Had dinner today for the three of us. The ambience and the food were very appealing. Unfortunately, the service is incompetent and stupid, which unfortunately pushes the culinary experience into the background...

The food was very good, but unfortunately the plates were cold, which meant the food cooled very quickly (a real shame). The ambiance was pleasant. However, the service was completely out of character for the restaurant (arrogant).

The food ratio and price did not match. It was very disappointing. I regret not trusting my instincts from the start, as all other locations were busy, but they had no customers when we arrived. The food tasted regular, nothing special. The service was the most unfavourable part of my visit. They just had two tables, yet they do not bring my wine for over 20 minutes(I deal with restaurant in Germany so I counted every second) until I asked them I want to pay but then they poured the wine. What a communication. Please, manager, take reviews seriously!

We stayed at Due Fratelli with our baby and felt completely at home right from the start. The staff was extremely warm and accommodating - despite the large crowds, they took the time to give us a particularly beautiful, quiet place in the cozy vaults. A real highlight was the preparation of the Parmesan pasta directly at the table: a great experience that made the visit something special - and the taste was absolutely convincing! Overall, a wonderful evening in a relaxed atmosphere with excellent service and delicious food. We would love to come back.

The atmosphere at the Bremen market square is appealing and invites you to linger. Unfortunately, there were several discrepancies with the order during our visit: a dish was mixed up and we were served the wrong drinks several times. Unfortunately, it was not possible to eat together. The staff apologized for the errors that occurred, but the overall service left a rather reserved impression. From our point of view, the taste of the food was average, the portions were quite small - we both still felt slightly hungry after eating.

We had dinner at Due Fratelli with 13 people (including three children). We had reserved in advance and were given a large round table in a separate room, which was great in itself. However, after taking in the drinks and food, we were left to our own devices. The wine was never refilled, no one came by to ask for more drinks, and the appetizer plate was only cleared away after over 30 minutes - and at our explicit request. We had to wait over an hour (from the starter) for the main course. She only came (despite previous requests) after we threatened to leave the restaurant otherwise. Since only two of us had a starter because most were speculating on dessert, and since we had children with us, this was simply impossible. Normally everyone would have shortened the waiting time between courses since most people didn't have a starter. You could also have put out a bit of bread after the first questions - but that only came after we asked for it. Of course we saved ourselves the dessert. About the food: it was good, but a few side dishes were missing or the wrong side dishes were served. The bill also had to be corrected twice, but that no longer came as a surprise. Given the standards (and prices) this restaurant has, it was simply a no-go. When we left, the waiter told us that we shouldn't order an appetizer next time. So it was our mistake, of course! The high point, however, was that they descended on us while we were on our way out! Conclusion: the food is good, the service and the ambience are a disaster due to the waiters!

For høje priser i forhold til kvaliteten. Fik pasta med oksekødsstrimler. De få strimlerne kød var ikke særligt mørt og pastaen var kun lunken. Hvad man synes om stemningen på stedet er naturligvis et spørgsmål om smag og behag. Jeg synes, det var et noget "kønsløst" sted. Er sikker på, der i Bremen findes bedre og billigere italienske restauranter, jvis man bevæger sig lidt væk fra området omkring rådhuset.

We were here with 11 people and were warmly welcomed. We had the 7-course menu, which I personally enjoyed very much. The only thing that really bothered me was that there were already 4 open bottles of white wine and red wine on the table worth around 500 euros. Not all of us drank wine, so we didn't even drink one bottle each. I would have liked to have asked beforehand, but that's how you do business. It's a real shame.

Unfortunately I can only give the service 5 stars. The Due Fratelli is a place where everything is coordinated. A delight for truffle and pasta lovers. I will definitely come back. 👍 A recommendation

