Walhalla Wikinger Restaurant in Großefehn

Zu unserem Hochzeitstag waren hier "endlich" mal essen, nachdem wir uns das schon lange vorgenommen hatten. Mittwochs ohne ein spezieller Abend, war nicht besonders viel los. 3 Tische, mehr nicht. Ambuente, Deko, die komplette Aufmachung ist wirklich gut gemacht. Essen war sehr gut. Geschmacklich gut und auch von der Menge hat es mehr wie gereicht. Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Suppe vorneweg alles auf zubekommen. Preislich ein wenig gehobener, aber dafür bekommt man Produkte aus der Region. Einzig die Bedingungen hatte keine Lust zu arbeiten. Von Sprüchen, die manch einen zum gehen gebracht hätten, bis zu kaum am Tisch vorbeikommen war alles dabei. Ein bisschen mehr Elan und Freundlichkeit wäre schön, vielleicht hatte sie aber auch nur einen schlechten Tag.

Alles perfekt, das Ambiente der Service und erst Recht das Essen. Einfach Top

Wir waren heute das erste Mal dort, zu essen gab es das Pfingstbuffet. Das Ambiente ist super schön und die Bedingungen sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und der Preis war fair. (Heute Buffet) Es war wie eine kleine Zeitreise. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Es war wiedermal fantastisch. Das Essen mega lecker, der Service super , die Musik einfach klasse. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu euch, vorallem weil wir unseren Hund mit rein nehmen dürfen und dieser auch jedesmal sofort mit frischem Wasser versorgt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön auch dafür dass wir wieder mit unserem Bulli auf eurem Parkplatz übernachten durften.

Tolles Gesamterlebnis für Groß und Klein! Wir waren hier in einer großen Familienrunde zu Gast – vom Kleinkind über die großen Kinder bis hin zum Opa war alles dabei, und das Ambiente hat wirklich jeden von uns absolut begeistert! Die Atmosphäre und die Einrichtung sind ein echtes Highlight und super urig gestaltet. Das Essen war gut und hat allen geschmeckt, allerdings fehlte uns für den recht hohen Preis das gewisse außergewöhnliche Etwas. Fazit: Kulinarisch etwas überteuert, aber wegen des genialen Ambientes und des tollen Flairs definitiv einen Besuch wert – besonders als Familienausflug!

Musste meine letzte Rezession leider auf ein ⭐ korrigieren😟

Wir hatten für einen Wikinger Abend reserviert und uns sehr auf den Abend gefreut. Leider wurden wir auf Grund von Personalausfällen sehr enttäuscht. Es wurde ein „irischer Abend“ der irgendwie auch nicht so richtig irisch war. Die Musik war ein einzelner Musiker mit seiner Gitarre und seiner Mundharmonika. So richtig viel gespielt hat der aber auch nicht. Das „Buffet“ war… ne Suppe, bisschen Braten, Bratkartoffeln? Sauerkraut das fast wie aus der Dose war, Kibbelinge die sehr geschmacksarm waren und noch ein Irish stew das wir wegen Lammfleisch aber nicht gegessen haben. Naja, einen zweiten Gang zum Buffet haben wir nicht mehr gestartet sondern haben brav unsere 90€ 2 Alsterwasser hatten wir noch,

Leider hat es meine hohen Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt. Ambiente war gut, wobei ein wenig Stimmung gefehlt hat. Essen hatte mich persönlich etwas enttäuscht. Steak war gut, Beilagen waren ein wenig kalt. Was ich aber enttäuschend fand ist das sie nach uns sofort zu gemacht haben. Das war um 21 Uhr obwohl Öffnungszeit bis 22 Uhr ist. Also wir noch kurz draußen standen wollte ein Pärchen noch rein und es war verschlossen.

Total super Wikinger Restaurant und superlecker, immer gerne wieder

Leider vom Essen enttäuscht. Ich hatte die vegetarische Version. Gemüsetaler (von innen noch kalt!) aus dem Supermarkt, die Kartoffeln (Torfecken) viiiiel zu fettig, dazu Mayo aus der Flasche. WOW... 20€ Mein Partner hatte das Tomahawksteak. Leider auch hier: kaum gewürzt, Kartoffeln zu fettig, die hauseigene Kräuterbutter sehr sehr lasch. Das Beste waren die Bohnen mit Speck...aus der Dose. + 1 Bier, 1 Apfelsaftschorle und für all das 60!€ Wir kommen dafür nicht mehr. Die Bedienung war ne Nette und das Flair ist schick.

