Forgotten food twice and was charged €17 for coke, cheeky. Slush ice cream with vodka passed the vodka, weak. (Edit: still, but juter tropes are here, strong)
DANGER!!!!
Everything goes well during the handover and the staff is friendly and points out all the accessible areas. In addition, it is pointed out that all accessible areas can be used and all objects can be used.
When we greeted us for acceptance, we were inexplicably met with an icy cold. The inspection was carried out in a very brisk and arrogant tone and in the end we had to pay an additional €40 for the final cleaning, which already amounted to €50, because we took tablecloths (reference to the first paragraph: freely accessible items used) that now had to be cleaned!!!! After a short discussion, we were threatened that we would not be allowed to leave the premises until we paid.
A day later we were advised by phone to bring an additional €10 in cash to the venue.
An absolute disgrace!!!
NO RECOMMENDATION
So apart from the best lard bread I've ever eaten and other great snacks and refreshments, I really have to praise the staff, although there was a lot going on and there were a lot of boats, they were super fast and friendly.
I went there again later with the paddle boat and was really thrilled again and it worked out great. I can only recommend it.
Great restaurant with a beautiful view, the food was excellent, and the service was very courteous and attentive. I especially liked the decorative items available for purchase.
We were invited to brunch on March 16th in the Alpine hut and were really looking forward to it because many visitors gave it good reviews. Our waiter was very nice but rarely seen. A girl was only assigned to clear away things, but was not allowed to place an order...overall the service was poorly organized and whether 25 euros for a bottle of champagne was justified...I can't judge. The food was hardly refilled at all... After 1 p.m. we had no more fish, no eggs and bacon, no salad and much more. although brunch officially lasted until 2 p.m. We were really disappointed and will definitely not go there again.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our visit to this Italian restaurant. Right from the start, we had the impression that our request not to order drinks was met with little understanding by the staff. Instead, we were noticeably pressured to order a drink – a behavior that continued throughout our stay with unfriendly and noticeably discriminatory treatment.
While ALL other guests at the table were served bread and dip, we were simply denied this. The pizza was also different: I ordered a Margherita pizza, as did a guest at the next table – but his was much more attractively presented, garnished with fresh basil, while mine was served without much care.
A particularly unpleasant moment was when I was initially suggested – apparently jokingly – that I had ordered an expensive scampi pizza. This was then dismissed with a dismissive smile before the Margherita pizza I had actually ordered was brought to me. This behavior we found inappropriate and disrespectful.
Aside from the overall disappointing service, the food was also disappointing: The pizza crust was dry and by no means airy or fluffy.
Overall, we had the impression that guests who don't have large bills aren't welcome here. For people who consume consciously and thoughtfully, this restaurant doesn't seem to be the right place. In any case, we won't be returning.
We were seated outside after the other guests had finished. We took the table and placed our order. After 10 minutes, the waitress came over and said that the other guests who arrived later than us were waiting for that table. She offered us the option of sitting inside instead of offering it to the other guests. We didn't want to, so we had to leave the restaurant and cancel our order. This shouldn't happen.