Leider ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis – nicht zu empfehlen Wir waren am Wochenende zu Besuch und wurden leider auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Bereits beim Platznehmen wurde ungefragt eine 0,75 l Wasserflasche auf den Tisch gestellt – eine Masche, die wir als sehr unangenehm empfinden, da man als Gast kaum ablehnen kann. Wir bestellten drei Hauptgerichte: Kalbsleber mit Rosmarinkartoffeln (28,50 €) Saltimbocca mit Gemüse (30,00 €) Burger mit Pommes (28,00 €) Es gab kein Brot oder Gruß aus der Küche vorweg, und die Präsentation der Speisen war alles andere als liebevoll. Die Beilagen waren direkt auf dem Teller „versteckt“ – bei der Leber waren die Kartoffeln untergemischt, das Gemüse bestand aus wenigen, leicht gegarten Einzelteilen und kostete zudem 4,50 € extra. Der Tellerrand war bei keinem der Gerichte sauber, überall klebten Soßenkleckse – für ein Restaurant in dieser Preiskategorie ein absolutes No-Go. Geschmacklich war die Leber und der Burger in Ordnung, das Saltimbocca hingegen zäh und die „Marsalasauce“ glich eher einer einfachen Bratensauce. Als Gastronomen selbst fällt es uns besonders auf, wenn es an Herzblut und Sorgfalt mangelt – und das war hier leider der Fall. Für die aufgerufenen Preise absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Lage hin oder her – Qualität und Service zählen, und beides ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind nicht satt geworden und haben uns danach noch eine Bratwurst bei Stockinger geholt – die war ehrlicher und besser. Fazit: Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder und können das Lokal nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von knapp 10 Personen da incl Kindern. Der Service war unterirdisch. Die Getränke kamen nach ca 30 Minuten, das Essen nach mehrfacher Erinnerung erst nach ca 2 Stunden. Keine Entschuldigung vom Chef, sondern nur den Vorwurf, wir hätten ebend keine Vorspeise bestellen sollen. Und dann noch das Fiasko mit der Rechnung...mit viel zu viel berechneten Getränken und Beilagen, (die eindeutig fehlten). Nie wieder Due Fratelli.

Wir können uns nur den negativen Bewertungen bezüglich des enttäuschenden Service anschließen Nach 90 Minuten haben wir endlich unser Essen bekommen. Mussten nachfragen um Essen und weitere Getränke zu erhalten!! Keine Entschuldigung und am Schluss eine unangebrachte Reaktion des Restaurantleiters: „Sie müssen uns sagen, wenn Sie es eilig haben!“ Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passen nicht! Das Restaurant hat es anscheinend nicht nötig Kommen nicht wieder.

Absolutely recommended! This restaurant impresses across the board. Stylish ambience, attentive service and excellent cuisine with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every course was a delight, especially the pasta made from the cheese wheel and truffles on top. The flavors were perfectly balanced. A culinary delight! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I'll definitely be back!

Food very good. Drinks came later. Service was very friendly but a bit overwhelmed as many sun-seekers wanted to eat outside. The dessert tiramisu was there super quickly and very tasty. Nice place to eat and relax - holiday flair..

Very good fish soup, the penne arrabiata was also great, although not entirely original.

We were guided by the good criticism. I cannot recommend the restaurant. If a restaurant advertises fine dining, the guest will be disappointed if only the bill is high. I was looking forward to ravioli with goat cheese, figs and cherry tomatoes. For €26.40 I got fig mustard instead of figs and a single mushy cherry tomato that tasted the same as it looked.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all. We found the prices to be significantly too high and a disgrace for the quality of what was on offer. There was also a wait of over an hour for our food. The service was also unprofessional, as the waiters called the guests by first name without being asked. As if that wasn't enough, a dish was served on a badly damaged plate with a piece broken off. Apart from the offer to refill the food, there was no further response. Personally, we found the food to be bland and tasteless. Overall, we cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience.

Simply delicious, nice atmosphere, definitely recommended

We went there with high expectations due to a recommendation. Unfortunately, we had to wait about an hour to get the main course. The food was mediocre for that kind of price range. The service was rather disorganised and the toilets were not very tidy. We expected a better atmosphere, food quality and service for this kind of restaurant. We cannot recommend going there. Locations, such as the Ratskeller, Aioli, or Beck's im Schnoor provide a better experience.

We were there with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered mixed antipasti (the best I have ever eaten in my life). The host recommended us a delicious rosé wine. For the main course my wife ordered fish which was wonderful, although the portion of the side dish could have been larger. I ordered the famous Parmesan pasta in the cheese wheel. I was suggested to order it with prawns and I did - I don't regret it. What a treat! We'll be back!!!!!