Einfach ein wunderschönes Lokal mit super Service und äußerst schmackhafte Speisen. Top Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis jederzeit einen Besuch wert.

AAAAARG Krieger und Schildmaiden. Waren heute im Langhaus Walhalla zu Gast. Wir wurden herzlich vom Hausherren und Gefolge empfangen. Auf die Frage ob es eine Platte für 2 Personen gäbe kam der Hausherr und fragte uns was wir gerne auf unsere Platte haben möchten ( damit wir nicht etwas bekommen was wir nicht mögen) einfach TOP Service..dann kam sie die Platte und ich muss sagen super Lecker....das Ambiente mega die Angestellten sowie der Hausherr entsprechend Gewandet. Der Hausherr immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben...er Liebt und Lebt das was er da macht..... wir haben uns NICHT das Letzte mal gesehen...Grüße aus Hagen NRW

Hier ist eine saubere, klare 2-Sterne-Rezension: --- ★★☆☆☆ Das Restaurant überzeugt zunächst mit einem wirklich schönen und außergewöhnlichen Ambiente – innen definitiv etwas Besonderes. Leider konnte das Essen damit nicht mithalten. Der Fisch wurde kalt serviert, die Kartoffeln wirkten wässerig und waren nicht richtig gebraten. Auch das Gemüse machte eher den Eindruck von Dosenware. Das Gulasch war sehr schlicht gehalten, ohne erkennbare Würze – Kräuter, Salz oder Pfeffer fehlten ebenso wie eine passende Beilage wie ein kleiner Salat. Der Service war freundlich und bemüht, wirkte jedoch insgesamt etwas überfordert. Insgesamt hat das Essen eher den Charakter von einfacher Hausmannskost, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist – allerdings passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dafür aus meiner Sicht nicht.

Speisen wie die Götter Treffender kann man glaube ich einen Slogan kaum wählen. Hier wird mit Herz gelebt, gearbeitet und wahrscheinlich auch viel gefeiert. 😉 Das Ambiente ist unschlagbar. Die authentische Dekoration sowie die wunderschöne Rekonstruktion der Wikingerhalle mit einem über 200 Jahre altem Dachstuhl sind gigantisch. Das Essen war traumhaft lecker und unsere Hunde durften wir auch mitbringen!

Haben uns sehr auf das Erlebnis gefreut. Das Essen war gemischt: das Steak war hervorragend, gut gegart, schöne Röstaromen, zart aber die Beilagen lieblos zubereitet: Kartoffelecken lauwarm und nicht richtig angeröstet, die Schwarzwurzeln sahen aus und schmeckten wie lauwarm aus dem Glas. Das Wikingerambiente war nett und man sitzt angenehm auf den Fellen in den Stühlen. Gestört hat nur der Blick auf die weißen Kunststofffenster. ich würde die mit Jutevorhängen o.ä. abhängen (passen absolut nicht zum Wikingerambiente) Service war nett und freundlich. Die Steaks haben die Bewertung gerettet.

Uriges Lokal mit leckerem Essen

Wir waren zum irischen Abend am 08.04.26 dort. Reservieren muss man für die Themenabende dort. Es war nicht sehr voll. Zum Essen a la Carne können wir nichts sagen, das Buffet zum Themenabend war sehr lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Das Ambiente und die gesamte Crew haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Auch die zwei Musiker haben für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt. Es war ein rundum toller Abend. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Man sollte, so wie wir, irischen Musik und irisches Essen mögen. Beim Themenabend ist es unter Umständen für vegetarier eher schwierig eine große Auswahl zu finden. Da empfiehlt es sich, eher a la Carte zu essen, was außerhalb der Themenabende angeboten wird. Das Walhalla ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Event Abend mit Irischem Büffet und Live Musik. Sehr netter Empfang. Das Büffet war in einem Boot angerichtet. Es würde ständig nachgefüllt. Das Essen war Top. Klassiker wie Shepards Pie und Irish stew war hervorragend. Die Live Band war toll. Tolle Deko. Entspannte Atmosphäre.

