We came here as a couple for a birthday and were thrilled with the evening. Yes, the prices aren't cheap, but they're more than reasonable for the quality of the food, the service, and the extras. We had the sharing menu for two. We haven't eaten this well in a long time!! There were several appetizers, main courses, and desserts to share. All so delicious!! As a surprise birthday treat, we were served a fantastic rum, and the dessert also came with a congratulatory message. Very attentive. Overall, the service was extremely pleasant, always present but unobtrusive. That's exactly what you'd want. Thank you so much for this wonderful evening.

Fine dining stands for sophisticated cuisine. Everything should be of the highest caliber. From the food to the service and the location. The Ivy advertises itself with this term on its website. Accordingly, expectations are high, and my review reflects precisely that. First of all: Fine dining isn't just about choosing a knife for steaks. Especially not when the waiter says there's really no difference. Unfortunately, the food is rather mediocre. We ordered steaks medium rare and received them. And the Wiener schnitzel had burnt, peeling breadcrumbs. The presentation of all the dishes also hardly speaks of fine dining. The cocktails were rather tasteless and thinly mixed. Furthermore, the wrong dishes were brought. The waiter showed no insight—in the end, it was the guest's fault. Strangely, the bill showed the dishes actually ordered. Desserts were better presented, but tastelessly underwhelming. The location does the rest: table surfaces show massive signs of wear, as do the restrooms and walls along the way. Fine dining should be a culinary journey of the highest order. Unfortunately, that's not what it is here. In my opinion, that shouldn't be advertised as such. I'm still giving it three stars, out of a good mood. Because they're trying. Unfortunately, there's a lot that's trying but not executed.

Wonderful This is the title for the restaurant. The Atmosphere is just perfect, clasic, elegant, calm, relaxing and Exquisite! I thought the traffic outside would bother me - but no, you don't hear Anything from outside (well isolated) The service There a a lot of restaurants with awesome service but here is on the next level. You can honestly notice that the staff at the restaurant like what they do - therefore they do it perfectly. From knife recommendation to food and drinks and all that done in a calm and friendly manner makes the service very special. Food Aaaah the steak. Freshly brought from USA. Nice bit,thick and juice. I recommend the medium rare -classic American. On a scale from 1 to 10 the steak was over the top! Every step of the way. I will be back there-soon, very soon. Pure 5 Star for the complete , over the top experience!

You have to search for the entrance a bit, but it's worth it. Great service! It's not a huge menu, but everything the four of us ate was incredibly delicious and of top quality. Since we love eating out and eat out often, we have a direct comparison. Which brings me back to the beginning... it's worth it!

I was there with my girlfriend. We both had the 4 or 5(?) course menu and the wine pairing. Not bad for fine dining. A few minor things stood out: - The steak wasn't asked for well-done/medium/rare. - The table next to us was offered steak knives, but we weren't. - The chef's greeting wasn't introduced as a chef's greeting, so we got a bit confused about the courses. - There was no wine for dessert (we booked a wine pairing). - I heard the waiters swearing among themselves. - The service was good, but could have been a bit less casual. - Milk for the coffee afterward was forgotten; I had to ask again. - The online menu didn't match the menu in the restaurant. - Unfortunately, there was no sherry/port wine available as an aperitif. These are all minor things, but they make a difference in this high price range.

The menu is rather meager. The food is rather disappointing, and you leave feeling dissatisfied and hungry. Absolutely not recommended for the prices. Our first and last visit.

Excellent food and a stylish atmosphere – Ivy Restaurant is a must-visit! I had the pleasure of dining at the ivy restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance is modern, stylish, and cozy at the same time – perfect for a special evening. The absolute highlight was the linguine with truffle – simply divine! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the truffle flavor intense yet balanced. You immediately taste the high quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the preparation. The service also left nothing to be desired: extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. You feel truly valued as a guest. The prices are absolutely justified for what you get – quality, taste, and atmosphere of the highest order. I highly recommend the ivy restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit!

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at the IVY – and it was absolutely the right decision! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The ambiance is stylish, modern, yet very cozy – perfect for a special occasion. The food was a real highlight: creative, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. Every course was a delight! We would also like to particularly highlight the attentive and friendly service – professional, yet warm and pleasantly unobtrusive. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back!

