We ordered the “all you can eat” menu. Food was brought very quickly, conditions were very friendly. The selection is significantly smaller than with comparable offers. Cola tastes bland, glasses were very worn. The noodles were lukewarm. The meat was often overcooked and the sauces were lifeless industrial products. Some products that were ordered were never brought, even after we asked, even though the table next door got them. Overall the quality was ok, but cheaper restaurants in the area offer better quality. Therefore the offer is too expensive.

Interesting concept with ordering via tablet. Choice is plentiful.

Quite efficient service. Revisited Asian cuisine of fairly good quality for the price. But very (too) noisy It's difficult to be able to talk.

I had dinner there again on Friday with a friend after a year. We thought it was good that the prices were the same as last year. Our waitress was great. What we didn't like was that after 2 hours the time was up and you couldn't order anything else except drinks. The time limit wasn't mentioned at the beginning and it's annoying if you have to wait a little longer for what you ordered. However, we asked our waitress about it and she then got us our order.

A cozy restaurant with a wide selection of different dishes. I have to deduct a star from the all you can eat offer because you have to pay extra for the drinks. For two people 72€ is a lot of money. But I can still recommend Mu-Kii.

We weren't here to eat, but you can easily stay here to drink a cocktail. Nice staff, ambience to sit outside is ok and the cocktails are very good.

At first I was skeptical about the quality due to some negative comments. But most of it was already gone when two very nice waiters welcomed us and took us to a table and we smelled the delicious smell from the kitchen. The concept is easy to understand, the rounds came within 5-10 minutes. We got to the 5th round and after that we were fed up. Since I have already tried a lot of local sushi, I can say the quality and presentation are really top. One star deducted because we would have liked to have had more choice and found it a shame that some dishes had an extra charge. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Tried again yesterday after we hadn't been there for 3 months. It wasn't good the last time. Sometimes the food doesn't come at all and when it does come it's at most lukewarm or already cold. The quality is also no longer as good as it was at the beginning. Very It's a shame with a price of just under 33 euros per head without drinks. At first I was happy to pay because it was fresh and really tasty, but now I probably won't come back. It should also be mentioned that the waitresses try very hard and are always friendly .

Large selection, but quality not sufficient. Sushi rice requires skill... meat becomes more in your mouth when chewed. Putting on a fresh shirt every evening should be mandatory for service. This works for 99% of employees.

The food is usually very good. As soon as the shop gets busy during peak hours, you get the impression that the preparation of the food suffers. That means you have to be a little lucky to be completely satisfied. The ambience is quite nice, but you realize that you want to reach the crowd. All in all, if you're in the mood for Asian cuisine, you're in good hands here and can get good food at a fair price. However, like everywhere else, the drinks are VERY expensive.

Ambience great! Sushi was delicious and service was very friendly, everything was nice and clean and there were disinfectant dispensers everywhere! Top! Gladly again 👍 There is a star deduction because they don't offer gluten-free soy sauce there. But you can bring your own sauce. You can order as much sushi as you want within 2 1/2, 20 pieces per round. However, the time interval between rounds is well set so that there was always sushi on the table. In my opinion, the fact that you have to pay an extra charge for selected desserts is a bit much given the fixed price, even if the extra charge is only 2 euros. The ice cream and many other desserts are included in the price and are very tasty! All in all very good. Gladly again!!!

The concept: Sushi all you can eat. . Unfortunately it's not comfortable because the music is quite loud and the size creates a barnyard atmosphere.

Overall, a really great experience, again and again. Very modern furnishings and extremely tasty sushi. Small drawback because it is quite loud at peak times. Every now and then one or two of the sushis we ordered don't come. It's basically not a bad thing because you can order it in the next round, but it's a bit confusing because you can often forget what you've ordered now and everything arrives a little late or doesn't arrive at all :-D

Delicious food but some waiters were very unfriendly. I just asked nicely about my burger and were very rude and didn't give a tip. I left something there and didn't get a thank you or a nice day. I found it really outrageous.

Overall we are satisfied. Given the prices, you would expect a better quality of food. Orders are severely slowed down and served mixed up. You should pay attention to the battery level of the tablet. The tablet function also seems to be outdated as operating the touch panel is often a challenge. Food ok, not really high quality, relatively expensive. People who can eat a lot might get their money's worth. all you can eat 37€.

