Das vierte Mal eine Wespe im Getränk gehabt und respektlos behandelt wurden.

Ein Cottbuser Highlight! Negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass der Inhaber und Chef des Personals ein unangenehmes Auftreten hat. Jeder Gast wird von ihm beim Eintreffen beinahe belagert und gefragt ob reserviert wurde oder ähnliches, das meist leider nicht sehr freundlich. Allerdings wurde dieser Sachverhalt meist bereits vom Personal geklärt oder man trifft sich mit Freunden und diese sind schon vor Ort. Der Umgang des Inhabers mit dem Personal vor aller Öffentlichkeit ist auch alles andere als Publikums tauglich, aber das ist eine sehr persönliche Meinung.

Sommerlich, frisch, belebt - guter Service, leckere Drinks mit mega leckerem Bruschetta.

An sich ein guter Laden. Manchmal wartet man etwas länger auf die Bedienung. Abräumer gibt es genug. Das Knoblauch Brot war sehr ölig und hat wenig nach Knoblauch geschmeckt. Ansonsten ist da essen vollkommen okay.

Zum WM Spiel am Samstag, volle Hütte tolle Stimmung. Das Personal auf zack und freundlich. Danke schönen Abend.

Ganz schlechte Erfahrung hier gemacht. Teure Getränke aus dem Plastikbecher, beim Zahlen mit einem 100 Euro Schein meinte die Dame hinter der Bar, ob das sein muss oder ob wir damit nicht wo anders hingehen könnten. Haben wir dann auch gemacht.

Liebes Strandie Team eure Speisen sind ins negative Geschmackserlebnis gerutscht, da das Bruschetta unfassbar durch weicht war und die Käsesoße der Natschos war bereits kalt. Die Drinks 🍸 waren aber gut. Starke Cooktails. Sehr nettes Personal.

Man fühlt sich wie am Strand. Cocktails und Tapas sind einfach lecker.

Also an einem vorhersehbar vollen Abend, einen Runner mit Portemonnaie zu haben ist halt bisschen affig

Veranstaltung am 28.03. war nicht zu empfehlen,vom Personal immer verschiedene Informationen bekommen. Man hatte das Gefühl es geht drunter und drüber.

Wird Jahres bedingt immer wieder umgebaut,sieht jedesmal sehr einladend aus. Personal ist sehr nett und schnell. Ps.: Nur die Kunden machen hin und wieder Blödsinn, Füße aus Tisch,wie sich Axt im Wald verhalten... .

A truly awful experience. Far too expensive, unfriendly staff, disgusting food, far too loud and unpleasant music, and you wait forever for your food. My girlfriend worked there and I went to eat. She said hello to me, and I was immediately yelled at in front of all the other guests that I wasn't allowed to talk to her and that I'd be banned if it happened again. AS A GUEST!!! I already wrote a review. The owner contacted me directly and threatened to report me and call the police. So there must be some truth to the bad reviews. Just don't go into that dump.

Incredibly bad service and because of the boss I would never go there again as he is not only unfriendly and disrespectful but the food and drinks taste absolutely terrible and it is far too loud there.

We went to the alpine hut with friends for a suckling pig dinner. It was a fantastic evening.

We, 13 cheerful people dressed in dirndls and lederhosen, returned to the Oktoberfest in the alpine hut after a long time and were pleasantly surprised by the food, service, and atmosphere. The band created a great atmosphere; there was something for every musical genre. The packed dance floor is a testament to this. Thanks to the entire team, keep up the good work! We'll be back next year with even more people.

We visited the annual Oktoberfest at the Almhütte again yesterday. We were really looking forward to it, to escape the everyday, and for the first time, we were extremely disappointed! 5 stars are only given for the service, because everyone was really super nice and brought the orders very quickly despite the packed house! The music was, literally, simply disgusting! Not dance music, which is why you go to Oktoberfest. They played the 90s at most, and then only briefly in a medley. Only one "Schlager" was played during our visit, and then it was transformed into more of a rock song. This year, the music only appealed to the very young crowd; everyone our age and older just sat around, waiting in vain for music to dance to. The band itself, in my opinion, was the worst I've ever heard. You could only understand half of the well-known songs, and the vocals of both singers were completely off. Maybe it was the sound settings, but all in all, it was the most disappointing Oktoberfest we've ever attended. It's sad that in the middle of the event, you consider going to the neighboring Hemingway, as the ambiance and atmosphere there would have been much better. Now, of course, we're considering whether we'll even attend next year's Oktoberfest at the Almhütte, because aside from the disappointing music yesterday, it also felt like there were more people inside than could fit in. It was almost impossible to find a seat outside while smoking without stepping on each other's feet; many even stood in the forecourt below, but that's exactly how it was inside.