We had reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. The service, provided by a middle-aged gentleman, was disastrous. Briefly, we were serving 5-6 tables. The first water and menu came after 10 minutes, drinks were forgotten, we were constantly standing at the cash register, overwhelmed by the technology, and the main course didn't arrive for two hours. This wasn't an isolated incident; it happened to all our guests. The food was reasonable for the price, but it was served without any love or knowledge. The service wouldn't even be appropriate for a chip shop. It brings the entire standard of this restaurant down to earth.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 18:30 Uhr reserviert. Der Service eines Herren im mittleren Alter war desaströs: kurz skizziert: langsam zunehmend 5-6 Tische. erstes Wasser und Speisekarte nach 10 Minuten, Getränke vergessen, dauernd an der Kasse stehend, durch die Technik überfordert, Hauptgang kam erst nach 2 Stunden. Kein Einzelfall, ging allen Gästen so. Essen war angemessen für den Preis, wurde aber lieblos lieb- und kenntnislos serviert. Der Service wäre noch nicht einmal für eine Frittenbude angemessen. Zieht das ganze Niveau dieses Restaurants in den Keller.

We were a large group. The food was very good, but also expensive. Unfortunately, there were few vegetarian dishes. The atmosphere was nice.

We ate here for the first time yesterday with friends. The welcome was very friendly and we were then shown to our table and everything had been good up until then. My husband ordered a 300g English entrecote, my girlfriend ordered the beef fillet in Löser Lady's gr but it was wilted and the service was completely wrong, the fillet was bleeding and the steak was dry! As a side dish we ordered truffle fries and mashed sweet potatoes, we got the sweet potatoes as mash and they tasted completely of curry even though there was nothing about it on the menu! When we pointed this out to the waiter he just said he would ask in the kitchen and we didn't get a bill until we got the bill, so we didn't get a bill for the food! Now to the waiters: the first waiter who served the drinks was very young; he was very nervous and his hands were shaking when he poured them. All the waiters wore white shirts, but for such a classy restaurant, you'd expect well-groomed waiters, not those wearing dirty sneakers and boxer shorts hanging out of their jeans—a complete no-go. This particular waiter had a strange way of talking to the guests, as if they were friends. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to this restaurant!

Wir hatten auf 19:30 Uhr einen bestimmten Tisch reserviert für 4 Personen. Als wir dann den Tisch einnehmen wollten, saß dort ein gutbetuchtes Schweizer Paar. Man hatte ohne unsere Zustimmung den zuvor zugesagten Tisch einfach umgebucht. Das hat uns sehr verärgert, da wir uns darauf verlassen hatten, dass wir einen ruhigen Ecktisch bekommen. Wir sind dann zu einem anderen Restaurant gegangen. Achtung hier werden aus meiner Sicht Schweizer gegenüber Deutschen vorgezogen.

Food is great, value for money is right but the ambience is not that great. Very quiet when it opens, tables very close together, you can always hear what is being whispered at the other table. All in all still 5 stars. We'll be back.

We were in the store three hours before closing time, but were immediately greeted in a rude manner. No “hello”, no “goodbye”, instead the note that certain cocktails can no longer be ordered because the bar has already been cleaned - and with so much opening time remaining! In addition, they asked for ID very strictly, which is generally fine, but this meant that two of our friends couldn't order anything because they didn't have their ID with them. The way this was handled seemed more off-putting than professional. Overall a disappointing visit. Customer friendliness looks different!

It's a nice restaurant in a nice atmosphere. Staff friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptionally good. The meat was grilled to perfection. Keep it up - we'd love to come back!

We've been here several times and unfortunately the food used to be better. Many dishes that are on the menu online are not available locally. The service is nice, but show dishes should be prepared at the table and not 5m away. At 9 p.m. the place was almost empty, it used to be full until late into the night! Too bad

Ivy - that was probably it with our family as guests! My daughter was with you yesterday for Valentine's Day! Why did you only have a limited menu that wasn't visible on the website or when booking? Then service: Why bring in the third or even fourth guard of competence on such an important day? Table decoration: Why didn't three or four tables have crystal glasses like the rest? A small shrub rose as a table decoration is enough for you? Well - if that's your claim, then I pity everyone who spends 100 euros on it and has to go home dissatisfied.

