We were there for the first time, and a lovely decoration was placed at the table (pictured) for the anniversary. The selection is very clear, but delicate. We particularly liked the vegetarian portions and there is also a complete vegetarian menu. As a bistro of a star restaurant, we came with corresponding expectations - these were fully met. We each chose the classic and vegetarian menu, everything was very tasty and specially prepared. There is a deduction because the Riesling was not properly chilled. We'd love to come back.

Had loin, it was well fried. Pepper cream sauce was ok. The rest were also satisfied. Solid owner-managed restaurant.

Nun ich habe in diesem Café einmal gearbeitet. Angestellte werden dort nicht besonders gut behandelt, ich würde sagen ‘respektlos’ umschreibt es ziemlich gut. Nach drei Monaten habe ich gekündigt. Alles wird überwacht und man darf nicht selbstständig arbeiten. Pause darf kurz im Kellerraum gemacht werden. Allein die Chefin kassiert ab, damit das ev. anfallende Trinkgeld keine andere Person bekommt. Und mit Sicherheit wird vieles selbst gemacht (kein Bio) doch es wird auch vieles aus nicht eigener Herstellung dazu gekauft, was dann als das eigene Fabrikat verkauft wird! Kunden Bindung ist ein Fremdwort: wie Laktose freie Milch, so etwas haben wird nicht! Einen schönen Tag ihnen noch! Usw. usw.

Was here for the first time today. Delicious homemade food. Everything was really delicious and the service was very attentive and friendly. I will come back and try the Maultaschen :)

I went to Bratar in Ettlingertor today based on a recommendation from my friends. The service was fine and I had a good view of the kitchen. Unfortunately, I noticed that the restaurant doesn't make sure that the beef is grilled separately from the pork. That looked impossible. As a Muslim, this put me off and unfortunately also spoiled my appetite after I saw a piece of meat similar to bacon on my beef burger. I'm sorry but that was the last time I was there!!!

Wir sind ganz spontan nach der Show im Sandkorn Theater ins Café Bleu eingekehrt. Super flotter und freundlicher Service, Küche bis 23 Uhr (inklusive Frühstück), leckere Hausmannskost mit lokalen Spezialitäten und eine nette Atmosphäre. Toller Abschluss eines schönen Abends.

The food was so hot it drove me crazy, my pants burst and the price was already expensive.

We highly recommend this restaurant; the food is excellent and truly worth the price, the service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is original. We'd go back anytime.
