.m., even though there was space. The reason was not that everything was reserved, but rather that there was no coffee and cake because there might still be guests who wanted to come for dinner who were going to the maffai concert at 8 p.m. Dear restaurant owner... Coffee and cake is quick money and the table would have been free again 30 minutes later. It's better to hope for dinner guests who might still come. Shame on you for treating guests like that! We are in the city for a long time and will NOT be returning based on this experience.

Service is very quick I was there briefly to grab something to eat before I took my next train connection. I only got food 10 minutes after ordering and everything tasted really delicious, even though there was a lot going on that day.

While walking around the city, we happened upon the Übersee restaurant, which is located near the train station. The interior of the restaurant pleasantly surprised us, there was an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. The service staff was extremely friendly. It is worth noting that the restaurant offers huge portions. We ordered a salad that was so large that one portion would have been enough for two. The taste of the dishes exceeded our expectations - everything was prepared from fresh ingredients and was well balanced in terms of taste. We were pleasantly surprised that our order was served quickly despite the restaurant being full. Although the prices in this restaurant are slightly higher than in ordinary restaurants, the quality of the dishes and the service justify these additional costs. I can definitely recommend Restaurant Übersee to all gourmets and lovers of good relaxation.

The restaurant was my favorite for an excellent lunch for many years. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio has no longer been right for a few months. The soups and the main course have not only deteriorated in taste, they are also no longer presented as attractively. In addition, the portions are smaller, but the prices have increased significantly. However, the staff still does a good job!

Great service! The breakfast was really top with fruit salad, high-quality bread toppings, delicious salad. No wish remained unfulfilled. The two of us had the Parisian breakfast and can definitely recommend it. ❤️

Had the oriental starter platter, the couscous was a mushy brown mass and in my opinion had a bite, the tomato had a moldy spot. Service was nice and courteous hence two stars. Ambiance OK.

Restaurant/café with strange paternalism. I've never experienced a situation where you're not allowed to write on your laptop while you're waiting for your food. At first I thought it was a joke, but I meant it seriously. Salad and coffee were okay, the waitress was polite. Prices are slightly higher due to the location. Payment with credit card is not possible, the toilet in the basement can only be reached via a hallway that is actually a construction site. There are signs below warning of theft. All in all, a place you wouldn't want to go to a second time.

Very varied breakfast buffet with freshly prepared dishes. Only the tasteless mini baked rolls spoiled the otherwise very good impression. Juice and coffee are included, which is why the high price seems justified. The service was friendly. With one more person you would have gotten the coffee a little quicker, but the waiting time was limited.

Ein bisschen teuer fürs gebotene - aber was ist das heutzutage nicht? Ein Museumscafé. Als solches eines der besseren mit einer guten Karte, die einen Streifzug durch die Welt bietet. Das meiste selber gekocht, also wenig zu meckern.

Wir haben hier Mittags gegessen, nach unserem 1. Rundgang durchs Museum. Sehr nette Bedienung und das Essen war schnell da, die Kids sind auch glücklich mit Fischstäbchen und Pommes gewesen. Alles in allem sehr gut, vom Preis aber eher teurer. Was aber durchaus durch die Qualität der Menüs gerechtfertigt ist. Vielen Dank

Optisch ist das Essen leider nicht so ansprechend aber vom Humus waren wir sehr begeistert. Ebenso war das Tiramisu ganz gut. Leider schmeckte es nach Sahne. Das Lokal an sich hat eine lounge. In dieser ist es ruhiger.

Waren zum Weihnachtsbrunch hier, das war für uns aber dass letzte mal. Von einem Weihnachtsbrunch, haben wir mehr erwartet, als ein Frühstück wie im Krankenhaus. ( Lieblos, billig und einfach). Über die warme Variante dieses Buffet, will ich gar nicht anfangen zu reden. Preislich ist das Buffet komplett überteuert. Zu einem Weihnachtsbrunch, gehört meiner Meinung nach wenigsten ein Glas Prosecco oder Sekt, dass bekommt man im jeden 2 Sterne Hotel, am Frühstücks Buffet dazu. Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir sind recht spontan an einem Freitagabend dort eingekehrt, sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben in sehr schöner Atmosphäre ein exzellentes Essen bekommen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wir waren zum Frühstück-Brunch hier. Öffnet Sonntags erst um 10 Uhr. Das Frühstücks-Buffett ist sehr umfangreich, für jeden etwas dabei. Von Fisch über Rührei bis hin zu selbstgemachter Marmelade und verschiedene Salate sind kaum Wünsche offen. Kaffee satt und diverse Säfte, teilweise auch selbst hergestellt runden das Buffet ab. Ab 11.30 Uhr gibt es dazu noch warme Speisen, wenn man nicht schon vom umfangreichen Frühstück satt geworden ist.

Das Hirsch stroganoff war nur knorpel und Sehnen und die Suppen als Wiedergutmachung schmecken auch nach nichts. Es wurde ein schärferes Messer angeboten um den Knorpel besser schneiden zu können.,eine Frechheit.

Schönes Ambiente, aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienungen, das Essen war lecker und wurde ohne lange Wartezeiten geliefert. Die Toiletten frisch renoviert oder zumindest neu, und rochen gut. Beim Essen gab es einen Punkt Abzug, weil für Veganer nichts ausgewiesen war, man konnte nur hoffen, dass der Reis mit Gemüse in Kokossauce vegan war. Kaffee und Kuchen nur vegetarisch, keine Pflanzenmilch... Da hinken sie der Zeit dann doch hinterher. Kuchen wirkten wie perfekte Massenware, nicht eigenes, frisch gebackenes, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, weil ihr Focus wahrscheinlich auf warmen Mahlzeiten ruht. Zum Kaffee trinken würde ich jetzt nicht noch mal hierher kommen, zum Abendessen hingegen schon. Wir hatten beide reichliche Portionen!

