Had a great family lunch. Acili ezme is spicy, juicy, with great flatbread and fresh ayran 👍 The lamb in Lula mit Adana is flavorful, juicy. Everything is very tasty!

New review from March 2024: I was back in the restaurant on Friday last week and unfortunately had to realize that the selection of dishes was very limited. There was a sheet of paper on the table with only 4 dishes left. (without pictures of the dishes):-(. I ordered fish with potato salad, which tasted good, but the potato salad was far too little. Even for a senior of my age (=69 years old) that was very little. I then spoke to the waitress and received the answer that the portion sizes are determined by the management and therefore the waitress cannot change anything. I now wonder whether this service is desired by management. In my opinion this won't work out in the long run. So I had to leave the restaurant a little hungry and am seriously considering whether I will eat at the Mömax restaurant again in the future. My five-star rating for the food was reduced to 3 stars due to the events described. I'll probably give the restaurant one more chance to improve. Maybe the selection of dishes and the portions will be a little larger again March 2024/Walter Jock ‐----------------------------------------------------- --------------- We are Mömax customers and have a customer card. Every time we go shopping there, we can't go past the restaurant :-) . Either for breakfast or lunch. We feel very comfortable there. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were served particularly friendly and very quickly by Mr. Polombo at breakfast yesterday. He has also delivered very good service at several lunches. But the other employees are hardly inferior to him. The food is always fresh and the value for money is hard to beat. If you have a customer card, you can even get a discount on certain dishes. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to the next time.

I have visited this establishment several times now and the food has always been very tasty, prepared by the hands of the chef Mr. M. Maschner, but now I was quite disappointed that that certain something was missing on my current visit. Now I found out that the talented chef was probably on vacation and I couldn't enjoy the meal due to his absence. I am of the opinion that this gentleman should no longer receive vacation as it would be detrimental to business. For better or worse, I will have to start a petition for the greater good. Location great. Located directly on the Rhine. There is a small farm shop and food stalls outside. Behind the restaurant there is still nice seating in the beer garden. Service staff was very friendly. The food tasted very good and was nicely prepared. I just have to give a reduction in the price. Price-performance wasn't quite right. The portion size didn't match the price. Therefore only four stars.

It's a tavern. That's what makes it good.
