Food was great and service was fast. Go hungry!

We were at the zoo and came across this Balkan Grill while looking for good Balkan food - super tasty! We ate the cevapcici with bread, ajvar, kaymak and onions. Everything was very good and the bread was homemade. That was a pleasure! Yes, you pick up your own food and drinks, but that doesn't affect the rating because this is not a restaurant but a snack bar. The staff is also very friendly. Thank you!

The cevapcici are very tasty. But I can't guarantee whether they are Halal (I don't advertise them either). If this is insisted upon, believing brothers should perhaps eat elsewhere as alcohol is also sold here. These are brothers who probably don't take faith too seriously. The owner himself is a bit grumpy, taciturn and doesn't demonstrate customer friendliness. It could be that he is just like that, but it can be seen as unfriendly.

The first and last time I ate there. There were three of us and we ordered cavape, one of the worst cavape I have ever eaten. Lepina (bread) tasteless and dry Meat has no taste and is like rubber The drinks were warm (cola) No menu cards at the seats, you have to go outside to take a photo of the menu in order to get racks. We had to pick up our own food because we were forgotten. During the entire time, the remaining food and drinks from our predecessors were on our table. Nobody was able to clear our table, very bad service. The only thing that was good was the onion...

The platter is very large and delicious. There are different types of meat and also a few dips. Unfortunately there is no service and you have to take your own drinks, so it is more of a fast food restaurant.

I am glad I found this restaurant. It was within walking distance of my hotel. I looked at pictures from other reviews before I decided to try it out. When I got there, they only had menus in German. I showed him the picture of what I wanted to eat. The staff is very tourist friendly. He warned me that one of the dishes was spicy. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised at how spicy it was. The food was excellent . I would highly recommend and go back again and again.

In my opinion the restaurant is overrated. Food quite OK, too much minced meat, fries only lukewarm, fast food in the sense of "order here" ... "Pick up" ....Payment when leaving at the counter. Service practically non-existent...friendliness...well

It's very tasty and I enjoy eating there often

Four of us were there on March 28, 2024. We got a place because a group stood up. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for the owner (probably) to clear the table. Food was okay (we had Ćevapcici) but I've had much better Balkan food. The ambience is just a snack bar style for everyone who expects a restaurant, snack bar with 20-25 seats.

I was with my wife and our little Son there, couple weeks ago. We came extra from Würzburg to try the food. Everything was great, the trip was worth! We came with our baby trolley, we were worried if there will be enough space to fit the trolley, no problem, couple moves to the desk and bank, and everyone had a seat. We Balkan people are used to get your order served at your table, here is self service, which was fine, it had all the signs. The food was like back home, very delicious, good and tasty! If you are looking for balkan grill? Here is the right place! The host was so kind and treat us with Bosnian traditional coffee with Lokum. As a Bulgarian-Turkish band, we found what we were looking for, the only thing missing is Balkan music. The fact that the brother tells everyone from every language to be in their own language. Afoywt pleases those who come for Balkania, thank you.

Great restaurant for cevapcici! I've been coming here for years and am always satisfied. The flatbread tastes really good. The premises are tidy, but unfortunately there are only five large tables, which can mean that you won't be able to find a seat at peak times.

Zero service. I waited for a table with my child for almost 20 minutes until the owner of the restaurant gave a table to a group of 5 people who came before me. It's also very uncomfortable. I will never come back and can recommend it to others.

Very unpleasant staff. Very small space, you have to wait a long time for a seat and then you get cevapi like from a store, the waiter doesn't bring drinks, you have to do it yourself. The food just looks good, tastes really bad.