Wir waren am Samstagabend da. Wir sind toll empfangen worden. Das bestellen ging sehr schnell und wir haben auch nicht lange auf das Essen gewartet. Wir haben superleckeres Essen bekommen. Der Service war aufmerksam und wir durften sogar nach dem Essen noch lange am Tisch bleiben, obwohl das Lokal total ausgebucht war. Ich kann nur sagen: Daumen hoch für dieses Restaurant! Gerne wieder!👍👍👍

Good food, nice staff, quick service and very near the train station. I had gnocchi and tomato soup. Nothing to complain about! What else can you wish for, when having a change-over of 45min. at Bremen Hbf train station. In fact, I would recommend this restaurant even when you’re not in an hurry.

Vergesst das Nougatparfait mit Bratapfel und Spekulalitiuscrumble. Der Bratapfel war knackig frisch geschnittener Apfel, nix mit "Brat". Die Crumble könnte man an einer Hand abzählen. Der Café war gut.

Sehr nett, Preis/Leistung stimmt! Zentral am Bahnhof und das Museum im gleichen Gebäude lohnt auch zum anschauen!

Bedauerlicherweise war meine Gemüsebeilage eiskalt. Der Rest meines Gerichtes heiß, die Teller nicht vorgewärmte. Nach Reklamation und 5 min später kam mein Teller zurück, das Gemüse war wenigstens lauwarm, wahrscheinlich Mikrowelle. Ich kann das Übersee nicht mehr empfehlen. Früher, vor Corana mal richtig gut.

Die Nudeln mit Lachs waren perfekt. Es war eine reelle Portion. Zum Nachtisch gab es Apfelstrudel. Super lecker! Auch der Service war aufmerksam und nett. Preise sind gut und angemessen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Die Lage des Restaurants ist ausgesprochen verkehrsgünstig, Hauptbahnhof, Straßenbahnen und Busse sund innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Das Ambiente ist modern mit einigen witzigen Akzenten. Das Restaurant verfügt zudem über eine Lounge in der man einen direkten Blick in das Überseemuseum hat. Der Service war aufmerksam und erkundigte sich regelmäßig ob noch Wünsche offen sind. Die Speisekarte ist nicht überbordend groß und gut sortiert. Die Wartezeit auf unser Essen war erstaunlich gering. Das Essen selbst war wirklich gut, auch in der Preis/Leistungsrelation. Die Portionsgrößen waren wirklich gut. Insgesamt zu empfehlende Lokalität mit qualitativ gutem Essen. Gute Lage und angenehmes Ambiente.

Ein Lokal, das schon lange hier am Ort ist. Der Empfang ist freundlich, die Bestellung recht bald aufgenommen. Getränke und Speisen alsbald serviert. Die Ravioli waren in Ordnung, die vegetarische Pizza wurde durch einen grossen Anteil an Antipasti mit der Zeit matschig, . Das ist nicht so schön. Geschmacklich war alles gut.

Wir waren vor unserem Museumsbesuch hier zum Frühstück. Haben uns für das Frühstück für 2 (Paris) entschieden. Das war goldrichtig. Sehr umfangreich und nett zurecht gemacht Leider muss man, wie auch meistens in anderen Cafe's zum Frühstück, den Kaffee extra bezahlen. Trotzdem würden wir dieses Angebot beim nächsten Mal wieder wählen. Die Bedienung war nett und freundlich und das Ambiente angenehm.

Wir hatten eine Stunde Aufenthalt in Bremen und sind spontan dort einen Kaffee trinken gegangen. Verbesserungsvorschlag für den Chai Tee Latte.: Honig und frische Milch im Kännchen statt Zucker und Kondensmilch.

Bis zum Service kam es leider nicht, da sich von den sieben Personen die sich am Tresen herumdrückten, niemand verpflichtet sah uns zu begrüßen, geschweige denn eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Selten so etwas armseliges erlebt.

Es gibt leider für Veganer oder Menschen, die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen auf Milch verzichten müssen, keine Ersatzprodukte. Sonst relativ schneller Service, Preise eher hoch, Personal ok, nicht besonders aufmerksam oder zuvorkommend. Ich komme eher nicht mehr wieder.

Wir waren heute zu dritt im Übersee. Zwei von uns haben über das Cityfortwo das 3-Gänge-Menü gehabt. Als Vegetarierin kam für mich noch ein Hauptgericht infrage. Da ich eine Zutat davon nicht mag, wurde für mich beim Koch erfragt, ob ich ein anderes Gericht haben kann. Dies war kein Problem. In der Vorspeise (Suppe) war ebenfalls diese Zutat und daher hat der Koch die Suppe extra anders zubereitet. Unglaublich toll! Wir drei hatten alle anderen Hauptspeisen und waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unseren Gerichten. Auch die Vorspeise und diese Desserts (verschiedene) waren super. Der Service war ebenfalls toll! Für uns ein rund um gelungener Abend. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schön gestaltetes Restaurant, aber das Zanderfilet war zu glasig, eine halbe Minute mindestens hätte ihm gut getan und für TK Ware ist es eindeutige zu teuer.

Wir waren zum wiederholten male zum Brunch und waren diesmal ziemlich entäuscht und werden wohl nicht wiederkommen. Die Brötchen waren klein und hart. Die Auflage war überschaubar. Das warme Essen war lau warm, das Fischfilet stand vor Gräten. Leider hat der Brunch nicht mehr die Qualität von früher.

Keine Hunde erlaubt. Sehr negativ. Essen hat mir auch nicht geschmeckt.
