Sehr nettes Personal.. vielen Dank dafür.. :-) Die Einrichtung ist allerdings sehr fertig.!! Bitte mal ein bisschen investieren Leute !!! Die Bänke beim Bowling sind sehr kaputt, so das man sich die Beine zerkratzt oder evtl. sogar die Sachen zerreißt. Getränkeservice kann zwar an der Bahn geordert werden, jedoch funktioniert das nur selten, auch wenn wenig Käste im Restaurant sitzen. Die Bahne, Kugeln und Kegelanlage funktionieren gut, keine Ausfälle in den 2 Stunden.

Es war ganz gut da. Verwirrend für viele ist wahrscheinlich das Parken, man kann sich nachher an der Bar das Ticket abscannen - damit ist das Thema kostenloser Parkplatz auch erklärt. Der Automat draussen Tut das nicht. Davon ab waren wir zum Minigolf da, das war an und für sich ganz lustig. Um 12 Uhr waren vermutlich nur um die 10 Leute auf der Bahn also wenig Betrieb. Die Bahnen selber waren okay, Zustand war allerdings abgenutzt. Einziger Malus ist halt das es durch die Räumlichkeiten unfassbar laut ist.

Waren zur Ausstellung "Real Human Bodies" dort. War sehr interessant und informativ. Vielen Dank dafür.

Schade, dass es keinen eigenen Bereich für die Körperwelten-Ausstellung gibt (oder ich habe es übersehen?!). Gute Ausstellung! Sehr interessant! Auch wenn sie gut besucht war, nicht überfüllt. Wer wissen will, wo was im eigenen Körper ist, sollte das nicht verpassen! Aber - liebe Macher und Kuratoren - in wie weit plastiniert ein menschlicher Fuß und die Schautafel "das Ohr" zusammengehören, hat sich mir nicht erschlossen! Und das ist nur wun Beispiel für einen gewissen Grad "Unsortiertheit". Trotzdem ein Besuch wert!

Für einen schönen Abend ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe am Sonntag zum Bowling da, es gab ein sehr gutes Angebot welche wir uns nicht entgehen lassen haben. Zuallererst, ich war zum ersten Mal dort und den Parkplatz zu finden war absolut kein Problem. Ticket gezogen, geparkt, innen drin konnte man das Ticket ganz einfach durch vorhalten vor einen Scanner entwerten. So kann man bis zu drei Stunden parken, alles problemlos und einfach. Die Ausgabe der Schuhe war schnell, wir konnte schnell zu unserer vorher reservierten Bahn. Reservieren ist sinnvoll, es war schon viel Betrieb an dem Tag. Sitzgelegenheiten waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Bahnen sehr gut zugänglich und auch die Ambiente rundherum waren sehr schön und angenehm. Das Gebäude generell, der Eingangsbereich ist sehr ansehnlich und auch als wir uns kurz hingesetzt haben um auf die anderen zu warten, hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die bestellten Getränke und das Essen waren in angemessener Zeit da, nicht sonderlich schnell nicht sonderlich langsam. Geschmeckt hat es auch soweit. Kann man für einen schönen Tag / Abend mit Freunden oder Familie mehr als empfehlen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Bowlingbahn und Minigolf sind beide schön gemacht aber in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Bowlingkugeln waren kaputt, eine Bank im Sitzbereich ebenfalls. Zudem wenig Personal. Preise für Bowling oder Minigolf sind sind leider sehr hoch, Getränkepreise noch schlimmer. Spaß hatten wir zu 6 Personen trotzdem und wenigsten kann man um sonst parken.

Dort ist ein Gym und eine Bowlingbahn ich selbst war nicht drin sonern mein Enkel da die eigendlich gebuchte Bolingbahn defekt war. Das Personal vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend, den durch den Defekt waren wir eine 1/2 Std. Später erst da und die Teens durften trotzdem 2 Stunden Bowlen. 👍

Minigolf hat Spaß gemacht, haben ein paar lustige Stunden zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes hier verbracht.

