A really great atmosphere. We had reserved a table. When we arrived we were then added to a pair. Unfortunately, a question as to whether this is okay or even an alternative was not presented. The other couple felt the same way. . Now to the service: it was basically tried hard. However, the lady who took orders was extremely inappropriate and exceeded all boundaries. It took a good hour to wait for the food, for this platter and a potato soup. When we asked whether we could still expect the food, there was only a snappy answer and a reference to the fact that there were 300 guests and it would take as long as it took. Unfortunately, the record was really nothing special at all and was filled with absolute run-of-the-mill items that didn't even come close to justifying the price. Summary - the great ambience alone will definitely not make you want to visit again! Really more than just a shame

Fun bar, good beers and food, great atmosphere.

We come to football broadcasts irregularly: everything is good: ambience, fast service and also the cuisine, we simply recommend a Pizza Margherita with a 1/2 liter of draft beer.

Very good food made from fresh ingredients, the grilled vegetables are a delight (as someone who doesn't like vegetables, I say this), the ambience conveys a holiday atmosphere.

Instead of a nice evening with friends and colleagues, we unfortunately ended up in the “football stadium”. Despite asking to turn the sound down, it was only made louder. Unfortunately, conversations are no longer possible without yelling at each other. So it was only a short visit as the food had already been ordered. It would have been helpful to say when ordering that a normal restaurant evening is impossible when the city's club is playing. Too bad.

We went to the Christmas buffet. Organizationally not well solved. There was a very long waiting time at the buffet. Given the number of guests, 2 buffet courses would have been appropriate. The food was hardly seasoned and the dessert lacked the sweet component.

New Year's Eve Dor celebrated a mega party, great decorations, delicious food

We were in the alpine hut on New Year's Eve and absolutely loved it. The buffet was awesome! Everything your heart could desire was offered, from huge fish platters to wild boar to delicious, diverse desserts. Although something went wrong with the table reservation, the staff did everything in their power to fix the problem and with the kindness of everyone!! Employees really fixed every problem. The atmosphere was great, the table decorations and room decorations were imaginative, loving and generous. Many thanks to everyone involved who made this New Year's Eve a great experience for all guests present. Very special thanks to the service staff on site, the funny and friendly lady who served us, the chefs and kitchen helpers for the successful buffet, the hard-working bar people..... Thank you, it was great!

The location is a great idea, unfortunately the gastronomic implementation is not that great. In the Enchanted Forest the conditions (bar service) were absolutely overwhelming. It took them 15 minutes to order five drinks. And a few days later it was similar in the alpine hut. Food, conditions and waiting time totally disappointing. The owner did nothing to improve the situation. He only made the staff even more insecure. Too bad

We sat at three different tables... we didn't think it was great at all, they could have told us that... food was ok... but not great either... But I don't think we'll have another Christmas party there

We were there for the company Christmas party. When we arrived, 10 of us had to squeeze into a table that was much too small (mass instead of great). The waitresses were unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. We ordered our food at 6:30 p.m. After 5 requests and constant apologies from the waiter, our food arrived at 8:20 p.m. The food was cold, far too little, and side dishes were missing. All other guests had the same problem. That was the first and last time.

Our Christmas visit to the alpine hut this year was more than annoying. Although we had booked our stay including roast goose months in advance, we had to wait a good 2 hours for the food. After 9 p.m. the “goose bird” arrived. Crispyness, nice tan: none. The potatoes are rather gray and limp: hard and much too big. Add 5-6 Brussels sprouts and the bill was almost 30 euros. The request for some sauce was promptly met and, with the same promptness, 5 euros were charged. Note: if you need sauce for your roast goose, add 5 euros. That's what I call pure service (löl). In addition, the operation is very inexperienced and there are clinks and clatters when the drinks fall off the tablet. No, sorry, there was nothing about Christmas 2024 in the alpine hut. Price and performance were disproportionate, at least that was our opinion.

Very nice location, just not enough kitchen capacity! The service kindly points out long waiting times. But 2 hours ...is too much. Very crowded, very loud.

The staff are nice but I had to wait 70 minutes for my food which was really too much. Also, half of the meat I ordered was fatty. Definitely too expensive for what you get.

Wirklich ein sehr sehr tolles uriges Ambiente. Das Essen sowie die Getränke einfach nur zu empfehlen :) Großes Lob an die Küche und an den Service ! Eine sehr freundliche und lustige Bedienung war die Bella sie hat uns den Abend wir wundervoll gestaltet :)

A very nice idea as an escape room. We puzzled our way through Cottbus for an incredible two hours and even finished 17 minutes early. Highly recommended!

Who needs Ischgl when you can have the Almhütte Cottbus. There's always something going on here, especially on weekends. The ambience enchants you on your winter holiday. The menu contains dishes that are not available anywhere else in the city. Here is the eye with. Come by and try it out. You won't regret it.

Super beautifully designed “winter forest” This place invites you to linger and drink mulled wine or Feuerzangenbowle, etc., comfortably in small niches. In the adjoining alpine hut you can sit and eat in the warmth. (We didn't do that, so I can't say anything about it). Atmosphere like at Oktoberfest. Nice idea! Gladly again!

