We were here at the bar for some drinks before heading off to bed,, while the pricing and atmosphere was really good for a hotel bar the service was really bad, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to even show up behind the bar to take our order, there was just no one with in total 3 or 4 waiting tables, I find that ridiculous, but the rest was nice and cozy!

Very friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations: The Angus burger from the lunch menu is still sitting heavily in my stomach, even though we didn't finish it. It was probably a frozen patty, garnished with limp arugula, and the fries tasted like old oil; some of the potatoes even had green bits visible. Good food should be something else entirely. We were asked if everything was alright. We politely declined – and were told that all the previous guests had enjoyed their meals. Oh well. Maybe it was just us.

My son-in-law reserved the restaurant in advance because of the award for a special chef's hat. However, the reality of this very expensive restaurant is more style than substance. The decor initially appears elegant and inviting. However, we found the empty wine, prosecco, and other bottles on the small wall ledges completely unacceptable. Although three tables for four were set, we were asked to sit at another table that was only set for four people. We assumed this would be quickly rectified, but it wasn't. It only happened after we asked. The tables were different heights and had different tablecloths. The wine we initially ordered was supposedly unavailable. Therefore, the waiter brought a similar one, without mentioning the price difference. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the appetizers, vitello tonnato and bruschetta. My grandson's pizza was far too undercooked, and the salami and mortadella he selected arrived cold on the baked pizza, resulting in a poor taste. My daughter chose carpaccio as her main course, which was very tough. My son-in-law's meat dish came with a side of fries in a basket placed in the middle of the plate, surrounded by the meat. Completely unacceptable. My grilled goat cheese was served with a small beetroot salad; the three tiny pieces, like all the other dishes, fell far short of what this restaurant is supposed to be special about. It's not recommended, as the price and quality are completely out of whack. Far too much money for substandard food. The service was simply overwhelmed in several areas, even though we were the only guests (just the two of us).

As a German, you're left out there. Only Russian or Polish music, not really great. The main thing is that the waitress dances on the table.