Die Bahnen sind in die Jahre gekommen und sehr uneben, laute und halb randalierende "Erwachsene" werden vom Personal geduldet anstatt ermahnt, Fäkaliengeruch im zweiten Raum ist unerträglich (Restaurant Toiletten sind über der Location), 3D Brillen haben kaum ein Effekt und verursachen eher ein Schwindelgefühl. Preis-Leistung leider absolut nicht gegeben.

Es ist ein schöner Ort um mit Freunden und Familie einen schönen Tag zu verbringen. Wir haben hier an dem Tag die 3d Minigolf Anlage besucht und diese war für die Kids das absolute Highlight. Die verschiedenen Themen ( Dinosaurier, Weltraum, unter Wasser und in einer Mine) sind mit sehr viel Details verziert und mit viel Liebe gestaltet worden. Man sollte aber vorher reservieren da wir das nicht wussten mussten wir eine Stunde später wieder kommen. Die Zeit haben wir dann oben im Kaffee verbracht, auch hier wie auch unten in der Minigolf Anlage ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen es mal zu besuchen und ein paar schöne Stunden dort zu verbringen.

Parking review: Absolutely terrible! Only cash at the machine, and you have to contort yourself to get a ticket when entering and exiting. Plus, it's expensive. Whether you're going to the paper mill, sports park, physiotherapy, or doctors' offices, I get annoyed every time. If you have a disability—which is likely to be the case more often at a doctor's office or rehabilitation center—the barrier system is an absolute disgrace. It's simply the cheapest option they could find, regardless of the impact on customers. And in my opinion, while the paper mill isn't the operator of the parking lot, they should definitely work to improve it.

I've been there a few times. With the drinks, the more you order, the more it feels like they're running out of juice and making up for it with alcohol (that's exactly what happened, but with Rainbow Park). The food is delicious and the current events are great too.

I have rarely experienced such poor service! We were there with a large group and had rented two lanes. Initially, we were mistakenly told that we could pay at the end and that everyone would pay for their own drinks separately. It then turned out that we actually had to settle the lane bill beforehand. No problem, we thought. We briefly discussed who should pay first, when the employee immediately said, "Yes, I'm not paying for that," in a very passive-aggressive tone. The employee who then brought us the drinks wasn't particularly friendly, but not especially unfriendly either. The real kicker, however, came when we wanted to leave. We explained that, as agreed at the beginning, we would each like to pay for our own drinks. The employee (the same one as at the start) became really angry and complained about what a big deal this was. Then she told us all to come down and pay, even though our playing time wasn't over and only a few people wanted to leave early. When I said I wanted to pay by card, that apparently became another problem or an additional hassle, as the employee had to switch registers and get the card reader. Apparently, it was all too much trouble, and a larger group was supposed to arrive after us. I haven't been treated so badly in a long time. The bowling alley and the location are actually quite nice, but due to the truly awful service, it's no longer an option for me.

There aren't enough parking spaces; we parked far away, but it was free. We didn't finish the pizzas we ordered, not because we couldn't eat any more, but because...

Today, our class went mini-golfing at the Old Paper Factory. Great course, super friendly staff, fast turnaround, everything was top-notch. And most importantly, the kids had a really great time! Thanks for this fantastic morning!

The Old Paper Factory is a fantastic bowling alley! The facility is modern and clean, and the lanes are top-notch. We had a great time, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The social media manager publicly speaks out against children in public spaces and brags, calling children a nuisance and claiming the right to accuse parents of having something wrong with their children. Whether with or without children, I would steer clear of this establishment.

There seems to be a general problem with the minimum air exchange rate of the ventilation system? A case for the trade inspectorate, right?

We went bowling there. Booked an appointment and was able to start a little earlier without any problems. Good lane, fast, friendly, and competent service. We'd be happy to go again.

Despite a difficult start due to a misunderstanding during the booking process, we had fun... The drinks weren't tasty, unfortunately. The lemonade and Coke Zero were far too sweet. You needed water afterwards to get rid of the sweet taste. It's a shame.