I especially liked that they gave me dates to break my fast and that the meal was perfectly timed. The pasta from the Parmesan wheel was truly delicious. Overall, a really nice visit – I'd love to come back!

Update March 2025: This is now the fifth time that an attempt has been made to have this review deleted by a lawyer via Google. It is still clearly verifiable what we experienced that evening, so I will not change my review except for this note. The evening on November 18th began with a cracked bread plate and a wine glass that had splintered at the mouthpiece at the set table. A glass of the two aperitifs "Due Spritz" was also cracked, at the bottom of the glass. We wanted a wine recommendation when ordering, but unfortunately it wasn't there. Our two main courses were served to us when the aperitivo had not yet been drunk and the wine had not yet been ordered. The dishes were nicely presented, but tasted very average. At a price of €41.30 for a main course with two side dishes, this was unfortunately disappointing for us. We skipped dessert and drank espressos. Unfortunately, my companion found fennel or cumin seeds in her espresso macchiato. The cantuccini served with it were okay. Both of us pointed out all the listed defects to the service staff, saw them and also recognized them as defects. There was a small apology, but I still wouldn't come back based on my experience. Legal action is currently being taken against the rating of my companion (and, as the email shows, numerous other ratings). Therefore, I would like to point out in advance that I can provide receipts as well as reservation confirmation and photos showing that we were there that evening.

Significantly overrated and overpriced. A house that advertises with so many awards cannot allow itself to have crooked pictures on the dirty wall, to make mistakes when ordering (3 mistakes at the neighboring table, 2 at ours) or to have 0.4l standard gastro water glasses at the table. Everyone tries very hard and the food is wholesome but tastes noticeably far removed from high class. Due to the location it is very expensive, but a sliced ​​200g filet with noodles in butter shouldn't cost €62 here and a tiramisu at €13 should have more taste and be cool but not cold. You miss the greeting from the kitchen here, as well as a grappa on the house or similar friendly gestures. 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 1 bottle of water, 2 glasses of wine, 2 espressos for €225 leave only a mediocre good memory and do not entice you to repeat.

Probably one of the better restaurants in Bremen. We had the 6 course menu. Some service staff understood German very poorly. Not enough selection of open wines, with an otherwise very good wine list. Dogs are not a problem. Given the prices, there is still a bit of room for improvement.

Reklamation wurden nicht akzeptiert, sondern wir mussten uns auch noch belehren lassen. Wenn man sich schon mit irgendwelchen Sternen und Kochmütze schmückt, sollte man den Standard auch halten. Ganz besonders schlechte Bewertung für den Chef Charlie. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut unterirdisch !!! Dieses Restaurant werden wir nie wieder besuchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen 👎👎👎

Das Essen war lecker, aber für den Preis nicht herausragend genug. Man ist bereit viel Geld für gutes Essen zu zahlen, aber dann muss auch etwas geboten werden. Es war alles mehr Schein als Sein. Chef war sehr unfreundlich, herablassend zu seinem Personal, ebenfalls von sich selbst sehr überzeugt, unangenehm. Eine Poliermaschine die nicht in Benutzung gewesen ist, lief durchgehend war sehr laut und störend gewesen ist. Gäste am Nachbartisch, haben den Platz deswegen verlassen und wir später auch. Dies interessierte den Chef nicht und führt weiterhin private Telefonate. Das angestellte Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend, sie haben 5 Sterne verdient!

The pasta here is really great! It is definitely homemade and really tasty made from the Parmesan cheese. 10/10 for the pasta. Unfortunately, the portions are relatively small and the prices are particularly high. For a pasta made from parmesan cheese without truffles etc. just under €27 is quite a price (almost €40). We also like to go out for more expensive meals, but then everything has to be right. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The staff made you feel largely ignored and rather unwelcome. A friendly, charming manner was unlikely to be found. The person who prepared the pasta at the table was attentive and friendly. The store is otherwise beautiful and definitely has potential. However, some of the tables are only a few centimeters apart. Luckily no one was sitting next to us, but otherwise it would have been rather uncomfortable. We became aware of the store because of the NeoTaste app. As students, we love trying out new restaurants at a “discount”. There we booked a “2 for 1 pasta dish” deal. This could also be booked for the evening. When we wanted to order, we were told that this was not valid on Saturday. That would be an error in the app. Of course that can be a good thing. However, I am of the opinion that if you offer yourself as a restaurant on a platform, you should make sure that everything is written there correctly. This gives you the feeling that customers are being “lured” into the store. There was no real apology, but it would have been nice.