The staff seems inexperienced, they are usually young people/students, there is a long wait for someone to come or take your order, the atmosphere and decor are great, especially in the spring and summer, drinks and snacks are okay

I can't say anything about the food; we only had drinks. The young man who served us was arrogant and seemed to have no interest in his job. You ask him a normal question, and he answers with one word: "Thank you for the conversation." The waitresses, however, were very good. You should work on the waiter's arrogance; putting on a smile and being friendly to guests shouldn't be difficult. That's why there was no tip.

For a warm summer evening, great location for a drink

As a large group, we've rarely experienced such friendly hospitality and such great service, with plenty of chatter! We unanimously recommend that you (12 people) visit at least once. The staff member Melly in particular made us laugh a lot and rounded off our visit to the beach bar perfectly! We'd be happy to come back!

Our waitress, Melanie, was provocative, rude, and absolutely brazen. After we decided not to tip, she turned around as we were leaving and yelled at us. We'd had enough, and we asked to speak to a supervisor. She sent us a woman who claimed to be the head chef. She was understanding, but even after a long discussion, she refused to accommodate us in the slightest. Overall: I've never experienced such poor service, and I've never experienced such feigned incompetence from "management."

Unfortunately, our visit to the Strandbar Cottbus was a complete disappointment – mainly due to the extremely poor service. We were served by a waitress named Melanie, who treated us with incredible rudeness from the very beginning. After repeatedly asking other waiters to take our order, we were ignored for 30 minutes, even though it was obvious we were waiting. When the waitress finally arrived, she was not only rude and extremely provocative, but also said she was "angry" with us for allegedly bothering her – an absurd accusation after being ignored for so long. When we finally paid, we deliberately refrained from tipping because the service was abysmal. We were then subjected to a rude comment for using an elf bar outside (where there are ashtrays on the tables!). A smoking ban in a clearly designated smoking area? They could have politely informed us of this beforehand, instead of accusing us of it as "revenge" after we paid. We asked to speak to the manager, but unfortunately, only the "head chef" came, who offered a halfhearted apology but didn't offer any solution. No willingness to compromise, no genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Never again. If you're looking for rudeness, ignorance, and a rude attitude, this is the place for you. Everyone else should find another location.

I spent a wonderful evening at the beach bar with friends. I love the ambiance and atmosphere there – luckily, we had great weather too! The cocktails and drinks were delicious, the food was tasty, and the service was excellent! A big thank you to Robin for the organization beforehand, the support during the evening, and the really uncomplicated, friendly communication! I'd be happy to come back anytime.

I visited the store today with a large group. As soon as we entered, a waitress yelled at us to "stop standing in the way." After that, we waited 15 minutes for a waiter. She was also very rude to us. We will never visit this store again.

Best place to go out to eat with your greatest enemy. 30-minute wait for a beer and no one tells you when it's finished... Food arrives sporadically, 30 minutes apart. PS: Unfortunately, I can't rate more than one person.

We visited the beach promenade in Cottbus yesterday and enjoyed our cocktails and food in beautiful weather, amidst an idyllic beach atmosphere. We discovered that the beach promenade, with its ambiance, is unique in Cottbus. You're right in the middle of the city and absolutely feel like you're on a beach. Since the bar is also slightly elevated, you have a great view. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The drinks and food are truly delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it's an excellent bar where you can enjoy the weather and wind down at the end of the day. Highly recommended

One should offer experience gastronomy for all guest groups or define the target group from the outset

We celebrated our birthday here on June 21, 2025, with over 70 guests! Everyone was thrilled with the ambiance, the food, and the truly excellent service! Many, many thanks to the entire team! We felt very well looked after throughout, despite the city festival taking place at the same time (and thus a high number of visitors), and were served courteously and very friendly. Special thanks again to the waitress who was in charge of us, who took such wonderful care of us and our every need. The buffet provided and agreed upon in advance was sensationally delicious... Thanks to the kitchen crew! All in all, we had a wonderful evening where we lacked nothing... ...

The atmosphere in the evening was truly wonderful; the lights and decor created a cozy feeling. Simply a lovely place to enjoy a great evening with friends. The drinks were delicious and arrived promptly after ordering. A big shout-out to the wonderful Sabrina, who does a fantastic job and spreads a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, my visit to the beach bar was disappointing. The service left a lot to be desired—we had to wait forever before anyone even came to take our order. The friendliness was also lacking: The staff seemed annoyed and inattentive, as if guests were more of a nuisance than welcome. Even simple orders were forgotten or brought incorrectly, and asking for information seemed more inconvenient than helpful. For a bar in such a prime location, that's a real shame—I would have expected much more professionalism.

Brunch on March 16, 2025 I found it particularly annoying that the scrambled eggs, salads, fish, pasta etc. were not refilled... the containers remained empty from 1 p.m. It also happened to me twice that there were no plates at the buffet and I had to wait until new ones were put there. I organized the cutlery myself from the neighboring table because there wasn't enough of it at our table. The service was friendly but completely overwhelmed...it was hardly visible. Conclusion...the first and last time

We were invited to brunch on March 16th in the Alpine hut and were really looking forward to it because many visitors gave it good reviews. Our waiter was very nice but rarely seen. A girl was only assigned to clear away things, but was not allowed to place an order...overall the service was poorly organized and whether 25 euros for a bottle of champagne was justified...I can't judge. The food was hardly refilled at all... After 1 p.m. we had no more fish, no eggs and bacon, no salad and much more. although brunch officially lasted until 2 p.m. We were really disappointed and will definitely not go there again.