Waren heute im Walhalla essen. Zwei erwachsener und ein Kind ( 12 ) also, wer sagt die Portionen wären zu klein hat für mich einen an der Meise. Wir waren alle Papp satt und die Teller noch halb voll. Leider war der Gulasch und der Flammlachs aus. Essen war top, Service nett und aufmerksam. Alles in allem sehr gut. Zum Ambiente, ich verstehe die Idee dahinter und der Ansatz ist auch Klasse, einiges hätte ich aber anders gemacht. Das Licht über den Tischen war viel zu hell und passte nicht in die „Wikinger“ Zeit, die Malereien an den Wänden fanden wir nicht passend da hätten einfach Holzdielen vollkommen gereicht, paar schöne große Kronleuchter und viel mehr Kerzen würden dem Laden besser stehen. Die Toiletten, waren sauber alles prima, passen aber optisch gar nicht ins Konzept. Ich weiß ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉 kommen fürs Essen sicherlich nochmal wieder.

Hallo, wir waren zum BBQ Abend im Walhalla. Wir waren richtig begeistert von dem tollen Ambiente mit langen Tafeln, gemütlichen Sitzecken mit Fellen und sogar ein Segelboot findet seinen Platz 🥰 Das Essen war sehr gut, es gab 8 Gänge mit unterschiedliche Fleichsorten und Zubereitungsarten. Restlos Begeistert waren wir von Gerolds Fachwissen, zu jedem Gang gab es gab es was zu erzählen. Einfach super. Man merkt sofort, das sehr viel Herzblut in diesem außergewöhnlichen Restaurant steckt 👍 Macht weiter so Wir kommen gerne wieder Liebe Grüße Oliver & Nicole

Waren zum Barbecue dort. Sehr schönes Essen, sehr angenehm war auch das moderieren bezüglich der Fleisch- Grillvariationen war sehr gut.

Wir waren auf eine Empfehlung zum ersten Mal dort. Themenabend war Barbecue Büfett Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Ambiente auch sehr schön. Das war es auch schon. Das Büfett war den Preis von 48€ überhaupt nicht wert. Weder geschmacklich noch vom Umfang. Die Beilagen hatten etwas von Kantinen Essen. Das Essen ist richtig gut, sehr empfehlenswert. Der Wikinger-Flair kommt echt gut an. Wir waren mit zehn Leuten dort und konnten uns auch unterhalten, weil zum Glück keine Musik im Hintergrund dröhnt. Es lohnt sich!

Es war ein toller Abend! Das Ambiente ist einmalig und die Bedienung so herzlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt Guinness aus dem Fass,was schon allein 5 Sterne wert ist. 😄🤩

Wir waren gestern mal wieder bei euch essen . Wir haben zwei Freunde mit genommen die zum ersten Mal dort waren , wir hatten den Tisch nr1 und so eine Mega freundliche sympathische Bedienung die war echt Gold wert . Unsere Freundin hatte das selbe Gericht wie ich , aber sie wusste nicht das da Pilze drin waren . Und die super tolle Servicekraft war so nett , dass sie in die Küche ist und die Küchendame , dann auch noch so Mega lieb war . Und ihr ein Fleisch Gericht ohne Pilze machte . Wir hatten da nicht mal drauf bestanden und uns nicht drüber beschwert. Aber eins muss ich mal sagen die Bedienung hat sich so Mega um die Gäste gekümmert. Ein Lob an euch alle wir kommen wieder . We were there yesterday with four people. The restaurant itself is really nice inside, but it was a bit too cold; the owner should really take that to heart. The food was somewhat disappointing. The meat wasn't cooked through, the potatoes were a bit mushy, and the vegetables weren't great either. We've definitely had better meals in some cafeterias. From what I could tell, there isn't a real chef there. The hollandaise sauce was from a packet, and everything lacked flavor. I think it would be nice if salt and pepper were on the tables so that it didn't have to be ordered separately. The dessert was a mango cream, which came from a can like the kind you get at Aldi and was served in a small glass bowl without any decoration – very uninspired, especially considering it wasn't exactly cheap. I'm happy to pay more, but what we had there wasn't worth the money. The service was okay, but a little friendliness wouldn't hurt. As I said, two stars is the maximum; hopefully, the owner will take this to heart.