Before the ad is deleted because it is supposedly unjust, I hope to at least reach many more people with my experience. The facts: Waited 40 minutes for the starter. Four other tables were already served with the main course. The next table who came after us got the starter at the same time as us. This side table received the main course before us. Eat: little meat, almost burnt meat, noodles watery. For me it's one of the middle class Italians, just way too expensive. It was an unfortunately disappointing experience for us, despite the nice waiters.

Just one word: Desolate! Even the aperitif was too much for staff! Gin and tonic WITHOUT tonic, just ice cubes simply served. Big beer instead of small. Tap water €7. Beef carpaccio without cutlery, nor pepper when asked. Main course so-so, for a restaurant that wants to be upscale, just embarrassingly designed, a few cubes of veal liver (!) with a few pieces of vegetables... Ambience is ok, but nothing special. However, the staff is inattentive and sometimes downright dismissive. Arrogant! Overall, completely overpriced! Guests are more likely to be unsuspecting tourists, corporate customers or training participants who are misled by unjustified reviews.

I advise against it!!! Very bad service, average food. Waiting time for pasta with sauce is over 1.5 hours. Prices from outer space. You pay for the location. I suggest eating somewhere else. Big disappointment.

On the occasion of our 10th anniversary, my husband and I treated ourselves to the 10-course menu today, including a drink accompaniment. Starting with the super friendly hospitality, through every single course, up to a total of 13 drinks (water, aperitif, white, rose, red wine, cocktails, whiskey, beer and the classic double espresso), the complete repertoire of culinary delights was served! Whether with a cheese platter, beef fillet, polenta, lobster soup,... There was also a lot for the eye! We will definitely remember the aromatic spaghetti with freshly grated truffle topping in the large hollowed-out parmesan cheese loaf, which has definitely degraded any form of previous pasta in cheese sauce!!! Conclusion: 10 courses + drinks are quite a challenge in terms of quantity and you should plan around 5 hours of enjoyment time, but it's really worth it! We definitely need some time to digest properly, also with a view to the following Christmas holidays, but we will definitely be back! Addition to the review from December 23, 2022: Throughout the year, my husband and I spontaneously go out for a meal here or enjoy a delicious wine. The service is super friendly and leaves nothing to be desired. So far we haven't gotten around to actually studying the map. The kitchen always surprises us with new creations and serves one culinary delight after another. Today we had a three-course surprise menu with drinks. What can I say....: It was so good that hubby and I literally fell for it! We actually always take photos of what we eat out. There was simply no chance of that today. When the course was served, your mouth immediately started watering and your body and soul were treated magnificently! Thank you, dear Due Fratelli, for another gastronomic highlight! You are great!!!

There were two of us and the food was great! The bill was exceptionally high! There was no receipt either! Only after asking did we realize that we had received the wrong invoice. The second bill didn't fit either! It wasn't until the third time that it worked! No real excuse! It's a shame, the food and ambience are really great but after the rip-off I don't think I'd want to eat there again!

🌟 2/5 – Unfortunately disappointing 🌟 I had hoped for more from Fratelli, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The prices are damn high and you just don't feel like you're being served adequately for what you get. The portions are so small that you definitely won't be full afterwards - it makes you wonder whether you're paying for the quality or just the name. The restaurant tries to appear noble and high quality, but somehow it comes across as trying. Even the waiters often seemed awkward and unsure, which didn't help the overall impression. It's a shame, because with a few adjustments a lot more could be achieved here. But for me it remains an overpriced experience that I won't repeat so quickly.

Wir gehen gerne auswärts essen und wenn wir keine Lust auf Enttäuschung oder schlechten Service haben, dann kann es uns nur ins Due Fratelli führen. Zwei Brüder und ein Service-Team, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Empfang und Begleitung zum Tisch, sowie die Verwahrung der Gaderobe sind selbstverständlich. Ob saisonale Karte, Drei-Gänge-Überraschungs-Menue, 10- oder 12-Gänge Menue, mit oder ohne Getränkebegleitung, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben schon alles Mögliche ausprobiert/gekostet und werden dennoch jedes Mal auf's Neue angenehm überrascht! Für uns ganz klar, die erste/beste Adresse, für exzellente und stilvolle Küche in Bremen!!!