The 3D mini golf course was great. We had a lot of fun. The staff were friendly and the price was absolutely ok. The history of the paper factory was addressed well and discreetly. Overall a nice atmosphere.

The burger in this restaurant is just terrible. For the high price you definitely shouldn't be served frozen pressed meat - very disappointing.

Bowling is highly recommended! However, the staff is unfriendly and the drinks are either 95% ice or diluted with water. It's a shame, given such a great facility!

We were there on Sunday afternoon and took advantage of the family offer. The bowling alley is great, everything worked. There is also a cute bowling aid for children, so the whole family can have fun. Unfortunately the staff seemed overwhelmed and was very unfriendly. Despite repeated requests, we were not served at the train and were then insulted when we asked again. Otherwise we would probably have left a lot more money.

We went bowling with a group at the weekend for a birthday, and everything went great: good bowling lanes, good balls, etc. But the service and the friendly waitress was a complete failure as they would run after you screaming because you would think you hadn't paid for the drinks because of the color of your skin, although of course you can't just leave without paying! The communication between the employees can definitely be improved and people felt completely misunderstood and even uncomfortable in the end. I don't think I'll be back there any time soon. A pity.

Beware of rip-offs! If you park in the parking lot you have to pay a fine of €55 because there are probably rented parking spaces, but there is no sign anywhere.

Bowling alley and stuff like that worked well and was fun. We are not professionals and had no requirements in this regard. About the ambience: bad air, loud without music, spotty Regarding the service: all the staff we dealt with were not particularly friendly or even committed. Service took a long time until someone came. an order was forgotten. It wasn't particularly busy.

The bowling alley as such is ok, everything is good in terms of the play factor. Please note that the kitchen is closed on Mondays and you won't get anything to eat while you're bowling. We had to wait a long time for one drink order, but the second one was quicker.

Were invited to a birthday party for which the event area was rented. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the toilets were a little out of the way in the basement and there was a lack of toilet paper in the women's toilet at a not too late hour. The rented space has However, it is a nice bar and can be decorated really nicely. Parking spaces right in front of the door.

Playing bowling with twelve people is pretty good. The service was a disaster, I got a drink in two hours, waiters stood in the corners and played on their cell phones, glasses weren't cleared away. When you ask whether the drinks are still coming, oh yes and it's not possible to have them listed twice on the bill.

I visited here with a couple of friends, we just wanted to have fun. And we really had fun, there was a lot to choose from to eat and drink. And we did bowling 🎳 too. Fun place, unfortunately didn’t remember to take more pictures because I was distracted but all the fun.

We rented a lane for Moonlight Disco Bowling for 2 hours on Saturday February 17th. It was my first time here and when I walked in there were moments for family snapshots. Rented shoes and hit the track. It was a great experience with this black light and the effect lighting. We had a lot of fun, at first I thought 2 hours would be too long but towards the end it was close. The party atmosphere was in full swing as we also had a birthday child with us. A very successful evening.

Food is okay, but the service is very bad, we are here to watch football and have to wait forever for the food, an hour for a garlic bread. When you're done, the table isn't cleared at all.

Unfortunately the food was bad, there weren't enough waiters and so you were overwhelmed and you had to wait a really long time! Next time it would be better to go to the famous burger instead of having a bad meal here again!

We had an appointment to view the premises for our wedding. The appointment was made by phone with the event manager today at 4 p.m. We were there on time with my fiancé. After we registered, no one came. After we asked again, the event manager supposedly was Called and we didn't get any response. The end of the song was when we left at 4:15 p.m., that's not how you treat customers! Then another organizer gets our money. Not recommended!

