ATTENTION!!!! Everything went smoothly during the handover, and the staff were friendly and pointed out all accessible areas. They also emphasized that all accessible areas and all items were available for use. When we were greeted for the handover, we were inexplicably met with a freezing cold. The handover was carried out in a very brisk and arrogant tone, and in the end, we had to pay an additional €40 on top of the final cleaning, which already cost €50, because we had taken tablecloths (refer to the first paragraph: freely accessible items for use) that now needed to be cleaned!!! After a brief discussion, we were threatened with not being allowed to leave the premises until we paid. One day later, we received a call telling us to bring an additional €10 in cash to the venue. An absolute disgrace!!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Klosterpl. 5Hello, we ate at your restaurant on December 16th. Everything was to our satisfaction. The food was very tasty, plentiful, and all freshly prepared. We especially want to highlight the cucumber salad. The only downside was the lighting. 😃 I had to use my phone's flashlight to read. But that's just a minor point. It was great, and we'll definitely be back. Merry Christmas and all the best for the 26th!

Sandower Hauptstraße 5I was a customer of this restaurant for a long time, but unfortunately after the change of ownership it went very bad. The food has clearly lost quality, especially the meat, which is often undercooked and therefore inedible. It is also overpriced - the price-performance ratio is no longer right at all. Another very unpleasant experience was that I saw an employee urinating on the advertising column next to the restaurant. Something like that is not possible and shows a lack of hygiene and disrespect for the guests. This was a new employee. I will definitely not eat here again and unfortunately I can no longer recommend the restaurant.
