Very tasty food! Although the prices are rather expensive, you get a decent portion of good quality food. Eat there once a day and never feel hungry again! There is also a lot of vegan food, which is absolutely a feast for the palate. I have rarely eaten such delicious sweet potato fries!! Definitely worth 5 stars!!!

Storytime: I accidentally ordered the meat version instead of the vegan currywurst at Frittenwerk. At first I thought it was prepared incorrectly, but the mistake was mine - it was sorted out after a call. They understood the situation and prepared the entire order again - completely for free, even though it was my mistake. I've ordered here several times and have always been very satisfied with the food, and the dips are also super tasty! Thanks again to the management for their goodwill and understanding! I would love to come back. ☺️

At the self-ordering counter you will be asked if you would like to give a tip and this is completely without service. Absolute impudence. Next to us, someone who had already finished eating was immediately thrown out because there was a lot going on. At over €8, the fries are really overpriced for the quality and taste. Once upon a time, on a beautiful Sunday, two people were hungry and went to the place where Fries before Guys goes. They ate happily, everything was perfect, but the music was a bit annoying. Facility 10/10.

I ordered the vegan fries and currywurst. In my opinion, not recommended compared to Frittenwerk's other dishes. Wasn't my taste. The home-made fries are always great, but not in this situation. Otherwise I like to go there.

Chip factory in the shopping center. Simply order and pay at the terminal. Then pick it up. Large selection of delicious fries with different toppings. Price okay. There could be more seating inside. You can also sit outside

As much as I love Frittenwerk, when I order at the terminal, get my own food and then have to clear the table myself, it is an absolute disgrace when the payment terminal asks me to leave a tip. For what performance exactly? That I get the food I paid for and picked up? That was definitely my last visit.

Had dinner there as a family. Our son has celiac disease and there were a lot of gluten-free dishes to choose from. We were very happy about this opportunity and he had no symptoms afterwards!

We always had super tasty food, unfortunately the outside area was dirty and the tables needed to be wiped down. Otherwise the quality of the food was great. We love the Montreal Style Poutine. The food also keeps you full for a long time. We'll be happy to come back.

I'm writing this review while we're still sitting here - there's a simple reason: in our opinion, the Frittenwerk Karlsruhe deserves 5 stars. The food is surprisingly diverse and fresh. Even if you're a vegetarian/vegan you'll get your money's worth. The service and the atmosphere on site are really good, the employees are very nice. Wasn't the last time for us!

My children like to eat at frittenwerk unfortunately we have to go to either Karlsruhe or Stuttgart. It would be very nice if you opened a shop in Pforzheim. My children would be very happy. But your fries taste great and you'll feel full. Hats off 👍🏼 one negative aspect is that the drinks are a bit expensive otherwise we are very satisfied.

You can sit outside or inside. The outside is gorgeous, though close to traffic. The inside is ok. There are definitely better looking places in Karlsruhe solely regarding the location. (3/5) The service was very good and the food was prepared freshly and quickly. (5/5) The place is easily accessible and close to bus and tram transit, as well as easily accessible by car. (5/5) Altogether it's a 5/5, would recommend.

I've been coming here since it opened and have always been very satisfied. I have now accepted that everything has become expensive due to inflation. But the bowl is no longer filled properly, even the one to take away and with prices like that that should be possible. I pointed this out to the employee on my last visit and it was refilled without any problems. But if this happens often then it's too stupid for me to always say something. The bolo fries that I enjoyed eating there were, among other things, simply taken off the menu, which I can't understand at all. My visits therefore became less and less frequent. For example, the boring poutine with gravy could have been removed from the menu instead of the bolo fries. Otherwise I only like the chili cheese fries. I'm really wondering whether I'll even come here anymore.

Disappointing service. I ordered shwarma with pommes, they left me waiting for a good ten minutes, then served a lady that came after me, the same order, only to tell me they don't have any shwarama left.

Shortly after 11 a.m. you are ignored. After politely asking if it was already open, they said yes - but communication was still not possible. Another person also wanted to order, but we were all coldly ignored. We left again. Maybe it's better from 12 p.m. but service/food is probably not possible shortly after 11.

Unfortunately, my visit was a bitter disappointment. The food, especially the fries, was very bad and had no taste at all. It was definitely not the dining experience I was expecting. Additionally, the ambience of the restaurant was another negative point. The music was way too loud, which made it almost impossible to relax and concentrate on the food and enjoy it. The loud atmosphere was disturbing and completely pointless. Overall, my visit to the restaurant was anything but pleasant. I hope this review helps the restaurant work on these important points and improve.

I like the fries. Rustic and delicious. Order at the machine, everyone gets a nickname, which you use to pick up your food.

Ambiance plain and simple. Little space inside. Otherwise you sit in the transit hall 😭 If it's busy, you'll have to wait longer because pick-up services are also available!!! Fast food like in all chains! If the prices go over 10 euros, no longer recommended! In restaurants there are already menus for 9.50 euros.

We've been coming here off and on for years. But the fries are becoming less and less crispy. We always order the classic Quebec poutine with lemon aioli - including today. The lemon aioli now tastes like lemon cake, which no longer goes well with the fries. Before that it was a regular aioli with a slight sourness. Now it's way too lemony. When we asked, we were told that the recipe had been changed. But there was no money back. The aioli tastes terrible! It's a shame, but we'll think about coming here again.

Danger! Not what it used to be! For example, the recipe for the lemon aioli was changed and the fries are always not fully cooked. Unfortunately, neither has been edible since then. When I complained, an alternative was offered, but I didn't get my money back as requested. Head across the street to Five Guys, both the fries and the service are better!

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of delicious dishes that are both attractively presented and delicious in taste - a real treat :). Only recommended for a quick snack.

Ordered food via Lieferando. The frit factory has accepted the order. After 1.5 hours we called only to be told that they would not process the order, that they had sent the Lieferando car away and were now closing. Then we had to starve all night because it was too late. Absolute juice shop. Doesn't even have his online sales under control. Never again.
