Very bad attention I will not return to the place again

Summary: unsuitable for vegans and overpriced. I had the Casita Mix plate (taco, quesadilla, burrito) in vegan - by the way, almost the only vegan option. When I ordered I was asked if I wanted cheese, which I said no and repeated that it should please be vegan. The question about whether meat was ok almost caused me to leave. The food came relatively quickly. You get 2 (mini) tacos, 1 burrito and 1 quesadilla. The fillings: 2x a few vegetable snippets (with coriander sauce) on the tacos, 1x kidney bean puree which had a meaty aftertaste (but at this point I was probably biased by the question when ordering). The last filling was incredibly poorly seasoned nopal, which to me simply tasted like pickles with a bit of lettuce. The whole thing for >20€. I was neither full nor did I enjoy any of these fillings - the tacos were ok but unfortunately with coriander sauce (tastes vary here). There was a little extra sauce that I couldn't identify because it didn't actually taste like anything (maybe water with a hint of onion). The drinks were good and also of a large selection. My partner liked it mediocre - but the prices were hefty here too. Therefore 2 stars even though my experience was worthy of a maximum of one star. Without exception, the staff also speaks Spanish, for whom that is relevant (I cannot judge whether all the employees come from Mexico or Latin America in general) Service but rather bad: The questions about the vegan order & we wanted to ask for a second napkin because there was only one at the table - we ended up halving it because we couldn't get anyone to the table. Side note: If you don't like coriander, you should keep your distance - I ordered without coriander (there was none on top as a topping) but apparently there is no (vegan) sauce without coriander, which is why my food ultimately had a slightly soapy taste: )

Delicious cocktails at good prices, the food is not authentic Mexican and that's a good thing. Has its own style and very nice service.

Ein Abend zum vergessen… Essen hat scheußlich geschmeckt… Enchiladas waren aufgrund von nicht definierbaren Gewürzen ungenießbar… Der Teig war grün und hat auch seltsam geschmeckt… Eingelegt war die ganze Portion in eine grüne Pampe die dazu auch noch scheußlich schmeckte… Als Beilage gab es Reis, dieser hat viel mehr wie eine wild zusammengestellte Körnermischung ausgesehen und auch so geschmeckt… Ebenfalls abartig gewürzt… Total trocken war er noch dazu… Das einzig gute an diesem Abend war eine angenehme Location mit bemühtem Personal.

Delicious food, great long drinks, great staff. Would love to come back.

We ordered two tacos that were actually very tasty, unfortunately both were not gratinated with cheese as it says in the description and the nachos didn't come with a salsa dip... You can get over that but unfortunately it happens almost every time Order and for €3 I can also buy nachos from Edeka.

It's been a long time since I've been back to Enchilada in Minden. We have reserved. The chairs are still uncomfortable and it was pretty cool in the back room, where we were assigned a table right by the glass door. My wife's drink "Virgin Mojito" was 80% ice, the rest was soda with a few ingredients. 7 euros for a cup of ice cream! The chicken bowl was good, the Plato Mexicano was boring, little spice, little Mexico, a shame. There was no taste of “Texican food”. Eating out at Enchilada isn't worth it if you like North American cuisine. Too bad!

Very nice restaurant and delicious food! There could be a few more beans and rice, but the main course was soooo good! We'll be back