In a word: delicious. Simply unreservedly recommended. From the food, ambience, staff/service to the toilet. Just like everything. The food and the way of ordering via tablet "courses" is simply very pleasant, as you don't have to leave the table like with the classic buffet. No more interrupted conversations and the speed at which our ordered arrived was excellent with the location about 3/4 full. We like to come over as often as our Kleene allows!

Unfortunately, the restaurant in Wuppertal seems a bit dated. When it first opened, I was a frequent guest. Now I was back there for the first time in a while and the food unfortunately lost some of its quality and wasn't particularly convincing. The service was professional and friendly.

Although the all-you-can-eat buffet is a little more expensive here, the selection and quality are impressive. Even the drinks are creative. The staff is very friendly.

Modern buffet restaurant via tablet. There are two different offers, the limited lunch offer for around €22.50 and a much more expensive evening offer for around €36.50, which is also much more extensive. We tried the lunch special. The quality and taste of the food varied greatly. Sometimes it was really good, sometimes not so much. In any case, the service took a relatively long time and you had to wait longer and longer for the courses you ordered. Unfortunately, the sushi rice was quite dry and not well seasoned, which doesn't make a good impression in an Asian restaurant. Overall, the service was very friendly and the drink prices were okay. So for the price of €22.50 it was okay for us, but nothing more.

The food is of great quality and we have never been disappointed. Sushi and sides Everything was absolutely delicious. The waiters/waitresses were all nice and accommodating. Of course it's a little more expensive than a “normal” restaurant visit, but it's worth it! ☺️

Very nicely decorated. And definitely value for money! I paid a total of €14.50 (+€0.90 tip). So €15.80. I was alone, and for children's lunch it costs €11.80, and it's worth it! You don't get 3 categories, but you do get the rest. At lunch you have 2 hours to eat 8 courses, and you can eat up to 8 items per course. The same thing for dinner, only with 5 courses and more choice. Mu-Kii has very nice and helpful waiters. You don't order from the waiters themselves, but from tablets. (It was like this for me) You have one or two waiters per table. You don't even have to make a reservation. You always have a 12-minute break after ordering and can only order drinks so that you don't get overwhelmed and don't eat too much. (drinks cost something)

I was here shortly after it reopened and everything was great. We have now left €180 for four people. The sushi was subpar, they skimped on salmon wherever possible. Everything else, such as fried and fried foods, were very tasty. However, it was no longer worth the money.

Unfortunately for me the last visit to Mu-Kii. Everything was extremely disorganized. Approximately 30-40% of the items ordered never arrived, even after repeated requests. I went home hungry and actually wanted to try a few things. It was noticeable that the kitchen and the service were completely overwhelmed! When it comes to service, I've actually never experienced anything so bad. The employees were friendly, but unfortunately not competent. The quality of the food itself left a lot to be desired! The sushi was dry and falling apart. Other dishes weren't completely inedible, but weren't really tasty either and mostly arrived cold! Now you could say that this was due to the fact that there was a lot going on - but this situation lasted until shortly before closing time. It's a shame, because Mu-Kii used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The restaurant was also extremely overcrowded so that a nice atmosphere could not be created. All in all, not a nice experience and so it was definitely my last visit - for the price you should give other restaurants a chance.

Long waiting times between rounds, the warm food arrived completely cold and the sushi was also very mediocre. The waiters were very friendly, this was the only positive thing we took home with us that evening. Conclusion: once and never again

Unfortunately, it can be observed that the quality of the Mu-Kii restaurant has deteriorated significantly. Over time, this trend has worsened. After the significant price increase to €37, we have decided that tonight will be our last visit. The continued deterioration in quality is particularly worrying, especially given a price increase of almost 35% over the last 2 years. This development is simply unacceptable.

The food was very good with a few small exceptions. Above all, it was on the table very quickly and looked very nice. However, a small minus point: the experience was better for the price, although it was very good (116 euros for 2 people. 70 euros for all you can eat, the rest were good drinks, but not too many and we paid attention to the price here) . The sake selection is very good, unfortunately you are not asked whether it should be served warm or cold, which is at least a bit ignorant on the part of some of the waiters (you could tell that some of the waiters didn't even know what was being served there. Not ideal given the prices). The ambience is modern and has a high-quality feel. However, something should be done about the small flies. Having small fruit flies at the table in a local sushi restaurant, especially in winter, wasn't very pleasant to eat and at least made me a little uncomfortable at the thought of raw fish. However, no complaints, so let me say that the fish was completely fine. However, perhaps fruit fly traps should be set up. All in all, a successful evening, but I'll probably choose a different sushi restaurant next time.

