This place is a crown jewel of home-style dining. The chef here is a master of his craft. I haven't had such a delicious, crispy schnitzel in ages. The view stretches deep into the Oderbruch. It's tidy, with a lovely ambiance inside; table reservations (very easy online) are a must. The welcome and service are friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back, time permitting, with a bit of travel time and best wishes from Müncheberg :-)

We went there for the second time in 1.5 years and were very satisfied again. We don't live nearby, otherwise we would go there more often. The staff is courteous and open to any questions. The food was delicious 😋.

We were there for the first time today; the restaurant is very lovingly decorated. The barn-style decor is present throughout the restaurant. The menu is simple, but we had five different dishes, and each was delicious. The view, which needs no description, is very beautiful. Note: Parking is limited, but a short walk is not too difficult.

A breathtaking view makes up for the bumpy approach. The unpaved and quite long forest path from the road to the restaurant posed a particular challenge for our motorcycles. Everything else was great: the food, the service, the view. We'd love to come back.

Very committed staff, top food, very nice atmosphere!!

I can definitely recommend it. We were there for coffee; the coffee, cake, and ice cream sundae were all great! Unfortunately, the cake arrived half an hour after the coffee! I remember this happening to us before, and so my request: it must be possible, organizationally, to bring both together, at least in time so that the coffee is still hot when the cake arrives and not stale. You want to be able to enjoy both together! We'd love to come back and are already looking forward to coffee and cake TOGETHER!👍

We made a relatively spontaneous trip to Carlsburg Castle. The weather had beckoned, and we had made a reservation the day before, preferably for three people. When we arrived, we were already captivated by the wonderful view over the Lower Oderbruch region. We were able to get a table on the terrace. The menu, which was soon served, was regional, with game and fish dishes, and there was also the option of smaller portions. The asparagus menu was also very interesting. The wait staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Our dog was first given water and treats. From the asparagus menu, we chose small portions of zander and a venison and rabbit aspic with fried potatoes. To finish off, we had warm poppy seed and almond cake from the in-house patisserie. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful day with you, which we rounded off with a trip to the nearby boat lift. A must-visit. The journey there is a bit of an adventure, but the atmosphere and service are excellent. The food isn't fancy, but solid, hearty German cuisine (small portions are also available). Thanks to the chef and the entire staff.

After a wonderful ride on the bikes, we returned to the restaurant for a culinary feast. The welcome was very friendly and "respectable" ;-) Great panorama, great food, and truly service-oriented. Even the change of plans regarding the table selection was customer-oriented. One star deducted due to the extremely poor hygiene in the restroom/toilet. I won't go into details here; I'm sure the problem will be remedied next time. Otherwise, I'd be happy to come back... P.S. The venison goulash and the spiced meat were very well presented. The taste was also wonderful!

It was our first time eating there. The view was beautiful, the food came quickly, and we all enjoyed it immensely. It was plentiful and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and quick. The ambiance was a bit over-the-top, but it didn't bother us. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful restaurant with a view where EVERYTHING is right.

A bit off the beaten track, but the trip is worth it. The ambiance is cozy, rustic, playful, and offers variety. Seriously, there's something new to discover every minute. I recommend making a reservation in advance, otherwise you'll just have to settle for the beautiful view and miss out on the excellent food. Access by car is only paved up to a certain point, from which you can reach your destination via stairs. If your vehicle is suitable, you can save yourself many steps, including the adventurous remaining distance. The quality and price of the food are in the upper mid-range. Have fun exploring.

To cut a long story short, the first tapas evening was sensational and it won't be the last for us.

The food is delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. The ice cream sundaes are also very large and delicious, as the ice cream is made in-house. There's also a great view from the restaurant, and the interior is lovingly decorated with ornaments, which are, of course, also available for purchase.

We've been driving past there for years, always just reading about it. Last Saturday, we stopped at the Carlsburg Restaurant and are convinced it's one of the most beautiful places for a little break.

The tapas evening was very good and the food tasted delicious.

A very nice restaurant with a small "shop" featuring a selection from the decorative barn. We reserved a table on the terrace and enjoyed a wonderful view. The food selection isn't very extensive, but it's plentiful and very tasty. The service was very friendly, despite the large number of guests. It won't be our last visit.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday after making a reservation and were very pleasantly surprised! Although quite busy, the service was prompt and we were also entertained. We had asparagus with various side dishes, and we were all very satisfied. Bringing our dogs was also no problem, and they even served snacks. Thank you again for your hospitality – we'll be back!

Yesterday I invited my husband to the Carlsburg for Father's Day. We went to the Carlsburg with our little daughter in the early afternoon. Luckily we had reserved a table because the restaurant was packed. Understandably so given the location and the impressive view. The fantastic service is also worth mentioning. We haven't experienced such friendly, attentive, and thoughtful service in a long time. Even the children are lovingly looked after. As soon as we were seated at the table, we were given a lovingly designed children's menu with a game on the back. This kept our little one occupied the whole time. Our food was completely to our taste. The way it was presented and the wonderful aroma of all the food that passed us by or reached us was a dream. We are absolutely thrilled with this fantastic location and can warmly recommend it.

