This restaurant is characterized by exceptional service and outstanding hospitality. The quality of the food is outstanding, especially the taste. It's almost impossible not to dream while enjoying the magnificent view.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, it was too cold. And if Dutch gravy is on the menu, they should offer some. Or change the menu. Perhaps something more like Dutch gravy.

The restaurant is beautifully situated on a mountain. You can drive up (there are plenty of parking spaces), but there is also a hiking trail. From the top you have a beautiful panoramic view. To get to the inn you have to climb a steep staircase, which I find problematic for older people or people with mobility difficulties. The inn was very busy but still cozy, so you should make a reservation in advance. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food is German cuisine and was okay but a bit expensive. What I really liked was that you could order smaller portions of the main courses. Despite it being so busy, we surprisingly didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food. The beer comes from a small regional brewery nearby and was very tasty. All in all, I would gladly come back.

In the middle of nowhere in beautiful Falkenberg, or at the top of the mountain, there is a phenomenal panoramic view of Brandenburg. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself only offers the prospect of an incredible amount of kitsch in the form of frogs on metal, hearts and all sorts of pictures on the wall, in the context of which the term art would be an insult. And the most unpleasant thing: every item has price tags on it. Many promotions are offered on flyers, mostly in the form of the unspeakable all-you-can-eat. Unfortunately, this is also the result of this commercial kitchen. The food is at the level of an average canteen. After all, the gardens can choose whether it should be a normal or small portion. The prices are absurd for the quality of the food; basically €29.90 for a venison goulash with red cabbage and napkin dumplings was okay. The half liter of beer here also exceeds the six euro mark. In connection with the atmosphere, the incredible noise and the food, only the view and the attentive service speak for this place. That's not enough for me to visit again.

Easter trip was a flop because there was extreme noise from children in the restaurant, it was almost impossible to entertain yourself. Waste from the gifts was disposed of by the family in front of the restaurant. Parents didn't care.

Extremely delicious food, that speaks for the kitchen, and a great view 💓, but the waitresses also do a very good job. Were here again and what can I say, it was extra cute. We had Soljaka, salad with chicken roulade, sauerbraten and venison goulash, really recommended. New on the Mango Shake menu, recommendation from 1-10, where 10 is the best, we give a 12 with an asterisk.

We haven't been here for about 5 years. The ambience is very nice. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Even simple dishes are overpriced and only taste “okay”

An attractive excursion restaurant, with a great panoramic terrace and a good selection of food and drinks at normal prices. We really liked it!

Online reservation worked perfectly. Beautiful view, beautifully decorated, service was really nice. I was even offered sauce again. The food was really really good. With the liver there was also a chutney with ginger. It was really tasty. My Wild Berry drink had the perfect blend. We immediately reserved a table again. It's worth it. Oh yes: I bought wild boar salami and the delicious mustard!!!!!

A very nice atmosphere at mealtimes... very friendly staff... fast service... price/performance ratio OK... requests were taken into account... smaller portions were also available on the menu.

There were four of us who ate our fill of ribs. The service and cuisine were simply perfect. The ribs with side dishes are so delicious. The restaurant resembles a decorative barn, only more beautiful. Thank you, we will definitely come back.

We had lunch in the restaurant today. The view and the location on the mountain are sensational. You can drive up to the restaurant by car. The route is well signposted from the main road. The last few meters are unpaved. Alternatively, you can park downstairs and walk the last few meters. The service was friendly and the food was OK. The homemade ice cream (speculoos/apple cake) was very tasty. Baby chairs are also available. The operators are very busy. Many items (e.g. seasonal decorations) located in the dining room can be purchased. Reservations in advance are strongly recommended for a free table with a view over the valley. It's great that a tree is planted during a review. Good idea!

As always, it was an experience! Great service, excellent food on a beautiful spring day—what more could you want?