Wir waren am Valentinstag dort. Leider hat das Niveau sehr nachgelassen. Früher gab es sehr leckeres Essen mit Pfiff, davon war leider nichts mehr übrig. Statt des warmen, selbstgebackenen Brot, billiges Baguette, statt der leckeren Parmesannudeln, Nudeln in einer ganz gewöhnlichen Sahnesauce (völlig geschmacksnrutral), der Feldsalat einfach nur in den Teller geschmissen, kein Balsamico, keine Croitons etc. Und zu allem Überfluss klebte in meiner Serviettte ein Kaugummi. Die Kerze auf dem Tisch war verschmiert. Zumindest heute Abend hat hier aber auch gar nichts gepasst! für das Geld!!! Schafe, es war mal wirklich gut ....

NOT RECOMMENDED! Over price, the quality is not bad BUT doesn’t match with what are you paying for. The tables are to close one of the other.. It felt like im sharing the table with the other people.. Also, I dont know if i was unlucky but the service was terrible, i will never come back.

Food was good, but the ambience wasn't right for the price. Everything hypes us up to look chic, but it's more appearance than reality. Food quite good, but not for that price. Portions manageable. It was no longer hot when it arrived and was served with a delay in meat and side dishes. Good quality meat. Unfortunately, the side salad had wilted leaves. Waiters very nice and willing. A little more knowledge of the food/wine list would be desirable. For a bottle of water, 2 aperitifs, 2 main courses (t-bone and small fillet of beef) and 2 espressos, almost 150 euros is far too much in my opinion. We have already eaten more exclusively for this. It was ok but not a high flyer.

The service manager is absolutely unfriendly, a communication seminar would really help him. I was here as a hotel guest and accidentally walked into the restaurant. After the greeting, I won't leave a cent for what I'm looking for here. I would recommend that the hotel differentiate itself more clearly from this as both are in the same building and connected via the same foyer

Went there today with my girlfriend for our anniversary and I wasn't disappointed. The food was very tasty, we were allowed to try the wine beforehand, and the waiter in the white shirt took excellent care of us. All the other employees were also very friendly. I can only recommend it it's worth every penny!

The food was very tasty. But the service still needs to be worked on. A second menu that was supposed to be brought to us never arrived. I had to request a wine twice that I wanted to drink with dinner, but it was on the bill three times. 🙈 Cocktail is ok, but not the first choice for Karlsruhe. I found the dining room a bit noisy for a gourmet restaurant.

Unfortunately very poor. Truffle pasta without fresh truffles, way too expensive. Service was too passive, bringing bread, refilling drinks or asking for further requests... difficult. The on-site map is less extensive than on the internet. Dessert was carelessly prepared (cheesecake) cocktails were very tasty. Toilets in poor condition. No wipes. Unfortunately no longer worth a visit. Some things urgently need to be optimized. Too bad...

Rarely seen a waiter so sloppily dressed with his trousers only half buttoned. The menu online is not the same as on site. The air conditioning in the ceiling area will soon fall out. The lamps are dusty and there is 4cm of water in the sinks on the toilet. A disappointment for our Christmas party...

Very nice location. We really enjoyed the food. The staff is very accommodating, you feel comfortable and at home. We can only recommend this restaurant.

I thought me and my partner would have a nice evening here. When we came in they parked us right in the back corner and I immediately had the feeling that they didn't want us there. The waiter did his job wonderfully and the cocktails were also passable. When the bill came I fell out of my chair. For the money you can definitely get more unusual and higher quality products in other high-priced cocktail bars and you will also feel wanted.

I wasn't that happy with the menu selection, I would have liked a lot more options, which is actually the main reason why I probably wouldn't come back. The main course I chose and the cocktail were excellent, and the dessert was also really delicious, which I received for free as a birthday child - great gesture. The service still needs to be worked on. After dessert we stayed seated, unsure whether we should go to a bar or continue drinking at the Ivy. Since we were engrossed in conversation, the waitress came 3 times and simply asked “And??” which we perceived as very rude. If the table was needed, they would have been welcome to let us know, but in appropriate language. When we then ordered the bill, it didn't come for 15-20 minutes, which was very strange for us because at first we had the feeling that they wanted to get rid of us, then we want to pay and suddenly we have to wait!? Other than that we had a good experience and the kitchen & bar did an excellent job!