We were a group of 10 people there immediately after the restaurant's summer break. Unfortunately, 5 dishes from the menu were unavailable 🙈 These were our favorites, as we had seen them on the menu beforehand. The soup arrived before the drinks. The service wasn't authentic, but it was friendly, though not very attentive. I had salmon, which was cooked really well, just a little overcooked. The potatoes were good, but unfortunately, it wasn't clear that they were rosemary potatoes, which wasn't to my taste. When we asked for pepper and salt, the server said she would let her colleague know, but nothing came. After eating half my portion, I got up and got it myself. Dessert was simply forgotten, but it arrived promptly after we asked again. I expected the portions to be larger. All in all, I felt the price-performance ratio wasn't quite right.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding. We were a group of six and had a wonderful time. We'd love to come back. Highly recommended! 😀

We were a group of six and had only heard good things beforehand. From the outside, the restaurant looks more like a village pub, but inside it has a very pleasant atmosphere with great attention to detail. The food, which had been raved about beforehand, was okay, but not as good as we had expected. Some dishes were quite dry and the flavor wasn't great. However, the price-performance ratio is acceptable, and some of the portions are so huge that they're impossible to finish alone. The service could use a bit more empathy. All in all, it was worth a try, but we won't be coming back.

We ate at Walhalla. The food was really delicious and the portions were large, no complaints there. However, the menu selection was severely limited. Many dishes were unavailable without any explanation. We only found out later by chance that they would be closed for vacation starting February 1st. They could have simply mentioned this beforehand; it would have been understandable. The service was mixed: one server was friendly, but the one assigned to us was unfortunately not at all. Not even a smile, neither courteous nor warm. This definitely dampened our spirits. The ambiance is okay, but it lacked a certain flair. Overall, it was only "okay" for me because the food was good. For the prices, however, everything else was disappointing. I won't be coming back.

A really good restaurant. It was pricey, but worth every penny. The service was excellent. All in all, we had a very good evening. I will definitely come back.

We loved the concept from the start. It really stood out from other restaurants, and the atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, the service wasn't so great. We were told that they couldn't accommodate any special requests, as it would be too stressful, and after we finished, we were repeatedly asked if we wanted to pay. This was very inappropriate given the price range. The food was mediocre and not worth the money. We won't be coming back and unfortunately can't recommend it.

This WALHALLA Viking restaurant in Großefehn is my go-to spot when I want to enjoy a meat-heavy meal with friends in a rustic setting. The dining room features plenty of wood, and the spacious seating arrangement allows for comfortable, elbow-free dining. You're right in the middle of the action, not just a spectator. The delicious meat skewers come from the visible grill/smoker and are served directly at the tables. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service is friendly, efficient, and charming. When I look around (see photos), I feel transported back to the Viking Age. The murals add to the ambiance. All in all, I can only give it a full 5 stars.

We ate there for the first time yesterday. The atmosphere is truly impressive; a lot of thought and care has clearly been put into the decor. The service was absolutely top-notch—super friendly but not intrusive. Even our dog was quickly served a drink, just like us. We didn't have to wait long for our food either. There's a nice selection of dishes, all of which tasted absolutely delicious. There was something for everyone. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. Thank you for making this evening so special for us.

Yes, after New Year's Eve, some dishes were sold out. Understandable. There were only two staff members at the front, so service was a bit slow. Understandable. My wife had soup as a starter, mushroom soup – it tasted strongly of a ready-made packet of frozen mushroom mix and canned button mushrooms. Oh well. The main course was the roast pork with cabbage, sauerkraut, and pan-fried potato wedges. The slices of roast were very dry. The sauerkraut tasted like it came straight from a can. The cabbage could have passed for dessert, and the potatoes could have used a good tossing. The dishes at the next table looked good. The ambiance was nice, of course.

Our visit to Restaurant Walhalla was unfortunately disappointing overall. Upon entering, it was immediately noticeable that despite several staff members behind the counter, we received no greeting and no one attended to us. Only after a considerable wait did we have to take the initiative ourselves. While the main courses were served fairly quickly, they were not convincing in terms of taste. The dishes seemed carelessly prepared and could have used significantly more seasoning. The potato side dish, in particular, would have benefited from fresh herbs. Both the turkey strips on the children's plate and the meatballs were unfortunately very dry, although the side dishes were acceptable. The combination of service and value for money left us unimpressed, and we will not be returning to this restaurant. It's a shame, because the decor is charming and shows that there is actually more potential here.

