Went to this restaurant relatively spontaneously. In terms of ambience, it's pretty "down". The furniture seems to be from the 90s, which isn't a bad thing. But the overall impression is poor. The restaurant consists of two floors, and we sat on the lower floor. It has a cellar feeling, the air was down there. The entire restaurant smells extremely like garlic and burnt food. Which is also logical when some people eat on hot stones and fry their own stuff. I don't understand the overall concept of this restaurant. You fry your meat there on a mediocre surface. I had duck breast fillet - whole! I expected this to be at least thinly sliced. I didn't manage to fry this properly. I took it with me half raw. Our clothes stank to high heaven after this visit. Unfortunately not with us again!

We came here for a lovely dinner on our drive along the A2 because of the great reviews. And we received a really warm welcome, the food is fantastic, the portions are large and excellently prepared. The atmosphere is special, very cozy. Absolute recommendation from us, definitely again!

Yesterday the three of us were in the Hirschen. It's a very nice clean restaurant. The food was super delicious and very freshly prepared!!!

We've been there many times for lunch. There is a large selection of food and it tastes good! You order and pay at the counter and the food is brought to the table. So far the rest stop has always been busy, but we've always managed to get a free table.

Cute restaurant with friendly employees. The tarte flambée comes in many varieties (including seasonal ones) and is very tasty.

We happened to be there on All Saints Day. Rustic atmosphere. The visit was a complete success. Super delicious food and a nice host. 100% recommendation and we will be back.

I was invited here for a Wine&Dine evening with a top winemaker from the Rhône with a first-class 5-course menu. Everything is right here from A - Z. I can't rave about it enough. The food was cooked to a star level and served in a special atmosphere. The ambience was beautiful and rustic. The tables were set very nicely. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. All in all, a beautiful evening of the extravagant class I can recommend The Nachtwächter Restaurant with a clear conscience and wish the team continued success and keep it up 👍 and thank you very much for this lovely evening.

Ein Traum eines authentischen türkischen Restaurants, ich ärgere mich, dass ich es nicht schon früher gefunden habe. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wohlgefühlt. Service, Ambiente und Essen sind auf einem Top Niveau. Vor allem das Essen, alles hausgemacht mit viel Liebe und Raffinesse. Für mich besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Auswahl türkischer Weine, die wirklich eine gute Qualität haben. Minimaler Kritik-Punkt wäre beim Pfannengericht mit Joghurt, dass die Pfanne nur zum Anrichten diente und leider kalt war, wahrscheinlich, dass der Joghurt nicht warm wird. Das hätte uns aber gar nicht gestört, so wurde das gesamte Gericht sehr schnell kalt. Wir kommen aber definitiv wieder!

Fresh, absolutely delicious = Ludwig Cuisine! Were there for the first time on Friday and what else can I write in capital letters: Go and try... Highly recommended, delicious...e.g. Caesar bowl and smashed cheeseburger, cole slaw with delicious fries and the service is super friendly... that's what you want... we'll definitely be back.