We went there as a whole family, The service was terrible every time Waited 30-35 minutes for food and stared at empty plates. Nobody cleaned up the dirty plates, the food itself wasn't good, soup was cold and meat was like rubber... that was the first and last time.

We were there on a Sunday. Even though the restaurant wasn't full, we still had to wait a long time after ordering. The bowls of food arrived one at a time to a table of 7 people. Other Japanese can do this much better. The food was also cold and some of it just didn't taste good because it had no taste. The beef in the miso soup was extremely tough and the soup was cold. It's a shame because I was looking forward to the restaurant, but I'll definitely avoid it from now on.

We traveled from Cologne on Sunday to visit this restaurant. Unfortunately the food was very bad. And for the first time in my life I left an all you can eat restaurant hungry. We had to wait a little longer for the meals, so that starters, main courses and desserts overlapped, which is something that is happily accepted when the food is good (in my opinion). In addition to lukewarm food, the meat was always served cold and raw. Furthermore, seafood was not served to us without being deveined. So we lost our appetite and couldn't continue eating. After the second comment about the food, the waitress apologized and explained that the kitchen team was new. Finally she offered us a coffee on the house. At least a step in the right direction. Of course, you can't expect everything from an all-you-can-eat restaurant to be prepared to perfection. However, if 5-6 dishes out of 10 orders are inedible, I would not recommend this restaurant, let alone enter. The bill was reduced by 10% during the payment process due to the inconvenience. However, it has to be said that the prices are just under €37 per person. In my opinion, this quality has definitely been overestimated.

Good food but very impersonal. So loud you can barely hold a conversation and dirty toilets. Food can only be ordered from a tray and some dishes are not included in the price and cost extra. Paid over 90 euros for 2 people. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

The food tasted very good, unfortunately we had to wait up to 70 minutes for the next course.

Good concept, but bad implementation! We had reserved and were seated at our table. We had to wait there for almost 30 minutes before we even got a card or the tablet. The staff then very friendly explained to us how the order works. After the first orders, we noticed that dishes were always missing and were no longer being delivered (especially anything with fresh tuna). The food was overall mediocre to good. Unfortunately, we also got drinks at the table incorrectly, but they were taken back without any problem. Finally, ice cream was ordered, but after 25 minutes it still wasn't delivered. Payment was quick and easy without a long waiting time. This isn't meant to be a criticism of the staff themselves, the whole team was very nice and accommodating and did a great job! Overall, unfortunately, a mediocre experience for the price. There are much better ways to get better Asian cuisine for less money.

Eat: The food is very tasty, unfortunately the kitchen often doesn't keep up and things are missing and you have to run after them. Whatever you are allergic to is absorbed but forgotten again after a round, where you always have to be careful that you don't eat anything wrong that won't be good for you. Service: Young (changing) staff, who always greet you in a friendly manner, but seem too hesitant and don't always think for themselves. Here you have the feeling that you are not being served by real waiters. The plates are usually cleared away very late until the end. You can't expect please and thank you or even a sorry. Every now and then you see waiters walking around with their cell phones, which leaves a rather unpleasant impression. Ambiance: Big, open and cozy! You have a nice view. The music there is also very pleasant. In the bathroom, the trash cans are usually overflowing with paper and are not kept tidy. Price: I find the price a little excessive. Conclusion: All around, ok, room for improvement but not terribly bad. Anyone who doesn't have high expectations and can forgive mistakes is well served here. Request for improvement: - It takes several minutes to greet you at reception, but you often have to draw your own attention because you won't be seen in the entrance area. A camera would be useful there. - It would be nice if you made a mistake, acknowledged it with an apology and not only that, but also really improved it in the future. - Especially for guests with intolerances, a tab should be set in the tray, which the kitchen must pay attention to. Otherwise, waiters should take care of this and then take care of the guests alone during this time to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

We signed up for all you can eat. It was really nice, but we had to check our orders and not everything was brought to the table... which would be the only drawback. The in-house soda/alcohol-free. I can only highly recommend cocktails. Due to the price for two people of €85, we would only eat here again on special occasions.

