Nice ambience, friendly service, delicious dishes at fair prices. The selection of warm dishes is not very large, in contrast to the sushi - but both are of very good quality, beautifully presented and, in my opinion, very tasty.

*⭐️ Unfortunately very disappointing* I was really looking forward to the meal, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. There was a hair in my dish - which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. In addition, the order was served incorrectly and the dish did not correspond to what was actually ordered. What was particularly unpleasant was that *after my meal was served I was suddenly informed* that the rest of the order was *only available to take away*. This meant that I could eat my food on site while my son watched - a very awkward and inappropriate situation. For the price quoted, I would have expected significantly more care, hygiene and customer service. It's a shame - something like this shouldn't happen in the catering industry. I really hope that this criticism is taken seriously.

Very nice staff and delicious food

Very lovingly designed and heartfelt restaurant♡ Have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed! Simply super delicious, no matter the starter or main course, everything is super fresh and prepared with a lot of love! The service is always very friendly and with a smile on your face, very pleasant! For me an absolute favorite Asian, authentic, honest and not this artificial chi chi. Thank you very much for the always wonderful time we can spend with you!

I appreciate that my dog was welcome and that they have outdoor sitting options. I felt the food was nothing to write home about. The duck rolls starter was a dis Service was disappointing. Furthermore , this is a cash only establishment, which puts me off as a customer.

Super tasty and so beautiful there

We waited for more than an hour and watched as new customers came, ordered and received their food. Then another false dish was brought. Tables are very close together, so you can hear the neighbors' conversations (ours were nice), but you can barely fit through. Food itself average, typical mix of Vietnamese and sushi.

Spacious guest room and friendly boss. Interesting selection of dishes (more than in the typical Asian snack bar). Food was rock solid to good.

We've been to Kokono Erfurt several times now. The ambiance is very nice and the food is excellent. You have a direct view into the kitchen and can watch the food being prepared. The service is fast and super friendly. Everything just works here.