We were at Walhalla on December 26, 2025, and were very disappointed. The buffet, which cost €35 per person, was absolutely terrible. The food was lukewarm and there wasn't enough for the price. There was sauerkraut, rosemary potatoes, fish nuggets, Snirtje meat, a Viking-style pan with confines like meatballs, red cabbage, and soup – all lukewarm. Guests who arrived after 6:30 pm had to share the leftovers. If you're going to offer a buffet at Christmas, at least everything should be available, especially for that price. The only positive aspects were the staff and the atmosphere. We certainly won't be going back. For four people, including drinks, we paid €166 and weren't even full.

Hello, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The ambiance I experienced there today was simply fantastic and completely met my expectations. This Viking style is simply amazing. You feel right at home in this restaurant – so warm and personal. The service is simply amazing, especially towards the children – just wonderful. And the server who served us, who was also such a sweetheart, was just fantastic, like we've known each other for years. The service at this restaurant offers the complete package of worry-free service. Regarding the food, I found it a bit unfair to prepare such delicious and amazing dishes when I couldn't eat another bite. I wonder why you don't apply for a Michelin star. To put it bluntly, it was absolutely fantastic at your restaurant. I'll definitely be back; you'll have to put up with me more often. And the mead, I don't know, must be a recipe from the original members, it's just so amazing! I'm so glad I got some more mead so I can keep today's experience in mind with every sip. See you again soon, I'm looking forward to summer and seeing how you guys are doing. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

We went to the Christmas buffet today and were very impressed. The food was delicious, both the side dishes and the meat! The service was very friendly and the price was justified for such a tasty meal. We'd love to come back and have already pre-ordered for next year. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went to the buffet with the whole family at Christmas, and here's my summary: The restaurant is recommendable, but there's room for improvement. First, the ambiance. It's really very nicely done. Anyone expecting a Viking atmosphere won't be disappointed. However, there is one thing that could be improved: it was quite cold. Either they should turn up the heat a bit more on cold days, or alternatively, provide some blankets or furs that guests can throw over their legs. As for the service, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and attentive. They also catered to children. One of our children didn't like anything from the buffet, so they offered to make her pancakes. That was really thoughtful. They also encouraged the children to play. You didn't feel like you had to tie your child to their chair. Very commendable and family-friendly. Now for the most important thing – the food. We went to the buffet at Christmas. We all agreed that the food was delicious. All the meat was juicy and tender. There was nothing to complain about with the side dishes either. However, we were a little disappointed with the selection. It was our first time at this restaurant, and we were expecting something a bit more "Viking-inspired." They served classic German cuisine. The Viking-style meatballs and the pea puree were standouts. But we missed the rustic touches. For example, spare ribs or chicken drumsticks to nibble on. We would also have liked some venison or beef. Kibbeling (battered and fried fish) was served. We would have preferred something more special there as well. We were also in agreement about dessert. They served pudding in small bowls. While it tasted okay, it was completely generic. Again, we would have liked more variety or something more unique. To sum it all up: Apart from some of us being a bit cold, we felt comfortable, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The selection was too simple/boring for our taste. It lacked a personal touch. Perhaps we'll come back and order à la carte. But since we like to eat something special, especially at Christmas, the buffet isn't an option for us again.

For those who don't feel like reading a lot: If you're into all things Nordic and mystical: It's worth it! Go for it! We were there yesterday (December 21, 2025) for the Yule celebration with live music. The location was exciting for us – we had a good 300km drive. And that's in a very positive way. A very charming little spot they've chosen :) The ambiance and the attention to detail in the restaurant are phenomenal. For me personally, it's ALWAYS more important than ever that employees are treated with great respect in a restaurant – and that's absolutely the case here! We've rarely encountered such a warm and welcoming atmosphere as is practiced here. Both with the staff and with the guests. We came with a teenager and a 9-year-old. The little one, in particular, always received extra attention from the owner. There was a buffet for Yule. Beautifully presented in the boat setting. (You can't really do much about other guests... Some are better than others). The selection was good, the fish absolutely fantastic. My men are meat-eaters and were practically in heaven 😅 (the only slight complaint would be that some of the food was a bit dry... However, that's easily overlooked if you enjoy the "beforehand" atmosphere... Because that's what Christmas Eve is all about: being together.) Our price of "over €100" was for four people with plenty of drinks. Absolutely reasonable for what was offered! We were actually surprised that there was so little. In short: We'll definitely book again for next year! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience – and an even bigger thank you for the warm and welcoming way you treated everyone :) And... The mead (which we took home!) was top-notch! 👌🏽

We were there on July evening, it was such a lovely evening, we were thrilled and completely satisfied. The atmosphere was great, the staff friendly and welcoming, and the buffet was excellent. The live music was fantastic. We'll definitely be back :-)

Unique in every way, a lovingly designed restaurant with friendly staff. The food is unique and plentiful, even for adults. The 45-minute journey was worth it for us, and we'll be happy to return. Theme evenings with live music and buffets are offered and announced on social media; be sure to reserve a table.