Good place for a drink, a bit more difficult when it comes to food. There are definitely good dishes, but unfortunately I had a bad experience today. Ordered classic schnitzel and unfortunately realized far too late that it was actually still raw. That was it for me again with the alpine hut. I'd love to come back as soon as the beach is open.

Simply perfect. The waiter Max was just super personable and the whole ambience is awesome. Everything is consistent, fast, high quality and, above all, warm.

Extremely attentive staff (perhaps particularly accommodating in contrast to the waitresses in the café in Branitz Park), delicious pizzas (wow Limone con Carne was new to me and extremely tasty, tuna pizza also tasty), fabulous cocktails (Redberry Fleur, Watermelon man, Peach Passion sweet). , but fine) and black Steiger beer are also drinkable. I was very impressed with the beach bar so far, but today's experience left me very disappointed. I was looking forward to a Mediterranean brunch experience, as advertised on the internet. Neither the price of 25 euros nor the food itself was appropriate. There were 2 types of rolls, a plate of cheese and cold cuts, horrible scrambled eggs, a cream cheese - anything but Mediterranean. From midday onwards there were two warm dishes with side dishes. Everything was really saved here - no fruit, no dessert and not even fresh, tasty fruit was available. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful restaurant, great location, tastefully decorated inside and out. Today I treated myself to freshly baked and incredibly delicious pizza. The staff is friendly. Without a doubt I will come back here more than once!

Here we watched the football final, Spain against England. We hadn't reserved a table and went there spontaneously. We were immediately offered an option and there were certainly more people who hadn't reserved a table. But opportunities were created for everyone. The atmosphere during the game was great, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Drinks were also great and beautifully presented. The toilets clean. We like to come here when we visit Cottbus.

Reserved on the site, we were there on time on Sunday (opening at 11 a.m. according to the website). Both entrances locked, no one answered the phone. Annoying, we were there with a small child and then had to think about where and what he could eat. I was called back around 3 p.m. and asked why I called.

We chose the beach promenade because of the beautiful atmosphere. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, the staff was very friendly. Gladly again!

The selection of drinks has something for everyone. Cocktails taste good! The food looked fantastic, but we didn't try it, hence only four stars. We definitely come here often during the season.

The team on site was very committed and friendly and, although it was very well attended, they moved very quickly. We sat quite well. There are many comfortable seating areas there. The price-performance ratio was right even if I wasn't completely happy with the food. The meat was great, but the vegetables were already overcooked.

Catastrophe.. cheap liquor and well the music was horror.. City festival probably attracts village idiots..

We went to 3 European Championship games there, and every time the food was a disaster. Tasteless pizzas, 25€ for a grill plate with dry grilled chicken, meat skewer that only consists of fat and cartilage, grilled cheese was completely forgotten, baked nachos that were completely soft and a “salsa” that was a chunky tomato salad, drinks were poorly mixed, which is why you could only drink beer because I didn't pay €8 for cola diluted with water. Salito's bucket with 6 bottles, all of which were already open when they came to the table, we wanted to share it between the two of us, but when everyone wanted to drink their third beer they were already stale. All in all, underground. Every time we thought “it will be better next time” but now there is no next time. Never again.

Leider absolut kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert , in jeder zweiten Schüssel hat ein Löffel o.ä. gefehlt, keine frischen Brötchen, kein Auffüllen wenn was alle war.... Die warmen Speisen waren sofort kalt und ein paar Soßen oder Dips haben ebenfalls gefehlt- einfach alles trocken. Wirklich sehr schade. Es war "okay" aber für den Preis hat man einfach mehr erwartet. Nochmal muss man es nicht haben .... Die absolute Krönung war aber, dass das Buffet kurz nach 13Uhr abgeräumt wurde - obwohl Brunch von 10-14 Uhr gebucht und angeboten wurde. Bei Nachfrage war die Kellnerin ganz erschrocken, dass man ja vllt noch was essen wolle. Bei diesem tollen Ambiente könnte man so viel mehr rausholen.... Sehr sehr viel Luft nach oben. Einmal und nie wieder.

The location is super nice. This beach atmosphere was well designed. The service was very friendly and polite. Maybe asked too often if it could be something else, but other than that I can't say anything negative. The food was also super delicious. I can only recommend taking a look there!