We have no idea how this restaurant managed to make it into the top 100 Italian restaurants. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time. The food was bland, bland and completely tasteless. We paid 250 euros for really poor cooking. Each side dish costs extra. A main course can easily cost around 50 euros. We didn't eat anything between the starters and the main course that was worth the price. Very very disappointing.

An impudence. There are already water bottles on the tables and you are only asked by the young waiter who speaks poor German if you would like a glass of water. Unfortunately I said yes (I had already ordered a coke and a lunch dish) then he opened the bottle and in the end 9.90 was added to the bill for the bottle I had started. Sorry, but if the lukewarm bottle is already on the table and no price is mentioned in the question, I assume that this is a free service. NEVER AGAIN!

Überteuert, kaltes, zugiges kaum geheiztes Restaurant! Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht. Hatten zur ganz guten Pasta einen schlechten überteuerten Beilagensalat ( für 8 Euro) sichtlich aus einer billigen Plastikveroackung, braune Blätter waren nicht aussortiert …

Was ein Wahnsinn. Tolle Lage und bis auf das bunte LED Licht tolle Einrichtung. Qualität und Geschmack sind sehr gut und auf hohem Niveau! ABER Der Service ist unverschämt, was 1:1 zu den geisteskranken Preisen passt. Das Steak fur 55 Euro ist gut. Aber auch in München oder Frankfurt gibt es selbst im Edelsteakhaus so einen kleinen 200g Klops nicht zu diesem Preis. Schnell werde dazu 3 Beilagen aufgeschwatzt, die zusammen so viel kosten, wie ein Hauptgericht. Die Cola für 7 Euro ist ebenso frech, wie das 0,7 San Pelegrino für fast 10 Euro. Es war mir bislang verborgen, dass man in Bremen gastronomisch auf DIESE Art daneben greifen kann. Auch erstaunlich, dass es in Bremen ein Publikum zu geben scheint, dass sowas mit sich machen lässt.

Since we were in Bremen for Cavalluna on the 27th and I had already heard good things about the restaurant, we wanted to have something to eat there after the show. The opening time on the internet was stated until 10:30 p.m. We arrived there around 8:30-8:45 p.m. and we were told that the kitchen was already closed, I can't tell whether this was true or they simply didn't want to welcome us as guests judge, if you don't want to earn anything you're out of luck, luckily there were enough places around the corner that were still open!

I really have to give a huge shout out to Due Fratelli. What they have done with the location is just great :). We now go there regularly and the food tastes fantastic every time. Whether Bolognese, pasta made from cheese or even a steak. Simply great cuisine. The service always has an open ear and helps wherever it can :).

The boss and the head chef are two very sweet and nice brothers, very familiar and very hospitable. My wife and I have spent many evenings there on Hamburger Straße and we have always been more than 💯 satisfied. The food is always of top quality and tastes good Excellent, I think I've eaten almost every dish and I can only say 1000%🫶🏽👍🏽 Thank you both and your great team for everything, especially for our son's 1 year birthday 🤗😉

Went to Due Fratelli for the first time today. I have eaten the best Bolognese that has been served to me in years and we had a wonderful evening in a great atmosphere. Great, sincere service completed the picture!

The Bolognese was great. Pasta made from the parmesan loaf, which we were actually there for, is not available until January 6th for reasons. The waiter was rude, when we didn't order an appetizer or wine we were laughed at and the waiter looked at us strangely and then cleared away the water glasses because we didn't order any wine. When we paid we told him the amount including the tip and he tried to get more out of it, very unpleasant. In general you are treated like a second class citizen if you don't order appetizers and wine, for example we were the only customers whose jackets were not hung on the coat rack. Decoration was plastic and cheap, the toilets smelled like Sanifair. They try to present more to the outside world than it actually is, which is probably why only half of the tables were occupied. It's a shame, more could be done with it. Especially because the food was really great.