At first impression the service was very professional. But then the fun began. We had to wait 1 hour for our starter (30 minutes for a gin) and then another 90 minutes for our main course. When we asked what was wrong with the food, we were given cheap excuses. The (empty) tables around us were not cleared throughout our entire stay. Apart from that the restaurant was occupied by a maximum of 25 guests. The taste of our steak was a 10 out of 10 Any intern from an Italian restaurant would have done a better job with the linguine (truffle pasta in parmesan cheese). Service, initially great -> later flop I will not visit this restaurant again!

Der Empfang war mäßig, die junge Frau verstand gefühlt kein Wort. Um 20.30h saßen wir am Tisch, die bestellte Flasche Wasser kam, uns wurde ein Glas eingeschenkt, danach verschwanden Bedienung und unsere noch gefüllte Flasche auf Nimmer- Wiedersehen. Bis zur Aufgabe der Bestellungen bei einer anderen Servicekraft dauerte es ewig, der bestellte Wein war aus, die Hauptspeise kam um 22h. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war uns der Appetit leider schon vergangen. Und bei den Preisen ein absolutes No-go. Schade, leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Bread came after 50 minutes, starter after 65 minutes - tacos that were more like a biscuit, we had to point out the wine we had ordered with the starter, main course after over 120 minutes... Absolute heart recommendation! I celebrated my 30th birthday there last year with a large party. Everything was just perfect - excellent food, great service and an upscale atmosphere. Dessert took a while to arrive, but it was worth it!

It was really a wonderful and perfect evening. My husband and I felt very comfortable. The food was excellent, we have never eaten such good steak! The waiters were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back (we made a reservation at the restaurant that same evening for our next visit.) Ps: please keep the truffle pasta on the menu ♡ It was really perfect with you!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. As the first guests in the restaurant, we waited over an hour for our steaks. In addition, one steak wasn't even cooked to the desired level. To my liking, it was also too fried on the outside and therefore not too tender and gentle on the inside when chewed. When I asked for some more port wine jus, it took far too long for it to reach me. My meat was already cold by then. Luckily I only went to the toilets after eating, because the smell that hits you as soon as you get out of the elevator is more than unpleasant. A stinky and foul smell... to make you really sick. The toilets weren't in the cleanest condition either. The service was friendly and not objectionable. For me the Ivy is more appearance than reality. Price performance poor. I'd rather stay loyal to my other steak restaurant.

0 stars! A table for 8 people was ordered by phone and confirmed, a menu was put together, which I don't think is necessary for 8 people, but that's not relevant. Now comes the annoying part. We arrived the evening the table was reserved and were told the name wasn't in their "system" so no table and no food!! This so-called shift manager that evening wanted to treat us to an aperitif, his statement: he was sorry but he didn't have much food that could be cooked. If you had made an effort and talked to the kitchen, I think a solution would have been found. He offered us ZERO alternatives, after all it wasn't our fault! After a long discussion, we left with 8 people and an empty stomach, and we were forced to To another restaurant. Very bad!!

Leider sehr enttäuschend, wir waren bis letztes Jahr, immer sehr begeistert und zufrieden vom Essen und Service, leider war heute nichts mehr davon übrig. Der Service, war für das eigentliche Niveau unterirdisch, das Essen war ok, die Flasche Wein für 59€ leider viel zu warm. We had a perfect anniversary dinner on Monday evening, our waiter Kerim accompanied us throughout the evening in a more than competent and courteous manner. It was our first but definitely not our last time here. Price performance fits 100%.

We really enjoyed the evening in the restaurant. The vegetarian surprise menu was excellent in terms of composition, portion size, variety and taste and was also beautifully presented. The price-performance ratio is very good. The service was extremely friendly and competent. Always my pleasure.

Unfortunately a failure. It felt like more than half of the card was out of stock. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this when making the reservation in advance. In the end we had to cancel the visit because we couldn't find anything suitable to order. The bottle of water (for €8) was not offered to us “for free” (as a courtesy). Too bad. If I were a restaurant owner, I definitely would have.