Vom Hype des Anfangs nicht mehr viel übrig. Man wird erstmal eine halbe Stunde ohne Tablet sitzen gelassen. Nach über einer Stunde kamen noch Dinge aus der ersten Bestellrunde, manche Sachen kamen gar nicht an. Mehrfach musste das Tablet getauscht werden. Aufgrund des starken Besucheraufkommens sehr laut. Für mittlerweile 36,90 EUR p.P. erwarte ich schon, das alles reibungslos läuft. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht mehr.

Das Essen kann ich eigentlich nur empfehlen. Egal was man bestellt, es ist lecker. Allerdings kann es nicht sein, dass in einer Runde, in der man 20 Speisen bestellt, nur 13 davon ankommen. Das war auch nicht nur bei einer Runde so. Ja es ist all you can eat, aber man hätte schon gerne das was man bestellt hätte. Kann natürlich am vollen Samstagabend liegen. Ich gebe erstmal 4 Sterne, ist das aber bei einem weiterem Besuche erneut so, würde ich auf 3 runter gehen.

Für den Preis hat es sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Die Nori für das Sushi sind aber etwas zäh und der Reis überkocht. Die Highlights sind immer die saisonalen Gerichte!

Super leckeres Essen! Haben a la cart gegessen und die Portionen waren viel größer als gedacht. Und die Qualität war außerordentlich gut, ich war positiv überrascht. Der Kellner war super nett, wir kommen gerne wieder 😊 ps: probiert den Ipanema, super lecker!

Früher war ich sehr gerne im Mu-Kii, aber nach dem letzten Mal wäre ich den Laden wohl künftig meiden. 32,50€ (mittlerweile sehr frecher Preis für das was einem geboten wird, dazu gibt es noch eine Essensauswahl für die man aber extra zahlen muss). ESSEN: war okay, Qualität hat aber mit der Zeit abgenommen. Alles an Essen kam bei uns gar nicht an, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Die Wartezeit fürs Essen (kleine Portionen wohl gemerkt) hat immer so ca 1 Stunde dauert, manchmal sogar etwas drüber. Übrigens ist 4,50€ für 0,4L Softdrink auch etwas utopisch. KELLNER: Krass wie manche Kellner keine Ahnung haben wo welcher Tisch ist, andere einem das Essen einfach wortlos mit der schlechtesten Miene auf den Tisch ‚werfen‘ und dann gibt es einen Kellner/eine Kellerin von 10 die nett ist, aber sich nur 50% von dem was man sagt merken kann. Sehr durchwachsen dort. Bei uns kam sehr viel an Essen nicht an, auf Nachfrage kamen von vielen fehlenden Gerichten dann doch noch eins(!) an, beim Rest wurde nicht mal was gesagt wie ‚leider nicht mehr da‘. Mochi-Eis brauchte auch eine Stunde bis es mal ankam, ein Produkt was aus der Tiefkühltruhe gefischt wird und auf einen Teller gelegt wird, aber vielleicht wird das ja frisch aus Japan in dem Moment geholt.. alles in allem: mittlerweile echt madig geworden

Ziemlich schöne und bequeme Restaurant. "All you can eat" lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Wir hatten eine super nette Kellnerin, die uns sehr freundlich und aufmerksambedient hat(inklusive unserem Hund). Das Essen kam zügig und war größtenteils sehr lecker. Man sollte aber etwas vorsichtig sein, sonst bestellt man schnell viel zu viel. Lediglich die enorme Lautstärke im Lokal stört etwas, die Musik war mir etwas zu laut.

Ich würde wiederkommen nicht häufig aber schon 1-2mal im Jahr.

Die Lokation ist schon eingerichtet und es wird gerade für das Wochenende eine Reservierung empfohlen. Das Essen ist lecker, jedoch müsste man für Gerichte die bestellen wurden teils mehr als 30 Minuten warten. Es wurde ein Gericht schlichtweg einmal pro Runde bestellt gekommen ist dieses Gericht einmal von 5 Runden. Der Service am Tisch ist gut kaltes Essen wurde ohne Diskussion wieder abgeholt und auch ggf. ausgetauscht. Es war ein schöner Abend, jedoch muss man damit rechnen Bestelltes relativ spät zu bekommen, obwohl man schon mit dem Gericht nicht mehr rechnet oder halt garnicht. So wie bei uns! Und irgendwann ist man es auch leid hinterher zutragen und erfreut sich an den Gerichten, die den Weg zum Tisch gefunden haben.