The spaghetti prawns taste better at Vapiano. Pasta with truffles wasn't anything either, and it was cold. When we cleared the glasses we were laughed at because we didn't order any wine and said: "Yes, what should I do?". The Bolognese was very tasty. The atmosphere was very classy and as a “normal person” you didn’t feel very comfortable. However, the decorations were still made of plastic and the taps in the toilets didn't work so well. It was a nice but short evening for us, but we still won't be coming back.

We held our Christmas party at Due Fratelli and it was amazing. From the reception, to the food, to the service - top 👍 Special thanks to Elvis and the team, it was a legendary evening.

We were able to enjoy a first-class 4-course menu at Due Fratelli for our Christmas party. We also noticed the good service from the attentive staff, as well as the wonderful food. It was a successful evening, not least because of our good choice of restaurant, so we would be happy to come back!

At that time, my statement corresponded to the facts and I cannot tolerate reviews being pinned using false legal means. Original feedback: We were registered for dinner with 11 people. Drinks ordering took time, wine was brought after 40 minutes... queries were always ignored. Overall very arrogant and poor service. Ordering the main course after about 3/4 hour, there were 2!!!! Hours later, after the whole restaurant around us had already eaten twice. The reason was supposed to be the sea bream in a salt coating... as we were told after almost 3 hours when paying. Info beforehand or in between? No. The food is ok - but not a highlight. Overall, there is a huge gap between requirements and implementation. The price is far off the mark, even at €1000 and the poor service there is no nightcap on the house or a free wine as a gesture of goodwill. Not even sorry, but “that’s just the way it is…” It's a shame because neither I nor my colleagues will come back despite the great location.

Parmesan pasta for €40 and an Aperol for €12.90. At these high prices you can expect a lot. Here, however, it is not true from front to back. The pasta barely had any sauce (this couldn't be complained about since the waiter never came by to ask if the food was OK). For the starter for two, two plates were brought over long after we had finished them. A table next to us had to get plates independently because the service wasn't there. It's a shame, I've heard so many good things about Due Fratelli. After my visit, I unfortunately have to say that this is the worst restaurant in Bremen.

Very tasty and varied 12-course menu with great value for money in a great atmosphere. We felt very pampered from a culinary point of view and it was a special experience in this historically modern environment. Highly recommended. The menu also included a totally delicious Cremont. Chef Dennis, one of the owners, attaches great importance to the quality of his products and puts everything fresh on the plate. His brother ensures excellent service in the restaurant and so the restaurant “Due Fratelli” lives up to its name. We have already planned our next visit.

Ambience nothing earth-shattering, rather cold and uncomfortable, sat in the connecting room. Eating...this is the wrong place to fill up, rather to enjoy. Negative: Dishes were cleared away even though some people were still eating at the table, that's not possible! Positive: I had the best beef tenderloin ever!!! Maybe something negative: the prices!!!

My wife and I ate spaghetti with shrimp and enjoyed the seasonal espresso martini - simply outstanding! The service was impeccable as always. Thank you for this wonderful evening. P.S.: The prices are high – not for everyone. A suggestion for improvement: One Better placement of the louder tables would make the atmosphere even more pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

A wonderful place for true lovers of Italian cuisine! Every dish is a little masterpiece, prepared with a lot of love. The cozy atmosphere, attentive staff and authentic flavors make the Due Fratelli restaurant a real highlight. I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty food in a nice atmosphere with excellent service. However, also very high prices. For 2 times pasta (see photo), 1 glass of wine, 2 bottles of water, 1 grappa and 1 espresso we spent a good €130! Paid

Never again. Chilled atmosphere, strange staff, food with no side dishes, totally overpriced and completely overrated.

More appearance than reality. After our visit to the restaurant last Friday, we really don't understand how this place ended up among the top 100 Italian restaurants. First of all, the ambience in a vaulted cellar in a prime city center location is very positive. The shop is nicely lit and has a cozy, modern interior. The food is in the upper price segment but of mediocre quality. The pasta made from the Parmesan body and truffles was at the limit of edible due to the heavy salting during preparation at the table. For over €40 per proton you should also expect more truffles. The way the food was presented was completely appropriate. The service was friendly, but there were some problems with understanding due to language barriers. We also felt that our ability to criticize was somewhat limited. All in all, we wouldn't want to repeat this experience again.