We went there based on a recommendation and what can we say, it was fantastic! Magical ambience, something to discover in every corner, a fantastic view on the terrace! The Carlsburg near Bad Freienwalde doesn't open until April 1, 25 [new season]

We reserved a table online. It worked out perfectly. We received a very warm welcome and were escorted to our table. The main courses, fish and duck, were delicious. The plates were more than generous. For dessert, there was something to satisfy the soul. The fruit ice cream from the restaurant's own Eins factory was delicious. It was a very successful meal; we immediately made a follow-up appointment.

The food is absolutely delicious!!! The service team is really nice and helpful and reads your every wish!!! We will come here more often now!!!!!

We were there last Thursday and enjoyed the spare ribs. These and the two ladies from the service were great, as always. That wasn't our last visit.

It was very tasty, only my dessert wasn't as hoped, I had pistachio ice cream, but it wasn't nice anymore, it was very crispy and also tasted old. After 14 years of ice cream parlor experience, I can say this, but the gentleman in the service reacted great immediately. Thank you for the attentive, nice service.

The CarlsburgRessurant is a special place. We have valued it for decades and always enjoy it. The Carlsburg is a real gem! From the first minute you feel welcome here - the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. You can immediately tell that people work here with passion. The food is simply outstanding! Each course was perfectly prepared, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the harmony of taste in the dishes - a real treat for the palate! The ambience also contributes to the feel-good atmosphere. Whether for a romantic dinner, a meal with friends or a special occasion - Carlsburg is always the right choice. After a recommendation from a friend, we visited the restaurant. A table was reserved for 12:30 p.m. When we arrived there were only two tables occupied, but we were seated at the back with a view of the parking lot. We didn't notice anything about the "Panorama" restaurant. When we asked the service person about it, we received the answer: "You're sitting at the window." And the many gift items that you can also purchase are spread throughout the restaurant, certainly a matter of taste. The poppy ice cream was by far the tastiest, compliments.

If you want to sit on the terrace with a beautiful view, pre-ordering is highly recommended.

The Carlsburg panorama restaurant is a wonderful place on the Paschberg with a great view and beautifully decorated. The menu offers something for everyone and the food is outstanding. Home cooking at a high level. The braised half hare was super tender and very tasty. Even the starter, potato and pumpkin rösties with the finest salmon, was a hit. Homemade ice cream for dessert - simply fantastic. The portions are quite large and there is often a small version.

We had reserved a table, got there way too early and were still able to sit down straight away. The service was very friendly and quick and responded to our wishes. The food came quite quickly and was very tasty. There was solid home cooking. We had four different main courses and two starters. Nothing was cold, everything was very attractively presented. The atmosphere was very quaint and appealing. There were decorations on display everywhere that you could also buy. The view was spectacular, at least as long as it was reasonably light. Overall, I can highly recommend the restaurant. We'd love to come back.😁

This is what we'd call an Ausflugsgaststätte, perched high overlooking the Oderbruch. It serves traditional German cuisine in an traditional ambience. The food is excellent and the service quick yet friendly. The staff are impressive to watch when setting tables in almost military perfection and speed. Apart from the delicious food and the great views, the restaurant is selling some local produce like jams, chutneys and spirits for guests to take home. Booking ahead is advisable and a must on holidays and weekends. There's no access for wheelchairs and the dirt track to the restaurant ensures only those determined enough will show up. There's also car parking at the bottom of the hill that's easier to drive to. This will also help burning some of the calories consumed on the walk up and down the hill.

The Christmas dinner was very tasty. The duck in honey sauce and dumplings was a taste experience - and I love eating red cabbage, which was seasoned so deliciously here! As full as I was, there was also the winter ice cream sundae - the ice cream is homemade and you can taste it :) everyone in the family was thrilled. Thank you for the relaxed and cozy Christmas dinner and the great service. I immediately gave away another voucher as a Christmas present. See you soon :)

Hello, it was my first time there. It's definitely nice in the summer. But at Christmas it's just mass production. We had just ordered coffee and then we were supposed to leave the table. Eat and go, that was the feeling. Food itself was okay, but not for the price, you would expect more. Personally, I didn't think it was that nice. We were there last Christmas too. We all didn't think the check-in was that nice.

A vase of flowers was brought to me without being asked, very attentive, our ages ranged from 6 to 74 and everyone had a lovely time.