Mit Abstand das schlechteste essen was ich seit langem essen musste. Unterirdische Küche . Der Lachs auf dem Sushi war so alt und hat gestunken das ich fast kotzen musste am Tisch. Tatsächlich bin ich am überlegen das Gesundheitsamt dort vorbeizuschicken. Horror laden !!!

Das Essen ist immer sehr gut. Beim letzten Besuch sind einige von unseren Bestellungen unter gegangen. Das ist bei all you can eat erstmal nicht schlimm. Da aber maximal 1 gericht über gelassen werden darf war man dann schon verunsichert ob vielleicht doch noch Speisen kommen. Man sitzt hier echt schön. Obwohl man auch einen Platz im Durchgang erwischen kann der weniger angenehm ist.

Bin eigentlich immer gerne hergekommen, aber von mal zu mal wurde es schlechter. Mir ist auch aufgefallen, dass nach ca. Einer Std. immer weniger abgeräumt wird oder auch Bestellungen garnicht ankommen. Als ob man uns so sagen möchte, das man gehen soll. Ich glaube man muss sich langsam nach Alternativen umschauen, schade.

Cooles Konzept mit Tablet Bestellung, leckeres Essen mit viel Auswahlmöglickeiten und nettes Ambiente. Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend da und leider hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Küche und die Bedienung der Anzahl der Gäste nicht gerecht werden konnte. Viele Speisen kamen kalt, nach einer Ewigkeit oder gar nicht an. Andere kamen sofort, waren sehr lecker und auch warm. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte auf die mehrmalige Anmerkung kalter Speisen aber auch nicht reagieren. Insgesamt ein nettes Restaurant, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt unserer Meinung nach aber nicht.

Wir gehen immer regelmäßig im Mu-Kii essen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Natürlich kann es sein, dass zu Stoßzeiten die Getränke mal etwas länger dauern oder einzelne bestellte Gerichte etwas verzögert kommen. Das alles ist für uns aber kein Grund nicht wieder vorbeizukommen. Die Bedienungen sind immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Reservierung haben auch jedesmal funktioniert, obwohl wir häufig mit mehr als 10 Personen unterwegs sind.

Das Sushi war offensichtlich alt. Der Reis trocken, die Nori wie Gummi, alles mit dem Charme von Essen, das schon mal längere Zeit im Kühlschrank gelegen hätte. Sushi lebt davon, das es frisch gemacht und serviert wird. Das was hier serviert wird ist schlechter als das gekühltes Zeug vom Discounter. Der Gipfel war aber der Thunfisch in den Makis! Frischer Thunfisch ist dunkelrot und hat eine feine Struktur. Das was uns dort serviert wurde, war Mittel- bis dunkelbraun und hatte ein schleimige Konsistenz. Das geht gar nicht und müsste den Gesundheitsbehörde gemeldet werden. Das werde wir auch tun, sobald sich bei uns gesundheitliche Folgen bemerkbar machen sollten. Den stark nach Alkohol riechenden und schmeckenden Spinat haben wir zurückgehen lassen, so dass davon keine Gefahr ausgehen kann. Er war offensichtlich nicht mehr genießbar. Dieser Laden ist tatsächlich keine Empfehlung, im Gegenteil hier sollte man besser nicht essen. Das Personal allerdings ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Sauber, freundliches Personal, tolle Ambiente, ... aber einfach zu teuer. Wir waren mit 5 Köpfen essen, aber mehr als 3! Runden (pro Kopf pro Runde einiges raussuchen, alle 12 Min. Bestellung innerhalb 2,5 Std., wobei nach 1/2 Std. etwas noch aus der letzten oder vorletzten Runde kam, so dass man schnell den Überblick verliert, was man in welcher Runde bestellt hatte, was uns total gestresst hat, weill wenn man zu viel bestellt und nicht isst, muss man die extra zahlen) haben wir nicht geschafft (Dank dem ganzen Trinken). Vieles aus dem Menü zu dem Preis pro Kopf 28,90 € war auch noch mit Zuzahlung! Nur die einfachsten Sushi's wie aus einem Discounter waren zum Preis inbegriffen, sonst die Hälfte des Menüs (habe nicht nachgezählt, wahrscheinlich sogar mehr als die Hälfte des Menüs) waren mit Aufpreis, worauf wir geachtet haben nicht auszusuchen. Keine Ahnung was in den Soßen war, aber wir sind verdurstet. Normalerweise trinke ich nicht während des Essens, aber selbst ich habe so viel wie nie getrunken und das war die Höhe! 0,75 l. Wasser 6,50 €? Das kann doch nicht sein, oder?