Always very tasty. We come for the Parmesan wheel pasta and have never been disappointed. Delicious and pretty cocktails, nice boss with whom you can chat sometimes.

Too expensive for the average quality of the food

Das Essen war hervorragend, allerdings wirkte die Bedienung etwas unangenehm und arrogant. Ein junger Kellner, vermutlich aus Spanien, war jedoch sehr freundlich und professionell zu uns.

Sehr schick, aber nicht unangenehm und das Essen ist einfach absolut großartig! Ein Geheimtipp ist das Tiramisu - das habt ihr bestimmt noch nirgends so lecker gegessen ;) Der Service ist hervorragend. Auf den Hauptgang haben wir einen Tick länger warten müssen, aber das leckere Essen und ein Schnaps aufs Haus haben das wieder gut gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The “Due Fratelli” impressed us that evening with an outstanding culinary experience, which was accompanied by excellent service. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and professionally shown to our table. Right from the start, the service shined with friendliness and expertise. What's particularly noteworthy is that not only were we presented with the menu, but we were also asked exclusive questions about our preferences in order to tailor the experience to us. I have already visited many high-class restaurants in Bremen, including renowned locations such as “The Grill” and other top addresses. But the “Due Fratelli” far exceeded all of these experiences. The evening began with a Vitello Tonnato, which was a highlight not only in terms of taste but also visually. The presentation was elegant and the taste was unique - the best thing I've eaten in Bremen so far. The second course, a pasta prepared in a large parmesan loaf and garnished with real truffles, was prepared right in front of us. The freshness of the ingredients and the artful preparation made the moment special. The main course was an Australian steak, perfectly cooked and served with light vegetables. The meat was of the highest quality and tender, while the vegetables complemented the flavor harmoniously. The crowning finale was a tiramisu, which also left nothing to be desired. The different courses were perfectly coordinated and the craftsmanship of the kitchen was noticeable in every detail. Service throughout the evening was attentive without being intrusive, meeting all of our needs in terms of cleanliness, timing and friendliness. All in all, “Due Fratelli” offered a dining experience that was at the highest level in terms of both taste and service. It was undoubtedly the best meal I have ever enjoyed in Bremen - in a class of its own and absolutely recommended!

Wenn ich in der Nähe von Bremen bin ist das Due Fratelli ein fester Bestandteil meiner Reisepläne. Fantastisches Essen, gepaart von sehr gutem und herzlichen Service. Ich kann jedem Gast das Überraschungsmenü ans Herz legen. Ich bin jedes Mal überrascht und begeistert worden.

Eine Flasche Pellegrino steht auf dem Tisch… und später für 10 Euro auf der Rechnung, Der Wein für 12 Eiro im Laden steht mit 44 auf der Rechnung. Zu zweit mit Kind zwei Vospeisen und halbe Nudeln, 1 Dessert und 1 Pizza (21 Euro…) für 300 Euro. Faktor zwei zu viel… Service sehr freundlich, sichtlich bemüht, noch mehr auf die Rechnung zu bekommen. Essen ist durchschnittlich. Antipasti üppig aber teilweise falsch temperiert, Mozzarella geschmacklos und Zucchini ebenfalls. Garnele sehr gut. Vitello Tonnato mit viel show, aber nix besonderes und extrem wenig. Pizza ok aber gibt es eher besser als schlechter. Nudeln aus dem Käselaib schmecken wirklich gut, Trüffeln allerdings ohne jedweden Ztüffelgeschmack. Fazit: Abzocke!!!!

Die Qualität der Speisen war überdurchschnittlich, allerdings ließ der Service sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgang lagen 40Minuten, benachbarte Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und zum Zahlen bin ich aufgrund Nichtbeachtung an den Tresen gegangen.

The best Italian in Bremen. Super nice, friendly hosts. The food was on point, there was really nothing to complain about. Very rarely eaten so deliciously. A 3 course menu was ordered. The starter, main course and dessert were so delicious. 2 order Starter (finally a starter that didn't just consist of eggplant, zucchini and peppers) 👍 Main course: Spaghetti Bolognese. This was also very, very tasty. Price performance was totally right. So we'd love to come back. Keep it up 👏
