Asia-Grill in Templin

Anyone who doesn't want to make money will eventually go bankrupt. Having dozens of people standing around and then saying it's no longer a business is a bad idea. If you're not interested, you should adjust your opening hours.

I stayed there over Christmas 2025 with a tour group. The room was adequate, but the bathroom and shower were borderline unacceptable! It was very small, and I kept bumping into the shower walls while showering, and the faucet was always in the way. There were also frequent floods, so it was unavoidable to lay out the bath towels after showering to absorb the water. The large step from the bathroom to the room was also rather inconvenient. The food/buffet was excellent! The only downside was the rush to get to the buffet! There were also occasional minor arguments with other guests because the main courses were served in sections, meaning you had to queue in a circle since there was no beginning or end to the line, and you were often accused of cutting in line. The service and staff were superb! Many young people with immigrant backgrounds were there, and all were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very family-friendly. There were many families with multiple generations staying there, and dogs are allowed. The surrounding area is stunning. The tour operator included a city tour, a large tour of the Uckermark region, a guided tour of the building facades, and a horse-drawn carriage ride. I learned a lot about Templin and the surrounding area. The Christmas program was very appealing and charming, featuring live Christmas carols. I had a personal wish to see an unrenovated room with GDR-era amenities. Unfortunately, this was not possible. Despite a few minor criticisms, I would definitely recommend this trip; it was a wonderful few days!

We were here in the off-season. The restaurant is lovely, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The food is good.

The price-performance ratio is simply fantastic… delicious food, and it's regional and seasonal. I only have a few minor technical issues to criticize, but that's really nitpicking and doesn't detract from the overall experience. A big thank you to Zinser, who provided perfect service in a motivated, polite, and unobtrusive manner. Thank you for being a person like you who enjoys this job.

Honestly… I don't know if I ordered a doner kebab or a small salad snack with some decorative meat. It was so tiny I thought I'd accidentally ordered the kid's portion. Meat? Hardly any. But there was enough salad to make my rabbit happy. Taste-wise, it was a complete disappointment. A joke for the price! Never again!