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf das Mu Kii in Wuppertal. Als absolute Sushi Liebhaber mussten wir für gutes Sushi immer nach Düsseldorf oder Köln fahren und haben uns deshalb umso mehr gefreut als wir hörten, dass nach Dortmund und Saarbrücken nun auch Wuppertal ein größeres Sushi bzw. Asia Tapas Restaurant bekommen sollte. Zum ersten Mal haben wir das Mu-Kii im Juli 2020 besucht. Leider hielt sich unsere Begeisterung damals in Grenzen. Das Essen war superlecker und der Service war auch gut, allerdings war das Restaurant alles andere als sauber. Eigentlich erwartet man in einem Restaurant, dass mit rohem Fisch arbeitet, einen gewissen Hygienestandard, während der aktuellen Lage (Corona Pandemie) umso mehr. Der Boden war sehr dreckig, der Tisch und der Tablet Halter waren nur oberflächlich abgewischt und die Toiletten waren dreckig, bepinkelt und die Mülleimer voll bis oben hin. Auch das Tablett war dreckig und wurde nicht nach jedem Kunden gereinigt oder desinfiziert. Auch bei unserem zweiten Besuch wenige Wochen später sah es mit der Hygiene nicht besser aus. Damit war das Mu-Kii als Sushi Restaurant für uns raus. Wenn das Restaurant und die Toiletten schon so dreckig sind – wie sieht es dann in der Küche aus? Nach gut 1,5 Jahren haben wir noch einmal einen Versuch gewagt. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass sich auch nach der langen Zeit nichts geändert hat. Der folgende Ablauf passt auf alle drei Besuche: Bei der Gestaltung der App hat sich wirklich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Die Umsetzung und das Handling sind einfach super und man kann sich die gewünschten Speisen einfach und schnell bestellen. Unsere Getränke kamen zeitgleich mit den ersten Speisen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren aber auch nicht viele Gäste vor Ort (ca. 18:00 Uhr) und die Bestellungen wurden schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Das Sushi ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Auch die warmen Speisen sind sehr gut, kamen aber teilweise kalt an den Tisch, besonders dann, wenn das Restaurant voller wurde. Bei unseren ersten Besuchen im Jahr 2020 wurden die Speisen nicht nur auf den Tisch gestellt, sondern es wurde auch jedes Mal der Name der Speisen genannt, so dass man auch wusste, was auf den Tisch gestellt wurde. Bei unserem letzten Besuch wurden die Speisen teilweise kommentarlos im vorbei Laufen auf den Tisch gestellt. Leider fehlten zwischendurch immer wieder bestellte Speisen, die einfach vergessen wurden. Und das wirklich kontinuierlich ab der zweiten Runde. Bei fünf Items, die man während einer Runde bestellen darf, ist es natürlich schon sehr ärgerlich, wenn Speisen einfach nicht an den Tisch gebracht werden. Die Wartezeiten zwischen dem Essen wurden immer größer je mehr Besucher im Restaurant waren. Die längste Wartezeit betraf unglaubliche 40 Minuten und das, obwohl wir die Bedienung nach 20 Minuten und nach 30 Minuten darauf angesprochen haben. Unser Fazit: Das Essen ist nach wie vor mega lecker. Der Service hat leider nachgelassen und es kommt einfach viel zu oft vor, dass Speisen nicht an den Tisch gebracht werden. Zudem sind die teilweise sehr langen Wartezeiten eine Zumutung. Das Schlimmste ist aber, dass das Restaurant nach wie vor einfach nur dreckig und unhygienisch ist.

Das Restaurant mitten in Wuppertal Elberfeld bietet in ihrer Karte sehr viele verschiedene kleine Speisen zum Essen. Alles ist sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne!

The staff is amazingly friendlier than other restaurants and more trained and well mannerred. Its a luxury in Germany :-) The system is very much like other japanese food restaurants of Düsseldorf where you can order 10 things after every interval. Quality of food is really good specially of meats. Restaurant gives a good view of Rathaus of elberfeld which is a beautiful building!! (If you like architecture) Some cocktails and drinks are availble but the real focus is on food. The ice creams are usually availbale in 3 flavours only but I never miss the Mochi ice cream for 1 euro. I get three balls and I never share them :-) Their coconut balls are also Yummy!