A really great atmosphere. We had reserved a table. When we arrived we were then added to a pair. Unfortunately, a question as to whether this is okay or even an alternative was not presented. The other couple felt the same way. . Now to the service: it was basically tried hard. However, the lady who took orders was extremely inappropriate and exceeded all boundaries. It took a good hour to wait for the food, for this platter and a potato soup. When we asked whether we could still expect the food, there was only a snappy answer and a reference to the fact that there were 300 guests and it would take as long as it took. Unfortunately, the record was really nothing special at all and was filled with absolute run-of-the-mill items that didn't even come close to justifying the price. Summary - the great ambience alone will definitely not make you want to visit again! Really more than just a shame

We come to football broadcasts irregularly: everything is good: ambience, fast service and also the cuisine, we simply recommend a Pizza Margherita with a 1/2 liter of draft beer.

Instead of a nice evening with friends and colleagues, we unfortunately ended up in the “football stadium”. Despite asking to turn the sound down, it was only made louder. Unfortunately, conversations are no longer possible without yelling at each other. So it was only a short visit as the food had already been ordered. It would have been helpful to say when ordering that a normal restaurant evening is impossible when the city's club is playing. Too bad.

We went to the Christmas buffet. Organizationally not well solved. There was a very long waiting time at the buffet. Given the number of guests, 2 buffet courses would have been appropriate. The food was hardly seasoned and the dessert lacked the sweet component.

New Year's Eve Dor celebrated a mega party, great decorations, delicious food

We were in the alpine hut on New Year's Eve and absolutely loved it. The buffet was awesome! Everything your heart could desire was offered, from huge fish platters to wild boar to delicious, diverse desserts. Although something went wrong with the table reservation, the staff did everything in their power to fix the problem and with the kindness of everyone!! Employees really fixed every problem. The atmosphere was great, the table decorations and room decorations were imaginative, loving and generous. Many thanks to everyone involved who made this New Year's Eve a great experience for all guests present. Very special thanks to the service staff on site, the funny and friendly lady who served us, the chefs and kitchen helpers for the successful buffet, the hard-working bar people..... Thank you, it was great!

The location is a great idea, unfortunately the gastronomic implementation is not that great. In the Enchanted Forest the conditions (bar service) were absolutely overwhelming. It took them 15 minutes to order five drinks. And a few days later it was similar in the alpine hut. Food, conditions and waiting time totally disappointing. The owner did nothing to improve the situation. He only made the staff even more insecure. Too bad

No more brunch, too many people and only a buffet. Food ok so far

Had our Christmas party today with 16 people... Ordered months ago...You'd think we'd all be sitting at the same table. Blowing cake. We sat at three different tables... we didn't think it was great at all, they could have told us that... food was ok... but not great either... But I don't think we'll have another Christmas party there

We were there for the company Christmas party. When we arrived, 10 of us had to squeeze into a table that was much too small (mass instead of great). The waitresses were unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. We ordered our food at 6:30 p.m. After 5 requests and constant apologies from the waiter, our food arrived at 8:20 p.m. The food was cold, far too little, and side dishes were missing. All other guests had the same problem. That was the first and last time.

Our Christmas visit to the alpine hut this year was more than annoying. Although we had booked our stay including roast goose months in advance, we had to wait a good 2 hours for the food. After 9 p.m. the “goose bird” arrived. Crispyness, nice tan: none. The potatoes are rather gray and limp: hard and much too big. Add 5-6 Brussels sprouts and the bill was almost 30 euros. The request for some sauce was promptly met and, with the same promptness, 5 euros were charged. Note: if you need sauce for your roast goose, add 5 euros. That's what I call pure service (löl). In addition, the operation is very inexperienced and there are clinks and clatters when the drinks fall off the tablet. No, sorry, there was nothing about Christmas 2024 in the alpine hut. Price and performance were disproportionate, at least that was our opinion.

A very nice idea as an escape room. We puzzled our way through Cottbus for an incredible two hours and even finished 17 minutes early. Highly recommended!

Super beautifully designed “winter forest” This place invites you to linger and drink mulled wine or Feuerzangenbowle, etc., comfortably in small niches. In the adjoining alpine hut you can sit and eat in the warmth. (We didn't do that, so I can't say anything about it). Atmosphere like at Oktoberfest. Nice idea! Gladly again!

Who needs Ischgl when you can have the Almhütte Cottbus. There's always something going on here, especially on weekends. The ambience enchants you on your winter holiday. The menu contains dishes that are not available anywhere else in the city. Here is the eye with. Come by and try it out. You won't regret it.