I tried out the bowling alley with my family before booking it for the upcoming company event. Just good. I really can't recommend it. Lane 10 is crooked at the end. Not every throw counts. Some litters were not registered. The service employee just shrugged his shoulders helplessly. We were packed into the smaller part for a children's birthday party, although there was still space in the larger and much quieter room. It was incredibly loud. The children ran around on the tracks. Nobody cared. The toilets are clean, but broken. Either the toilet seat or the entire door handle is missing. I paid an unbelievable €40 for 3 liters of soft drinks, restaurants are a lot cheaper. All in all, I will choose the other bowling center again in the future.

I had reserved 5 bowling alleys for 30 people for a family reunion. (4 weeks in advance) 3 days before I called to see if everything was working. This has been said. When we got there, all the lanes were full and no one from the service knew! No alternative/nothing. Then we spontaneously went bowling in Rainbow Park! They were super nice! I can't recommend anything at the paper factory!!! Looks nice, but otherwise….NEVER AGAIN!!! Don't rely on it! No response to the complaint from the manager!!! Very annoying!! Six months later I received an email saying that I would be happy to bring everyone over for free champagne. Haha unfortunately the family members all live very far away... Sorry, guest service is different...

Bad price/performance ratio in the Mexican restaurant. I think it's steep to charge just under €15 for a slice of large enchilada with a tablespoon-sized portion of sauce! The staff was very friendly!!

I have been a satisfied, paying customer of the sports park located in the paper factory for half a decade. Today there were two firsts: my dissatisfaction and the mishap of a lost parking ticket. Although parking is actually free for Sportpark members anyway and I was of course able to present my membership card (after 1 1/2 hours of training, which is documented digitally), they charged an impressive 8 euros to leave the parking lot. Since I rarely take money with me when I go to work out, I was allowed to walk home through the rain, pick up the money, and dachshund back to the paper factory or my car. A lot of effort and an outrageous amount of money to push a button to raise the barrier. That's why I leave here my displeasure, combined with a request to reconsider this practice of making easy money for the benefit of the companies based in the paper mill and their customers.

Die Location ist okay, aber die Bedienung ist der Hammer. Frau Arletta hat sich von Schuhübergabe bis hin zum Getränkeservice komplett ins Zeug gelegt. Sie hat allen Gästen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert.

Unser Veranstaltungswochenende in den Räumlichkeiten der Papierfabrik waren wunderbar. Toller Service, leckeres Essen und optisch ein Hit. Ich kann diese Location nur wärmstens empfehlen. Hier mangelt es an nichts. Die technischen Vorraussetzungen sind grandios, auch in kürzester Zeit wurden unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche zu vollster Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Bowln mit sehr alten System, wenige Kugeln die zwar neu sind aber sich sehr billig anfühlen und man nicht anständig werfen kann. Bahn möglicherweise auch etwas schief. Würde nicht nochmal hingehen

Wir haben den Geburtstag meiner Tochter, die jetzt Teenagerin geworden ist, in einer Gruppe von 10 Teenagern und drei Erwachsenen gefeiert. Wir haben danach noch in der Sportsbar gegessen. Die sehr gute organisatorische Begleitung vor Ort ermöglichte einen nahtlosen Übergang von Spiel zum Essen. Wir haben in zwei Gruppen gespielt. Weil in jeder Gruppe auch Spieler waren, die pro Bahn auch mal 6 Schläge brauchten, haben wir auch nach 150 Minuten nicht alle Bahnen bespielen können. Wir hätten uns in kleinere Gruppen aufteilen sollen, was aber den Geburtstagsfeiercharakter verändert hätte. Die Bahnen empfanden wir sehr gut gestaltet und der 3D-Effekt war bei einigen Bahnen erstaunlich gut. Hiermit möchten wir einen Besuch der Fabrik und des Golfs wärmstens empfehlen.

Vom Essen über den Service bis hin zum Ambiente einfach perfekt! Besonders möchte ich Tim loben, ein sehr sehr geiler, engagierter und professioneller Typ.

Sowohl als Fotograf für diverse Hochzeiten, welche ich dort bereits begleiten durfte, als auch als Gast bin ich sehr gerne dort. Tolle Location nettes Personal schöne und abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeiten. Immer wieder Gerne !!