Our May evenings with Clover from Berlin are becoming a tradition. Always wonderful.

Although the climb up the hill is a bit challenging, the view from the terrace makes up for it. We received a friendly welcome and had a lovely view of the valley from our table. The food was truly delicious, and despite the numerous other guests, it was served quickly. A small shop with some decorations and a few homemade specialties invited us to browse afterward. Many thanks to the team!

A very nice place with a wonderful view. The food and service are above average for the region. There are only two minor points that could be improved: 1. The restaurant closes at 8:00 PM. This is difficult during the week when you want to eat with friends from Berlin. 2. The many "standing chairs" that are lavishly placed for sale in the restaurant could perhaps be reduced by 50%.

We usually come here once a month and have never been disappointed. All in all, it's a great restaurant with incredibly delicious food at an unbeatable price. The service is also among the best in the area. Until the next visit, dear Carlsburg team

We went there as a family. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The zander was from a frozen bag and completely dry and tasteless. The fried potatoes were swimming in oil and looked more like boiled than fried. The oil mixed with the salad dressing on the carelessly presented plate. The trout was moldy and definitely not fresh. The asparagus in the dumplings was hard and woody. We won't be coming back. The price-performance ratio isn't right at all.

A very nice little trip! A beautiful view of nature. A little tip: Binoculars would definitely be fun for one or two children here. The number of dishes on the menu is clear compared to other restaurants, but everything that was served was highly recommended! It doesn't always have to be a lot. The products made a very fresh impression. The atmosphere is very cozy and fits well with the rural surroundings. The coffee with Baileys with a homemade cake was the crowning glory! Thank you for the lovely trip and the great experience. (-)What we didn't like was an employee with long dark hair. Communication was a bit cloudy and the service was unfortunately only adequate. Maybe it just seemed that way to us. (+)The young man, very neatly dressed, and extremely friendly and the blonde woman with long hair was very friendly and attentive. A nice, tasty and very filling lunch with a great view. The children's special requests were unconditionally taken into account. They too were able to enjoy the feast. Our little dog also felt very comfortable. He was well supplied with water and received 3 dog biscuits, which he was gradually handed out.

The four of us had dinner at Carlsburg today. All the tables inside were occupied and, despite the unsettled weather, we were quickly set up for us on the terrace. The food (aspic) was very tasty and there was regional non-alcoholic beer from Barnim. We felt very comfortable and will come back. 😊

Nice view from the terrace over the Oderbruch. A table reservation is recommended. We had a small problem with our food order. This was lost on the way to the kitchen and had to be reordered. The boss of the house apologized to us personally and we were given ice cream and espresso as a small compensation. The food itself was very good, as was the portion size. For some dishes you can choose between a small or normal portion, 👍.

A trip with friends to the CARLSBURG panoramic restaurant We were and still are absolutely thrilled with our stay in Carlsburg. Everything was just right. Our food was prepared to perfection and very tasty 😋. The ambience in the restaurant makes you curious. The decoration is an eye-catcher. The view from the terrace is stunning. You have the feeling of being somewhere in the mountains. A big compliment to everyone in service. Politeness, friendliness and tact are on the agenda for the boys and girls. So you can feel completely at home as a guest. Please keep it up. We'd love to come back.

Since it was a holiday in Berlin, we simply packed up our uncle and aunt to show them this magical restaurant. First the boat lift, then the Carlsburg. As always, it was very cozy, with a beautiful view of the Oderbruch. The staff was friendly, food and drink came after a short wait. This time I chose half duck, which was unfortunately a bit dry. This then went on the house without any problems. The other three were very happy with their food. We will come again. Because Carlsburg is always worth a visit.

We were with you for the first time on Monday after seeing the rbb report last week. We really liked it and it wasn't just the view that was great. The food and the Falkenberger (sprayed beer with draft beer) were excellent and a fantastic homemade ice cream 🍨 rounded everything off. The service was great and helpful. Yes, we also had to take a decorative item with us 😅very nicely decorated your restaurant. Both indoor and outdoor areas are available. There are stairs to climb from the parking lot, which means they are not suitable for wheelchair users. Otherwise everything was great and thumbs up, we will definitely come again. The area around Falkenberg is well worth seeing and slowing down. Well suited for hiking.

Nice restaurant - but the way up by car is difficult through deep holes and not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of the numerous stairs to the restaurant!

The view from the terrace is beautiful. The service was friendly and accommodating. Since it was quite busy, you sometimes had to wait a little bit, but with the panoramic views and the quality of the food, that wasn't a problem. Otherwise there is a small shop in the entrance area. However, we didn't spend much time there. As we walked past, it definitely looked like regional souvenirs and other nice ways to spend money. There is a parking lot directly at the restaurant with around 10 parking spaces. You can also walk up through the beautiful forest via stairs or from the hiking car park.