We just recently went to ivy's on a Saturday evening, we've been wanting to go there for a while and we finally made it. After looking through the menu, we wanted to know what would be included in the menu (€79/person). It's supposed to give a glimpse of the ivy's kitchen, a little bit of everything, and they wanted to make it feel like you're at home, where you can all sit together from the middle of the table, etc., or so they said. After 1.5 hours of waiting, apologies from the service staff and compensatory drinks, our long-awaited starter finally arrived. There was 1 mini wrap with a fried chicken piece (nugget size) and some salad, plus 1 fried fish ball and a bowl with raw fish, mango and vegetables, all of which was marinated. Overall, the waiting time was far too long for the little bit of starter. It should also be mentioned here that they apologized not only to us but also to neighboring tables for the long wait. Still don't know what exactly went wrong, at least a few things. After almost 2 hours we had to point out to the service staff that we wouldn't have to wait that long again for the main course and that we would then want to cancel the whole thing, pay and leave. In fact, it happened pretty quickly. The main course was definitely better than the starter, only the mashed potatoes had no taste at all, the meat and fish were okay. Unfortunately the meat was served on a cold plate and by the time we were presented with the main course it was already cold. Let's move on to dessert, now hold on tight... There was a variation of cakes (poppy seed cake, cherry crumble cake and two sorbets). I could have lived with the sorbet, but these cakes absolutely didn't work. We also told the waitress this in the same way... if we had wanted to eat ice cream, we would have gone to an ice cream parlor and if we had wanted to eat cake, we would have gone to a bakery. When we asked for the bill after wasting 3-4 hours of our Saturday evening, we were not charged for the compensatory drinks as well as a menu. Of course the service staff couldn't do anything about it, but they get it, so to speak. They tried to save what they could save, but this catastrophe in the kitchen could no longer be saved.

Either the cutlery was missing and the food was already in front of you or the cutlery was laid out but it didn't fit the dish (knife and fork for tagliatelle - a spoon would have been desirable; soup spoon for dessert)... Main courses were sometimes served almost cold. Additionally dirty edges of the glasses and unkempt and dirty toilets in the basement… Conclusion: never again

Leider absolut nicht mehr vergleichbar mit dem was das Restaurant noch vor einem Jahr geleistet hatte. Weder die Qualität des Essens noch der Service kann mit dem früheren Niveau mithalten. Das essen wurde teilweise kalt serviert. Teller für das Sharing Menu wurden erst nach dem Essen auf Nachfrage gebracht. Insgesamt wartete man sehr sehr lange auf den nächsten Gang (1-2 Stunden). Das war wohl der letzte Besuch in unserem früheren Lieblingsrestaurant in Karlsruhe. Service was very inexperienced, we waited far too long for the food. Beer was poured into the glass at the seat and overflowed, the same thing happened again the second time. The taste of the food was ok but it couldn't be compared to before. We used to enjoy staying at the ivy, but we wouldn't go back now. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is no longer right.

Visited the Ivy again after a long time. I was very disappointed! The food tasted very good, but my steak was cold. In addition, tables were not cleared and were full. When we left we were asked if everything was to our satisfaction. I mentioned my cold steak, but this was completely ignored and seemed completely indifferent!

I ate there yesterday and I can only recommend the restaurant! The food and drinks were incredibly delicious and the ambience was really great! I'll definitely come again❤️

Tolles Restaurant mit edler Einrichtung. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, supernett und behilflich bei der Essenswahl. Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker und ansprechend angerichtet. Ein Highlight waren die Linguine im Parmesanleib mit Trüffel. Sensationell! Danke sehr.

Very stylish location with very friendly staff. The food is very good, but also expensive. Spaghetti in a parmesan wheel is prepared and served in style. However, it is not possible to experience this directly at the table at the back because the cart is too wide for the aisle. That was a bit of a shame. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was good except the food. For the expensive price I expect a very high quality meal. Tartar meat didn't taste good. There was no truffle for the truffle pasta, despite a reduction of €5, €28 is too much for pasta with cream sauce. Mojito wasn't particularly good either.