The only thing I liked was the ambience. The evening was a total failure. It's a good thing the Hemingway existed. The cocktails were subpar and soooo bad despite the second chance 😔 The boss was quite arrogant and full of himself.... 🤔 UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!!!! 😱

So we will never set foot in there again... the employees give out reservations outside opening hours where you then stand in front of a locked door as ordered and not picked up (and this also happened to other guests on the same day). If, after waiting forever, you would like to go to your table that you ordered over a week in advance, there are no tables left and at the end the boss comes in person!!! and gets even mushy with statements like “then you must have called somewhere else” 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ We then left without leaving any money in this friendly place. Definitely never again

Wir waren am 12.05.2024 (Muttertag) mit Familie zum Brunch und waren mehr als enttäuscht. SERVICEWÜSTE !!! Frühstück war noch akzeptabel, aber auch nichts besonderes. Lunch war z. T. ungenießbar! Das Fleisch nicht deklariert war zäh, trocken und das Gemüse übergart, alles sehr fettig. Der Tiefkühlfisch eine Zumutung, auch nicht deklariert und ungewürzt. Es gab keine Angebote für Menschen mit Ernährungsproblemen. Nachdem ich reklamiert habe, war der Chef nicht mehr im Haus, aber es kam der Koch an den Tisch, der sich angegriffen fühlte und von seiner "Kochkunst " total überzeugt war. Das alles für 26,90 € p.P. ohne Getränke, welches das Personal augenscheinlich durch ständiges Nachfragen verkaufen sollte.

Almhütte Cottbus - immer ein Besuch wert! Frauentagsparty einfach Spitze - und obwohl Hochbetrieb war - die Bedienung ist einfach Spitze! Immer nett - immer ein Lächeln - und sehr flott. Essen wie immer sehr lecker! Wir kommen wieder!!

Das Angebot war gar nicht überzeugend, der Preis dafür aber heftig. Der Tisch war verschmutzt und wurde trotz Aufforderung erst nach längerer Zeit gesäubert. Das benutzte Geschirr stand ewig auf den Tischen, auch die Bedienung, welche servierte, räumte es beim Gehen nicht weg. Nach dem Mittagessen gab es keinen Nachtisch. Der angebotene Fisch war kalt. Da gehen wir nicht so schnell wieder brunchen.

Waren vor einem Konzert da, es war gut besucht.. die Bedienung war sehr nett. Das man etwas länger aufs Essen warten musste konnte man verschmerzen. Es war sehr lecker,ich hatte die Pizza würzfleisch. Toiletten auch ausreichend und sauber vorhanden.

Wir waren 2022 und 2023 zum weihnachtsbrunch gewesen. Leider hat es 2023 sehr nachgelassen. Als wir gegen 13 Uhr ankamen, musste man unseren Tisch erst fertig machen. Die Kellner waren etwas überfordert und es war etwas stressig. Das Buffet war schlechter als 2022. Nachtisch waren aufgetaute Dinge wie kleine Windbeutel. Es gab's dominosteine, kekse, gebrannte Mandeln, kleine Muffins. Das waren produkte aus dem Supermarkt und haben leider alt geschmeckt. Im Jahr 2022 war der Nachtisch mit super Kuchen, apfelstrudel und vieles mehr. Wir sind immer 6 Personen und wir werden dieses Jahr das nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen.

War ein toller Abend bei Euch und dank der netten Melanie ein grandioser Aufenthalt.

Gutes bürgerliches Essen. Nun ein Update. Vor 2 Jahren waren wir Silvester hier und es war spitze. Das Essen, die Bedienung alles war super. Jetzt müssen wir sagen na ja. Das Silvester hätte besser seien können. Ambiente ist sehr gut beim Essen war alles soweit super bis auf die Kartoffeln, diese hätten gern noch im Wasser bleiben können. Bei der Musik hat man zu so einen Abend etwas anderes erwartet und keine 0815 Musik wie zu einer normalen Disco. Beim Personal kommt aber nun das große na ja. Einige machenten einen tollen Shop und andere waren eher mit Quatschen mit bekannten beschäftigt und haben so die Bestellungen vergessen. Da hilft auch keine Aussage wir haben andere Bestellsysteme, so mal gleich hintereinander bestellt wurde und es doch vergessen wurde. War nicht nur bei uns so. Hier muss nachgebessert werden. Wegen der Musik und der Bedienung gibt es nur noch 3 statt 5 Sternen

Wir wollten Silvester mal was anderes machen und sind daher in die Almhütte gegangen. Dies war mein erstes Mal vor Ort bei einer so großen Feier und bin daher auch sehr Positiv überrascht. Das Essen welches als Buffet angerichtet wurde, war sehr lecker und es war für jeden etwas dabei. Das Ambiente war wie immer sehr schön angerichtet, vorallem für das Thema Bollywood, welches noch mit einem kleinen Showakt untermalt wurde. Ein großes Lob geht an den Service, welcher mit der Masse an Menschen super zurecht gekommen ist. Unsere Bedienung Melanie war stets und ständig für uns da, sei es für Getränke gewesen oder für andere Anliegen wie Fargen zum Buffet und der Lokation. Außerdem brachte sie eine enorme Party Stimmung mit, welche den Abend sehr schön begleitete. Mit so einer Bedienung kann der Abend nicht besser werden. Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin. 😄

Tanzparkett unmittelbar neben dem Buffet, das war nicht appetitlich und bestimmt auch nicht sehr hygienisch.

Gestern war es Mega in der Strandbar Mega gute Stimmung, DJ waren Mega mit der Musik Auswahl ,essen eine 10/10, Bedienung war Mega danke an Melanie für die tolle Bedienung ich kann es jedem empfehlen da hin zu gehen. das gesamte Team Mega ist freundlich