Rustic design, very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious. We especially appreciated that the chef himself came to the tables to ask if everything was okay. Very friendly service.

Great atmosphere... Unfortunately, I have to revise my review today: The waitress was very assertive, inattentive, and somewhat brusque. She could have been friendlier... The food, well, it tasted okay, but it could be better. The wait was unfortunately very long, and while it was busy, it wasn't completely full. The peat dumplings were rustically fried... The meat was okay. The portion size was a bit meager considering the price. I had actually expected a more enthusiastic experience after traveling over 200 km. It's a shame; I would have liked to write a more positive review.

Great food, fantastic atmosphere, friendly owner. Portions could be a bit bigger and the menu could offer more variety; prices are sometimes a little high, but the food is extremely delicious and high-quality. Highly recommended!

Service was a little slow towards the end, but okay. Good food.

The ambiance is really lovely. However, the service was very grumpy and unenthusiastic. We sent back two dishes because they were cold. They were reheated without any fuss, but the price-performance ratio is not acceptable. We definitely won't be coming back; it's not worth it. Especially since we were there midweek and it wasn't very busy.

Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied. You can't rely on the menu completely. When you reserve a table at 7 pm on a weekend, you don't expect the vegetarian dishes to be sold out. And no alternative side dishes were offered either. Very disappointing! The ambiance is nice, but it gets very cold inside, especially now in winter. It was an experience, but unfortunately, we won't be going back.

We were guests on the weekend of November 22nd, 2025. A charming location, delicious and plentiful food. A huge thank you goes to "Maike," our server that evening; she really went the extra mile and we lacked for nothing.

More than disappointed. The website said it was open, but there was no one there. Outrageous! I drove 100km for this.

We had a really long journey, through rain and snow. The restaurant is really well done, with a great atmosphere and so many little details to discover. The boat is a real eye-catcher, and of course, Hugin and Munin are there too. The food, however, was just so-so. It arrived quickly and hot, but the prices were a bit steep for the portion sizes. On average, the prices were around €25. That's really steep for, for example, a lot of sauerkraut, cabbage, a mountain of potatoes, and two thin slices of roast pork (which wasn't roast pork at all). We enjoyed the food. The drink prices were also quite high. It was a nice evening, but we wouldn't visit the restaurant again.

The restaurant looks beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful. Getting there was a little tricky as our route was a bit winding and the restaurant somewhat hidden, but we still found it easily. The food was incredibly delicious and juicy. And because we couldn't finish everything, we were allowed to take some home. I think we'll come back and enjoy another lovely evening like tonight.

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The service was incredibly friendly, the kitchen staff were great (we even exchanged a few friendly greetings through the door), the food was simply superb, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We were a large group, and while we were seated at separate tables during the meal, they later made it possible for us to sit together. Our children felt very welcome. We had a wonderful themed evening, great service, lovely owners, a comfortable atmosphere, and the food was fantastic and plentiful. It was our first time there, and we found it to be excellent. It would also be a great place to celebrate birthdays. The themed buffet was very well executed.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Food is a matter of taste, but everything was great for us. The atmosphere is nice, but it's not for everyone. Dogs were welcome. I highly recommend asking if you'd like to change anything about your meal, for example, a different, non-spicy sauce.

The staff were actually very friendly, but many questions were answered with "I don't know" or "Oh, we don't have that today." They could have mentioned when greeting us and handing out the menus that the dish wasn't available today. Instead, we were looking forward to our meal, about to order it, and then came the phrase "Oh, we don't have that today." There were four of us, and one person at our table received their food five minutes after us, so our food was almost cold by the time we could all start eating together. The food was presented very carelessly, and the somewhat archaic language used made many things unclear. The smoked pork knuckles turned out to be just regular chicken drumsticks, and the cake for dessert was simply served on the plate without cream or any decoration. It's not essential, but considering the prices, I found it very disappointing; I would certainly present my food differently at home. The food tasted okay. But as has been mentioned many times before, the value for money was completely off.