Die Top- Qualität der Speisen könnte belegen, die Lieferanten zu benennen, denn Regionalität und Herkunft sind bei Fleisch, Salat und anderen Speisen ein Indiz für Qualität. Dass der Service die Bestellung des Gastes am Tisch wiederholt, ist nett aber ohne Wert, wenn dann Getränk und Beilage falsch gebracht werden. Ansonsten war der Service sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen kam nach angemessener Wartezeit und war lecker und appetitlich angerichtet. Wenn der Gast sich Wasser selbst nachschenkt, ist das okay. Erleben wir in dieser Liga auch anders, ist aber auch eine Frage der Personalstärke im Service. Und das die Tische recht nah beieinander stehen und ohne Raumteiler es doch recht transparent und hellhörig zum Nachbartisch ist, okay, es ist das Kennzeichen der leicht schummrigen, coolen Atmosphäre. Das Publikum passt dazu. Durchmischt von jung bis alt, international, anspruchsvoll, entspannt. Insgesamt verlassen wir das Restaurant zufrieden, der Besuch war gut und wir waren nicht enttäuscht. In dieser Preisklasse ist die Luft dünn…

Price performance is definitely not right! The food is sometimes boring and without any pizzazz (the tuna for example). With the prices you just have to get more. In addition, the service (which seems to consist exclusively of trainees or students) is completely overwhelmed. At least the ambience is right. You sit comfortably with pleasant background music. All in all, it was a disappointing visit that remains “unique”.

Food was good, unfortunately the service for this restaurant was unsatisfactory, the food took 40 minutes, unfortunately we were forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no suitable excuse for me. Brick and bones is in a better position, which is a shame!

I have to say the restaurant surprised us from A to Z. If you sleep in Hotel 133 you don't need to look for a restaurant, go to their own restaurant IVY. Our waiters Steven and Ilya did a great job. They were always at the table to make sure everything was okay. Super professional and with a lot of passion behind it. A few dishes were prepared at the table and it was always a pleasure to watch them. The dishes were excellently prepared with a lot of sophistication. I have on January 17th. ordered a voucher for a birthday gift via PayPal via the Ivy homepage, where it was promised that it would be sent immediately by registered mail with a fee of 5 euros. After 1 1/2 weeks still no voucher arrived, I asked several times by phone. I was repeatedly told off that the voucher had already been sent. As my birthday approached, I was given a birthday on January 31st. The voucher was sent by email with my request that I at least be reimbursed for the shipping costs of 5 euros, as I have not received a voucher by post to date. Here I was repeatedly put off by telephone. To date I have not received the shipping costs back.

We've probably been here 6-7 times, but the last time was probably half a year ago. What can I say? The service is a joke. If it weren't so expensive, it would even be a good one. But what was offered here is below all cannon. Half the evening you look at empty glasses, the bread was announced three times and then didn't come. Here are three helpless boys running through the restaurant and trying their best. Awful.

Ambiance is very nice, very modern. Unfortunately, that doesn't make you want to go again. For food: plates carelessly arranged, either lukewarm or cold. The beef fillet was tasty and cooked to the appropriate level. Service: I'm almost at a loss for words. We were ignored almost the entire evening. We didn't have anything to drink for half the evening. There was no thank you or goodbye when I paid. The service employee simply walked away without comment. When we expressed feedback and criticism that evening, the only response was “Aha”. And it wasn't just us, the entire row of tables felt the same way. When it came to dessert, the service staff came and said: You don't want any more dessert, right? Since we were already past the table allocation time, which we couldn't do anything about since it was over an hour between the starter and the main course, they wanted to get rid of us, so to speak, because there was already a huge queue at the entrance. Not our problem but since we actually skipped dessert it still took about 30 minutes until we could pay.

Great ambience, unfortunately the food is very boring and not very satisfactory, the love and passion for food is missing here. Mini portions with little taste at completely overpriced prices, coffee was good and there was also caffeine-free. TOILETS in the basement, accessible via elevator. As soon as you were in the elevator, you smelled a very unpleasant smell, which unfortunately I also smelled later while eating. There were three of us and unfortunately we all had the same impressions. At the next table, both of them lost their meat. It's a shame because it's a nice location

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. After we were among the first in the restaurant and had ordered the 3-course menu, we had to wait 1 hour for the starter and another 1 hour for our main course, which was unfortunately extremely carelessly prepared. Even after the main course we had to wait another hour for dessert... After I asked twice for the bill, it came. Since it is specifically stated when making reservations that the table is only reserved for 2 hours, we were there for almost 4 hours... Unfortunately there was no thank you for the tip and no apology for the long waiting time. For the prices quoted here, you would expect something different and if you seem to have a shortage of staff, which can certainly happen, you can't accept so many reservations. 2 stars because the starter was really good.
